I have a Reliance communication connection CDMA since last 6 years. I have submitted the valid documents for the same at the beginning, after which i have been asked to submit my documents 3 times under some CAF form.

Recently on 10th may, suddenly my incoming and outgoing calls were barred, I could not call the customer care number as well. When i visited the reliance web world at sion (mumbai), they said that i have to submit my documents again for CAF verification. Immediately that day I submitted the documents(i.e. friday), the personnel informed that within 24 hrs the phone would be activated. But till Monday afternoon the phone was not activated, after a verbal conversation of long 2-3 hrs with the personnel at reliance and also told them that the number is used by my dad n he has a heart problem, after which I was told that they would consider activating service to my phone within the next 24 hrs.

Firstly after submitting the documents 3 times, why would they need it again, plus before deactivating my calls they should have send me a message saying that submit the documents in 2 to 3 days.

I would really want a compensation for the same, as during that 4 days of my phone being deactivated I lost so much of business calls, inconvenience, as well as the scheme were of no use (everyday 30 mins free calls).

    Hello,

    I want to bring to your notice that I have recharged my Reliance Pre Paid connection ( #[protected]) with National R-R Pack 77. As per the pack details Calling to any Reliance Mobile anywhere in India @ 20p/min at any time day or night.

    Unfortunately I am not getting the benefits of this pack. I have raised multiple complaints through Customer Care and from Reliance Web World but with not luck. The Reliance Web in-charge too raised his arm saying that he is aware that I am being charged incorrectly but when ever he is raising a ticket ..its getting closed saying you are correctly charged. So basically he too is helpless. He asked me to take it up to higher authorities.

    Please see if you can help in this regard.

    Thanks..but just escalating to concerned team has not worked for me till now. I personally went to Reliance World Head Office in hi-tech City in Hyderabad...met the lady heading this department. She also understood my problem and said that she will escalate it and it should be resolved in 48 hours. Its almost 2 weeks now with no results.
    Hopefully you will be able to take is to closer. My 30 days validity is about to expire now. So basically my Rs.77 went in drain again.

      The company has been deducting my balance without my knowledge. It has been done trice in past 20 days. They say that I have activated various packs , but the truth is neither me nor people who have access to my phone have activated any packs. I have tried contacting the nodal officer in bihar but both of his contact numbers are switched off.Last deduction occured on 30/5/2011, for which I contacted them on 31.5.2011 it was for rs.10. They have allso deducted 30 rs on 17th or 18th of this month they just refuse to refund and say "maafi chahoonga".

        respected sir,
        my mobile no. is [protected] this is to inform you that i recharged my number on 30/5/11 with rs.75 for which i got currency of 66.
        but following day (31/5/11) i came to know that 30 rupees have been deducted from my balance for which i called reliance customer care.they told that a pack of shayri have been activated by your no.As i haven't activated any packages i said them i haven't got any messages regarding this, they did it forcefully without my permission asked them to remove that package and to refund me but that customer care people told that they cant refund as its been done because of my fault....but the fact is as i gets calls or messages from this people i just delete them without looking at them as they always do such things but they are saying that i activated it by following instructions by typing *123#. and this is not my first encounter with reliance this has been done to the same number 4 times this is fifth as i get recharged......but previously except once they have refunded back.
        so i want to launch a complaint against them for the harrasment and i want that rs.30 back to my balance
        I need your attention to this regular problem of reliance customers and help me.

        sir,

        but next day (23/2/12) i came to know that 20 rupees have been deducted from my balance, nothing activated in this number but simply deducted, pls i don't know why they are deducted what activated in my number pls deactive any activated packages .

          From last 2-3 time my Balance gets deducted every time i reacharge and when i call customer care they tell me that i have downloaded some pack, on 30th may my Rs. 30 got deducted and when i called customer care they said i have downloaded some MCPACK which i didnot, then after that i recharged with Rs. 55, till today morning(31st) i had Rs. 47 balance but around 3pm i checked my balance was Rs. 17, again Rs 30 got deducted from my balance.

