Dear Sir,
In february 2011, I purchase a 2g sim. It's number is [protected] and I top up it by Rs 200.00. I do not activated any service on this number. Only I want incoming calls and out going calls on my phone. But your company has deducted 150 to 180 for different types of services, for which I do not say anything that why they had deducted. Again I top up it by Rs 100.00 & 50.00, again it was deducted. then I made complaint. and I got Rs 50.00 back. Today when I checked the balance. I surprised that my balance in only 10.91. while it should be more than Rs 40.00. when I contact from customer care on 198. They are moving me zic-zac.So I am lodging my complaint to return my Rs 30.00 which is wrongly deducted and again I want to say that please disconnect my all types of sevices except my own incoming & out going calls.

    "Worst at its best Level" should be the logo of Reliance Communicaions. Its very good that their shares have been debarred from participating in the primary/secondary market. I have purchased reliance netconnect broadband plus data card which says for a speed of 3.1 Mbps, although I know that under any circumstances no data card can offer such speed. Still I thought it would be ok if i receive an average speed of roughly say around 1 Mbps. But ..I never received even one sixth of this...Everytime whenever I called customer service they are not aware of the things. Even some points I used to tell them on how to proceed further.

    I would say for all "DONT GO FOR ANY SERVICE FROM RELIANCE ANIL AMBANI GROUP, BE IT CAPITAL, INFRA OR COMMUNICATIONS." He lives only on one principle - "Rob the people".

      Sir,
      this is to inform you that I am using a prepaid mobile number [protected] from last one year, which is of reliance communications ltd. Navi mumbai. When I purchased this number, I activated dnd/Dnc services at that time. But today 08/06/2011 at 2:18pm,I recieved a call from [protected], which is a company promotional call of 30 seconds. This call disturbed me when I am in a meeting. After receiving this call I called 1909 on 08/06/2011 at 2:21pm, their tollfree number to check that my dnd/Dnc services are activated or not. After this call I come to know that my dnd/Dnc services are activated so I want to know that how they called me for a company promotional call. Please take a legal action against this company. I have full record of this instance. Please do the needful. I am wating for your response.

      I am also getting calls from the same number, but i didnt pick. i have also same problem, i will mostly be in Roaming and i got 7-8 times call from this number, when i want to do call back, the call was not completed. even my DND also activated,

      This is to bring you in light that, I Daljit singh Deol a direct seller for Reliance and have been authorisied to sell sim cards
      on behalf of the company .As per your company norms or rules and regulations i have sold approx 1200 to 1300 sim cards(new connections)
      in a given period of time that was 3months slab in 2010 .And as per your company rules I was been noticed by your
      local distributer to be rewarded by cash or by any gift in place of selling the sims in a give period of time
      But till date i have not got any share from the company though I had may a time contacted with the disributer
      area (PPM) Gaurav midda and (zpm) puneet mahajan, but every time i was been sent empty handed
      So having a hope and faith on the seniour desk of the company lastly i am writting to the seniours
      so that my matter could be solved as soon as possible and in a short period of time
      so that we can share a good bonding with the company for the future

        We have a reliance mobile tower in residential area next to my house.(just opp. to my house)

        Please can we ask you to intervien in order to shift it away from the housing area. the village and post new sita nagar, near old t.v. tower, n.h-2, firozabad road, Rambagh Agra-6, state uttar pradesh the mobile tower company is reliance.

          I have been using Reliance services from more then 3 years under the name of DSRLIC50 program in Indore, Madhya Pradesh my mobile number is [protected]. In spite of making around 4 porting requests starting from March2011 my number is not yet being ported.
          This time again i have opted for the porting request on 27.5.2011 my port number is RY517242.
          We have been trying to port since long time but it is been denied by RELIANCE more then three times.
          Here I’m giving the reason why my mobile no could not been converted before : -

          The reason given by the company is barely justified as all these numbers of me and my friends are not in any kind of contracts with the company, also after requesting to the nodal officer Ms. Shweta Rai, Appealing Officer Mr. Amrish Kumar also their is no resolution. Also their are calls from the company requesting in arrogent manner about the portability request. for which i will take some hard steps in regards to the company and its officials.
          So i hereby Request TRAI to take an account of the issue.

              Reliance Mobile — incoming and outgoing is barred without giving any information

              my reliance pre paid mobile no is [protected] . my phone service although incoming and outgoing is barred without giving any information..by any call or sms. by this i facing many problems. when i speak to reliance customer care dept . they told me that they have no rights to activete my service, when i want to lodge a complained they told me that they only take my request.. not any complained. i feel why i use that company phone. there is lot's of cell company in the market. if company not reactive my service soon then i need to change my cell phone.
              I wanna use Reliance Mobile for giving the add of my company through your SMS Service...

