I recharge my mobile no. [protected] by 50 rs, i did not make any call for 2-3 day , when i trying to make call on 18th may i get massage that your balance is low , when i talk to customer care regarding this they tell you have been activated sher-sharyri service by using our * service on 13th may 2011 , but i never use such a service neither i got any conformation massage regarding this or any shayari between these day so that i know any such service activated on my mobile. So kindly refund my false deducted money.

Reliance — false deduction of balance

sir i have sent a message to activate internet pack to reliance toll free number 54321 on 15jan2011 and i have charged rs51 for that.but i have been charged another rs51 on 16jan when i called to custmor care they told that i have charged for the same internet pack by sending same message on 16jan but i have not sent any message on 16jan and when i called again to custmorcare they refused to look into the matter so plz be needful.

    I am a consumer of samrt phone-[protected] from last one year. last 24th april phone my GSM phone 30 Rs balance deducted after that when I asked customer care they are telling I have been activated health pack But i ever never activated such stupid thing. The way customer supervisor Mr. Aminul islam was talking with me the way he was talking with I was not satisfied he was telling that nothing to do about this. After that I was calling nodal officer number 10 times and every time it was busy.After that I sent mail to nodal oficer but still i did no get any remedy for this.

      The Delhi Police Crime Branch must investigate all the illegal towers which have been installed in the Delhi NCR region. I have checked from the MCD and this tower does not have any permission or any application which is pending with them . This tower has been just installed on the whims of Ravinder Chaudhary without any permission from the authorities. You can check with the Central Zone MCD office and confirm. We filed an RTI with the MCD and got a reply that these towers do not exist in their record and no fees or permission has been granted to them.

      Sub : Illegal Reliance Mobile Tower on our building E 72 & H 68 SOUTH EXTENSION PART ONE, NEW DELHI 110049 installed in connivance with the Reliance Communications staff and Local BJP Councillor Ravinder Chaudhary.

      This is to inform you that the Reliance Communications Mobile Tower installed on our terrace is illegal and has been installed without consulting any of the owners of the building by Mr Ravinder Chaudhary , who is also the MCD BJP councilor and Chairman Central Zone Ward.
      Sir our building was sealed for unauthorized construction by the MCD on 21.01.2011. It was then we came to know the details that the mobile tower on the terrace belongs to Reliance and has been illegally been installed in connivance with the MCD and local officials without consulting us or getting any NOC from the building owners. Most probably the documents submitted by Ravinder Chaudhary have been forged and we have been taken for a ride. The buildings are lying sealed and the towers are operating illegally.
      We have visited the MCD Central zone ward a number of times but no action has been taken by them. Please help us to get relief by removing this tower which has been installed on unauthorized extension of the building .
      It is very unfortunate that such has been done by a company like Reliance Communications.
      Please remove the tower at the earliest as it is illegal and we will have to take a legal recourse otherwise.

            Its been more than a month and my details are not entered in their database. So amn't able to pay bill. Customer care lodges complains and asks me to resubmit documents. Done it twice but not yet any solution. Now as my due date will be passed i will have to pay fine also.

            Customer care says.. ur data is not with us.. I want to know how then u send me a bill. haah . frustrated with the service.
            the same reply everywhere.. but no action...

              I have tried to de-activate my mobile-net services by tendering SMS ->UNSUB 2083 to 155223. After sending this mail an auto mail is generated, that is 'your request is accepted..' but no action is been taken at all and after 15 days the mobile-net service is re-activated again by auto deduction of Rs.51. For your kind information, my mobile-net service number is MBBP51. My mobile no is [protected].

              Please tell me how I can de-active this service.

                Data Card HSD Prepaid RHWCDD[protected] [protected] was purchased from M/s Ayyappa Santhosh Communiations, 11/B Badam Apartments, Chaitanyapuri, dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad 60 vide their Invoice No.1006 dated 8.4.11. Data Card stopped working on 2.5.2011. Same was handed overr to the dealer on 04.05.2011. Dealer said the piece will be replaced from their Service Center.

                Till now I have not received the replacement.

