Hi, Im again in this forum coz of reliance stupid behaviour. My no. [protected]. activated with DND. I already posted a complaint regarding the calls and msgs that im getting inspite of DND, I got a call , csr of reliance, tried to resolve the complaint, but they still did the same thing. I got two sims, one with [protected], [protected]. Every time i get calls, msgs, music packs get renewed, my money gets deducted all time. Yesterday Rs.35 had been deducted from [protected], when i called , they simple said it won't happen again and money will not be refunded.
According the ' TRAI" rules if a person get calls or msgs even after DND, the company will be a penalised of Rs.500 to 25000. But Who will penalise these so called Companies.
I want just small information as where to complain against these fraud people. Who will explain these about TRAI terms and conditons and the meaning of DND.
Its very pathetic, inspite of lot of complaints, publishing it in newpapers still my complaints is not all resolved. This shows the attitude of these firms towards their customers, least bother about anything.

    I recently buy a reliance sim worth Rs.60 which gives Rs.40 talktime. i don`t activated any services. But in last few days when I filled my balnce automatically daily money can be deducted. No fix amount deducted whethet it is Rs.3, Rs.4, Rs.2..
    I am deeply suffering from this I`m student and not afford to recharge my mobile daily..
    When I call to customer care they difuse saying thatv "our system has technical problem pls call us later" last few months when i call to customer care this type of nonsense regularly listening from reliance customer care....

    Reliance Communication — Deduction of balance without any inquiry

    Dear Sir/Madam.

    My mobile number is [protected] and i am using this since january 2009. The service of the company was ok upto August 2009. but now the company is deducting ballence by activaiting the sevices like caller tune(Rs. 60.00),news service(Portal Number 51234)(daily Rs. 0.50) and now Mobile Mantra(Rs. 47.00) which i have never asked.
    We have complanied on their Customer care No.(*333 IVR).They have responded to return the money with in two days.But now today they are deniying the return of the money on user activatation criteria.

    Reliance Communication — Deductions made without demand

    We are using two nos prepaid mobile account of Relience. Nos are [protected] & [protected]. Unfortunately, without any demand or confirmation money is being deducted from these accounts since last few months. Situation has reached to that extent thet we are afraid to continue the reliance phone any more. Please do the needful at the earliest to stop such deduction in future and return back the ammount already deducted. Please contact at the following mail [protected]@yahoo.co.in

    Recently i talk to Mr. Anil Kumar . He uses abusing words.
    I`m again suffering from balance deduction and i recevied call from Mumbai reliance communication for inquiry. I recharged with Rs.30 on 24th June. I got Rs.24 as balance. On next automatically Rs.13 deducted from main balance account..
    I`m in deep problem...

      Dear Sir/Mam,

      In the year 2010 i had reliance broadband connection. I had some problem with broadband and installed phone, it wasn't working. I kept complaining almost for more than a month but no success, thereafter i requested for termination of connection which these reliance people put into effect after 5-6 months of request (that too on my complaint that why i am getting bills when i have already requested for termination) and now these people are calling up every now and then, threatening of legal suits and police complaints.
      These people have made my life hell.
      Just because reliance employees could not perform their job on time(termination of connection) why should i pay bills of that time.

      Please help , these people after badly after my life and keep threatening every now and then.

      I got phone call from Reliance that, i have to pay bill amount of 200Rs on 7/4/2015. I paid through online on 10/4/2015 night at 10'0clk. Now they are calling daily and saying that it is not received. I paid through axis bank debit card but 200rs were deducted from my account, and i got message for transaction ID as[protected].

        I am having a mobile phone, number [protected] of Smart GSM for about 7years . On 28 May 2011 I received a SMS from service provider, showing that Rs. 220 balance is available on recharging with Rs.200 . Looking this I Got Recharge with said amount but only Rs.181.32 Balance was credited to my account . Beside this service provider deducted Rs.30 without any reason between 28 May to 2 of June 2011 . On 3 June at 3 PM, I contacted to their customer care service, person attended call tolled that I cant do any thing at this time. for this you have to contact again two hours later.from customer care service we don't expect such type of reply.it's your duty to solve customers problem and i[censored] can't then stop your such forge services.
        I hope u should solve my problem otherwise i have to change my service provider.

          I had sucribed to missed call alerts a few 2-3 months before. I continued to the service since the time but never got a single missed call alert. Now on 8th june the service was unsuscribed since had no balance also that the fact that I wanted to unsuscribe it. I also got a message for the unsubscription. After the message, one's only though would be that service is now unsuscribed and will not suscribed any more untill asked for it. So now on 12th june the service gets suscribed again. without any prioir notification. The customer says it is a company rule to keep the service on hold. But why would the comany say unsuscribed instead of on hold in the message.