Second week in May 2011 get welcome SMS through reliance GSM and connection started. My mobile no. [protected] had worked 2nd week of May 2011 to 06 June 2011. Incoming and outgoing call facilities had closed by reliance GSM on 06.06.2011 without information. I am in very loss cause of closing my number. I am business man so I am requesting for help. Who is the responsible my losses. I want to say that:-
              • How to activate my SIM without document ?
              • Mobile calling service withdraw without information why?
              • Who is the responsible my losses in 4 days ?
              • Who is the responsible for the document sending and entry ?
              • Dealer says : I am sending your CAF (Doc.) Main Branch, Biskoman Bhawan, Gandhi Maidan, Patna. So, I am not responsible your documents. then who is responsible for my document ?
              • All Reliance staffs in Patna says that, I am not responsible for your document.
              • Ekram sir, Nodal Office, Patna, Abdul Nodal Office, Mumbai and Neelam Consumer related staff, Mumbai are helping for solve my problems but others staff not active.

                This is Reliance has been doing with me since months and now they have stared deducting my money by starting falsly auto activated service.

                  I vipin sahu having Reliance GSM/SMART mobile no.[protected]. I am facing a problem with the company that cricket alerts starts automatically on my this no. This is the third time that company starts cricket alerts So, I want from the company that deactivate this service from my mobile and refund my money soon . I have called to customer care many times but they did not respond. if the problem will not solve asap i will stop to use reliance service.

                  I am frustated with reliance gsm service .
                  I have a similar problem. I do not wish to receive unnecessary alerts be it cricket or anything else. MY number is [protected].
                  Reliance should stop interfering with its customer's privacy.

                    I, Yadav Avdhesh Siyaram, subscriber of Reliance GSM[protected], lodging complaint regarding poor services.
                    The said no. has plan of 3 minutes in Re. 1.00/-.
                    On 13th May 2011, I had refillied the my account with Rs. 55/- top up and I’d recieved the msg from reliance “YOUR ACCOUNT HAS RECH WITH RS. 47.86 CORE TT PLS PAY RS. 55.00″ at 11.13 mins.
                    and till yesterday (5th june, 2011) i never called any no. After calling the no. [protected], call time 21.06 mins. call amt deducted Rs. 8.00, which is valid and accepted.
                    After that i recieved a msg containing that my current balance is Rs. 7.00, as per my calculation my remaining balance should be Rs. 39.86 (47.86 – 8.00).
                    When i spoken to Mr. Raju, Reliance customer care on 198, he was saying that server not showing the details pls call after half n hour.
                    Again I spoken to Miss. Jyoti, reliance Customer Care, she was saying that the top up is not available on GSM, and the server not showing the details. My point is that, when the said top up is not applicable on GSM then how I recieved a msg from Reliance for 47.86 core tt. & as there is no balance in my account and i called the above no. and remaining balance is 7.00/-, when i told to lodge my request and provide me request i.d. she deneyed and told she provide right information, when what about my balance amount.
                    Again at the night, i spoken to Mr. Mayur, he was saying that details are not available on the system and call after some time.
                    Today morning at 11.00, I spoken to Srinivas, he was also saying that details are not available at system call after some time.
                    How many time, i call to such system provider as it is not feasible for me and make so much of stress.

                    So provide the proper guidance to me and see the matter in good faith and also guide me as i file the legai suit against the Reliance for harassment.

                    I think i had done a great mistake by choosing your reliance GSM mobile number.

                    on 31st mar i was recharged my number for 300 rs after that i had request for unlimited internet pack 299. Immediately reliance has deducted 299 from my main balance but my internet plan is not changed till now. Still the current plan is in my number is your default plan 50 ps/mb.

                    first time when i call to your customer case on *333 then they told your plan will activated please wait for some time.
                    2nd time when i call them floor superviser write a complaint on 31st and give me a complaint number. And he say wait for 48hrs.
                    3rd time when i call then your customer care people told me "sir APKE ACCOUNT SE JO PAISE KATE GYE HAIN VO THEEK KATE HAIN ISLIYE APKI COMPLAINT RESOLVED HO GYI, HUM ISKE BARE ME KUSH NI KAR SAKTE RELIANCE ME CALL KARNE KE LIYE DHANYABAD"
                    4th time when i call then i give a fresh complaint at your customer care on 2nd Apr. Then he says wait for 48 hrs.
                    After 48 hrs on 4th Apr. When i call to customer care then they say there is no such complaint on this number.
                    5th time when i call i project the problem to the floor supervisor he transfer the call to GPRS center. They told me we are only send settings we cant help you in this matter.
                    6th time when i call on same day to customer care center then he again write a fresh complaint this time he has given me a complaint number also. And told me to wait for 48hrs.

