I purchased landline phone from Reliance's franchise from Borivli East, 4 to 5 years back. Network problem was continue but ignored. Recently phone instrument was damaged completely, mother board and cabinet was broken. I tried to get contact at nearest gallery/franchise at Vile Parle east. They assured me to replace free of cost within 7 working days with request no.[protected] dated 14 or 15 of February'2011.

After continue follow-up one person came and after looking broken instrument denied to replace.
At another gallery with the same request no. assist me with 50% payment for new instrument but after handover the broken instrument denied completely and told to pay 100% payment against new instrument.
After some time I send my younger brother with valid document to buy new instrument the gallery returned him to send the actual consumer saying that rules has changed.

Till now I am suffering a lot without this landline phone.

This is the fact how consumers are facing problems from the companies who spent a lot to advertise for good services and fooling consumers.

TRAI should take strict action against these companies.

    I, Gulshan Kumar using Reliance No.[protected] iam very old custmer of this organisation sir due to poor services and verbal languange used by ur excutive on helpline i am frustated with this company , i simple request to helpline for port my number they everytime give request no to me but they never make it change at last i visited to relience office which is situsted at jalandhar they said we are helpless to entertain ur complaint so have to directly call our state office which at chandigarh how can i again refer ur connec tion to any one so due these bad services and poor dealing ur office iam last send u my request after that i have take ashelter in consumer court

      This is possibly the worst service and false commitment i have come across. These guys are not bothered once money is collected and product sold..

      I was told that after payment and giving the doccuments services will be activated and internet will start in 30 mins and max 60 min....second day when i checked was not activated...whole day i tried talking to VRITI officials( all familiar name here..Nilesh,Dinesh,Jaiprakash...)..no picks up the call.

      VRITI Noida office...its no different...no one picks up the call...


      Reliance Netconnect Team.....they have no clue of anything...streo type reply...we will do needfull and all..Even they do not have higher authorities no of VRITI...

      I do not know how to deals with these guys...

      I suggest please do not buy any products from these two company.

      Please note that now i have got my service activated.But not getting Broadband + connectivity at my home. I stay at Bhoomi Park Phase 1, Jankalyan Nagar, Near Baf Hira Nagar, Off Malad Marve Road, Malad ( West) Mumbai-400095.

      Kindly check and let me know if connectivity can be improved there in short time. Pls revert on this so that if its not possible i can take decision on surrender the product and claim my money back.( This was committed to me that if you do not get connectivity you can return the product and Reliance will give 100% money back.)

      Please note that Bhoomi Park is a big complex with more than 1000 flates. If improve your connectivity there its good for your company too.

      this pradeep kumar from salem, tamil nadu. I happen to face similar activation problem recently. The C.C have a bad attitude towards their customer. All they need is money and they are not ready to offer service. The broad band+ from relinace is the first and the last product that i am ever gona buy from them.

        Every month a new service is activated on my number without any prior information to me and my balance is deducted. Customer care is not giving me proper response and insist that I have activated these services.
        Latest a game service is activated as told by customer care from RWorld. When he said to check subscription in Rworld I am not able to access it as well due to some 40'H,ME Error. If I am not able to access Rworld then how can I subscribe to it.
        I really want these auto activation of these services to stop.

        Reliance GSM — automatically Activation of service and deduction of balance

        I am very unsatisfied from the Relience service. They automatically activated my services and today my balance of Rs30 is deducted. I called to 198 customer care but man told me you have messaged to activate some servise. but I didn't send any sms regarding this whether i didn't know what sms i have to send to activate any servise. I want strict action for this daily torcher. What would I say now?, its wastage of time using reliance gsm servise. They always deduct balance without any cause and give blame to their custores that you have sent msg and activates servise. I dn't have much time to complaint and awl..I want action from consumer court n will change my administrator soon.
        I don't know what s going on..is there any system problem in reliance that they seen i have activated servise by sms which i havent done?...I want my balance back otherwise i wl go for further complaint and change my administrater.
        Its the daily buisness of reliance servise to deduct balance of their custumers without any cause. :x
        I really don't know what to do and thinking to off this Simcard forever or go for higher complaint
        They are just providing quantity but not QUALITY.

          I was using one CDMA connection bearing no [protected] since 2004 and a good pay master and never make any late payment and having a credit limit of more than Rs.3000/-.

