This is Sujay Kr Sinha from Patna and I am using smart GSM prepaid service since last 1.5 yrs but nowdays I am facing very difficulty to make/receive calls because of bad network or no network .moreover I tried to call customer care but its more difficult to call them because they are always busy without any work...I don't know how so ever busy they are...anyway this time I am fed up with this casual approach towards...

We had applied 3 applications for Reliance Power IPO and last month one of the applications received 17 shares and the refund as well, but NO BONUS SHARES TILL DATE. The other 2 applications were not alloted any shares and till date have not yet received any refund also.

I have written to Karvy many times, and everytime their standard reply is"

Last year i filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at Vasundhra, Ghaziabad, got temporary card(no [protected]), but as of now i had not recd permanent card, spoken to your customer care two month back they confirm the address etc but i had not recd the same, kindly look into the matter and arrange to despatch the same at earlist possible.

I applied for 225 share of Reliance Power IPO through ICICI direct.com on line and Rs 96750=00 was debited from my account through DD. vide Application no.63290582 on 16/01/08. I have not been alloted any share but at the same time I hvae not received my amount/Refund back which should have been returned to my address through cheque.I have sent several Email to the company but I have not received any suitable explaination....

I bought Reliance Net Connect for Rs.1500/- unlimited for 1 month and on 22nd day it got disconnected. Reliance Appellate Authority, Nodal Officer, Service Assurance Cell, and Customer Care are not providing any positive response.

but I have never subscibed any type of tune.Please refund my callertune charges added by company....

On 6th & 22nd April Rs. 10-12 were deduced from my account. on enquiring with Reliance customer care I was informed that money was deducted for using my music station. My mobile phone under Reliance network is a continuous pain because of the number of forced business advertisements which is sent to me daily by automated phone calls. The phone rings just like any other phone call and when answered the message is relayed by a male or a female recorded voice. During office hours it becomes extremely bothering to attend to these calls which disturb daily. Reliance has never taken my permission for impounding...

I took a broadband connection three months back and during my first login I was not able to connect it and because of this poor band width I cancelled my connection same day by registering the complaint and request in customer care of reliance.

my mobile number is [protected].we regularly pay online.but every time we are harassed by a reliance BPO person in chennai.the lady claims her name is RAJESHWARI.if you are (as a company are insecure) about your payments then stop issuing postpaid connections.I always find it strange that companies of repute-reliance, airtel, etc..hire ill mannered people who only end up spoiling the good image of the company.

On 12.04.2008, I received a call from No.67256995 at 16.09 Hrs. Callers identified himself as Mr.Ashish and he was selling Braclays Bank Credit Card.