                  Dear sir , I have reliance NET CONNET BROAD BAND+ model no ZTE AC2736. My number is [protected]. When conneted in HSD mode it shows full range of signal but still the speed is very low around it varies in the range 5kbps to 18kbps .my location is Andheri(west) .Now my complain is what to do with your equipment .
                  1. Should I waste my time talking to your call center ??
                  2. Do you have any pay back or replacement policy(with some new latest high speed gadget)

                    Sir,Most Humbly i beg to say that in our city pakur(jharkhand) there is always problem of network coverage.In this city many time the network is fail of both GSM and CDMA.We are having problem of this and reliance operator are not taking any care about it.And all enginer are busy in thiefing oil of tower generator and selling it in to market.This area enginer are frod and making full to customer and creating problem to us.If company will not take any care then i will change my mobile connection.All person of pakur district are fred off by reliance network.Please take about this or we will close here any mobile reliance outlet.Please convey this massege to anil ambani.Otherwise tell reliance communication to close there mobile company and be seated in his home.                       I am being highly humble and telling you that reliance has been cheating on its customers. Calling your customer care does not helps and so I am here. I got my cell recharged yesterday but I haven't got any balance till now. My number is [protected]. If this continues I will have to claim in the court that reliance is cheating on its customers. Last week balance got deducted from my phone for no reason.

                        I am Customer of Reliance Netconnect Data Card No.[protected] from Last 3 Yrs i am using this company data card first 1-X service & Then last 1.6 yrs i am using Their High Speed Data Card. First 2-3 Months It did good work but from last 1yrs it is not working properly, for which i used to do many complaints to customer care but no solution given.
                        These days I am feeling like cheated by a Reliance company because I have made many complaints but no resolution against my complaint. I am doing this issues Complaint from last one year but no body was given me a Complaint number after getting hyper one of one Customer Care Representative, he had given me a complaint number.                         Sir Main Issue is this reliance is Charging me from last 1.6-.8 Yrs for Broadband services whereas they are given me a Hybrid services which speed is equal or some how more then old 1-X Services. when ever i am calling them they used to told me that sir we don't have a services all over delhi but not in a area u located. when i ask them what u people are doing on this they use to say sir we are working on them & very early ur services will be OK.

                        This i am listening from 1yrs approx but no resolution come.

                        Sir please help me to resolve this issue or guide me where i have to complaint for this

                          Hi,

                          Really disappointed form the services of RELIANCE mobile service providers.

                          They have activated the cricket pack on my number for Rs.5/Match and didnt even asked for me or have send any message for this.

                          I found my balance low, so I contacted them today.

                          They told me that they dont have any request number and refused to refund the money even.

                          What is this?????... How can you start a paid service on customer's mobile.. without even informing them.

                          How can reliance increase their customers this way.???...really a big question..

                          I hope Management takes a action against this and refund the money back for such customers.

                          Definitely, after this I am going to stop using this mobile number... They are not trust worthy at all.

                            Reliance communications provides tunemaker services where you can create a tune of your choice and set as your caller tune. I uploaded a customized tune on rworld , the tune was suppose to get set within 72 hours . It has been more than a month after uploading the tune , and still they are unable to set it . The tunes satisfies all the criteria required for tunemaker.

                            For last 1 month the issue just revolves around . Today they closed the case without even resolving my issue. Some other tune was set as callertune on my phone. I am being charged for the caller tune which I did not request at all , I requested some other tune. I checked on net , my tune status shows 'in progess' for last one month.

                            I am tired of this sick customer service.

                              STAY AWAY FROM RELIANCE BROADBAND !!!!!!

