RIM to RIM All over india free 496 Rs/- plan was taken on the life time validity 299 Rs/- plan. submittted the Address proof as Rent aggrement and ID proof and as Passport xerrox. connection is activated. after on day service gone dicontinue check with the Reliance Comm. found that they didn't do the entry about the data in the data base they do the entry and connection is started again. But 496 RIM TO RIM STD free. plan is deactivated again. visited to RIM shop and talk to Customer care regarding the same. They told that plan has been lappsed. you need to rechage again 496 plan as this is only 1 day i have paid 496 Rs/- for this.

What can be done on this?

Beware while taking any RIM connection and take all the Terms and conditions in written what ever they tell us at the time of connection.

Reliance Prepaid Connection — about automatic activation of cricket score pack

my name is S.R. Sharma.my RIM prepaid conection number is [protected].
on my number cricket score pack has been activated automatically.
as i didn't make any call or msg for the activation of this cricket score pack.
and around 50 rs has been deduted from my account balance.

i am sufferinf from this type of problem since last 3 months.
i hav lost around 300 rs due to this activation.

as i hav done nothing for the activation of this cricket score pack.this is totally the fault of system.

i want my money back in my account balance.

please do something.

Rs 496/- recharge means RIM 2 RIM ( Reliance CDMA ) std free only ...whereas Smart is GSM service of Relaince. Dos'nt applicable on RIM to Smart...
Now 496 plan is finished if we are already using this service from last month and we now recharge 496 we get this facility
have you stopped Rs. 496/- rcv rim to rim std free if yes have you launchd any other rcv for rim to rim std free if yes pls send all the detials.
It is really very disrurbing to get sms for diffrent offers at every minute.Please stop sending sms's regarding the offers you are giving.
i m loveing it.

RIM — call Barring

Dear sir..,
I own a RIm number"[protected]". my this number is 3 months old.
My credit limit is Rs.800. And if you look at my previous bills.., my usage was always high and i have always paid the bills atleast 10 days before due date..
within past two months.., its fourth time, i am facing the problem called "outgoing barred".
All these problems, I am facing are forcing me to change my OPERATER.
Please look into this matter sooooon..!!!

Reliance Prepaid Connection — wrong information given to connection

Maine ek reliance prepaid mobile connection (23/10/2008) date ko khareda. Scams ke tahat Rs 888 ka LG 3500 set no. complet connection paid kiya Rs.1200 scam the ke new connection par Rs 100. per month aap ko melega reliance to reliance baat karne ke leya.(total amount Rs 1200.) one week baad bhi mujhe aise ko facility nahi mele . Complain karne par jaha se cell leya (reliance communication, Gurudham colony near ALAKNANDA HOSPITAL) complain karne par vo kahate hai ke ab hum isme kuch nahi kar sakte, aap custumer care se baat kareye, yaha se kuch nahi ho sakata ………..maine customer care par call karta hu to vaha call nahi lagti is se better to BSNL ka customer care hai call to lagate hai……….baat to hoti hai…………

Reliance Prepaid Connection — Reliance is thief

Reliance is the biggest thief ever; which is looting the public of there hard there hard earned money and trying to make themselves dependent on reliance products. My brother bought a 490 prepaid card for his reliance mobile in Ranchi under a scheme which claimed of providing above 500 minutes of talk time . He also received a confirmation message of the successful recharge displaying balance of 515 mins something. After two days they received a message of insufficient balance. Though in these 2 days they had made only 2 STDs, that too only of few mins. When they approached the seller to talk about this, the shopkeeper said that the scheme is expired. He said something like the scheme is expired and nothing can be done. My brother kept saying that he had bought this connection just two days back. But there was no positive response from him.
pls again launch dis rim to rim free std 496/-rs plan soon it was very useful 4 us know ur r facing a lot of problems to talk wid our belongings so pls launch it again

Realy the plan of 496 rim to rim was very good due to 1 day delay i miss that plane. Please again lunch that plan cause i feel that it is very very imp for me or for many people. I m using 490 plan but it is not enough. So please again do this needfull for all o[censored]s.

