I took a SIM for only doing internet. I have also recheared with Rs.303. but I can't abale to do net using my Nokia 3110c cell.whose software version is 7.21(letest).I have not get GPRS settings 4 that.thair database is not updated. Plz...Help Me...Otherwise I will go for BSNL SIM...

My no. is [protected].I'm from Orissa.On sunday i.e.11/10/09 morning wrongly I was charged for setting caller tune, but after complaint i was refunded that amount. Again yesterday evening i was charged wrongly Rs.10.After 24 hours i've not got money back though i've complained twice.If this problem persists i'll definitely switch to other service providers and may influence others to do the same.

    I am using a Reliance Data Card beairng No. [protected] but the last month Bill came as a surprise and dismay for me. I have been charged with Rs. 30 for Voice Chat Pack which I have not subscribed. Unwillingly I paid for it for the smooth running of the Net. I have been trying ways and means to unsubsribed it but of no vain. I have talked to the Reliance Customer Care several times but they came with an excuse that it can be unsubscribed only by dialling 56694. But when I dialled this number it was of no use to me. So please try to help me out to solve my problem.

    My Cell No:[protected] you have activated voice Chat with out my Knowledge.

    Kindly deactive it and credit Rs30/- to my account immediately. When i checked with Customer Care they said it is not activated, but still i recieve SMS
    how to deactivate voice chat.

      To whom so ever it may concern

      I am writing with a great degree of disappointment. I have a reliance prepaid number [protected]. Earlier the number was of Delhi but I came to Rishikesh for some official work in the first week of March and got the number changed to a local number. Since that time it has been giving me great problems.

      1). I always get calls for some other person (Mr.Saurabh) on my mobile. I think this number belonged to that person and his connection was not disconnected proerly before issuing to me.

      2). Numerous times a day and during whole night I get rubbish advertizements about new schemes on reliance. Despite requesting for the "Do Not Disturb" service couple of times, I have not got rid of this trouble. I cannot keep my phone on silent mode during nights also because of patient matters and these messages and phone calls keep bugging me like anything.

      3). NEVER is the reliance customer care number available in Rishikesh. I wonder how dumb and careless the customer care executives are here in Haridwar/Rishikesh zone! ALWAYS when I try to reach the customer care, they are busy. It says "this route is busy, please try again later" Are they being paid from our pocket just to switch off their phones and sleep carelessly?

      4). I have got a 496 rupees RIM to RIM monthly unlimited card which is not working since last 36 hours (by the time some one reads this mail) or so. Whenever I try to dial some number, it says "thank you" (God knows for what) and gets disconnected. This is the second time I am facing this problem.

      I have complained about this matter twice or thrice in the prepaid office at the railway road in Rishikesh but of no use. Every request/complaint has fallen on deaf ears, it seems. I wonder what type of customer service this company provides in this state! If you can solve this matter and get my services functional, I would be grateful, else if this is the level of customer satisfaction, then I am pretty sure that many customers like me have to rethink our decision of choosing relaince as means of our mobile communication.

      i agree, relioance hs the wrst n meanest service among all in the world!!! yes... same probs fr me too... rubbish msgs, mre thn 20 per day... and evrythng tht u hav faced.. im frm kerala...i changed over to tata indicom n i understud one thng... i should hav done ths well bfre!! the service is grt in evry respect..

I unable to get benefit of the voucher on 9th feb, I called customer care, he respond me that your recharge has been expired on 9th feb and our server is down. again i called custoner care on 10th feb in the morning, then he says ur 39/- recharge is active. So why it is so.

        Hi Sir/Madam,

        I had applied for Relaince Broadband Connection 20 days back and had paid 500 rs advance but till now i havent got the connection. When i call the customer service they say they cant help as they are not responsible for this and they in turn ask me to geti n touch with the local sales head whose name is Purnima. When i try calling on the number no one picks up the phone, the number is [protected]. Similarly when i try calling the sales agent whose name is Basavraj ([protected]) he also does ot pick up his cell. The advance which i paid to the company is also debited from my bank account. The people who work in relaince call centre dont even have the basic cortesy to talk. I would like to Ask Anil Ambani to get more professional persons into his organisation who have the basic deceny to talk & instead of cheating money from persons like us use hsi money fro his venture with MTN.

