Data Card HSD Prepaid RHWCDD[protected] [protected] was purchased from M/s Ayyappa Santhosh Communiations, 11/B Badam Apartments, Chaitanyapuri, dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad 60 vide their Invoice No.1006 dated 8.4.11. Data Card stopped working on 2.5.2011. Same was handed overr to the dealer on 04.05.2011. Dealer said the piece will be replaced from their Service Center.

My reliance broadband / phone connection has been down for several weeks starting from April 1st 2011. Everytime I register a complaint, they promptly close it the very next day without solving the issue or contacting me and I was made to create a new complaint each time. This is Aanchal M. I have Reliance GSM Sim. My mobile no. is [protected].

I was facing the problem o[censored]nwanted service activations and my mobile balance was deducted, for which I have to call back customer care and ask for reimbursment of money. This happend many a times.

Later to this, after 4-5 times, unknown calls started coming on my no. Always a boy called and started talking vulgar...

I recharged rs. 400 on my reliance prepaid [protected] ( last name JHA ) on 5/13/2011 time 08:00 p.m. through icici net banking. Confirmation number is[protected]. Payment made to indiatimes.com but rechage not recieved. Why you provide online recharge i[censored] cant? I am now a vicitm of Pack activation without customers consent from my service provider (Reliance).
Just wants others to act promptly if they find difference in their main balance.

Here is my picture;

On 10/05/2011 night my main account balance was "around Rs.94". At 7:30AM 11/05/2011, i checked it and it suddenly got "around Rs.74", by the time it was 5PM...

WE purchased 12 no. of reliance cdma mobile connection under cug plan (i.e. intercircle calls are free ) but till last bill this charges was reflected in my bill.

please guide me as soon as possible.