Hi All,

This is regarding my RIM prepaind connection. For the past couple of days, I am unable to make or recieve any calls from my cell from my house. I verfied that the connection signal is alright. It works fine if I come out of my house. When I complaint it in the Web World office, they suggested me to go for a new handset as there could be some fault in my previous handset. So I bought a new handset. But the issue still persists even with my new handset. Now they are saying that there might be some network problem in my house. I told them that I have been using my cell for the past 2 years in my house without any problem. Now they are taking it not as an seriuos item and just trying to avoid my problem. Its really disgusting for me as I an unable to make or recieve any urgent calls from my house.

Please help me on this.

i was having 496 plan for reliance 2 reliance free.just bcoz of dis scheme i got reliance connection.but due 2 some reason i wasnt able 2 continue with dis for 1 month in between.but after 1 month i went to shop for 496 rchrge but i was told dat now i wont b getting dis scheme again.why m not getting it again?since many mths i continued with it but only bcoz of 1 mth m not getting it back.u shud not do dis wid ur regular customers.other schemes dat r coming for std are so expensive.one who s not working cant afford to take al dis schemes.sir m anxiously waiting wen ill b getting dat scheme back.only bcoz of dis i was able 2 talk 2 my partner freely.but now it has almost disturb everything just bcoz m not getting dat scheme n i cant afford al dis new schemes.sir pls again bring back dat 496 plan as many lyk me r waiting 4 it.

I am santosh from Munger, Bihar, Pincode 811201, From last 4-6 Month in my town, I suffering from Tower Problem Daily, It is common problem in my town. All smart user of my town will be suffering with this problems. so we not able to talk with my naber/ friends in my local town. another problem is that from february 2009 we can not talk with my Relative residing at Ludhiyana (Punjab). But we talk them From Another Co mobile ie Tata indicom, Airtel, Vergin, Aircel, Idea, Vodafone, this problem is Only with Smart Mobile, My have lief time mobile no is [protected]. we suggest you cheke your instrument & local man which is engaged in providing service in my town, because my town is suffering Power/ Electricity problem and some staff is working Tower generator which is attached with tower is sell Petroll or Diesel and Tower has no power then we suffering tower/ network problwm. so cheke it and solve problem. If you not solve then i and my naber/friends, left your service and convert other co which is available in my town/.thanks.
I am using a Relience GSM connection as I never know Relience GSM and CDMA are all different. And as I have switched over to it I found most of the services are not applicable for a Relience GSM user. Tried to contact the support on the toll free number which is always busy, Tried another number stayed on phone for arount15-20 mins almost 5 times by now it never gave me a human voice to hear. I have so many queries to share but dont know whome to address about!

I been using a Airtel connection would like to say "Airtel is not an economic choice but the best provider in every sence be it customer service or the STRONG NETWORK.

I may sound negative but I am looking for something positive out of it. I found as Relience is offering free local so would be an economical options as I am on phone half of the day atleast. But now I found this not true as a GSM user cannot get the local free in day time and many more other things as well. Infact If anybody willing to switch over to Reliece I would suggest go for CDMA as the GSM is nothing but a fake lolypop.

Reliance — Unable to call any smart number after recharging with 496 amount.

I took a new smart connection on 23rd March 2009. My number is [protected]. I recharged this connection with RS 32 /- to make it life time incoming and with 496/- to get the smart-smart std free of cost facility with in west bengal. In all I got 11/- as talk time. When i called an smart number with in West bengal, the entire amount got deducted and now i am unable to call any of the smart.

When i talk to customer care regarding these, they told me that if you recharcged with in 48 hrs, then the entire amount will be lost. But in my knowledge, there is no such rule. After calling several time, they taken the complaint and assured me that it will get resolved with in 24 hrs. The complaint number is 92781285. The complaint was lodge on 24th March 2009.

When i call up them once again, they are once again not attending it.

Please, I request you all to resolve this issue asap.