                    48+48+48hrs = 6 days

                    please return my 299 rs back in my account or active my internet pack.

                    Reliance customer care is simply harasing me.

                    Please give me the address of any customer care where i can lodge a written complaint.

                    Now i will give a written application to consumer court also regarding this.
                    So in future other customer will not face such problems

                    "Your subcription to CRBT service has been renewed at Rs. 10.00 for aperiod of 10 days. ""
                    It is added here for kind information that I had never asked for providing such service.On checking the balance on mobile an amount of Rs.10.00 was found deducted from Balance.This is clearcut cheating by such reputed company.When I tried to get information from customer care i didn't get appropriate response.The service provider co. should refund the amount deducted from my balance amount.Besides this appropriate action should be taken against defaulters.
                    hiiii i m NIshant mu reliance gsm mobile no. is [protected].i activated a service dreaming girl pac on 8/10/10 and deact this service on 18/10/2010 complaint no. is[protected] But i charged Rs 10 again for this service on 28/10/10. i have done many complints regarding for this but i cant got any solution from your customer care.
                    On 21/11/10 i done a mssge for sms service {START SMSDD ON 121} & {SMS on 121}
                    after this mssge i got a mssg that your mobile radio is activated and charged Rs20. again your cutmer care helpless

                    My self Premlata Chauhan I had filled a complaint regarding wrong deduction to my no. [protected] on 20.1.11.and my Ticket no. is [protected]
                    and request for refund the money for this Reliance executive call us and assured us for refunding money after that I got Rs.10 and talkvalue of Rs. 3.
                    I want to refund Rs. 1000 not the Rs.10. We are still not able to talk anyone because when we tried the message we got "your balance is insufficient for this call".Please provide me the full detail of my deduction so I can filled the case regarding this or send me the balance of Rs.1000.I am just fed up to register the complaint again and again.
                    Please do the appropriated step regarding this so we are using this no.last 4 years. We don't want to lose it.

                    Reliance GSM — Wrong deduction of balance & Worst Customer Service Center

                    Hi,

                    I am fed up of this Reliance GSM services, and will be shortly switching to some other service provider. But still i want to make a complain about this as I am paying for the service.

                    Reliance GSM service has activated some Value Added Packs on my number(don't know by who's permission) and when I enquired on the Customer Care number(first I had to call 4-5 times and each time I was made to hold the call for about an avg of 5-6min), I was told that I had activated the services as shown in there system.

                    It doesn't end here, on the same call, I was said that the a request has been raised and my problem will be resolved and the balance deduction will not happen again. But Guess what....... They are still charging me with something I had not asked for and a new service has been also activated. So now its a double deduction.

                    The customer care executives for Relaince GSM Pre-Paid are the DUMBEST/HOPELESS people I have ever spoken in my life and have either NO SOLUTIONS or WRONG SOLUTIONS for our querries.
                    i didnot subscribe for cricket alerts and they r activated on my mobile without my knowledge. and when i called 198 customer care executive they r not giving any response and when i asked to transfer to senior executive they always say please call after half an hour we will connect but that half an hour never came. they r irrresponsible stupid and .all the ppl there r like that only. i wanted my refund of me. so i tell ppl dont take reliance gsm because if they deduct balance it will never come back. other like airtel and tata docomo they will refund in 24 hrs but reliance is very really poor customer care and they dont lodge a complaint for their mistake too. some people in reliance srikanth, uday, etc they r not at all responding. i want my 30rs balance back. we r also not free to call them any time. we also have work.my no is [protected]

                    i m the holding reliance sim more than 4 yrs, i m totally dissatisfied in this kind of service. it's not only my problem, in my hostel those people having reliance gsm sim they also faced same kind of problem; and some time the free night calling is not working.

                    Reliance — wrongly activate the daily cricket pack

                    Sir,My Smart GSM number is [protected].Daily Cricket pack has activated on my number.I tried customer care since 10 days but i failed every time.
                    PLS PLS PLS deactivate my cricket pack as soon as possible.

