I Have Reliance Smart GSM pre-paid sim.
my account balance of number ''[protected]" is deducted unnecessary in between 18-21 may 2011.
( i have DND activated on my no. so i dont respond to any call or msg from the company )
i have tried a lot to contact customer care on [protected] and 198 but these numbers are 24 hr busy.
i[censored] dont have believe then try to contact these no.s now.
as i am engineering student,i do not have time to waste on such customer care no. but still i tried a lot and get waste of my time.
if any officer is giving attention on my complaint then i request to him please do contact to me or solve my problem as soon as possible.
please.

Reliance GSM Smart Service — unnecessary deduction of balance

sir,i am prashant.my mobile no. is [protected].todays i have charged for unauthorized service.i have face this type of problem twice in between 1 month.on 25 december 2010,i was chagre for fake service pack,i was not activated any news pack still service provider charged on me.i was given a complain to the reliance provider then they are deactivate that service that fake service.now again on 19 jan 2011,i have been charge for same service which i don't give any request for such kind of service.
i am not only the person who face above problem.so i kindly request to you take a action on the concern matter.
otherwise i have too many option.if you will not take any action,i'll go to court for my right becouse i don't have patience to tolerate curruption.
i want my deducted amount at any cost.

Relience Smart GSM deduct Rs 30 for renewed CRBT service for 30 days but but before I am not activated this type of any secvice so how can they renewed. I am contacting to custmer care (198 and [protected]) but after ringig there is no response. I also DND service on this no but still promotional calls comming on this number. Pleas do some action against Relience smart GSM service and refund my deducting balane.

Reliance Smart G.S.M Service — Unnecessary Deduction

Sir,

Myself Mitesh Agrawal has already done complaint regarding unnecessary deduction from my balance again & again on 13.06.2011 & 16.06.2011 but till date I have not get my deducted balance back nor any feedback/explanation from your side as well as from the mobile service provider .

Please take necessary action from your side .

Reliance Smart GSM — deduction of balance without any notification

my balance has been deducting continously from last 3months without any notification and customer care number is always unreachabale.
Sir, my mobile no is [protected]. I am facing the above said problem since past 2 years..The company within a period of 2 months always deduct unnecessary amount from my account by auto-activating any services on my number.I am really getting very bad service from this company. Always have to complain using internet as medium. Please do some possible steps as early as possible..
The above said company is just going on deducting balance around Rs.50-100 per month on my mobile number [protected]. Though several complaints have been made to customer care, but yet no action have been taken. They just give assurance that this won't repeat next but all the time after my new recharge the company deducts such amount on the name of few services which i haven't activated yet.
I request the concerned to take necessary action on the matter.

Reliance GSM — deduction of balance for unsubscribed service

i have already registered my complaint on this portal regarding balance deduction of video vogue service which i have not subscribed and i am getting the msgs regularly regarding balance deduction, i have got a call from reliance side and they told me that the service has been deactivated, and they gave me a mercy waiver of 49 rupees, instead of giiving me the waiver of actual balance deducted which was in hundreds.
i request you to kindly deactivate the service now and give me the waiver which is acceptable.

Unnecessary deduction of Rs 40/- has been done from my prepaid balance once again , i have already lodged my complaint so many times.

please revert back my deduction amount , otherwise i have to take legal action against the company

The company Reliance Smart GSM Service has deducted balance Rs.30/- on 06.07.12 at 9.02 PM from my mobile no. [protected] and a message sent from RM-58787 "you have been successfully subscribed to Love service at Rs.30 for 30 days" without any requested for subscription and at 10.04 PM another message sent from RM-58787 "you have been successfully unsubscribed from Love service" also without any request to unsubscribed but not return balance Rs.30/-. Similarly, the company deducted balance Rs.10/- on 12.07.12 at 10.19 PM and a message sent from RM-58787 "you have been successfully subscribed to Word service at Rs.10 for 10 days" without any requested for subscription and at 11.38 PM another message sent from RM-58787 "you have been successfully unsubscribed from Word service" also without any request to unsubscribed but not return balance Rs.10/-. Though several complaints have been made to customer care, but yet no action have been taken. They just give assurance that this won't repeat next but all the time after my new recharge the company deducts such amount on the name of few services which I haven't activated yet. At present I can not recharge any balance due to afraid o[censored]nnecessary deduction of the company.
I request the concerned for return my balance amount of Rs.40/- which deducted unauthorizedly and also requested to take necessary action on the matter.