          Around 2 months back Rs 140 was deducted from my balance for unknown reasons, that time i called customer care then they always used to say that the SYSTEM IS UPADATING please call after 2 hrs, i almost called 5 days continously that time and they gave same answer every time.

          They activated my cricket pack but i didnot told them to do so.

          I am fed up with this service provider, they just keep deducting from my balance at regular intervals, now i am getting the feeling that this is a way to steal money from customers, this is how they earn money.

          What i am supposed to do now, i am thinking of changing service provider, please some one tell me the process and a service provider who does not do these cheap stuffs with their customers.

            Dear Sir,

            I applied for MNP of my Airtel Number for sblife CUG plan(attaching copy of sbilife cug plan tarriffs). while i was given normal Rs 99 monthly rental plan.(attaching first Bill)

            I liable to pay Rs. 682 as first bill which is so high as its not plan which i wanted. because in sbi life cug plan tarifs are low as well as monthly 350 sms and 350 calls free. Why am i liable to pay amount for higher charges or wrong plan? reliance sales executive at vadodara telling me that i will get waiver amount in next bill. wel i don't know i should trust him or not so writing to you.

            2nd thing is activation of GPRS Rs. 99 plan for 2.5 GB free data:

            i given request to activate above plan on call center several times but they never did it. i got my 20th may bill where i charged Rs.112 for GPRS usage while i already given request for activation. again called to call center for further request but they are telling its on seniors hand to activate GPRS plan so i asked him to let me talk to your seniour and they kept me on hold for 40 minutes. when i called again, again they kept me on hold endlessly....i mean what kind of attitude is this towards customer?

            Dear nodal officer its my request to kindly ask for every recordings of every call i did at reliance call center....how many times i requested to activate GPRS plan....and how rudely reliance call center executive are talking...

            again today i charged more then Rs. 500 GPRS due to non activation of Rs.99 Plan. why do i suffer Monetory loss when i already given request several times. and due to higher usage they stopped my service and for the same i have to pay again Rs.1205 unbilled amount.

            Its been pathetic experience with reliance, i am just regreting transfering my services to reliance from airtel...

            please do something urgent about this matter.

            Reliance Infocomm — wrong charge in every bill

            Wrong plan given with higher call charges and sms rates.

            they are not even ready to take complain on call center...kept me on hold for 1 and half hour on call center while call.

            its highely unprofessonal company with wrong attitude with customer.

              reliace customer care told me that the in your area you are able to use reliance netconnect plus but after buying the product they told me you cant use it in your area.they steal with me so i m requesting to take action against them.and noticed them to release their network in my auraiya distric town area(muradganj, ajitmal, babarpur) in up west.
              Sir, few mounths reliance cdma network is very very poor full day no incoming call and not a outgoing call.
              So plz i request him saw the my problem and shortout this problem.

              My Number [protected] purchase from State MP. from 3year i am using on roaming this number at State maharashtra. but befor 5day i am unable to calling or receiving any call sms due to network not available at parli Vaijnath (Maharashta).

                The details of my Reliance Prepaid mobile no [protected] are as follows
                (a) Name of the subscriber: Nikita Dagar
                (b) Type of service: CDMA Prepaid

                It is brought to your notice that Rs 60/- was deducted from my prepaid balance for subscribing to
                (a) Filmy pack
                (b) Beauty tips pack

                It is intimated that I had not subscribed to the above services and nor have I been provided with these services. It is clear that the charges have been wrongly billed.

                The issue was communicated telephonically on 27th May[protected] hrs) to floor supervisors (Ms. Harpreet, Mr Diljot, Mr Vikant).

                As the deductions have been made illegally without my consent therefore it is requested that the charges be reversed with immediate effect.