                    I am user of Reliance no. [protected]....i had logged a complaint earlier abt wrong call charge deductions, i had recharged with Rs 77 pack to get reduced STD onnet call benefits but i was not getting any....when contacted reliance they said that a FRC i did was wrong whereas it is not mentioned any where in there site about this....and moreover they dnt know any procedure to rectify the problem......when tried to contact customer care i found that my no has been BLOCKED by them after they saw my last complaint........is this d way v consumers r supposed to b treated is there no authority to look after all this.......a disgrace to comman MAN........

                    This is to inform you that there was a wrong deduction made by the Reliance telecommunication on my Mobile No. [protected] on dated 26th of July 2012. The approx amount was Rs. 154.40. After getting that information from the balance info on my mobile i contacted to reliance customer care, and they were providing me various excuses for that deduction. one of the executive told me that when I have recharged my no. then the retailer was not having the sufficient balance to recharge my no. that’s why company deducted the recharge amount of Rs. 140.00 while another one told me that the deduction was made correctly because i had utilised the GPRS services, for that company charged me Rs. 154.40. But there is fact that i was having 3G data balance on stated no. of 359MB. So how could it was possible to deduct my main balance.
                    I tried to get proper information regarding the same but they were not giving me proper reason for deduction. I argued on this that while I was having 3G GPRS balance of 359MB so how could it be possible that without using the same data balance and having the validity of 30 days i.e. till 05/08/2012 my main balance should not be deducted then one of the senior executive excused me that she is unable to give the required information that where I had used the 3G GPRS.
                    So I want my balance back on my no. which was deducted wrongly.
                    Kindly check my mobile number's information and help me out from this dispute.

                      I am using a prepaid GSM ([protected])since last 1 year. My account balance is getting deducted by Rs.5/- daily since last 8-10 days. The CC (connected after thousands of tries) says that I have activated cricket pack that cannot be deactivated by them.

                      I am complaining since 28th may, 2011 . They have told me by 4th June that the said pack is deactivated . I got a confirmation from CC that the deducted amount will be refunded in 2 days . But daily balance deduction of Rs.5/- is going on since then even on today.

                      I am using Samsung GT b3410 Further, if the pack was active on my account, I should have got Ball-by Ball updates for cricket matches as per the PACK. But I have not received any single update.

                      I am really frustrated with R-COM. Can any one guide what to do ???

                        Reliance communication as always auto activated certain useless services and charging me without a good reason, I complained for the same and they claimed in response as previous that I have activated this service from R world which I NEVER DID, it’s really ugly behaviour to point out customer. This is your false behaviour for deducting money (fake activation of certain stupid services, caller tunes etc are very common in Reliance communication). WORST WAY OF INCREASING YOUR TURN OVER. The customer care agents are useless and always add false statements to dismiss the case. I want my money back. STOP making fool.


                        I dont really care of the money they have deducted but I the nature to fight for wrong. I'll keep on posting blogs on this case until you guyz settle this issue. It's not a threat but a lesson to Reliance Communication that India is very well Matured to under that 5-7 Rs hardly make difference but when you guyz deduct these 5-7 Rs from lakh's and lakh's of people ... How Much Money You Make...

                          This is to inform you that we had applied for MNP (Reliance CDMA to Reliance GSM) in the month of March 2011.After lots of request they have port the number in Reliance GSM . I had also submitted request for updation Local calling pack of Rs 99 at the time of MNP.But Reliance have not updated my Local Calling packwith MNP.Again we have request Reliance Web world Park Street Kolkata on[protected].They have not updated my Local Calling Pack.On dated[protected] again I request for the same which is updated on[protected], as result my bill amount became Rs 1985/-..

                          Therefore I request you to please check my documents which is submitted at the time of MNP and Bill for the month of April 2011.After proper checking please arrange to refund my extra bill amount ( Reliance to Reliance aprox. Rs 998).

                          Reliance GSM — Fraud in my Bills

                          We have purchase a plan Rs:- 599 in end of Sep'11 month. As per the call receive on my No. from Sales team. I will receive 800 Massage in this plan. once i have receive bill for 14 days i was shocked that reliance has processed Rs:- 1200 for only Msg charges, We have mark so many mails to their complaint email id. But till date we have not received any response.