    Hello,

    I am using Reliance CDMA service. I don't like the service then I planned to change the operator. I send PORT 93951086XX to 1900. I tried 100's of time, Reliance is giving the error "destination MS not authorized to receive sms". what is wrong here, and how to solve?

    Please help me on issue.

    Reliance Mobile — error messaging

    Dear Sir/Madam
    With a sour heart i am compelled to write against the illtreatment of your company.

    My mobile number is [protected]. I am one of the oldest customers of your company and i pay my regular bills well within time. I was amazed to see your msg on 12.04.2011 at about 8.00 A.M. that i have to pay approx Rs. 1121.04 to continue my outgoing services then in the evening on the same day i received another msg that i have to pay Rs. 441.59. Then at about 5.00 A.M. on 13.04.2011 my outgoing services were debarred.

    After an enquiry on 13th April in the morning from the customer care, I came to know that my crossed cheque of the last month had bounced and so the msgs. I failed to understand why two different amount were mentioned by you on the same date to be paid against the outgoing services

    In the aforesaid circumstances, i have two-three fold grudges from your company. Firstly, as the oldest customer of your company, it was also the duty of the company management to atleast inform me immediately that my cross cheque has bounced coz during the past seven to eight years, no cheque sent by me to your company ever bounced. Secondly, when i had the credit limits, the outgoing services were debarred within 24 hours.

    I am really shocked and pained by the harsh attitude of your company against an old customer like me.

      Hi my name is Arun Balyan. My dad Omvir singh and my mom Ashok Rani both are using reliance connection (CDMA numbers). My dad used to recieve calls to for ringtones but he disconnected the call everytime he got the call. at the end of last year i.e november 2010 there was some deduction in the balance, we did not recieve any message that why the money has been deducted or which service has been activated. as my dad recharge the no. in lumsum and we do not check the balance every day. when we got to knew about this, i called the cmr service and the told them about this, they said that there were 2-3 services which were activated by us, one was job search. i told tham that we did not offered the service and my dad do not attend those call, i also said to refund the money but they said that i should have called them within 72hrs. then i asked them to activate the DO NOT DISTURB on that no. which was on 3rd jan.
      again on 19th and 23rd feb the balance was deducted from my dad cell. when i called them they said that we pressed some no. when we recieved some promotional call, so i pointed out that we activated D.N.D. on the no. so how can we recieve any promotional call, then the agent apologised and said that it wont happen again. i said there is a lot of money which has been deducted in the past and a lot of fake promise has been done too, then the agent said that he will send a request and we might get a money back, which has not happened yet and we have not even recieved any call or message from reliance communication regarding this till yet.

      A same incidence happend with my mom's no. as my mom left the job we do not recharge the no quiet often but as we did it a week or 2 back of Rs.111. The next the day the money was reduced to Rs.16. When i Called them up they said some services were activated which the agent deactivated. I pointed out that we did not even recieve any text message so that we could get to know of the that deduction and we could call for the reimbursement, but he said nothin can be done as 72hrs are passed but he said that he will send a request to senior dept.. So i asked him to activate D.N.D. on that no. aswell but we have not got any conformation for the D.N.D. activation and that request.