I have purchased mobile on 28th Feb09 but till date it is not working even after personaly requesting five times at reliance web world tulsi complex hazratganj lucknow. mr Rafiq is not cooperating and also misbehaving with me. we have purchase four mobiles with sim and planning to purchase more for my company membes.my number is [protected].also other numbers are not working.he says every time that with in 1/2 hours it will start working, but today he is not ready to talk even.please suggest me what to do.

my name is deepak singh. i m working in bhuwalka jewellers ( a div of bhuwalka steel industries ltd.).last Seventeen months. I had take RIM connection 10 months back. On 2nd april 2009 my cell is disconnected. i went reliance world for complain there person told me u have re sumit ur documents i submit my document he told me within 3 days u cell will be connected. But after 3 days i went there he told me that we loss ur document u have re- submit ur document. that person name is ASIF IN RELIANCE WORLD BRIGADE ROAD BRANCE. i did re submit my documents. after 4 days i went again for my connection but he told me on 14 april i sent ur documents. i don't do anything. u call 30332620 and complain.after that me call 30332620 to miss ambika she told me with in 24 hours ur cell will be activated . And still now 18.APRIL.2009 . my cell is not activated last 17 days me suffering this problems what do i cant understand. my office no is .[protected] please help me.

Reliance Prepaid Connection — Cutting Charges

From last couple of months my reliance prepaid connection cutting charges without my knowledge and remind me that my amount balance is Rs. -9 in the last month & Rs -5 in this month.In the mean time also they had cut my prepaid charges without my knowledge, I could not understand that if our connection is itself indicate that prepaid means if you are having balance then only you call. This types of harashment unnecessarily forcing me to apporach consumer court for justice.

I have taken one reliance connection in Maharastra (Solapur) my no is [protected]. For this neither I am able receive call nor dial any numbers, though I have recharge it Rs.21(done based on SMS received) for retaining no. life time . Also my phone is in active mode and when somebody call it says switch off. I wonder why this is happening. Kindly do register a complaint and resovle it that I should be able call.

I am using reliance from last one year and I believe that reliance is the worst connection I have ever used I am using it because reliance to reliance free can be done. I have been enjoying the service of Reliance company for a long time . ironically i am to state that due to the deduction of my money(in context of caller tunes deduction of Rs 30/- per month rather than Rs 1/- per day without my information) i am in dilemma if i am gaining service from genuine company.

Actully i was enjoying the service of caller tunes since last six months by paying Rs 1/- per day.all of sudden i recieved message on dated10-10-09 at 05;27 pm.that my crbt service has been renewed at Rs 30/- for a period of thirty days without any prior information.So i got it unsubscribed promptly.Icontacted customer care service severl time but all in vain. i want my money(30/- Rs refunded) as i did not enjoy that service.
had the company planned the same service to be activated for 20 years (WITHOT INFORMING ME), would i have had to pay Rs seven thousand ?)
and worse to it i will not get my money back even i am not enjoying this service.
Hopefully you kindly consider my complaint and get my money back

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a reliance netconnect CDMA 1X as on 4-2-2010 from your authorized dealer VISHNU TREADERS KUMHER GATE STATION ROAD BHARATPUR (RAJASTHAN) after 3-4 days it was in non working position, then I have called to M/S VISHNU TREADERS he told me for surrender the devoice to repair on that time I was out of station I reached there as on[protected] & surrender it along with all related papers of data card. He told me I am sending this data card to Alwer for repair you can collect it after 2-3 days .After 5 days I reached there to collect the data card he told it is not repaired & I am sending it again to change the devoice, you can collect it after 5 days .But after 10 days he called me that it is changed & working you can collect it, when I reached there I found unchanged and non working position then again he told me that he is sending again for repairing. After 11-12 days again he called me it is repaired you can collect it. I reached at his showroom as on[protected] and found it in the same position as I left it there as on[protected].
After above incident I told to M/S Vishnu Traders’ to change the devoice, he told me ‘I am unable to change the devoice’ & advised to contact Relaince Customer Care or consumer forum are for legal action.
However I want to say that am sending my request to you for favorable & needful action regarding changing the data card, loss of my time, money & loss o[censored]nused one month value.
This is a request & warning also otherwise after 5 days from today I am going to suit file in ‘CONSUMER FORUM.

Reliance Prepaid Connection — Extra Balance Deduction

My cell no is +91-[protected]; on 25th Feb 2011 I recharged my mobile with Rs 150 voucher. On 26th Feb 2011 without any use a total sum of Rs 50 was deducted from my account. On repeated complaints to the customer care the matter was not resolved.

I am fed after filing repeated complaints even to the local main branch in Sanjay Place,Agra.

unnecessarily mi feelings have been activated on my Reliance mobile connection and every month they are charging for this without my permission. Even when i send message to unsubscribe it its is not being unsubscribed. I am pissed off with Reliance connection.