                It is not the first instance that Reliance has made illegal and unauthorized deductions from my prepaid balance account. It appears to be a very common method to take the customers for a ride by levying wrong charges and ignoring the telephonic complaints. It is reiterated that the alleged services were neither subscribed nor received by me and the charges are wrongly billed.

                You are requested to reverse the charges immediately, failing which it would be considered necessary to switch the service provider.

                rcom prepaid — manipulative charging

                i am prepaid customer of rcom having no.[protected]. i am being charged rs 30 per month for services which i never activated.despite my various requests to deactivate these services one or other service is activated automatically. i have tried to contact their customer care services from where the call has never been attended. please be kind enough to help me from these manipulative service providers.

                Reliance Prepaid Services — Unknown Deductions

                I am Prof. Vasyani. My Sim No.[protected] was recharged by me on 4th July, 2001 for Rs.100 though there was balance about Rs.30 or so. There is network problem in GSM Reliance services in Ulhasnaga-421003, district Thane, Maharashtra.I neither received any call nor I made any call except one call for 39 seconds on the same day i.e. 4th July 2011. To my great surprise when I checked my balance on 22nd July, it showd only Rs.22. I donot know what for my balance is deducted. I complained four times with the Reliance Service Centre Near HDFC Bank, Ulhasnagar-4, but they always asked me to contact on 198 or *333. I tried several times on both the numbers but either got network busy or a prerecorded cassette kept me on hold for more than 8 to 10 minutes and I did not get anybody on the line to listen to my grievances. Again on 2nd Augst I got message that my balnce is now Rs.12 only. I donot know what hidden charges they are charging upon me for first time though I never had activated any services and the same was checked by the Service Centre staff also.

                Reliance Prepaid Services — Manipulation of talktime balance

                Morning,

                On 25.1.12, I made a complaint on this site, regarding the manipulation of talk time balance on reliance Mobile cell [protected].

                I recharged on 24.1.12 at 9.45 pm with Rs 100/-, in the morning on 25.1.12, the balance got reduced to Rs 26.91, no calls were made at all.

                This is happening since long back.

                PLEASE LOOK INTO IT.

                  I am Protap Dutta and I am Reliance Smart customer. My mobile Number is [protected]. Today I had balance of Rs.35.93. But I found it is reduced to Rs. 5.93. I made a call to customer care executive officer. He told me that activate some cricket alert after 12pm. But I informed them that no call or sms had not been made from my mobile at that time. But I could not convince them. Thereafter I said please check whether any confirmation had been sent from the company. They said no. Then I demand for my balance. But they refused. They said it was not possible. I said other company used to back balance if it is their system fault. But they again refused and terminate the call. Please pay attention to my complain and take steps to solve my problem.

                  Smart — balance inquiry

                  hello sir,
                  at the time[protected] i had Rs.628 balance but after near about 06:00 PM when i had checked my balance. and my balance was Rs.0.78. i havn't call anywhere till that time. when i complained on[protected] to customer care office of reliance then they told me that we had made an International call. but according to me i havn't called.
                  I want some quick action from your side and i want call details from[protected] onwards.

                    On May 25, 2011, I had recharged with Rs. 100 in the morning and had called in one STD No. and to another Local Kolkata Reliance Smart GSM No., for local calls, I had activated Reliance-to-Reliance free calls of Rs. 199. Presently am staying in Durgapur and I had purchased the SIM from Kolkata. I was calling the same Local Kolkata Reliance Smart GSM No. for past 3 months from Durgapur only and they never charged single penny due to my activation of the offer.

                    But on May 25, 2011 night, the service provider had deducted approx. Rs. 80 from my account balance claiming that I was in Roaming Area, but on that day and that particular time, I was calling from Durgapur, from where I use to call or presently call to all Local Reliance Smart GSM Numbers everyday, they never charged me any penny, but that day, they claim that My Presence in that area as Roaming Zone.

