Respected Sir,
I, Sanket Shah, a user of Reliance Communication, have fed up by their services and really totured. I have a complaint regarding their service since long. I have subscribed for their service since last two to three years but when i have some issue regarding usage interruption of their internet they always take to long. Recently i Have a modem related problem (dt.[protected]. so i complained in customer care by saying my modem power light is not glowing, so the customer executive told me that they have some issues in our area regarding the net, what an immature answer by an executive? if power light is not on in modem, it means it has some issue with modem or its adapter, what it has to do with server or anything else. after explaining that he provided me a complaint no.[protected] on dt.16-05-11 and told me it will be resolved in 24 hrs. max. i waited till nxt 24 hrs. no reply, no technical assistance, nothing nor even a call from their side. later i again call in customer care for its resolution, they told me that the complaint was closed by server end. What an irresponsible answer! they told me again complaint with a new no. with extra 24 hrs. for its resloution. so i again complaint with no.[protected] dt. 17-05-11 at around morining time. At the end evening i got a message from their side that your issue has been resolved, while there was no assistance from their side, nor even a visit, nor a call. so i again called in eveining and talk to a team leader named pankaj sharma, who told me that your complaint has been closed from server end, again the same excuse. so again i hah to give a new complaint with conformation from team leader pankaj sharma that issue will be resolved by 12 noon next day (dt. 17-05-11 no.[protected]. later next day i got a call from rapid resolution team which call me so rapidlly that i got a call from their side at 11.30 from abhishek mali, ask me what is the issue? so i had to explain him again the 4th time the same issue. He again give me committment of same 24 hrs even after 3 days of waiting for their service. the next day a person came to visit my office, he came and ask me what is the issue? even after giving all the details 4 times they are asking me what's the issue? so i asked that person are not given any details of complaint you have come to resolve? his answer was no.... he was just given the address and complaint no. also he told me that they have not received any complaint in previous two days. so i talked to their head mr. jwalant from my city. he gave me again an assurance that issue will be resolved as soon as possible and we would replace you the modem by evening 6.00, so i told mr. jwalant to give me a personal call regarding this issue. he again give me an assurance, just assurance, to resovle. but no reply till the next day and still waiting for an answer........