Reliance Prepaid Connection — vanishing of recharge amount without use

I am a senior citizen holding the reliance prepaid connection no.[protected] to remain in touch with my children and family members. For the last 2-3 times as and when I get my connection recharged, the recharge amount vanishes without making any outgoing call. My submission may please be checked from your records also. I have no other option but to surrender or do not get my connection recharged. However, I preferred to get my complaint addressed before taking any decision in the matter.

        I am using Prepaid mobile connection of Reliance in UP west for last one year . For last one month I am facing a very rare problem of getting my prepaid balance reduce to less than Re 1 after every re charge inspite of my doing any outgoing cal or R world or any other facility as provided by reliance.

        I have recharged the mobile 10 times in last month but every time after next day my balance reduce to less than Re 1.

        I have emailed, called customer care, but i have not recieved any positive response and problem is still as usual.At web centre I came to know that lot of other people with prepaid connection are facing the same problem. I don't know what to do.

            I would like to inform you all that i took a brand new connection in the month of march, and they disconnected the connection after one week saying that i have a bill pending from months together... they say i have a pending bill of 5K and say its unbilled amount without any proofs and bills...
            To my wonder the harassment has gone to sucha level that they are not ready to send any bill and not even ready to reconnect the connection, I[censored] call them they say u have an amount of %k to be paid and the services are suspended from our end.

            Please help me with the same, i really am not able to understand how to come out of this trap, noone is ready to listen to me.

            They sent a copy of the bill to me a few days ago that shows my usage is Rs.888, i just have that as a proof, if someone knows ny contact person to escalate this matter.. please let me know i need help!!!

              I have not received the relaince post paid bill for the last 10 months. After many complaints and consistnet reminder i hvae got only assurance and nothing else.I have personally visited the Reliance webworld (Kolkata), confirmed the address for the communication and had also submitted a written complaint around 6 months ago, but the same has not been considered till date. Infact every time i have got a new complaint no. which is of no use.
              The customer care deptt. hasdone nothing to solve this problem.

              I just want to share very bad experience with Reliance Communication. I just want to bring this in front of you so that you can spread the awareness about the bad practice of Reliance Communication.

              I lost my reliance mobile phone in Feb 2005 and subsequently I lodged a FIR in police station. After coming back to Delhi I surrender the connection and paid the outstanding amount. Every thing was ok at that time. After 1 year back I got a call from some lawyer that I have court notice for not paying bill. Some jerk restart the phone at reliance and another jerk used that phone for 3 months. I talked to reliance authorities and they realized there mistake and matter was closed.

              But matter was not closed at that time. Reliance again sends a court notice this week. Right now I misplaced the old paper and I end up paying 3000 INR.

              My advices to all of you when you surrender any connection complete the documentation and keep this with you always. These companies are full of jerks and do not care about there customers. They want to become an MNC with unethical trade practice.

              Somebody told me to fight against this company. I do not have time and more money to waste. Be alert and keep the papers is the only solution.

                This is Sujay Kr Sinha from Patna and I am using smart GSM prepaid service since last 1.5 yrs but nowdays I am facing very difficulty to make/receive calls because of bad network or no network .moreover I tried to call customer care but its more difficult to call them because they are always busy without any work...I don't know how so ever busy they are...anyway this time I am fed up with this casual approach towards providing better services to their cutomers by Reliance GSM services in Patna...
                Actually from last Wednesday the network coverage of Reliance Smart is totally failed in Kankarbagh, Doctors Colony but till date nobody has taken response to correct it on priority basis...even I registered my complain 3 days before and today's morning too but unfotunately results are awaited...

                I don't know, how can Reliance GSM comparing with others in terms of better network coverage?...

                Now I am planning to leave this connection immediately...

                Hope this time Reliance will take necessary steps ...otherwise they will become bad service provider and also they will loose their credibility .

                I am residing Kankarbag and the same problem I am facing from last week .Reliance is a cheater .They don't know how to treat the complaints.I am also fed up but we don't have any options .