                    For this reason I lodged a complaint (SR No.[protected] against this manipulation from the service provider on May 28, 2011 at 12:01PM. And on May 29, 2011 at 8:08PM, I got a sms that:
                    "Dear Reliance Customer As per SR[protected] for wrong charging of calls we had checked & found that all calls are charged correctly Thanks"

                    Now please suggest me, what should I do to get my money back and to prove that they had done a fraudulence against my Number.

                      I am having relience broadband + data card connection with me,
                      in december 2010 i put the connection in safe custody.
                      (the concept of safe custody is , you have to pay 600 rs for 6 months and the services will be temporarily deactivated for 6 months.You wont get any bill for 6 months.)

                      I did the same thing, even i have reciept of the same with me,
                      still i got bill of every month, when i started complaining, they only gave me request Id of my complaint but nothing happened.

                      I have been getting calls from relience office to pay the bill,
                      its kind of frustation for me to answer their calls.

                      I have been explaining my case to all callers.But nobody is ready to take appropriate action.

                      now they are saying we will take legal action against you.
                      I am software enginner having very stressful weekdays,
                      i can not go in to their office to argu with them.

                        Hi,

                        A lady named Deepthi called me today on 30th May and it was really disappointing to know that she is taking a technical complaint only now about a network issue. All the consumer complaints,emails which I have written has been of no use or they are trying to fool us by faking some escalation.
                        Reliance customer service has been one of the worst and Iam emailing here for the 2nd time to take strict action against the service.
                        Rakhi Kumari from Reliance(Noida Office) promised me a goa trip or reebok wrist watch within 2 weeks of activation and there has been no response about it. Now that lady is purposely not picking up my calls to avoid speaking about it. I tried from different numbers but as soon as they come to know, they disconnect and do not speak about it.
                        This shows how fake the customer service is from Reliance. Its sad that the customer service,billing team,supervisors have spoken to me without promising me anything.
                        I have spoken to Nishant(supervisor) and Jeetendra from billing team who said they cannot do anything about this. Nishant said he can waive 200rs and i need to wait till Aug 31st for the speed issue. He cant assure or promise me anything apart from that. Furthermore, he asked me to downgrade my plan to low rental plans. I asked him why reliance sold me this product when they dont have network in my area and he absolutely DID NOT have a clue. Jeetendra from billing team told he has waived some 200rs but cannot do anything else as I have exceeded 5gb of data. I asked him anyone can finish 5gb data with a slow connection within a span of few days and even with internet connection disconnection every 15 minutes. And he had no answer...
                        Here are the issues:
                        1. This data card automatically gets disconnected every 15 minutes.
                        2. The data card gives a speed of 40-60kbps right from the first day.
                        3. Why did Reliance sell me a product if they had a network work going on in my area?
                        4. Reliance offered me goa trip or Reebok wrist watch from a telecaller named Rakhi Kumari from Noida Office. She is not picking up the call and there is no confirmation. Her number is [protected]. There should be strict action taken against her.

                        Who will resolve these issues? Consumer complaints team,reliance, Court or who???
                        If someone is seeing this,please forward this to as many as possible so that it goes to the highest authority in Reliance.
                        I need my money back as I did NOT pay 1500 for this speed.

                        Reliance Net Connect — No Response from customer service

                        Hi,

                        This complaint is regarding Reliance net connect data card. A tele caller named Rakhi Kumari called from Noida Office for selling Reliance Net connect and promised everything what this data card offers without even confirming whether there is network in my area or giving me a demo.
                        I made the payment on 5th May 2011 and it took 2 days for activation.
                        Now Iam getting a speed of around 60-80kbps regularly and it disconnects every 15 min or very frequently. When I called Reliance they said there is some work going on till Aug 31st 2011 and they cant do anything about it.
                        The complaint here is the company cheated me on the speed due to their negligence and now not even responding to my emails or calls from 3 weeks. No one has called me from Reliance to adress this issue and Iam getting no service from their customer service.

