It is sad to inform you that i am getting unwanted calls and SMSs even after activating DND for long time.

I am using relince internet connection Bradband servervice past 6 month, when i try to pay my bill through online every month i'm facing the problem with relinece bill payment server it is very very slow it is tack to load the page upto 15 min, after giving the user details, it Disconnecting, Poor Service.

I m using Reliance GSM connection since 3 years. I faced so many time Balance deduction that was irrelevent and i was always unaware about that.
They r activated services and charged me without my permission.
I never complaint abt this, bcs i felt that was my mistake.
But today at around 9:45 pm i checked my balance and i found 60 rs. Less than what the balance have. They deducted 60 rs. Balance. I didn't activated...

My data card number is [protected]. In every 1st and 2nd week my broadband card starts giving problem. When I connect my data card it shows full strength in signals and when I pressed connect it goes till Successful authentication and then it got disconnected. Broadband signal in my house is good as my friend has the same card and its working.

I purchased landline phone from Reliance's franchise from Borivli East, 4 to 5 years back. Network problem was continue but ignored. I, Gulshan Kumar using Reliance No.[protected] iam very old custmer of this organisation sir due to poor services and verbal languange used by ur excutive on helpline i am frustated with this company , i simple request to helpline...

This is possibly the worst service and false commitment i have come across. These guys are not bothered once money is collected and product sold..