                Reliance GSM service is very bad service provider .
                As on date Reliance GSM Service is THE WORST service provider in Haldia area. I am having a Reliance GSM no. since last five years and my telephone number is an official number. Hence, if I want also I am unable to leave this service immediately.
                Look at the irony of this service provider. The moment you enter CPT Township area (This area is one of the first area where GSM service was activated in Haldia historically when SMART was not with Reliance. SMART used to be the best service provider in Haldia two years back) your signal will become 1/3rd and the moment you enter your flat your mobile is as good as a stone.
                Inspite of repeated comlaints to Customer Care you will find no improvements rather insulting language and audacious behaviours.
                Even if you want to recharge your mobile the distributer requests you to take the top up card and recharge it somewhere els as his shop does not have any signal. The poor fellow even requests you to stop using the GSM service as he is sick and tierd of the complaints.
                The Customer Care officer once was thretning him to increase his sales or he shall cancel the distributorship. When told about the problems he was least bothered to listen to them. It happened when few customers like us were standing there.
                When we started to question his service he said that intermittently there may be disruptions. When informed that this is a perennial problem he was least bothered to explain.
                It seems that the top officials of Reliance GSM service providers are also least bothered as no such telephone numbers are available anywhere in website and complaint submission is a farce in the customer care.
                Unfortunately I have to live with the problem for some more time till i change my number. However, i request all if anyone can provide me with the telephone numbers of any higher officials of Reliance GSM I will be ever greatful as i know that culture of the company of Reliance is not the thing we are experiencing.

                on 14th july i have purchased one gsm sim card from reliance webworld bangalore but till date the same is not activated, i haave written lost of emails to customer care, but they are least bothered to register the complaint.

                i have paid for security deposit and sim card charges, but till date the same is not being activated, i have complained to the customer care, they are shamelessly telling to cancel the connection.

                i have cancelled the connection.

                in fact i am using cdma and data card connection for the last 5 years, since i haave not faced any problem i have purchased, but no use.

                Actually from last 20days the network coverage of Reliance GSM is totally failed in Faridabad, After 7pm to 10:30pm i m facingvery difficulty to make calls till date nobody has taken response to correct it on...even I registered my complain 6 days before in Reliance franchaise even thre manager sd to me that its better to replace your connection with Airtel

                I don't know, how can Reliance GSM comparing with others in terms of better network coverage?
                They will become bad service provider and also they will loose their credibility .Their service is going down...down...down...& down...Shame for you Relaince.

I forwarded approx. 700 to 800 SMS on the eve of 31st Dec. On checking balance, it was found that deduction of Rs.36.52 is debited from my account whereas it should be max. of Rs.08.
                In spite of repeated requested at customer care toll free no.(reference no.[protected]) nothing could be done. Therefore it is requested that access money of Rs.28.52 deducted from my account may please be credited in my account.

I am fed up with this casual approach towards providing better services to their cutomers by Reliance GSM services in south delhi...
                From 05 july the network coverage of Reliance Smart is totally failed in tigri and sangam vihar, but till date nobody has taken response to correct it on priority basis...even I no one registered my complain. I don't know, how can Reliance GSM comparing with others in terms of better network coverage?

                  We had applied 3 applications for Reliance Power IPO and last month one of the applications received 17 shares and the refund as well, but NO BONUS SHARES TILL DATE. The other 2 applications were not alloted any shares and till date have not yet received any refund also.

                  I have written to Karvy many times, and everytime their standard reply is"

                    i have another complaint to make. i have been cheated by your staff.. i had purchased a phone with connection for rs 2000 on june 3rd 2008. i paid 500(Rs 496) for the all india STD free reliance to reliance for one month( so called STV scheme). the nest day i was told that there is no balance in my account so i cannot make any calls bit i had made only STD calls on reliance phone only. your staff at amritsar (mall road) told me that on june 4th 2008 someone had deposited Rs 49 in my account and therefore all my previous money paid stands cancelled. how can a reputed company like have staff who can do such mistakes to cause loss to your customers.please look into the matter.

