#I made many calls in customer care but they always disconnect my calls and not giving proper response.
# They are forcing me to visit reliance Word, which is not possible for me.
#is this the service provided by India biggest company and mobile service provide.
# If I would not get any reply within 5 hrs I will move to consumer court.

sir, my name is harish k i have purchased an reliance mobile and an sim frm an Reliance Webstore Ltd, South Extension-New Delhi, E-18, SOUTH EXTENSION PART-2, DELHI on 29/5/2009 at 07:53 pm .I have purchased an mobile classic 206 and an CDMA sim (RSN:RECRSC[protected] and Mr Sachin kumar of reliance web store given me an form to fill and i have also given my driving license as an document and receive the hand set along with an sim inside. He said me that the phone will be activated but just switch it on within 15 min and i have left the place.I have waited for five days but it has been not activated then i again went there but he said that i have sent bombay mail and it will be activated and i said ok i will wait for that.again after five days i visited him he is just saying me that u havent visited anytime and now u r coming and saying that ur phone is not activated i said that i have come and u said it will be activated. Then he said ok i will check it then he said that ur mobile phone doesnt required any sim so it will be activated soon i said that u adivised me to purchase an sim and now u r saying that sim is not required he said then that he dont no anything.

Sir, i have purchased many connections but i havent seen these kinds of customer services where people dont have any knowledge of work and also i have lost my money which i purchased an sim and got mental tension through this i have coming long way frm my home to this webstore and the input was nill

I purchased a GSM sim card i.e.-[protected] at 03.11.2009 from reliance communication shop situated at Mithaiwala chauraha Gomtinagar Lucknow.Representative had told me that this is life time sim and 0.50 paise scheme is also in it.Activation message came at 04.11.2009 then after i recharged my phone with Rs100/- Top-up at 07.11.2009 but still my local phone rate is Rs1.00/- local and Rs1.50/-STD.I told the situation to your representative but no satisfactory answer i found.
So, kindly resolve my problem earlier at your end.

    I took the connection on 10/05/11... till now i am facing problem with the net speed... its really really slow... even my mobile 2g internet has more speed than this one... what should i do??

      hello sir... Currently im the subscriber of Prepaid Reliance GSM .... my mobile no. is [protected] i am trying to change my Reliance no.to Aircel from last 32 days but Reliance is not giving me the UPC code to port out my no.after sending them 40 sms. I call many time in Reliance custmoer care also but they are telling me many excuses from last 32 days. Everytime when i send sms to reliance for UPC code they deduct each time 1 rupee from my balance.....i am tired now i did also many complaints in Reliance custmoer care.. my 1st complaint no. is[protected] in my second complaint no. is[protected]. My 3rd complaint no. is[protected], my 4th complain no. is[protected] my 5th comlain no. is[protected] my 6th complaint no is[protected] my 7th complaint no.is[protected] my 8th comlaint no. is[protected] and i got my all complaints's resolved msg but im still not getting my UPC code somebody must do against Reliance.... plz help me

      Reliance GSM — Reliance is not giving me the UPC code

        I bought Reliance Netconnect+ USB stick wireless post paid connection on 30th April 2011 from Mr. Arjun at Reliance office in Vishrantwadi, Pune. It has been more than 10 days now. Spoke to Arjun many times. He says the guys came for address verification twice and returned because there was no one in flat. I work with TCS and cannot take leave from work and there is noone at home during the day. Why cannot the guy who comes for verification give me a call or schedule a time when he comes. I can see an obvious attempt to harass and loot when I spoke to another Reliance person who offered to get me a "positive" verification from Arjun for Rs. 1000/-.

          Hello,
          I was a reliance GSM customer few months back with the above No.
          Later I ported this no. to Vodafone through MNP service.
          Now i am facing a problem which is very Ridiculous.
          My friends and relatives who are existing Reliance customers (GSM and CDMA) can not contact me.
          When they call me it Says "This No. does not exists".
          I am not able to even recieve their SMS.
          I beg Reliance people not to trouble people in this way if they are in Huge losses.
          We people are not responsible for your losses, Instead it is your services only that your customers are not satisfied..
          Please solve my problem as soon as Possible or I have to take the neccessary Legal Action with TRAI.