                              My reliance broadband / phone connection has been down for several weeks starting from April 1st 2011. Everytime I register a complaint, they promptly close it the very next day without solving the issue or contacting me and I was made to create a new complaint each time. After almost a month of complaining, they replaced my ADA. My internet works now (when there is no power outage) but phone still goes dead for hours every day. They also have a problem with a battery in a distribution box and as a result, phone and internet go down every time there is a power outage in my area eventhough I have power backup at home.
                              I've been complaining of:
                              1. dead phone
                              2. interrupted internet (series of complaints, latest:[protected]
                              3. monthly postpaid connection fee waiver (complaint number:[protected] as I didn't have service for weeks, for several weeks now.
                              Their billing department contacted me saying they won't give a waiver as the problem was addressed in a day's time each time I complained (they are referring to the complaint getting closed on their end the very next day each time)

                              Their nodal officer (delhi) doesn't answer calls and doesn't respond to e-mails. See the mail chain below:

                              My Reliance landline phone[protected]xxxx) and Internet are completely down. I have been complaining since 5th April, 2011 and I find it hard to believe that my complaints are CLOSED the very next day without solving the issue. Your support staff do not see the need to even talk to me or SMS me to find out if the problem is indeed solved. In fact, your customer support team showed more interest in providing me the details as to how to close my Reliance subscription than in solving the actual issue (I believe the message is clear)

                              You can check the record and clearly see I've been complaining for almost a month now (since 5th April 2011)!

                              I request prompt response to the following questions:

                              1. When will the services be restored (please give date and time)?

                              2. I was originally told a battery had to be replaced in the EDP serving our area. Later I was told the battery was replaced but got stolen. Does it mean it will take another 1 month to get a new battery?

                              3. Finally, since I had complete phone outage and initially partial and then complete Internet outage for major part of April month, I believe I need not pay my monthly rental in full. What is the amount that I need to pay now?

                              I am not looking for courtesy responses. Request you to respond to the above questions objectively.

                                  This is Aanchal M. I have Reliance GSM Sim. My mobile no. is [protected].

                                  I was facing the problem o[censored]nwanted service activations and my mobile balance was deducted, for which I have to call back customer care and ask for reimbursment of money. This happend many a times.

                                  Later to this, after 4-5 times, unknown calls started coming on my no. Always a boy called and started talking vulgar and disturb me by saying obsene words. In about 2 weeks these calls stopped.

                                  Now again I am getting calls from [protected], these calls mostly comes in night hours.
                                  On internet I tracked this no., it is a Reliance GSM connection from Bihar Region.

                                  I am mentally harassed by these calls.

                                  Kindly take stern action against it.

                                  That's why I am looking for an action from company side.

Payment made to indiatimes.com but rechage not recieved. Why you provide online recharge i[censored] cant? You refund my account or send recharge immediately otherwise i will have to take action against you.

                                      Hello Guys,

                                      I am now a vicitm of Pack activation without customers consent from my service provider (Reliance).
                                      Just wants others to act promptly if they find difference in their main balance.

                                      Here is my picture;

                                      On 10/05/2011 night my main account balance was "around Rs.94". At 7:30AM 11/05/2011, i checked it and it suddenly got "around Rs.74", by the time it was 5PM in evening on 11/05/2011, when i checked my main balance,it was "around Rs.28". Truly speaking i was high on anger. I had a word with the customer care executive,he clarified me that 2 packs was activated on my number. Importantly this activation was done without my knowledge. Activating a package to any customers number is a criminal act for any organization with consent.

                                      Interesting thing i got to know when i spoke to executives superior. My number had 4 packs activated without my consent. Just want you guys to understand, i[censored] find any balance amount difference, it would be for sure any packs would have been activated on your number.
                                      Call the customer care then and have it refunded. even u can write at anil.[protected]@relianceada.com.
                                      (I have written but not sure over an action on this act.) Anyways,my amount will be refunded in next 24hrs.

                                      Just think how much these service providers would earn by doing this. This too is a corruption of criminal act.Please respond against this unlawful activity.

                                      Can you please help me in understanding one simple thing ‘ How did the four packs activated on my number without me giving a go ahead?? ‘ If this activation wasn’t done twice in a day i wouldn’t have known that story.

                                      Please help me with this part of story. Surely your IT team would help you in making me understand how it happened four times. Logs would give them the detail of the story.

                                        Today, when i made a outgoing call, i hear computerized caset for made a payment. why this type of caset are hammering me for payment, i agree for made a payment but when our cug charges are less from bill amount.