          I have sent a mail to service assurance cell with subject as "subscription of missed call alerts with no prior notification" . please look over to my complaint ans also the fact that I never got any benefit of the service as i never got any missed call alerts during the whole subscription period(i personally checked and verified that the service was not working at any moment).

            First of all i would like to state that Reliance is the worst service provider i ever had seen. Reliance guys seems to be trained for befooling the customers as if they feel their customers are dumbs. Shame on you guys who are putting a blot on Dhirubhai Ambani's name.
            Constantly whenever we use Facebook i used to see advertisements that 0.facebook.com access is free for reliance GSM users. but these guys kept on charging anonymously. They dont even deduct money on basis of kilobytes of data used. when i raised this issue with Customer care, they always replied that due to server upgradation we cannot solve your issue.
            And even when i asked them to launch a complaint, they straight forward denied to do so.
            Shame on the managers of Reliance who train their employees like this.

            Guys Reliance is a Service Provider good for noting. Believe me.
            i am sorry i agree with dinesh.. my money has been going constantly after using 0.facebook.com

              I am always facing trouble with my mobile connection. I have called and gave complaints to the customer care executives several times. But they failed to solve my problems. My balance gets deducted often for an invalid reason without any subscription. And i get the worst service. Reliance should improve its service and resolve their technical problems.All my friends and relatives with reliance are facing the same problem. Customer satisfaction is given least preference here.

              Dear Sir,

              I want to launch a complain against Reliance Communication(RC). I have my mobile numbered [protected] and RC had charged me amount consecutively in jun, july, august 08 without any reason. and when I complained they told they will solve but didn't solve. last month I faced again the same problem and I called customer care and firstly it connected after continuous try of eight times consuming half and more hour of mine. and when connected they refused to launch a complain against it.

              I want you to do something regarding this issue. because I can't change mobile number. please help and consider for the same

                I would like to enquire why after every recharge i make, there is an automatic download of a caller tune with an immediate deduction of balance.Despite repeated complaints to the customer care @ 198 and *333 this matter is notbeen solved.For a recharge of Rs 100 i end up losing some 10 to40 Rs on every recharge.
                I usually do an easy recharge up to five times a month and these downloads and deductions happen immediately within 12 hrs of the recharge made. The value deducted most of the times is not returned. Every time i have to ask the customer care to deactivate all such plans which ever if at all present.Desite deactivating DND and all other features and repeated reminders to the customer care I am still unable to find a solution since the the remedy is a temporary one uptill the next recharge.
                No i am afraid to make a recharge to my reliance GSM prepaid because the very next day a song starts playing in a phone which is official and which does not permit such things.
                I am seriosly planning for a mobile portability to opt out of Reliance Prepaid GSM becuse of this menace.
                Since I am having this number in my visiting card it is difficult for me to switch over to some other network.
                Kindly suggest solution for this since i am sick and tired of reliance caller tune service, with false assurances from the customer care that your complaint has been taken and things wont happen in future.

                Reliance GSM — reminder 5- balance deduction and solution not given

                This is again and again inform you that i am using reliance gsm no.[protected] since a long time.i am suffering from continuous balance deduction from my account.whenever i recharged my account the balance becomes 0.i have complained many times to stop the service which is going on my no. but the solution is not given by rcom also.once i got rs 18/- refunded but on the same day all the balance is again deducted from my account.so reliance is harassing me since 15 days.i am not able to call anywhere because whenever i recharged my account the balance is automatically deducted from my account.plz plz plz provide me the proper solution by stopping tha particular service from my no. and also provide me the full refund which is wrongiy deducted from my account.

                  In continuation to my complain dated 14.5.2011 I am to say that the same was attended by Reliance on 16.5.2011 and on the same date about 11.15 AM one SMS came from 52811 my 1paisa SMS was deactivated. But later on 29.5.2011 the 1paisa SMS has been sou motto renewed and intimated vide SMS from 51234. How it happens ? This is the type of service provided by Relaince in ORISSA.

                    Hi,

                    I am using Reliance GSM at number [protected]. I activated Mobile Internet Pack 51.
                    And I tried to connect net through mobile but I was not unable to connect.

                    I contacted Reliance Customer Care on 198 for assistance more than 10 times. There was no proper response.

                    Please deactivate that internet package for my mobile and please improve your customer service.

                    I am not sure when you you people tried to contact me. I haven't received any call on my mobile.

                    Apart from that I have tried contact reliance customer care (Number 198, *333) more than 3 times. Unforutnately I was not connected reliance customer executive.

