Reliance Cdma Mobile — CUTTING CHARGES FROM CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT

RELIANCE HAS ACTIVATED IPL MATCHES SMS PACK ON MY MOBILE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND RENEWING IT WITHOUT INFORMING ME AND THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR THAT AND BLAMING ME THAT I HAVE ACTIVATED THAT SERVICE. THEIR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ARE WORST AND THEY DONT EVEN REGISTER MY COMPLAINT WHEN I TOLD THAM TO PAY MY BALANCE BACK.

Reliance CDMA — False charge of 148rs

Reliance has activated 3 services on my mobile without my permission.
The service names activated to my mobile number are
1) supersaver -- 59rs
2) aaj ka vichaar--30rs
3) super combo--59rs
On calling to customer care they say that they will not launch my complain.
I asked why? They say that you have activated thiese services.But i have neither picked up the telemarketing calls nor i have messaged them.
They don't launch the complain also.I am highly frustrated by these type of act of telecom companies.
First they activate the services by themselves, charge us, then they say that you have activates these services and up upon that they do not launch our complain.

I have logged the complain on 28th may 2011.
My complain nuber are[protected].
Till now i have not got any solution.

i have got 138rs refunded.i hope this does not happens in future again..

Reliance CDMA — false charging of 270rs and not refunding back money

I am Amit Bhandari.My reliance CDMA prepaid number is [protected].
I am highly frustrated by your services.You have deducted 260rs from my balance directly by activating me the service which i don't want
I want my money refunded as you have activated unwanted and uselessservices in my mobile without my permission.

The service activated is as followed:
1) caller tune rental rate (R world event)---260rs

On calling to your customer care they were very pathetic to talk with.They just remain arguing and not ready to log my complain.Their name is Mr. Arvind Jangid and Mr. neeraj kumar.
After calling to your customer care several times i got my complain logged and my complain number is[protected].
2 days prior to logging this complain i logged 1 more complain ( complain number:[protected] in which u have falsely charged me .
The total false charge is of 270rs which i want to be refunded back as soon as possible.

I am Sanjeev Das from chennai and my no. is [protected]. i am disturbed very much from the promotional sms and calls which are coming in odd time. i requested for dont disturb service of reliance twice on 15 May 2011 and 22 May 2011 but till date it is not activated. moreover a call naming "unknown" (no number is saved in my cell as unknown) is coming very frequently since 15 May 2011. it comes twice and when received no response comes from that number. when not received it is not registered in call summery or in miss call list. i have mentioned this in customer care but till date it is not actioned please do the needfull.

Reliance — Abusive Behaviour

Sir/Mam,

I purchased a Reliance sim from a retailer and the retailer asked me to submit the documents directly to the office. When i went to the khadki office in pune to submit the documents he took the same and said me that sim will get activated on the same day. I called him the next day and he said syste is not working, I again called him up next day and he started abusing that i will not activate your no. Is this the service your organization is providing to its customers. I am really dissapointed. I want this employee to be out of the organizion. His name is Manoj Jhanwar.

Reliance CDMA — false charging

Dear Sir,
my number is [protected].i want to say that i had been falsely charged as 2 months before an agent (Mr. Bharat from NK Tower Chopasani Road, Jodhpur) from reliance came to me and said that if i would take 1 more number then i can talk with that number absolutely free and this number can also talk to my number absolutely free (so i took a number [protected]). I want to say that on asking reliance to mail me the call details first they were not ready to send but on requesting them again and again they send me the call details of both the numbers ([protected] and [protected]). I was shocked to see that from past 2 months reliance has been charging me the money which they had told me that both the numbers can call each other absolutely free from the day the sim of [protected] is activated. I had taken 1 more number for just 1 thing so that these both numbers can call to each other for free.I immediately went to web world but they were not ready to accept the thing that these number have been charged to talk to each other.So i took the printout of call details and went to him.Then he sent to to NK Tower, Chopasani Road, Jodhpur to Mr Bharat who had given me this connection.He was not there in that office so i asked other person to resolve my problem and give me the refund of the money which i have been falsely charged.He said that from now onwards this number can talk with each other in free but after arguing also to him so much he did not write my complain of false charge (I think approximately of 500-600rs of 2 months)and was not ready to refund me my amount.I am also facing the problem as i am not getting bill delivered at my home and charging of late payment fee (from past 4 months i am complaining to web world at B Road, sardarpura, jodhpur about this)I had been charged 100rs till yet for late payment .Why i should suffer late payment fees if reliance have changed their courier services as told by their executive. Lastly i want 700rs refunded on phone [protected] and 500rs in [protected].As i was mentally harassed by this type of act of such a reputed company.I did not got the benefit of the scheme for which i had taken 1 more new number.Instead of free talking, as told by reliance at the time of purchase, i am getting falsely charged from past 2 months. if i would not have got the call details i would never have got to know that you are charging me which you told that both the numbers can talk fee with each other.I just want the money refunded of past 2 months and also for which i had to go from 1reliance office to other reliance office again and again. my whole day got wasted and still i have not got my refund. Lastly i want goodwill amount of 700rs refunded on phone [protected] and 500rs in [protected].Reliance can see the record of [protected].I had been the loyal customer and always pay bill of approximately 700-1500rs per month.i would have to change my connection by Mobile Number portability if i am not getting the refund and mental harassment amount.
