[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — IN 4 MBPS PLAN GETTING SPEED BELOW 1 MBPS

Dear Sir,

I have already more than 10 times mail to customer care officer and other reliance nodal officer too

i have update my broadband plan 2 mbps to 4 mbps from 3 july 2013

but after updation of my plan i am not getting even 1 mbps speed also and i have also submitted lots of time screen shot of speed test too

since one month i am getting same reply from cutomer care officer that reply is ---

Due to technical reasons, Internet services are affected in your area. This issue is expected to resolved at the earliest.

got same reply from following all persons from day by day by mails since last month

2 - Sneha Samantaray - AUG- 2
3 - Bajirang Kadam - JULY 21
4 - Rohit P. - JULY -9
5 - Arun Choudhary - JULY 2
6 - Sawan Sharma JULY 2


so my request to you please check this matter and give me satisfaction because they already charged me for 4 mbps 3 month advance plan