          On 2nd May 2010, services of my said numbers were barred whereas the due date of the said bill was 6th May 2010 and there was no previous outstanding. When I contacted their customer care from my other CDMA no. as the outgoing of the above number was barred, the call lasted for more than 40 minutes and shuttled between different executives and departments but nobody was there who can provide me the reason of the termination of services but when my call transferred to their retention department from there I was told that as you placed a request for the termination of this number, that's why services of your number are barred when I told her that though I placed the request but after assurance from your retention department about the improvement of network I agreed to retain the connection but that lady gave me one more shock that there are no records of such conversation, hence you have to visit our Reliance Webworld and submit your all the documents once again alongwith the form to debarr your services.

          I wrote a mail to their nodal officer, delhi but off no use, instead of accepting their mistake their nodal office and there recovery agents are asking me to make the payment as my connection is terminated on account of non-payment of dues and the connection is terminated on 30th june 2010 and not on 2nd May 2010, whereas in their final bill they have charged upto 2nd May 2010 only.

          So stay away from Reliance.

          I am Vijay Kumar Barua, I took Reliance Broadband services from Reliance communications.
          Since long I was trying to cancel the services from reliance but none takes down the request, after continuous efforts I was given full and final settlement void receipt No.[protected]along with that I paid Rs. 2800 on[protected]. But all in vain, billing system of Reliance Continued and is continued till date.
          Then I received a threat call from a Lawyer from Patiala house Courts followed by a Cops call who said is coming to arrest me.
          The Cop asked me to settle another amount of Rs. 3265(around about) and speak to the lawyer.
          My parents are worried about this and they told me to finish it off whatever ways possible as they dont want me to get into any trouble with this sort. Reliance communication is literally Harassing their customer for paying the amount which i am not liable to.
          I am working night shifts and these people (CSR) made my life hell.
          I paid that amount and the Lawyer told me that he will look into this and will get me refund after investigation if I am proved right and my account will be cancelled. But he just said that for teh sake of saying and did nothing as what he told.
          But Reliance comunication kept the Billing active, I think these people provide services in AIR.
          I called Relaince Customer care and filed a cancellation request when I was told it was wrongly barred and they will need to activate to cancel the service.
          I said okay whatever just do the required. Reliance took away everything including the Antenna, cables and Modem on 31st Oct 2008.
          Now the best part of Reliance Communication is that I received another Notice from D & A Associates to setle the amount of Rs. 5605 asking to come and discuss this on 14/11/2009 between 12:30pm to 06:00pm ..... I am thinking for what, when I settled all the amount and activated the services and then asked to cancel the same day then what is the charge for and from where does this charge get levied on me???
          I am calling those associates to discuss this matter but they aren't picking my call, please tale some action against this Reliance Communication for harrassing their customers for nothing they ever offered.
          Hi i am Jagannath Chaudhury, i m a regular customer of reliance communication. But i m not satisfied with some customer executives. Actually what happen i got a sms that music station is activated in my mobile. But i never try to activate. So at the same time i call to reliance tell my problem. He accept my compliaint and tell me it will be unsucribed with in 48 hours. I agree with him. Again after one hour i got a sms of same. So again i call to customare care. I contact with FAIEEM. He tell me why u call to so many time. I told that why u sms me so many time. Really i not satisfied with that executive. My AMS ID is[protected]
          I took one ad on GSM connection on my existing CDMA connection and submitted all the documents as well. It took more than 3 hrs in activation and lasted for 24 hrs only and after that services of the number suspended on account of non-submission of documents. I approached their outlet and asked them to check and tell where the documents are and why the services are barred. The executive placed an online request for activation and assured me that it will be activated within 24 hrs. but I destroyed the sim and placed a request with same outlet and same executive for the termination of connection. He took my request and said I have forwarded your request for the termination.

          But the connection was not terminated by the company and they are still generating the bill and harrassing me by making calls ([protected]-Arun Verma, Advocate, High Court) on my wife's cell and threatning her by saying send him to the court to attend the hearing as he has not cleared the dues of his Reliance Mobile and on my cell as well and asks me to either clear the bill or be ready for the legal proceedings.
          I am also getting calls from the same number [protected], but the caller name is ALOK MATHUR; He claims himself as ADVOCATE TIJHAZARI COURT and using absert language over phone.
          What I can request all the mobile users to switch to other companies and to the new users not to take any connections from Reliance. This is how you can lead better life. This company led by Anil Dheerubhai Ambani has cheated all of their stakeholders including customers and SHAREHOLDERS.
          I am availing a mobile facility from the company and the number is [protected]. Due to personal reasons I have decided to port the number to other service provider. I have lodged as many as three requests on number 1900 and every time the request was given an ID
          RD 498533 expiring on 18.07.2011
          RD 566624 expiring on 07.08.2011
          RD681272 valid upto 10.09.2011
          Every time the company has made one or other excuse and did not abide by the time limit
          More over the company outlets have not been providing the SIM to enable me change my hand set to GSM mode from Current CDMA hand set which is out of order due to extensive use

          I am lodging the complaint to you for providing me relief

              Our Company i.e Eureka Forbes Ltd is using reliance landline 5 nos and they are not working since last month and after so many reminders to Reliance customer care nobody turned up to rectify the problem.Complaint no are[protected] on 21/4/11 &[protected] on 28/4/11.all our work is held up due to this problem.We are fed up of this type of service provider.