                        Please take strict action against reliance.

                        That is really NOT true... I have NOT missed any calls from the date of complaint. So if you people are saying that you called me and i did not pick up your call, then you are faking... POOR AND UNRELIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                        I have a reliance netconnect and the speed is unbelievably slow... it is equal to a dial up connection...This is my second complaint...Nothing has been done..

No proper information is been provided by the customer support, Is they working for the money .. or something els..
                        I agree with you buddy... I wasted 1500rs for reliance but I will get back my money as Iam not paying them back for their bills... Even though that is nothing compared to what they have done... I want to teach them a lesson in this way..
                        This is ... Reliance never called me back. They call to give stupid excuses but your people never called for any kind of constructive solution. Reliance service, data card sucks.. I wonder what these reps have made the company today is unimaginable and dont think Ambani ever wanted to make it like this...Reliance never calls their customers bacl...DONT EVER BUY RELIANCE DATA CARD..

                          My Reliance Netconnect No-[protected] having the problem of Networing . Some time coverage area totally zero and inernet speeed totally slow. Inspite lot of copmlaint at Call center,Email and dealer still having no solution.

                          Pl. help my money back which i have invested to purchase Plug In modem that Rs. 2300

                          i am totally depends on net for day day to activities. From ur team commit upto 31 st Aug they will try to solve the problem. till that how can i manaage my day to activities.This not acceptable to me.
                          Give me the alternative solution or money back AND REVERT MY LAST TWO MONTH BILL or wise i will sitchover to diffrent operator .

                            I had not activated any plan on my mobile ,though my balance has been deducted.And every time the plan is getting renewed automatically.I had complaint before and i got my balance back and they ensure me that this will not happen again.but this is happening again and again. i want to stop all that plans which are not activated by me.And I want my balance back.And please clarify why you had deducted balance from account automatically,and activated plan yourself without asking the user.
                            One of my friend is also facing same problem.We are deciding to change our mobile provider.

                            Reliance GSM — useless balance deduction

                            My balance is being deducted uselessly by Rs 50 and this is the third time when i found my balance deducted from Rs70 to Rs 20.

                            Please refund my money or else i will be left with no option of changing my service provider.

                            Three packs are activated on my mobile in one week automatically 30+30+49 =109.One of customer care executive called me and told me that all the plans are activated by me.I had not activated any plan on my mobile, but they are saying that they are activated by me and they can't do anything.Is I am fool I even don't know the pack name.
                            Now I have only one option I have to discontinue using this provider.Because i understand that this is the policy of reliance for getting more business, Whenever I recharge my mobile then only Plan get automatically activated.and my balance get deducted.All these are set on there system. Its a totally Fraud company.I was planning to buy Reliance broadband but now after facing this, I had change my mood, I have to move towards other provider.

                            Reliance — Deducting balance in the name of useless plans

                            Reliance mobile service providers are deducting balance from the prepaid accounts in the name of default useless plans with informing the customers. When I can to the customer care they are at times returning the money and at times they are not.

                            Since I noticed that money got deducted from my account I am able to complaint. What about the uneducated and ones who don't check their balance.

                            Reliance literally STEALING MONEY from people. Shame less people

                            The network of reliance is worst. I stay in the top floor, but still I don't have signal in my room.

                            I strongly recommend not to go for Reliance.

                            You recharge your number and they start with balance deduction on any xyz pack.. And when you try discontinuing any pack they say u are not subscribed to any..
                            I am actually going to sue this company..

                            Hell.. Reliance does not deserve any rating..

                              one day my reliance net connection was not working and then i had given it to ZTE services, they told that i will receive the new one . after 14 days i got it but again it was not working and i went to ZTE services. They told that there is a fault in the replaced one also and blamed me that i had damaged it and they told that they won't replace the new one or repaired it .