                    I have purchase a Reliance walky on 23-nov-08, I have recharged it with Rs. 155 /- which was also confirmed thru SMS and I got full value of Rs. 155 /- with a call rate of 50paise and 1 Rs for one month but my phone worked only for four days and after that incoming and outgoing calls were detained, due to identification papers not accepted by the reliance office. I submitted my Post office Saving A/c Photostat copy, my ration card, my service proof duly attached by my factory manager and with a company seal but each time it was rejected at last after talking to your local office my phone started working on 3rd jan 09. But very sorry to say that when I checked my balance of Rs. 145/- was lost, at present the balance is Rs 0.01 . I am just shocked to see this that when my phone was disconnected than how the balance is gone. I went to your local offices at Sadar Bazar. Jhansi but they are not giving proper response, they are just illiterate and does’nt have manners to talk even. All your local offices at Jhansi misguide the customers, you go to one office they divert it to Sadar Bazar office, at Sadar office they divert to the office near Damroo Cinema, they say go to our Panchkuyian office.
                    So, I request you to please look into the matter as I’m really fed up with this phone, I have never faced any problem in VSNL, other wise I’ll be sorry to disconnect your phone for ever, if I does’nt get any support from your side.

                      Hi all,
                      last one year i am using RIM. last few month i am recharging Rs.496/- Rim to Rim STD free all time promo. this time i noticed that, this recharge validity i am getting only 24 days. i recharge on 9th Aug 2008 trough online backing (my proof is my bank statement and SMS acknolodgement) now i am checking my validity trough *225, in this sms showing that my promo validity is 3rd Sept 2008.
                      now when i am calling to the RIM customer care, they try to convince me that it's my mistake that i did't informed instantly.
                      what should i do now? please Help me!

                      Iam drafting this mail with regard to the expiry of my reliance one card (Temporary), Iam a loyal customer of reliance and have made purchase which will exceed 20, 000(approximately) in past 3 to 4 months, I was issued reliance one card from your Reliance outlet in madipakkam during the month of June 08 and I was told that I will be getting a permanent card after a month. How ever I had to change my mobile number to corporate connection and as I had my previous number [protected] in your records I was not reachable. I continued using my temporary card and continued swiping the same for points during any purchase. Lately when I went to your reliance outlet in madipakkam, I thought of checking my points, the guy in counter said straight away that my reliance one card is not valid and I cannot redeem my points which according to me is not a nice service despite of being a loyal customer to reliance. When I asked for reason I was asked to lodge a complaint. When I asked for store manager the boy at counter informed there is no such person available, I told him that iam willing to wait if he is on a break or some thing but his answer was “that wont be of any use”. So I went to billing counter and after purchase handed over the card to the billing guy so that he can swipe the same, he swiped it and that time there weren’t any issues. Well to cut the long story short I was told that I can no longer use my existing points which iam sure will be a decent number. I would like to know if this is true.

                      I really hope that some body looks into this mail and help a reliance customer out, there by retaining a loyal customer.

                      Reliance fresh purchase — Complaint regarding issue of permanent card

                      I started purchasing from reliance fresh since past 5-6 months and I am regular customer of reliance. They issued me a temporary card and told me that permanant card shall be sent to you within 3 months. Every time when I go for purchase, I enquir from them but they have only one reply that it shall reach you within a day or two but I don't know when that time will come. I hope you understand what I mean to say. If such a reputed organisation will act in such a manner than I must say that what I thought of your organisation was nothing but an illusion seen in desert.

                      I shopped at reliance fresh, tirupati apts, mum 26. My cashmemo no C1006 #0012 dated 6.12.08 for Rs. 4777.55. There were 117 items. I have reliance card no [protected].
                      On reaching home, I discovered that they had not put 12 one litre cartons of nestle milk in my car for which they had charged me Rs 396. On complaining about it, no one seems to take any notice.

                          Karvy broker delaying refunds

                          Dear sir,
                          I applied for 225 share of Reliance Power IPO through ICICI direct.com on line and Rs 96750=00 was debited from my account through DD. vide Application no.63290582 on 16/01/08. I have not been alloted any share but at the same time I hvae not received my amount/Refund back which should have been returned to my address through cheque.I have sent several Email to the company but I have not received any suitable explaination....

                          I purchased your GSM sim on 26/1/09 which was activated after making four complain to your customer care on 31/1/09.                           Reliance is a not only a branded name in Trade Mark but also in service, but I have experienced your Customer Care Service on of the worst service .