              Reliance — landline not working

              Our Company i.e Eureka Forbes Ltd is using Reliance Landline connections 5 Nos. and all of them are not working since One Month and after giving repeted complaints on customer care of reliance noone turned up to check out the problem. Complaints no are 15136363 lodged on 21/4/11 & [protected] on 28/04/11 . We are fed up of this type of service provider.All our work is held up due to these land line nos.

                Reliance GSM is providing worst network coverage with its so called optical fiber network i don't get signals in my room and in my whole street very time when i want to call i have to though out the street and at most of the places its same. i checked my handset also but its still same with other handsets also. can any one do something with this or i need to go for number portability.i live at wakad pune vivekananda nagar kalakhadak near Bal Seva school..

                I too face same problem. I work in Hinjewadi, and lives in Pimple Gurav.
                There also network is very bad. I don't understand that what these Reliance people are doing. They are sitting and just collecting public query and sitting ideally.
                Worst network i have seen. Its better to move to other service provider like Idea or Air-tel.

                  As iam one of the agent and Brand Ambassdor of Reliance working in Brigade sgf pvt ltd in Hyderabad running the process of reliance Gsm and CDMA inbound callcenter as i want to complaint you about the status in our Brigade as our General Manager IBSINGH and ASSISTANT MANAGER WAJAM both these persons are spoiling the process in Brigade not only Brigade but also for the reliance process because they are forcing the agents to tell call back to the customers without having any server problem or else any clarify application down as they are forcing to tell so that their won't be any calls abonded due to these customers of reliance not only that but about the Aux in our brigade they are telling to keep aux of every agent for nearly 2 hours as their was no calls that's why and the customers are getting very irrated for callbacks and wants to leave reliance and at call back for customer's they are telling to use IUCS tool so that they can escape i request to take action on this. Due to these all the agents are getting MAFIS. I request you to take action on Both these guys.

                    I have purchased a Reliance CDMA Mobile on 15/5/10 from andheri.

                    Around two months before i got problems in the mobile(after using

                    9/10 months).The mobile was completely dead.After visitng LG

                    service center 3 times,finally they said someproble is there is

                    the PCB.They gave me the job sheet and told me to visit Reliance

                    web world and there i have to claim it and i will get a replacement.
                    Before 20 days i went to the Reliance webworld(FORT- NEAR

                    Fountain).There i met Mr Mangesh and he kept the photo copy of bill

                    and said me to come after 7 days. After 7 days when i went there

                    again, he told there is no RNS Number.So i didnt get the

                    approval.As a user am i supposed to know that the RNS NUMBER

                    sholud be present in the bill.? After that i went to andheri

                    mobile shop and i took the RNS number along with the shop's

                    stamp,signature etc.After that Mr Mangesh told that he has applied

                    again with the RNS number and told me to come after 7 days.Again

                    after 7 days i went there.I met there the store manger Mr

                    sourabh.They told me to come after two days .and said it will be

                    done.I will get approval and will get a mobile riplacement.Now

                    after two days , today when i went there I met Mr sourabh.He is

                    telling i must appy this in the andhei branch as i have brought

                    the mobile from andheri.Like that they all are just making me

                    going there multiplae time but no result.I am really frustrated.oN

                    15th of this month, warranty period will finish.But they have

                    wasted my more than one month warranty period as of now by simply

                    telling me the silly things.

                    Kindly lookin to the matter.For a normal human being its really

                    very frustrating

                      Please help me in this regard.

                        I am filing this complain on behalf of my mother,my mother is using Reliance gsm SIM card, Its been more than thrice that they have deducted more than 35 rs at a time from my mothers balance, and on 20 april my mother had a balance of 49 rs(approx but not less than this) then she just received a call from me an then made a single call to me for a duration of 1 min and then she checked the balance which was 3 rs, I had also checked with it it indeed happened.
                        and on 21 april me and my mother went to recharge and recharged for 100 rs we got 88 rs in main balance and 12 in promoi balance thats fine according to the offer, but the next day evening i checked the balance it was 51 rs, and surprisingly we didnt made any call in that duration .