                                My Reliance CDMA no is [protected], and i have applied for MNP on 24th May 2011. Today 30thMay 2011 i get a message from 1901 which says;

                                "thank you for your interest in airtel. Your request has been rejected by your service provider (reliance cdma) due to some contractual obligations"


                                Reliance CDMA, an adag company is the most pathetic serivce provider i have used.

                                  I have purchased a Reliance CDMA SIM (No – [protected]) last to last week. I have taken this service for a very special cause of 24x7 supports to my Mumbai office. But there has been an unexpected behavior from the day of activation with the Reliance CDMA Network in Madhyamgram, 24PGS (N), Kolkata – 700129, West Bengal, that the Network totally disappear at 12.35 at night and comes back at 6 a.m. at morning.

                                    I received an email titled 'Exclusive offer on your prepaid Reliance Netconnect Plus 'from [protected]@relianceada.com on May 20, 2011 saying limited time offer of 2GB recharge for 15 days validity for Rs 200.

                                    The online recharge page shows no such offer. So I call their helpline, who says you cannot do it online, co to Reliance Web world.

                                    I spend autofare to go to Reliance Webworld in Bandra Linking Road. The staff says they cannot do it. You can do it only in Reliance Mobile charging centers. None of these centres are in Western Suburbs, nearest is in Santa Cruz East.

                                    Why cant this third rate company put the necessary details in the email itself? No wonder Anil Ambani is in trouble.

                                    Reliance Netconnect broadband — Rip off

                                    I got a Reliance Netconnect broadband connection in April. The billing period is usually on the 5th of each month. In May, on the 5th, I requested a change of plan from my existing 1gb/m to 10gb/m plan through customer care. I was told that the plan change would come into effect from midnight the next day. I again called customer care after midnight the next day to confirm the change of plan, and then started downloading some torrents. However when I received my bill it was very high. When I complained to customer care, they told me some b******* that when I change plans, the new plan would be effective initially for a period of 7 days (during which my usage was restricted to 10gb/4 = 2.5gb) and only after the 7 days, I would be billed as usual, ie, each month. I was NOT told anything about this strange rule when I requested for a change of plan, or when I called to customer care twice to confirm whether the plan had been changed. I had even asked the customer care personnel whether I would be charged according to the new tariff, and even then the person had not mentioned anything abt such rule. Now I have been charged for excess usage during the 7 day period @ Rs.2/mb. The personnel at the billing office at Tirunelveli were highly annoying and kept repeating the same lame excuse again and again, and that the initial 7 day billing peroid was standard procedure etc etc, even when I told them that I had NOT been informed, as if I had been, I would have planned my usage accordingly. To top it off, the connection was mediocre at best, and I didn't get the 3.1 mbps speed at all times, more like only for 1/4th of the time. The fluctuation in speed was annoying as well. I have now changed to Airtel and am very happy with it. I submitted a request to cancel my connection (I had to pay the exorbitant bill as they threatened me that they would issue a court notice) and even after 5 days, I have not heard anything from them. Having used Reliance, Airtel and BSNL connections in the past and present, I would recommend that BSNL and Airtel are MUCH BETTER than Reliance in terms of service and speed.

                                    Reliance Broadband — Exorbitant MB Usage problem

                                    We have been using your Reliance Broad-net Connection for the past 1 year since August 2008. Our plan is 2MBPS speed, 4GB limit of ~850 Rs. Per month. For the entire one year we’ve been using your connection, our usage has been well within limits of 4GB and our bill has been the stipulated Rs. 850 every month. Suddenly for past 1-2 months, the usage has been counting as slightly higher than normal.

                                    But this month, the usage MB counter has gone exceedingly beyond physical limits. On 6th and 7th Oct 2009, 2 GB and 5 GB of download was showing in the usage list. This is impossible since our average daily usage is 50-100MB going to maximum of 150MB. You can check this from our 1 year usage. The counter was instead showing 20 to 50 times normal usage on those days. We brought this to the notice of your customer support executive on 10th October and we were informed by him that this error happens many times at your side and that it can only be reversed after the bill is issued. The next day, we observed that the 5Gb was suddenly reversed, but the 2Gb was still present.