        Hey Rajit,
        Mine is also similar situation. One reliance rep named Chandan ([protected])collected Rs. 500 check on 26th of Aug 2008 as the deposit towards the broadband connection. After a couple of days some 3 people came to my house, looked around and said they need permission to tap the overhead wire. (????? i don't understand this). They said they will contact with Chandan and come back. But there was no update for a week. I called Chandan many times in the coming weeks, but nothing happened. Now he is not receiving my calls also. I called the only one available CC no[protected] and they give this 'no-response' no. of some Purnima Pradeep[protected]. Nobody is answering the call. The condition of CC people is pathetic. Here is the joke: 'I told them that I am calling from Bangalore. So here comes the next question ' Is it in Karnataka?' I wanted to tell that it is in the Republic o[censored]ganda... Stupid. Is there anyone who got this problem solved? Anil Ambani is busy with his BIG cinemas, BIG adda and BIG TV.. Forget him :D

        Mine is also the same suitation like u people. I am also frustrated with that guy from Reliance Chandan. Those people took money for Net connection long back and now they even dont pick up the phone. Does anyone know how can I get my money back !!!

          Dear sir/madam,
          I am from thoothukudi district, Tamilnadu. I am using reliance number for the past 2 years.. The SMS sent from my number to BSNL numbers reach that numbers after 2 or 3 days.. Also the same SMS is repeatedly reach their number though i sent it only once... I dont know the reason... This make them to get irritated.. Please check the reason and rectify it as quick as possible.. Or else i have to switch over to other network..

            I recommend not to got for reliance broadband connection because the support provided by them is worst. It's worst than governament support.

            I have a loged a complain with reliance about problem with online bill pay issue. They are not intrested to solve the issue but they very much intrested to close the case with out resolution... If you see the conversion with support team below, they closed 3 comaplains with out providing solution... Shame on Reliance Support...

            THE LANDLINE TELEPHONE OF GHATKESAR EXCHANGE[protected] IS NOT WORKING SINCE LAST 10 DAYS. EVEN AFTER MAKING COMPLAINT IN THE EXCHANGE NO BODY TURNED UP. SINCE THIS PHONE IS ATTACHED TO EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT CENTRE OPERATING ON ALL INDIA BASIS, WE ARE FACING DIFFICULTY WITH CUTTING DOWN OF THE COMMUNICATION. PLEASE EXPEDITE AND ARRANGE FOR RECTIFICATION IMMEDIATELY

            I am hieghly recommend not to go for reliance broadband connection because the support provided by them is very-2 worst.

            I have loged servral complain in reliance customer care in last two manth but not got any response from them.

            They able to install connection but not able to provide any support. reliance is totaly depends on fraud and theft. Thier used can use yuor phone and bill will be sent to you.

            many people told me that reliance is chor and now iam with them...

            Respected sir,
            I the coustmer of reliance communications, would like to draw the attention to the rude behaviour of one of the employ named Ashish. I had only asked about the plan of my no[protected] and enquiery about the any other plan and i told to repeat once again so he told it would not be repeat again once said thats only .He was taking ruedly and using abusive wordes saying you do comlpain at nodal officer nothing will happen, he was giving warning that you do anthing it will not affect him and nothing will happen . as such the call has been recorded you can see. The call has been done on wednesteday on 4-6-2008.We your the share shorlder of reliance, and having 10 connection . So I request to slove my problem.I will be thankufull if your staff will sever the coustmer in good maner.As such these type of staff will one time may affect youe depatment very much.I will be obliged if you listen my pboblem of mine.If you did not take any strick action towardes it the complain it will be done at cousumer court.so I request you to slove my problem as soon as possible and give mee reply as fast as possible.

            I have one Prepaid no. - [protected]. but i'm fed up now from the unwanted activation of caller tunes pack. The pack is activate on my number without my considration but Reliance Care executive told me that you had given request for that pack but i did'nt give any request for that.

            The Charges of that pack is continiously deducted from my balance. So, plz give attention towards my problem and kindly refunded the charges my already deducted by the REL. Comm.

            I tooo agree with this. Reliance Broadband Service is pathetic. First they delayed in giving connection with new reasons everyday. Initially I have been told that I need to pay 3 months advance so will get free installation otherwise need to pay 500 Rs. Extra. After completion of three months they again sent me a bill for 3 months advance amount payment. When I requested to change my plan to monthly billing they told me to pay 3 months and they will settle after next billings (what the hell is this?). Why it should take more than 2 days to change the billing plan. I paid one month advance amount, now in the new bill after one month is sent with late payment charges and two months advance again. I dont undestand if I am paying bill in advance then why I should be charged for the late payment.
            If you send any mail regarding the issue to them, , it takes atleast two days to response so I would suggest not to go with Reliance. Even I am planning to take them into the consumer court for this.

            i had taken a reliance broadband connection since my first billing there has always been an overinflation of bills they have made it a common issue and never rectify it. in short the net speed is good but the response, reply, and other services from reliance are totally useless and they are really great experts in overinflating bills.