                        I tried several times to call customer care but it was being said as busy try again later,
                        once it did rang but the customer care executive didnt answered the call.
                        I also mailed the nodal authority of reliance in madhya pradesh but even after 14 days they didnt reply( i have attached the picture of mail that I have sent to them).
                        Help me please I really want you to take some action against them

                          Last month I was debited INR 30.00 for unsubscribed 'Live Aarti' service

                          Today, I have been debited INR 30.00 for RENEWAL of yet another unsubscribed service - 'Mi Feelings' (Renewal...!!!)
                          Your CCE and departmental head, one Mr. Raju was adamant that I should unsubscribe for service (for which I have never subscribed to)..'Mi Feelings' to SAVE MYSELF from deduction in future. I have done so, TODAY itself.

                          I demand.. Yes DEMAND refund for INR 30.00 deducted towards 'Mi Feeling'.

                          Further the practice of intimation of starting a service without user knowledge and by way of FLASH message is totally unscrupulous and against ethics of business. It amounts to .. You know what.. Chindi Chori.

                            I have reliance communication number --> [protected].

                            Reliance communication activated a service pack viz. combo pack and deducted 49/- Rs without my consent.

                            On calling customer care, they told me that I have given the affirmative nod for the same on receipt of telemarketing call from their vendor and gave me a number to which I can make a call. The service was activated during 10 pm in the night on 3rd May 2011.

                            However, the number is not reachable during night i.e. the telemarketers only operate during day time and my reliance phone remains switched off during day time. Then how can I receive the call and give my node to activate the pack.

                            It clearly shows that reliance communication is making false statements.

                            Reliance is a cheat company......

                            Believes in looting the customer.

                            Reliance GSM — without activation deduction the balance

                            i m ashish since 4 month i m using ur gsm reliance service.but this month i have activated the dnd service but then also i recives the unwanted call.& with any activation service they have detected my balance. when i confirm with ur costomer call they said "sir u only activated the service" but this is not truth. sir this is happend 2 times with me & same answer give by service provider. so kindiy check my detail.

                            Reliance GSM — wrong deduction and activation without permission

                            i m using reliance gsm in haryana. 30rs has been deducted from my a/c and voice chat service has been activated without my permission. i hav not opted for this service in any marketing call or in any call made by me. when i called to customer care helpline in this regard, they did not give any satisfactory response.
                            in first call executive told me that 30rs has been deducted bcoz i opted for this service in a marketing call.
                            in next call executive told me that their system is not updated and told me to call after SOME time but didn't tell me the specific time. and now i can not contact to them bcoz my customer care helpline has been barred by those call centre executives.
                            pls help me in this regard. i want my 30rs back and customer care helpline active.

                            RELIANCE COMMUNICATION / GSM SERVICE — MONEY DEDUCTION WITHOUT ACTIVATION

                            my mobile is deducted rs 50 without any activation of new services , and i didnt got any appropriate answer from call centre jst got the complaint number . my complaint number is[protected]

                            Reliance GSM Smart — Wrong deduction from my main balance and unwanted telemarketing calls

                            Rs. 20.00 has been deducted from my main balance. When contacted the customer care representative after 150 times of dialling, the customer care representative told me that RASSHI FAL and PANCHANG service has been activated and assured me that the service has been deactivated. When filling up the application form for SIM, I have clearly mentioned that I am not interested in receiving Telemarketing calls. I also have lodged the complaint for discontinuation of the telemarketing calls.The customer care representative assured me that the same hasbeen deactivated and I shall not receive any telemarketing calls now on. But the same has not been deactivated and I am fed up with these unwanted calls during important meetings.The customer care representative has not issued me any complaint id though I have asked for the same.

                            Reliance Communication — Activation of Combo pack

                            I'm areliance customer my mobile no. is [protected] reliance company has activated combo pack on my no. withiut my confirmation and 49 rs have been deducted from my ac. I made a cal lon 30333333 and lodge a complaint my complaint no. is [protected].
                            one more complaint is from my friend his mobile no. is [protected] he also victim of same activation on 18 apr 2011 the pack was activated and he niether recieved any call, sms nor he initiated any request customer care at first refused to lodge the complaint when scolded he just promised to transfer the call to senior department and put on hold for more than 15 minutes we don't have this much time to spare for our solution.

                            Reliance Communication — Unwanted service activation & Balance Deduction

                            I am fed up with reliance and its customer care department. They activate service without asking me and balance get deducted automatically when i recharge my mobile. Moreover, I also activated DND service. Still nothing gets improved. When I call customer care, they say you activated services. It happened 100 times at least. I dont understand if i activate a service why should i complain. Considering the above reason, I stopped recharging my mobile. Again, they messaged me if you dont recharge your mobile, the service will get terminated. Since my number is very important, I rushed to recharge. As soon as I recharge, balance will get deducted. I called customer care, they said you have activated it. I am at a loss what to do.