                    As of now Rs 200 has been detected from my account for Internet Pack. But unforutnately still I am not able to use internet on my mobile

                    Could you please remove Internet Pack activation from my number.

                    Hoping for good response from Reliance Customer Care.

                      Hello all,
                      I wanted to take a new internet connection so I called up one sales representative of Reliance named Muntazir Ghotalawala ([protected]) and he came to meet me for further details. After first meeting I gave him the location address and he said he will check the feasibility of the connection and let me know. On next day he said that the connection will be given and to start procedure I had to give my identity proof, photo and installation charges. I gave him my license xerox, passport size photo and 300 Rs. so that he can start the process.
                      After 2 days he said that there is no feasibility in the area and he won't be able to give the internet connection. I said ok fine, give my money and documents back. After that, it's been more than 10 days but still he hasn't given my document and money back. I call often and he keeps saying that he is in a meeting, he is not in ahmedabad, he will meet me in the evening or next day. Just false promises and he is not returning anything.
                      This is really very frustrating. I can't believe that there are people in such a big company like Reliance Communication are irresponsible and careless. I waited for so many days and now finally I am writing this because I would like to make other people aware of Muntazir Ghotalawala so that other people don't get harassed like me.

                        I am highly frustrated by reliance cdma service provider.From past 1 month it is activating unwanted and useless services on my mobile again and again.On 10th June reliance has activated caller tone on my mobile without my permission and charged me 15rs forcefully.On calling to customer care Mr. Arvind Jangid after unsubscribing that caller tone activated 1 more caller tone on my mobile at the same time when i was talking to him.I was highly frustrated at that time. Sir, this time i want my refund of 15rs as well as 1000rs for mentally harassing me again and again.Each and every time i get a call and mail from reliance that this thing will not happen in future but the same thing is repeated again and again.From past few days i have to call to reliance customer care every day and ask them to not to forcefully activate service on my mobile.I also placed a request(Request Number: 1543982) regarding this matter on 9June 2011.But on 10th June 2011 they again subscribed a caller tone on my mobile without my permission.Sir i am now really very frustrated as my much of the time is wasted by calling reliance customer care each and every day as they are again and again repeating the same mistake.Fot this purpose i also activated the do not disturb service and also placed a request[protected] but still they are not stopping their ways to fool and unlawful acts of deducting balance by activating unwanted services.So this time i want 1015rs from reliance.My mobile number is [protected].
                        And i think Mr Arvind Jangid (customer care executive) is good for nothing.Previously also i had talked to him but he is just arguing like hell.He needs to be fired from your office.

                          I have purchased the reliance net connect high speed device no. [protected] on 7/6/2011, but from night of 8/6/2011 its started to giving error 628 , I contact the vendor from where i purchased the device but he not respond properly about this error. Then I visited the Reliance Web World, Sector-9, Chandigarh but they told me to contact the vendor from where I have purchased the device. It is further submitted that I have already submitted 2 identity proof of mine. I am suffering without fault of mine.

                            After giving complaint here the bloody Reliance took revenge against me and they barred all my outgoing and incoming calls. I lost 40 ruppes balance, when called the customer care they did not gave me a solution so I posted a complaint here and as a result they barred all my calls.
                            Not even the customer care calls are working now.
                            People I doubt I am still living in India. Is there a law to shutdown this thug companies. My affected no: [protected]. I want my money back. I think they should start there stupid company some where in CHINA.

                            Reliance the worst ever Land line service in the country.
                            I think it's the time I should move the legal way, I am going to file a case in the Consumer Court.
                            Ho that's an interesting news. But I think these are for others who are reading this because my issue is itill there and no communication from the customer care yet.

                              Reliance — unsubscribe voice pack

                              Hello sir,

                              Voice has been activated on my mobile by the company itself and i hav been telling them every month do deactivate it,they say that it is in the process but my 27 rs is getting deducted every month.please look into this matter as soon as possible

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I am writing after a month of being harassed and made to run around regarding my NetConnect modem (No. [protected]). Since I work in the US for part of the year, I had requested my modem be put in safe custody between Jan 17 and Apr 17, 2011. However, after the first month, I began receiving bills. When I complained to Customer Care via phone, I was asked to visit the nearest Reliance outlet in Grand Mall, Gurgaon. Due to my absence, my parents visited the store in mid-March and located the safe custody forms I had filled out in January. Mr. Satya at the Gurgaon store assured them that he'd registered a complaint and take action promptly.