                                    On Monday, 12th October, we found that the login on our broadband was giving an error that our account was blocked due to non-payment of bill, inspite o[censored]s paying last month’s bill on 10th October. When we contacted, your customer support agent, we were informed that our usage had crossed the credit limit offered by you taking it up to ~ 15,000 Rs and 427% MB usage. This meant that ~15GB of download occurred in a matter of 3 days. This is utterly impossible. We were told by your executive that we have to pay Rs 12,000 of the Rs 15,000 for 15 days o[censored]sage to get back our connection. Please compare this to the 850 Rs for 30 days usage we have been paying for over a year. There is a huge error occurring in your MB counter because of which we are stuck without a connection.

                                    In this event, we request you to look in this matter and correct the MB usage and give us back our connection as soon as possible. On issuing a complain with your help desk, we were told that we’ll have wait until the bill is issued for us to get back our connection which doesn’t happened for the next 15 days. We appeal to you to avoid us waiting until the end of the month for our connection and act on it immediately. We want to inform you that we will only pay the stipulated 850 Rs per month amount that we have been paying over the past months. If you still feel we are responsible for those GB downloads, we request you to provide a list of file downloads with their MB sizes in descending order and argue that we have been carrying out the usage.

                                      My Number is [protected], and i am having the same problem as Gautam Said in the above Complaint. within every 10 or 12 days i am being charged Rs. 30 to 40 for the various packs. Sometimes you activate a Jobs on Pack, Callertunes, Games Pack which are totally unusual for me. Sir i am using Nokia 1600 for this Reliance Sim, and tell me where did i downloaded the games in my phone, it doesnt support games, R World and all.

                                      Sir, Please dont make more problems for me, otherwise i have only a single way that is porting to another company, i got irritated from RELIANCE Service.

                                      Reliance made a practice to deduct 60 to 70/- per month from my pre-paid mobile No.[protected].Some time on account of Voice mail, some time, cricket and some time SMS services, though I never activated such services and in turn every month I get deactivated from Reliance we world at Merlin Appt., Tollygunge phari but they refrain to refund or adjust in Top up.

                                      Total 5 complain lodged to their customer service cell but no action.
                                      l. look in to and ensure no further deduction as i am using this sim simply to receive calls and make calls and for any other purpose even not using for SMS.

                                      Really This is a minus point of Reliance, it automatically activate services on our numbers and then deducts the balance. i got tired of giving complaints on customer care but they does not helps at all. you should port (change your service provider) your number to another company.

                                        I am an erstwhile subscriber of Mobile No.[protected] against the offer made to the erstwhile Shareholders of the Reliance Ind.Ltd. by the late Founder Chairman Lt.Dhirubhai Ambani(.)Untill 15.09.201. I have no complaint against the service provider.On & from 15.09.2010 after receiving a call made by Mr.Debasish from No.[protected] at around 17.53hrs.service providers have started deducting charges for the services never confirmed for activation.Please note, I usually recharge with Rs.200/- which lasts atleast not less then 2 months But after receiving the call on stated date it lasts hardly for a month.After watching for a considerable period I recharges last on 06.03.2011 for Rs.200/- and found that in a period of 15/20 days almost all the amount was deducted leaving a balance of Rs.69.84(.)I approached customercare no.*333 attended by Mr.Dipankar who agreed that erronuisouly they have deducted Rs.5/-P.day for Cricket event reporting for which I never consented for activation.He within his capacity was kind enough to grant me a credit for the day but on my objection he very kindly gave me credit back to my a/c. for Rs.15/- as some one give a Penny to a bagger on bagging.I am at a surprise that a company of this repute is engaged in such malpractices to dupe their valued subscribers by deducting for the services not confirmed but arbitrately they activate at thier own whims.I would,therefore,request you to take the issue with them and see that all the mis deductions made by them on and after 15.09.10 may please be given credit back to my account.For your information I have stoped recharging after last recharge on 06.03.2011 as I do not have money to be duped by them regularly.Further they must stop sending SMSes and making phone calls of promotional calls to lessen harrasment all the time.Your due action in the matter is awaited.