            I bought reliance datacard with no [protected] on 28 march 2011 at DATA DEAL adyar Office. They promised that they will give a home theatre are free.Iam highly disappointed that they have been saying one or other excuse daily. Iam making call for them frequently,they keep on saying that they will sent it through courier today &tomorrow.This is the exccuse they have been saying for the past one month.Yet they have not given me Free Home Theatre.Address of Delar : DATA DEAL NO: 54/8, 15th Lane,
            Indira Nagar, Adyar,Chennai -600 020. I advise everybody never go for reliance data card from DATA DEAL. These People are cheating.
            Yes, I do agree with the complaint raised. I got the datacard on 23-Mar-2011 and so far I havent received the gift or call from them. Also, I went directly to the shop and enquired, they promised to send that within 3 working days but still nothing has happened. I'm trying calling them for last 3 days, the contact no. given [protected] is always switched off. My address in the bill I receive monthly is updated incorrectly. I had asked them to change when I went directly but still I'm getting the bill with the wrong address updated, luckily the postman is a known person who is dropping the bill at my home.

                i hope everything going fine. unfortunately i have some prob. with my Reliance india Mobile(CDMA) account that mob no. is [protected]. last time i recharged my account via a 2 tarif[censored]nder one i got 6 months free sms (per day 500). but another one is not working. i got only 1 month 200 min. remain 5 months i didn't get it. kindly check my deatils. i've already talked 2 cc but no one give me proper info.

                  It is sad to inform you that i am getting unwanted calls and SMSs even after activating DND for long time.

                  I am using Reliance GSM my number is [protected].

                  Recently i got a promotionl call from [protected] on 07-05-11 at 3.50 pm. and SMS from 567857 on 08-05-11 at 5.54 pm.

                  I have informed the Nodal authorities and they said they will raise complaint and cut the call without giving any confirmation.

                  So i request you to kindly take action against it and advice me to go for compensation in this regard as they irritating with their promotional programms.

                  Reliance GSM — promotional calls at late hours

                  I am getting promotional computerized calls from Raliance at odd late hours (viz 1.30 AM, 3AM). This disturbs my sleep and then the whole coming day. Though i have subscribed for DND but it will be activated in next 45 days. I want to know the rule regulation for promotional calls/sms and what can i do to really do something for getting rid of this prob...
                  this is not only problem with this ..however the network is too bad now a days that after every 2 min my call get disconnected and i have to do it again, , , really bad thig, , i just switch to reliance from vodafone byt i am sad to see such service from big player like reliance..

                  Reliance GSM — Receiving Promotional Calls after DND

                  I had received calls from [protected] on 15th Dec 2010 at 1.10 pm which is bajaj allianz number as stated by caller. after my repeated request not to call me, i am getting calls.
                  Kindly, take some action on this complain.

                  If any pack is being is activated is just because of your promotional calls, which happens even after the DND is being activated 6 months before. So settle the matter with proper solution and compensation.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have purchased the Net Connect of Reliance [protected], As per the advice and communication of your sales Executive Mr.Ashutosh based at Allahabad, He assured me that the connection is working at my area Jhunsi.

                    But after the purchase of the USb Modem i came to know that our area is not servisable by Broad Band of Reliance. Just after giving a regular call Mr Ashutosh didnt received my call and when i met him in the office he said that the instrument modem will be taken back and the amount will be reversed to me.The instrument was been taken back saying that the amount will be reversed back in 2 days.

                    But after1 and 1/2 month still i have not received any amount i have a great loss of 30k due to fraud behiavour of the staff.I am bound to louge a police complain and a case at Consumer Forum for the same.

                    Kindly do the needful .

                      I am a reliance netconnect broadband user. (connection no:[protected]) When i purchased this service, reliance offered i am getting broad band services in area like Mumbai Bangalore and all metro cities.But most of the time i am working from mumbai and i am not getting this service properly. I am placed on near to DAKC and i am getting full signal strength over here.But still i am not able to use this high speed data service. I have updating this deatils to reliance from last four month, but not getting any updates from reliance.So can you please consider this incident on high priority and please take some action againt this vendor.Also please provide me some compensation from reliance for loosing my valuable time and giving this much of pressure because o[censored]sing this device

Some times the help desk say that the technical team is looking out for the issue and the problem will be sorted out soon. But I never get the powerful signal after-words.

                          I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.

                          I have sent many times message for unsubscribe service of crbt but they have not done yet.pls take it seriously and guide me.

                          Reliance should not do such type of mean activities of making money.