                            The sales rep approached my office and offered me a broadband - landline combo plan. Before going for it, I confirmed with him that the landline plan could be deactivated anytime without any problems as I was not gonna need the landline connection after a couple of months as I would be moving my office premises. Inspite of confirming with him he didn't disclose that I would have troubles disconnecting my landline. Now when I called the customer care to disconnect it, I was told that I can't do it without changing my plan. Changing the plan seems logical as I had chosen a combo plan but then my point is why wasn't I told this by the sales rep. Had he told me about the this trouble of changing new plan while disconnecting, I wouldn't have gone ahead with the activation. So I'm making a complaint against the sales rep who mislead me and didn't disclose the important information which would have affected my decision to go with Reliance Communications.

                              from 30th may there is no network my 5000 coustomer is completly cut of.reliance official mr.deepak ([protected])call me and told that jald se jald apki problem thik kar di jayegi.main apna phone dusere no.par forward karke kam chala raha hu.hamko hakikat koi bhi nahai bata raha hai.mera roj incoming ka paisa lag raha hai.last one year se main complant kar raha hun.net ke upar yeh meri third complant hai.aug 2010(15 days),11 may,19 may,30 may till date no network
                              we have already complaint last month.my near about 100 cdma number is dead. 11 may,19 may,30-31 may,1 june till date no body can solve this problem .i m call forward to other number for connectivity [protected] [protected] arvind sharma

                                If you have any idea to purchase Reliance Wireless please do not do that because I am a suffering reliance customer.
                                I purchased the Reliance HELLO (ph no: [protected]) for Rs.1280 and they promised me that if you are getting good signal then there will not be any problem. I checked the signal and I was getting full signal so I purchased it.
                                But after purchasing only I saw the true color of the substandard service they are providing.
                                I was only able to call or receive call for 10 min only after that I have to switch off and on the phone to make a call. When I call their poor CC they promised me that it was not a big issue and it will rectified in 4 days but on the same day their technician called me and told me that my issue cannot be resolved because I am getting signals from 2 towers. When I told him I was not aware about "Reliance's Full bug network" he said that he was sorry, that's all.
                                I was certain that I lost my money and I contacted the store from were I bought the pity service. They told me that I have to change to 10 digit mobile number and I have to recharge for another 250 Rs to get the service. I was not in any position to argue so I changed the number and finally I was able to make call after 3 weeks from the purchase of the pity Reliance's substandard land line phone.
                                After that when I checked the balance I had lost 40 rupees and I called the customer care and they told me that they were extremely sorry for the loss and they can do nothing about the issue. They told me a to call the Nodal officer and gave a infinity ringing phone number.
                                I think one day Reliance will send people to steal from our home directly.

                                DO NOT BUY RELIANCE LANDLINE
                                I don;t think so you people are saying this because it is going in public. I tried to call the Nodal Officer today but only infinity ringing only.
                                Today somebody from their stupid company called me and said that "We are not able to provide you a weaver". This time in English. That's all.

                                My advice to all who are planning to take the "Reliance Land Line":
                                Never even think about taking it because they will steal your money from your account and say there is no record for such things. That's because they are stealing and thieves don't like to keep any records.
                                They have done revenge against me now they have barred all calls including the customer care. Am I still living in India?

                                  There is No Reliance Gsm network in whole area of Malwani in Malad west, I called CC 3-4 times from another phone and those people just committed that problem will be solved in next 24 hrs, but still the condition is same, i am facing so much problem due to this. Please suggest me what is a legal action can i take against Rcom.

                                  NO Reliance GSM Network, Strange...9 days passed there is no network in my area.

                                  I Received call (3 days ago) from Rcom Technical Team giving me lolly pop that my problem will be solved by evening but they fail again.

                                  Finally, i have decided to switch to some other network by MNP, Please suggest me some operaters with best across city.

                                      I got a netconnect on 01/05/2011 paying rs 1150/ from ur dealer.After 3 days it was activited.After 5days it was disconnected,and asked me to submitt document again.I submitted document.But the connection was not activitted for12 days.After my complain again it was connected.I lost 15 days free browsing.AFTER 1 Month I paid rs 169/ for recharge on 01/06/2011. Butt still now I could not get connection. As a reputted network company not in india,but also some country,this type of poor service should not be served to custmer.

                                        Hi I brought this Reliance Broadband + Netconnect two weeks ago Number -[protected]. As per their promise it should give speed upto 3.1 Mbps . But its nearly touching 256 Mbps . When i called the sales executive he said he took my complaint and forward but still now its not yet solved . Even an moves faster than the speed provide by the Reliance Netconnect . Whenever i called the sales executive he is repeating the same story like the parrot . I am feed up with the poor services . Really these people dont care about customer after taking their money . Dont buy reliance its an personal advice .