                          Moreover, the position of your Network is very poor. For making call I have to go to my house roof on the second floor where comes only 1 or 2 tower. I belong to Trans Yamuna Colony of Agra which is a goverment developed colony having A to G Blocks and every blocks have approx 1000 houses. In such a place I find no network or network problem which is a matter of great wonder.

                          Hope you will look into the matter and take necessary action towards the matter.

                            I purchased Reliance Netconnect (No. [protected]) USB Data Modem and unlimited internet for 1 month for INR1501.00 from Mittal Reliance Webworld, Andheri (W) on 01-Mar-08. On 02-Mar-08 I received Welcome SMS from Reliance. On 03-mar-08 I received amount received SMS from Reliance. On 22-Mar-08 night I received SMS from Reliance stating balance is only INR12.34. I called *333 and asked about it, person said ignore the message. I could not connect internet after some time, and again called *333 and person said contact Shop. I went to shop and he lodged complain and promised to solve the issue within 60 hours. As continuously I could not connect internet, I went to Reliance Shop, Near J.B. Nagar, Andheri (E) and paid fees to make it postpaid. Address Verification done, but Till 29-Mar-08 internet was not activated. Then people at Reliance Shop in Andheri (E) said Data Card Prepaid to Post Paid not possible. At last again I went to Reliance Shop at Andheri (W), he gave me solution.

                            Here I lost 8 days internet (from 22-Mar-08 to 31-Mar-08) and I claim refund for this amount 1500/30*8= INR400.00 plus INR200.00 for conveyance, communication for the period.

                            Total Claim INR600.00

                            Hoping for good customer relationship management.

                            Reliance Net Connect is the worst service I have come across. First the connection gets discoonected, their data card doesn't work and we already deposited the same to their service center(for 30 days), and still they keep charging us for the connection. The best part is that now they send a warning mail to us that they will file legal notice for Rs 1750. On top of that the Advocate calls to scare us to threaten us for the court case. He doesn't even realize they are actually calling a lawyer itself. So much for the customer service. I wonder reliance has lots of time to to do funny things. Atleast they should do their homework before taking such funny actions.

                              We have not asked for any requested & they just send false MSG that based on our request they have activated caller tune.
                              Nor they attend calls for the complaints


                              Customers are now aware of these nonsense fraud from mobile service providers.

                              These are creating mental harrasent to customers. You are requested to banned them for such activities.

                              Even I want to launch a heavy claim amount on both mobile service providers for such harrassment. Kindly advice.

                                I have been using relaince Prepaid Connection. my Number is [protected].
                                On 6th & 22nd April Rs. 10-12 were deduced from my account. on enquiring with Reliance customer care I was informed that money was deducted for using my music station. I informed them that Ihave not asked for any such services. They noted my request & I was given complaint number ( No.[protected]. Within 2 days I received SMS from [protected] stating that I have not subscribed for my music station. But my money was not refunded. I again called reliance customer care & I was given another complaint number[protected]. There was no response to this complaint from Reliance. I again phoned them & I was shocked to hear that they closed down the complaint without resolving it. I again phoned on 27th April & spoke to their senior executive mr. Shakeel for nearly about 40-45 minutes & he promised that the complain would be resolved in 72 hours and was given another complain number 67692606. But even at the end of 72 hours my money was not refunded & the complain was not attended to. I again phoned reliance customer care & spoke to another senior executive Mr Joshua. He was very rude & careless on hisapproach to my grieviances. He told me that if you want your complaint to be rsolved & want the money back I will have to keep on calling again & again it.
                                His attitude was irresponsible & behaviour was rude.
                                I request you to kindly look into the matter & help me.

However, I understand from your office that the cover was sent to "Karthika", East Hill, Kozhikode address which was given to the DP at the time of opening the account. We had vacated this address on transfer long back and are now residing at KRA 50, Kattu Road, Poojapura, Trivandrum 695 012 which is about 600 kms away.

                                  I request you to please retrace the cheque and forward it to the address given in the application form and oblige. Since the amount is big, please take necessary steps to ensure that the cheque is not falling into the wrong hands. I had, in fact, given my account no and IFMC code for crediting the amount through NEFT.
                                  An amount of Rs. 18, 995/- was refunded to me vide Refund Order No. 793566 dated 01.02.2008.                                     I have visited your local office in Jaipur many-a-times but was not attended properly. The staff and the authorities in the office seems to have taken deaf ears against the complaints. Nobody in the office is interested in solving the client's problem. This has not only led to the wastage of time but also of money.