                            Even i complained here, some three months ago, but nothing happened. Then, I stopped calling and recharging from this number, again i received a threatening message of terminating the number. Then, i had no way but to recharge, and the same thing started happening. Please suggest what should i do? Is there any way to solve my problem?

                            This number using on roaming So, On calling customer care, they told me that we do not done any help on roaming number .I have also send the message to sursangeet service, but they are unable to process my request.The service was activated during the month of May 12 without my concern.


                            Therefore, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and deactivate all activated packages from above mentioned SIMs as soon as possible to cater any further problems please.

                              This is about the reliance broadband billing issue i am facing. I have a plan of 3GB per month for 850 Rupees.. This were going fine until I got a bill amount of 3100 for the last month. I had set a credit limit for 1700 for my account but still i got a bill amount of more than 3000 rupees. I am not able to register a complain through their service portal(Web) and there is no proper support given from the customer care executives as well.. Don't know how to go about it. It really sucks!!

                                On 3rd May 2011, at 3.21 pm i got a sms from RM-54433 containing "U can now win amazing prices! U are now subscribed to CricketMania for 30 at Rs.49. Visit www.cricketmania.co.in & link ur Facebook A/c or dial 54433 now"....

                                I would like to inform you that I have never sent any request for registering me for this pack. When I contacted Reliance Customer Care Executive at 3.30 pm, I was informed that I have received a call from them and for this they have activated this pack. He clearly denied to refund the said amount. Besides since September 2010, they used to deduct Rs.30 per month for 4 months in the name of some Voice Chat activation in spite of the fact that I have never activated that pack also.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                I Ashish Chaturvedi, am to state that i am Reliance Smart customer since last 7 years. On date 19.08.2012 my number [protected] has been barred suddenly from your side you have barred all facilities including incoming & outgoing calls & incoming & outgoing messages, without any prior information about it. When i contacted to customer care executives were not able to reply satisfactorily even Mr. Manoj (Customer care Executive) disconnected my call without answering me. After that i contacted reliance store they told me to submit the photo id & residence proof, i also did that. and they told me that the number will activate in 7 days. So i am highly unsatisfied with your services.
                                I think there should not be any requirement of documents after 6 years of purchasing SIM card, if there is any requirement you should intimate me before taking this action of number barring.
                                I have submitted the required documents, so i request you to activate my number immediately otherwise i have to go to Consumer Court against this type of harassment of customers.
                                How can you Block my number without any prior information & specially old customers more than 6 years.
                                Please do the needful & activate my Number immediately.

                                  Seems Like Reliance Guys are just finding new ways to Con the Customers.....

                                  As soon as I recharge....I am getting some messages that Caller tune has been activated on my number for a charge @ 30 PM Each time I have to talk to Customer care executives at *333 ( chargeable) to unsubscribe the same. The call usually takes 15-20 mins.

                                  Post this CTs are canceled for the time being for the time being....2/3 days Later getting the same message again.....

                                  I am fed up with Reliance and their Conning ways to deceive the customer..
                                  Any Suggestions would b appreciated,

                                    I took the connection on 18th April 2011 based on the features suggested by the guy named Ravi who is working i guess in Koregaon Park Relience Outlet/Branch. When i bought that he told me that we have full coverage of Relience in Pimple Saudagar Area where i stay. I asked him to give me the Demo in my laptop as i had doubt. He siad i will give you the demo by evening and show you all the features. Till evening he didn't come and i was complaining him thati am not getting any coverage in that area. He cheated me and given me the device by taking 1200 Rs. He knew that there are no coverage in that area but he didn't tell me. I was continously chasing him and i caught him on phone on 24th and asked what is this then he said sir i raise a complaint to disconnect the service in Customer Care number[protected]. I asked what about my money 1200 Rs, He said its gone. See how the Relience Sales executiv are cheating with the people. I will suggest to take action against thease kind of guys who works for their Commision only, they do not care about the others money. Please do not buy or trust in this gut Ravi, his mobile number is [protected]. Now i am taking BSNL roadband connection.

                                        I have purchased reliance 3G data card from Reliance Web World. The Data Card started giving trouble after 3 days of purchase then I went to Relaince Web World but they are reluctant to replace and they have directed me to their Service Centre located at Ghatkopar. The Ghatkoopar Service Centre was hopeless inspite of keeping my Data Card for 20 Days they could neither replace nor repair. I am running pillar to post to get rectified. But till now they are not able to resolve my issue.