        Sub: Change of Port From Reliance No. [protected] to Vodafone

        I, Vishanki [censored]al has made complaint earlier on this but no revert or explanation from Reliance. I am not at all happy with there service that way i am changing my port to Vodafone. After 100 attempt send sms to No. 1900 message "port [protected]" No code no. provide by reliance. My Previous complaint no. [protected] & recent complaint no.[protected]. As i called reliance call center they closed my complaint without even checking with client if the issue is resolved.

        This not way to give service. Kindly look into matter ASAP.

          I wish to port my Reliance GSM mobile number [protected] to another company.Hence I have request for PORT number to 1900 but received sms that your port request is under process.

          How It's possible ??

          I request you to give port number as fast as possible.

          I have already transfer my mobile Number from CDMA to GSM before 3 months 10 days but calling to 198, I received answer that number is still CDMA number ??



          Than why I suffer ? I wish to transfer from Reliance To another Company Than how you can denied by saying that your port request is under process ??

          So solver this problem & provide me PORT number as fast as possible

              I am consumer of Reliance Netconnect modem No. [protected]. I am writing this note to warn all the potential net connect customers to not to use Reliance Netconnect Broadband as this is most untrusted broadband service provider in this market. Below are my experiences that may help you in taking decision:
              1. I took this connection on March 2010. While requesting for one connection, company tagged two connections on my name. Although I was regular in paying my bills, but I started getting calls to pay for the changes for the second connection which I have never requested for.
              2. I was happy using that in initial few months but later services started getting bad to worst. I called Reliance helpline. Helpline guys were interested on just bill payment rather than listening to my problem. They prefer to communicate unbilled amount than listening to the problem you are facing. Following are the complaint tickets raised which was closed without solution : No:[protected] date: 20 Aug 2010 and[protected] date 22 Feb 2011
              3. I thought this is what my destiny. I started compromising on my wrong decision of taking Reliance Broadband (which was never broad but was even worse than the old 1998’s VSNL dial-up connect).
              But this was not the end. The beggar Ambani’s team has created new problem for me. Automatically my bill plan was changed to new one with higher rental. I called every number and mailed to every ID I have, but ended with no solution.
              Today I called Reliance Helpless desk to help but resulted in same frustration.
              I am sharing this with you to warn about this “Lala ki dukan” where no one works as professional. Everyone just only talks about money but will not resolve your problem. You can contact me at my cell no. [protected] if any document you need in support of my statements above.

              I am told that, your problem will not resolve in near future but need to pay for the services as per tariff. I can't understand, how can you change for some thing you yourself identify as a problem.

              Is there any honesty exist in your "Lala ki Dukan" ...
              What the hell...again bill plan has not been changed ...I am told I will be charged 650 as per my new plan ...but it is same ...

                Dear Sir,
                I am a central govt employee presently working at Delhi. I have presented a mobile phone (reliance CDMA life time No is [protected]) to my aged parents who resides at Guntur my home town. At present I am at guntur on vacations. My complaint is the company without informing they are deducting Rs. 30/- for various services which were not at all known to us. on 05 May 11 I have given option for DND activation and was not activated till 16 May 11. Further I made a complaint to customer care and and request number for DND activation was given[protected]. From 05 may 11 to today I have observed 03 to 04 times unknown services were activated and amount of Rs. 30/- each was deducted the same was complainted and then they will refund. If we are unable to complaint the amount is gone. Now I am available thats why i can make a complaint, where as my aged parents they not even know how to open messages and they only use mobile for communication with their children only. After repeated requests also my DND is not activated and still amounts are being deducted. Even the customer care executives don't give proper reply. During this time I have made at least 12 to 15 complaints to the company but no use .

                Sir, please look into this matter and the same may be resolved and the company may be instructed what ever the amount they have cut that may be refunded and the before activation any service they must contact the customer by phone as everybody is not that much perfect to see the messages and people like my parents are the big sufferer financially.

                  I have logged a complaint on 16.05.11 aganst reliance communication for mobile portability request rejected with unethical reason, but still i have not found any resolution.