                                Nonetheless, I received more bills from Reliance in April and May, plus a letter warning that my failure to pay an amount exceeding Rs. 3,000 would result in legal action against me. Upon my return in late April, I visited the Gurgaon outlet to speak with Mr. Satya regarding this letter. Over three visits, he informed me that he'd been exchanging emails with the Delhi office regarding wrong billing and reactivation of my NetConnect modem.

                                At this point, after a month of running around, I am writing to you to sort out the matter immediately. I would like immediate reactivation of my account, clearing of all wrong charges to my account, and suitable compensation for not being able to use my modem for over a month. If I do not hear back from you within three business days, I shall report the matter to the Consumer Forum.

                                  I am Rakesh kumar.my gsm sim is showing inactive sim since last 2 months.so many times i called cutomer care and complained but i didn't get any satisfying reply, they told me that this sim doesn't exist at all but i was using that sim before. i went to Mattikhere reliance shop also and once again i submitted my documents, and came back with the promise that my sim will be activated in next three days but today[protected] it has not activated. my mobile number is [protected]. i don't know how many days will it take to activate my sim card ?
                                  I am george philip from bangalore and my gsm reliance n0.[protected].Now i am in ranchi, aftr croseed karnataka border message i got in my mobile NO SERVICE, From there i called so many times to customer care.I spend 500rs to calling in customer care, till now no body is responded.What a poor service it is?.Now i am decided to take other connection (Tata or Airtel)
                                  Recently I had got a prepaid phone connection from reliance. For this I had submitted a valid photocopy of the state bank of india passbook with photo. Recently these people blocked the sim card. No one was able to contact me. They also did not give any reason for blocking it. After 24 hours and many calls to customer care I got a reply from them saying that I have to submit a valid document. I do not understand how can be the bank passbook is not valid? Even so Why they did not call me and tell me why they are blocking?

                                  Is this the kind of service?

I have four reliance numbers with me, one of which is reliance post paid SIM card no. [protected]. Unfortunately I lost my mobile few days back which had SIM card [protected]. I immediately called *222 & requested it to be deactivated (which they never did). I went to reliance web world (Dwarka) with all the required documents & FIR copy on 6th Oct. 2014 around 3pm and bought a new SIM, I was told it will get activated after 6 hour which never got activated. Next day(7th Oct 2014) I revisited the same web world & asked for the reason, I was told by the executive, that there is some technical problem at reliance server & will be rectified & my number will get active within next 4 hours, when even after6 hours no action was taken by your employees, I called up 198 some executive named Ms. Seema took my call but could not give any satisfactory answer. I again called 198 after some time this time Mr. Neeraj took my call & told me that my previous SIM is still not deactivated because of which its taking time & promised me action will be taken & my number will get active by next 2 hours, Mr. Neeraj even gave me complaint number[protected]. I waited but, but when nothing happen till next day(8th Oct 2014), I again called up 198 this time it was Mr. Ravi responded & after hearing everything & check at his end he informed me that there is no such complain exist, there is only one request to active the number & that too was done on 6th of Oct 2014. Now Mr. Ravi is saying it will take 48 hours more. In last 3 days i made calls several time to different CCE in *222, 198 and many other numbers but nobody responding properly. I seriously would like to know whether you people take your customers seriously or not. How can employees of such big brand make fool of customers & make stories of their own & get away with it? Is there any kind of checks on your staff by seniors? Being a service provider company that too of such big stature & being such a old customer should not I expect more? The irony is that I got a SMS from reliance today for next bill(for same number) which will be due sometime end of this month although I was not able to use it for last 15 days or so & was harassed for the same. You are requested to take early action in this regard so I may not suffer and work may not hamper.

                                    letter to reliance net connect

                                    I took a Reliance Net connect+ data card on 23rd May 2011 for internet connection. I submitted all the required documents The contact person said it would be activated on the same day. It did not happen and when I contacted later they told me that it will take 24 hrs to activate. In fact, it took more than 24 hours to get internet connection. I was able to get connection for few days (around 4 days) and all of a sudden it stopped working. Then the nightmare started.

                                    It started showing error while connecting like "error 628: connection was terminated by remote computer ..", on repeated trying it showed "remote computer did not respond". I tried contacting customer care, local contacts for reliance net connect to solve the issue. No one was helpful. Some of them were saying "it would be activated with 2hrs", "it would be activated within 24 hrs", etc etc. None of them worked and it was all to make a fool of the customer. Since them, i am calling, talking to all these people to get the problem resolved. One call to customer care told me that the verification had not been done. I wonder how it was done even while submitting all the documents.

                                    In between, another reliance net connect local agent told me that they need the latest address proof document (latest electricity bill) and I replied that I would send them the latest one (Month of June 2011) as soon as I receive it. I had send the same on 7/June/2011 and called/SMSed them to notify the same. They callously replied that it would be activated by next day. Till now (8/June/2011), it is not activated to connect to internet. I am getting the same error.

