[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — not working

I have a reliance broadband connection.Its not working last 2 weeks.I put several complaints to reliance.But still there is no solution.Ita in Kerala and the agencys name is reliance web world Sasthamangala.There service is very bad.So please do not approach there for any dealings.

sir ji meira bile Rs.715 ka Aur app nei mera bil 1456 Ruppies ka bheija hai kirpa karkei kei mera bil thik karei taki mai apna bill jama kara saku.

apne meira bill march to april kla bheija hai jab ki meira march tpril chal hi nahi hai.

i m anil vaidh i reside at gorai which is MHADA society. sir i am bringing to you a notice that i have made an applcation more than a month ago for name transfer
i submitted all the documents for there verifcation and later they told me to come after one month. after mre than a month wen i went they kept my document inside like that..doing nothing with it..i came and removed all the documents again...later she told me to come after 1 week..after a week wen i came the papers were yet to be signed by the officer some Mr. ajay...dont knw the name preciously....
it seems i told him to do it fast he sai in a slang way..."humko aur kuch kaam dhandha nahi kya"
this is not a way to talk..this was height so i m bringing to ur notice...i should also say that we too have more work to do other than comming to mhada office...5 times
this is not bearable..people there dont understand wat a normal public is feeling
please do the needfull

I am anil kumar from delhi, my reliance broadband is not working last 12 days, everytime they sent me complaint no. when i complaint. but don't take any action.
some complaint no. are[protected],[protected],[protected], [protected],[protected] .

This connection has not been working since 27/08/2012.

A number of complaints have been registered,but the problem has not been solved .

Only false promises are made that the complaint has been put on fast track.

Bill payments have been made by us, before due date for a connection which is non functional since 27/08/2012.

My complaint was lodged on 27 Oct 2012 the my internet broad band is showing media disconnect . Then i called back on the 30th oct and was informed that the problem was rectified . I told them that they are lying because my problem has not been solved . They re registered the complaint and told me that there is is some major problem and it shall take atleast 1 week to sought it . Since then i Have called up teen number of times and get the same reply. My question is why are senior persons not comming on the line? If there is a major problem why is there no public notice issued by relaince on his? I have to transact business from cyber cafe who is going to bear the cost of it ? I told them that I will not pay for the number of days my net is not working . To which they said that the bill amount shall be reduced .I want them to solve my net problem soon .

I taken broadband and land line connection from reliance but not working since one week so many times I called to customer care they are not respond my call simply they are saying wait 72 hours like that I taken connection for business purpose I loss so many calls from clients please take action against reliance.