                  Is this GUNDA RAJ of reliance or what else we can say. They are not even bothered about responding complaintswhich are recieved from consumer court.

                  I request all the reliance customers to pls beaware of reliance.

                    I had purchased RELIANCE 3G NETCONNECT on 16 May 2011 form BHOPAL and today its 21 MAY2011 approx 5days .I am not able to use it even for 1 min till now From starting its showing ERROR "SERVER NOT FOUND"

                    On 16 may2011 I had a flight Bhopal to Hyderabad around 2pm. So I ask the reliance people, will the 3g netconnect will work in Hyderabad , they said it will work not a problem.They also said that 1hr it will take for activation . As I need only for traveling purpose , so I preferred prepaid connecting. They told me to I can recharge after 1hr of activation . They also told me that I can recharge it from any were(any state/city) in India. After reaching Hyderabad I recharge next day (17 May2011)with Rs 649 and try to use it, I received the messages in sms INBOX regarding SUCCESSFULL ACTIVATION AND RECHARGE . but still not connecting.

                    I called R-call center , They told me that its not working because its has 2 balance 1 MAIN and other for netconnect . SO netconnect 649 balance is there but MAIN balance is for call , that is showing 1paise so i need to take a topup and should have rs 10 in the balance . SO I recharged it with 50 rs on 18May 2011 and now my MAIN balance is 43 and netconnect balance 649 . . Again I tried it shows same error . I again called R-call center they told me Technical person will call me in 2 days. my complaint no is[protected]

                    Today is 21MAY2011 and till now no one had called me from reliance .

                    I have not used other 3g service provider so I can't tell that they are good , but I can tell DONT USE RELIANCE SERVICE. THEY ARE USELESS PEOPLE. THEY ONLY WANT MONEY ONCE THEY GET THEY WILL CHEAT YOU.

                    I am a one of the valuable customer of Reliance mobile & 3G Net connection. I have taken 3G connection 3 months ago and due to my son examination, he forget the 3G and now when he wanted to start it then message is showing that your document formality is not completed, where as I have again completed the formality on 01.11.2011 but sorry to inform you that still my 3G net connection is not started, this is very poor service after sale. I donot hope from Reliance Comm. Please start my 3G net connection as early as possible.

                      Reliance rejecting my MNP application
                      I am using airtel no [protected] (MS) for the last 8 yrs . And i want to change my mobile operator Through mobile number portability from relince to BSnl.
                      And i went to bsnl office and i submit my id proof and porting charges.

                      But i receive a message from bsnl that reliance mobile operator reject your porting . Because of Contractual obligition. Actually in my case there is no contactual obligation with reliance because mine was an individual normal prepaid connection. they are simply delaying my complaint saying somany lies. Actually MNP is a customer right. but here airtel is denying that right for me.

                      I am planning to file a complaint in consumer court for compensation.

                        This is to inform you that i have got the Legal Notice from the Reliance Communication for the non payment of the dues of Rs 1250/- for my Broad Band Net Connection No. -[protected]
                        I would like to bring to your kind notice that on 18th Dec 2010, I have paid Rs. 1200/- at Reliance Web world (Shop no. 2 Deepak PIaza DC chowk Rohini Sector-9 New Delhi) requesting for the Safe custody ( after being told by Customer care representative )of my connection. This amount Rs 1200/- was the payment of my November bill + 500 Rs for Safe custody of the Broadband for the five months.
                        For your information the connection was not processed into the safe custody and extra bills were imposed for the month of Dec , January and so on . I was following the case with their Customer care dept. the last three months and with Mr. Arun (mobile -[protected]) personnel of local Reliance Web world Rohini Sector-9 New Delhi, but the same was no avail.
                        Now the connection is terminated and there are no pending charges on me .
                        Request you to kindly look into this and address the concerned.