                                    I have been calling, sending SMS for so may times to get this problem resolved. No one seemed to care about this. They just care about selling the data card and adding a new subscriber, their service ends there. Few others give false promises like "within 2hrs" etc. Whenever I try customer care, it is always busy and the customer care officer does not seem to take note of what all I have to say. Some times, the customer care automated message say the wait time is 60 sec, infact I have to wait for more than 5 minutes to get a customer care officer.

                                    This is a classic example of worst customer service. All they care is selling the data card and adding a new subscriber. They all tested my patience to the limit. They have no commitment or care about customer problems. Why should I wait for 2+ weeks to get an internet connection which is less speed (practically) when I can get a broad band connection {10Mbps LAN] immediately. How does one feel if they take a phone connection and they wait for activation for 2+ weeks to make a call. They are making bad name for brand Reliance.

                                    I have decided that if my connection does not get activated by tomorrow, next I will be calling the customer care to close the connection. There are various options available, why should I wait for some which has no concern for customer care?

                                    Enough of Reliance, also that would be my feedback to all those who I know.

                                      I am student and using cdma prepaid reliance connection [protected].
                                      I want to say that i am highly frustrated now as reliance activates me unwanted services without my permission.
                                      I want to say that few days before i logged a complain of false charging of 138rs.I got my refund back by your help.After some days reliance again activated service of 260rs without my permission.On calling to customer care they remained arguing that this service has been activated by me and they did not logged my complain.I told him that DND service has been activated on my mobile.then he told me that i called to Mr. Rajnish and asked him to activate service of 260rs.But it was totally a lie i have not called anyone for activating this type of service.I was highly frustrated by this type of act from customer care.Then after complaining to nodal officers i got my refund back and a message asking for sorry for wrong deduction.
                                      I want to say that this has not stopped yet.
                                      Now on 2June2011 they had activated me caller tone charging me 10rs.I agained called customer care but it did not logged my complain and said that caller tone has been deactivated but i will not get my refund back.
                                      Again on 04June 2011 same thing happened and they false charged me 10rs again and same story continued .
                                      on 09th June 2011 i again got a message from reliance that caller tone has been deactivated on my mobile.i again called reliance customer care and talked to floor supervisor Mr. Kaif azmi and Team Leader Mr. jitendra kaul but they did not logged my complain.sir from last 15 days this act is is continuing.Reliance activates services on my mobile .i call to their customer care and waste my 5-6 hours.Then i get my refund and after 3-4 days they again activate services on my mobile.Now again they are saying that they will not refund my money back.Please say to reliance don't false charge to their customer and mentally frustrate them and give their refund back.If this continues reliance will just loose their loyal customers.

                                      1) supersaver -- 59rs
                                      2) aaj ka vichaar--30rs
                                      3) super combo--49rs


                                      Upon calling to your customer care they just say that this service has been activated by you.
                                      But i neither pick up your call (telemarketing) nor i message you.
                                      I am mentally harassed by your customer care.And the last option left to me is go in court against this bullying, false charging, not launching the complain.

                                      I just want my money refunded as this service has been falsely charged on my mobile.I can not leave the 138 rs as it is.

                                      I have logged a complain on 28th may 2011.My complain number is[protected].Its already 2 days and i have not got any solution.

                                      i think reliance is just a cheater.The above complain is not resolved yet and reliance have activated 1 more caller tune service without my permission and deducted 15rs.
                                      I talked to Mr. Arvind Jangid (reliance customer care executive).While i was asking him to unsubscribe the service he activated 1 more service on my mobile.Please take appropriate action against him and refund me my balance of 15rs.and 1000rs for mentally harassing me again and again

                                        My name if H.R.Prajapati. My mobile number given by Reliance is [protected], Clou Code : GJR115002.I was assured download speed upto 3.1 mbps with minimum would be 2.5 mbps by their Agent. I was assured to have 2N/3D holiday package of Goa. I have not been till date offered 2N/3D Goa Package. The speed is very very low and the download speed round about 10 kbps and sometime even round about 3 kbps. I did contact at their helpline number and they assured that it will be done immediately but till date it has not been done.
                                        Really a poor service by Reliance. I bought reliance NetConnect+ a week back, which should be offering 3.1 Mbps speed. The max I have received in a weeks is 100kbps. After contacting the reliance customer care and reliance outlet several times, I was disappointed by the reason from them. The technical expert in Relinance outlet (Bajirao Road, Pune, MH), don;t even know how to check the download / upload speed. TOO BAD