                              I m using Reliance GSM connection since 3 years. I faced so many time Balance deduction that was irrelevent and i was always unaware about that.
                              They r activated services and charged me without my permission.
                              I never complaint abt this, bcs i felt that was my mistake.
                              But today at around 9:45 pm i checked my balance and i found 60 rs. Less than what the balance have. They deducted 60 rs. Balance. I didn't activated any service..nor called anyone.
                              I tried to talk to customer care but they r not replying me.
                              I supposed to go Consumer Court To File Suit against Reliance if my Problem is not solved in 3 day.
                              Shame on RELIANCE..a very large company But always doing things like this.

                                Hi,
                                My data card number is [protected]. In every 1st and 2nd week my broadband card starts giving problem. When I connect my data card it shows full strength in signals and when I pressed connect it goes till Successful authentication and then it got disconnected. Broadband signal in my house is good as my friend has the same card and its working.
                                After doing multiple complaints they say this is the problem with Mac or signal is weak. I explained them it is neither the case. I am fed up of this service. Don't know where to complain about this. Customer care people gave layman answers and nothing concrete. Why would I pay for such a service which is down for half the month.
                                Please convey my complaints.

                                  I have a GSM prepaid number where reliance deducts caller tune charge every month. Every Month I call them and they refund it. Next month is the same story for over. When I call Customer care they say their system is under updation. Let me inform everybody that their System goes on updation for around 3 to 4 hours. Reliance agent only told me that. I don’t Know what they do for 4 hours. How customers are taken care of. This is really aWorst service quality I have ever seen or heard. Reliance has facebook account where they Claim to resolve the issues. The reality is they do not even reply on them. Customers and Reliance agents are the same. Themselves put the scraps on the facebook and twitter that their issue is resolved. I have faced this many times.                                   I am Reliance GSM Prepaid Customer ([protected])

                                  I am experiencing immense problem regarding automatic balance deduction from my prepaid account.

                                  Rs, 30 has been deducted from my account twice (Rs. 60 in Total ); on 9th July & 9th Aug 2011

                                  I haven't activated any of the add-on service like Jokes, Cricket, Health Packs, Caller Tunes; etc.

                                  I have called customer care twice but nobody was able to resolve this problem.

                                  Else again in next month Rs. 30 will get deducted.

                                  Please do the needful & return the deducted balance.

                                  I recharged with Rs. 5 on 19 July 2013 for one day net pack. I used it whole day but in night suddenly net stopped working. When I checked, I found that my balance of Rs. 19 has been deducted. I immediately turned off the net. I checked my 2G data and there was still 10mb left. When I called in customer care, they said that there is some technical problem. When I called them today, they were unable to provide me satisfied response. And when I again called them, I am unable to contact them. Also 2 days earlier, they deducted my Rs. 8 for the same issue and the complaint no. for that is[protected] and I haven't received my refund for that yet. Please take the immediate action against them.

                                      I am a regular user of Reliance GSM service from the last two years without facing any problem, but from the last 5-6 months I am suffering from MVDO service given by reliance. Earlier I have requested to activate this service in my mobile phone only once, but after that it is automatically activated and the amount is being deducted accordingly. Number of times I made calls to customer care, but no use. What they have told to me every time----- “We have deactivate your MVDO pack and from now it will not be renewed”. I am listening the same statement from Reliance cst-care centre everytime. Is there anyone educated in Reliance who can help me out. They have given me a link also to deactivate this service, but the link is out of work. My question is ---“If a service is activated automatically then why It can’t be deactivated automatically??”
                                      Now the only thing I am thinking is to change my service provider as TRAI is giving us the facility for Number portability.

                                      My problem is basically related to MVDO service given by Reliance. The actual problem that I have been facing from the last 5-6 months is : "Nobody is there who can tell me where should I go into my cell to unsubscribe this MVDO service as there are too many options in R-menu". I know that the request has been taken by the Reliance and the service is closed for now, but I am also sure that after some time it will be renewd, as the request will be going from my cell automatically. I want to be with Reliance.

                                        i am custmer of reliance smart. my no is [protected].i am trying to deactivate my 1p sms pack since 6 months.but my complaint is not lodging at their given number 53739 for unsubscribe.whenevr we try,the masage came " sorry,the service you have requested is temporarily unavailable.please try again later" and when we call on custmer care,it always shows network busy.
                                        therefore,my balance is reducing every month unnecessary.you are requested to take action against it

                                        Sir/Madam,
                                        my mobile no. Is [protected]. My problem is this no. Activated sms value pack rs.39. And renewed 1 month.
                                        That's deactivate packs send sms "deact sms39" to 53739 and reply to company "over retried". Between customer no. 198 and *333 but no response only ans "all channel this rout busy" & I get totally disturb from reliance service
                                        please sir/Madam my help me my phone service deact.