                            i have charged my pre paid mobile no.[protected] through internet by ITZ Cash card on 15.5.08 with Rs.501.00and 100.00 . Computer s showed that charging has been done successfully but my mobile phone yet not charged aganist these amounts. what should i have to do?
                            i am using reliance gsm connection and i done recharge for 169 . and nothing hapens i did not get any amount.

                            I recharged Rs 200 on July 29. The amount debited. No recharge done. I check Reliance *333, They say GSM phones can not be recharged on net. Ask ICICI to credit the amount.

                            I recharged my phone by Rs. 39 through e-recharge....it is a sms pack for free messaging on 20/12/2010 at around 9.bt after 24 hours my messages are still being charged.

                                  I, Sanket Shah, a user of Reliance Communication, have fed up by their services and really totured. I have a complaint regarding their service since long. I have subscribed for their service since last two to three years but when i have some issue regarding usage interruption of their internet they always take to long. Recently i Have a modem related problem (dt.[protected]. so i complained in customer care by saying my modem power light is not glowing, so the customer executive told me that they have some issues in our area regarding the net, what an immature answer by an executive? if power light is not on in modem, it means it has some issue with modem or its adapter, what it has to do with server or anything else. after explaining that he provided me a complaint no.[protected] on dt.16-05-11 and told me it will be resolved in 24 hrs. max. i waited till nxt 24 hrs. no reply, no technical assistance, nothing nor even a call from their side. later i again call in customer care for its resolution, they told me that the complaint was closed by server end. What an irresponsible answer! they told me again complaint with a new no. with extra 24 hrs. for its resloution. so i again complaint with no.[protected] dt. 17-05-11 at around morining time. At the end evening i got a message from their side that your issue has been resolved, while there was no assistance from their side, nor even a visit, nor a call. so i again called in eveining and talk to a team leader named pankaj sharma, who told me that your complaint has been closed from server end, again the same excuse. so again i hah to give a new complaint with conformation from team leader pankaj sharma that issue will be resolved by 12 noon next day (dt. 17-05-11 no.[protected]. later next day i got a call from rapid resolution team which call me so rapidlly that i got a call from their side at 11.30 from abhishek mali, ask me what is the issue? so i had to explain him again the 4th time the same issue. He again give me committment of same 24 hrs even after 3 days of waiting for their service. the next day a person came to visit my office, he came and ask me what is the issue? even after giving all the details 4 times they are asking me what's the issue? so i asked that person are not given any details of complaint you have come to resolve? his answer was no.... he was just given the address and complaint no. also he told me that they have not received any complaint in previous two days. so i talked to their head mr. jwalant from my city. he gave me again an assurance that issue will be resolved as soon as possible and we would replace you the modem by evening 6.00, so i told mr. jwalant to give me a personal call regarding this issue. he again give me an assurance, just assurance, to resovle. but no reply till the next day and still waiting for an answer........

                                    i priyanka kamaria, one of the customer of reliance GSM services(smart prepaid account).my moblie no. is [protected].i am very much dissatisfied with this service as service providers deducted the15 Rs from my balance without activation of any services by me on 12/11/2011 at 9:30AM then i have called smart call centre but they always replied that due to some technical problems we can not help u this time please call later , this is not the first time,i have such problem previously also and i have made complain at that time also but not any satisfactory action taken at that time.

                                      I have purchased Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ USB modem earlier this month. At the time of purchase, I have specifically mentioned that I'll need to use this while on roaming also and the executive at the reliance web world promised me that I'll be able to access internet outside the state also without any issues. But now I'm in Mumbai for a two weeks visit here and internet access is very essential for me. But whenever I try to connect to internet using my Reliance Netconnect, I get the error message "Error 678 : The remote computer did not respond" . I've been troubleshooting this issue for the past 2 days and in vain. I have tried to contact the reliance customer care but couldn't get a reply. Now this is very urgent for me and please do help me find a solution.