For this service we are charged Rs.5 in an interval of 5 days, but this amount is charged after every 4 days on my no. They also charged the same amount twice in the first week of activation of this service. I have complaint about this many a times but m not getting any fair result. They are not willing to consider my complaint too. As we are a prepaid user, we don’t have any written records of our no.                                       I m an user of reliance mobile smart PRE PAID service since last 5years. My cell no is [protected]. While checking my balance today, it got deducted approx of Rs.104/- without availing any services. This is not the first instance, it happen with me time and again.

                                      A few days ago, i complained about deduction in my balance, but no action has been taken. Also customer care people are very cunningly avoiding to register the complain.

                                      Today, while contacting the customer care at 5.20pm about the issue and to register the complain, they told due to server problem, they people are unable to register my complain and it is a matter of concern that they are not trying to call back about the complain / grievance of the customer.

                                      Respected sir, my cell number is [protected], Kerala. I recharged for Rs.59 for STD R2R free calls during night time on 27 Feb 2010. The validity is for one month, ie up to 26th of March. But the call is charged from 16th Feb onwards. Then i contact customer service and they told that the offer is unlimited free calls to Reliance numbers and took request for the refund of cash. But i didn't get money. On the next day while i am contacting, they told that offer is limited up to 1500minutes free calls.These information is not yet published in any advertisements and how customers can know about this. Even customer executive don't know this when me contact first.Second day only they gave the information.On the same day i asked about the recharge of Rs.59 again, ie how can i get the offer again? Then they people told that can get offer again by recharge with same amount soon. I asked two or three different times about the validity period may cause any fault to my recharge. Then they repeatedly replied that i can get the offer from next night onwards after the Rs.59 recharge. And i recharged on 18th Feb but the call is charged again and again. Then they told it is an error and the cash will be refunded to my account soon. After one day they told that offer cant access now because the early recharge validity period didn't over. And also told that offer will be accessed from 27th Mar onwards. With my complaint the supervisor offered that for my difficulties they can do anything favor to my account and also he took a request for that. And no reply after that complaint. And on 28th Feb, I called but charged again from my account. Then executives told that my previous recharging is not accessed because of fault from my part. I recharged again with Rs.59 with your people's advice. And they now told its my mistake and with that recharge i wont get any value and also cant recharge again with Rs.59 before March 20... Is this a customer care? Everybody told complaint is processed and the result will come soon. But cash loss only from the customers and wont get the benefit. Please give a favorable solution for me by considering all of my difficulties from 16th Feb 2010.

                                      I feel Reliance Customer Care Cell is ineffective now. The same is clear from the following developments:

                                      My Reliance GSM Mobile No. is [protected]. My D&D services is activated for the last two months.Still several messages are being sent on my mobile.

                                      Further I have obesrved within last two months several times money has been deducted from my account. The same was very clear on the occassion of Diwali.I e-recherged my cell with Rs. 110 on 04.11.2010.Sent some 25 sms on 05.11.2010 and talked for a maximum of Rs 10-15/ only. On 6th morning I found my balance nil.

                                      Talked to customer care on 6th and 7th Nov.2010 for the redressal of my grievances. All the time the customer care executive told to talk after 2 hours.There was no remedy from them.

                                      Then I was out of state. Today again I talked to the customer care( they told their names as Ratan, Mithilesh and Ramkumar) and told them my grievances. But they were very unsupportive.Particularly Ramkumar behaved arrogantly without solving my problem.

                                      Later on I got an sms from 59111 stating that EHTESHAM talked to me and whether I was satisfied with him or not. I replied in the negative.

                                      I want this complain to be forwarded to senior authorities of Reliance GSM.

After every recharge of above 50 they just activating any type o[censored]nwanted survices(vas osian pack, combo joke pack, shairy many more) on my number and they deduct balances, after contacting them they made refund but reducing few balance telling as downloding churges or other, every time. I can't suffer such problem any more. This problem happend more than 6-7 times previous month on both of my number and 2nd time on this month([protected]).

                                      I didn't request for any such service and do not even know what this is for .Your customer care(198) is as usual not responding.