                                        A call received from no.[protected] on 01.06.11 by Mr.Deepak informing having credited a sum of Rs.200/- to windup my complaint.I objected for that as I am not bagging but I want a genueine solution to my grievences.Please go through in detalis for the charges deducted by you for the services activated arbuitrately by you after the call made by your your Mr.Debasish on 15, 09, 2010 without my confirmation for those services . I donot want a single penny extra to my genueine complaint and as such I again would request you to please take up the matter suitably with the service provider and see that my grievence is addressed satisfactorily.Also please ensure that those services are deactivated with immediate effect.
                                        Well u have from yuor side treated my complaint to my satisfaction just by giving me a credie back of Rs.200/- to which i donot agree and wouls like u to sincerely go into my complaint from the very date of the call made on 15.09.10.Only after receciving that call my recharges have been falsely started deduction of the amounts for the services never have been asked for activation by me . As mentioned eariler on contacting customer care on *333 i was given back a credit of Rs.15/- on pretext that they have erroneuoly deducted for the Cricket events smses.Howver I would again request you to look into seriously into my complaint from the very date of 15.09.10 and give credit back for the charges falsely deducted by you for the services never evr confirmed by me for activation else I shall ahve to approach to your Chairman informiong him for these type of mall practices adopted by his authorities to maline the repute of the Relaince Communications Ltd. as also I shall raise this matter in the forthcoming Annual general Meting as also shall be compelled to complaint with the TRAI.I trust you shall not spare me to proceed to that extent.

                                        Please note I have gone under Bye Pass surgery on 15th. Nov.'10 and is recovering gradually and as such I cannot come frequentley to attend the day to day work and as such cannot respond immediately to your reply.Because it cause me stress which is not good for my health.This is just for your information only but not to seek any kindness but would ecpect you to come very sincerely to address my complaint to my utmost satisfaction.
                                        I am very much disappointed to note the attitute adopted by the concerened authority to address my complaint to my satisfaction is lacking seriousnees and intentions shows to linger the matter to die at its own.But I shall not spare any stone unturned untill ky complaint is addressed to its ligitimmate dues are returned to me.I have noticed that the service provider is sticking to its stand of giving credit on account of cricket event s debits the charges but are intensenaly by passing the origin of the complaint started after receipt of call on 15.09.10 and started deducting for the services not confirmed by me.on complaint the sevice provider askted me to send request to No.155223 to Unsub1983 on 17.10 .10 at around 09.10am so as to establish that the service was provided on subscriber's request if any dispute arise at any later stage.However, I snt the sms immdly on that day at around 09.19am and in turn reced. the confirmation
                                        informing me that they shall recert in the matter shortly of action taken.But sorry to oint out you that that moment has not come yet.Again on 12.11.2010 I made again the complaint 12.11.10 for thier continuing deducting the charges for services not confirmed by me I again reced. the message to SMS to No.155223 to Unsub1983 at around 08.10am and inturn I again made the SMS requesting to Unsub1983 at around 08.17am which was againn confirmed by them informing me to revert me of action taken shortlybut that too is stii awaited.However, the service provider was quite prompt to deduct the charges for the services they mischeviously activated started fooling the subscriber by deducting for those services which were never confirmed by the subscriber.I would therefore request you to look into matter seriously and address my complaint to my satisfaction forthwith.I trust you will convince the service provider of the genuanity of my complaint an dto settle the issue once forever.