            I am a new reliancebroadband user and till now i had very very bad experience of the services provided by
            reliance, I have shifted from Airtelbroadband to reliance because one of the marketing executiv Umashanker
            came to my home and he assured that they would give higher speed and better net and after installation
            services and unfortunately i switched to reliance one or two days after instllation of the net, Umashanker
            who had promised to help after installation was untraceable in the mean time i came in contact with the
            local authorities who helped on their personal level but they have their own limits as for as Mumbai end is
            concerned it is difficult to talk to any cus. care person on the mobile and register a complaint. I read the
            views of the customer in this page and it seems to me that mailing any complaint is like throwing the
            complaint in dust bin i think nobody reads the complaint and there system has been created in such a
            way that one can not be hold responsible for the lapses on the part of customer. I am very proud to say
            that this was not the case with Air tel broadban services they listen to your complaint personlly and try
            to resolve the problem on line on the phone and if not done they give the axact time when the engineer
            will visit at home I am thinking to switch back to Airtel broadband backe

            I would like to know whether yourGPRS service support IM's? I use a Nokia E75 handset and all my Instant Messengers (IM's) used to work with Airtel Mobile Office GPRS. But now with Reliance net connect, none of them seems to be working. I'm getting an Authentication Failed Error message. Why is this?

            I called the customer service several times. Maybe more than 3 times the agent hanged the call on me. They do not have any respect towards their customers. My call was forwarded to a TECH team later wherein the tech agents doesn't know what an IM is :l

            13) Karishma confirmed after discussion with Ojha that Router is fixed and issue is resolved though internet is still not working– 4th November
            14) I receive bill from Reliance for advance payment – 4th November ( Hilarious !!)
            15) I confirm the issue is not resolved, Ojha, Karishma, Umesh confirms that the technician will come to my place to fix the issue – 5th November
            16) I leave from work early to take care of issue and Shiv the technician says he won’t come to fix the issue and Ojha says the router works so its not his problem. – 5th November
            17) I speak to Mr Sukhdev( Networks Senior) who is apparently in hospital who says he will look into the matter – 5th Nov
            18) Spoke again to Techniciam(Shiv) who says that router doesn’t have power – 6th Nov
            19) Mr Ojha and Sukhdev are not answering the call – 6th Nov
            20) Your staff mention I should write to Anil Ambani to get this resolved..(Good sense of Humour !!)
            and they throw in names like Anand Mathur and Sunil Sethi ..I so understand reliance broadband organisation...you can hire me already.

              post-paid connection which is excessive than my usual bills of

                We have not received any bills for the above telephone number till today. The international Calls have been disconnected due to non-receipt of payments. On inquiring for the bill, we have been given stupid reasons such as system down, etc. We have also requested for a bill via email to make immediate payment. Still no response.

From Customer care i have got to know that the verification is pending. When i called up [protected], she cant help me in this context and i have to rome around Reliance communication office and submit those forms again.I work from morning 9am to 10 PM, for me comming out of office is very difficult task, coz of which i have ordered the data card online.                   Reliance is worst company in the word for providing internet service in Gurgaon.
                  I have recharged my 1.5 gb data on 8-6-15, but i am not getting that facility, when i called R care on 12-6-15 (morning) they have said that will be start on 4 pm but not started so i have called on more time and they said that it will start around 10 pm

                  This is very wrong we are paying money instant and at the same time we are not getting the facility

                    i had purchased a reliance mobile
                    model no classic 631 priced at rs 2100 from royal web world c.s.pur bhubaneshwar ...
                    According to the offer i was to get 2 years validity that is till 12th february 2009 and a promotional balance of Rs 2100.00 which i got it..
                    but after 7 months of my activation my validity showed 15th november 2008 instead of 12th february 2009..
                    this validty date 15/11/2008 continued till the date 31/05/2008.
                    but on 2nd of june 2008 i recharged with a top up of Rs 30.
                    my validty showed at that time 21st may 2008 and from 3rd june onward my outgoing and incoming both are barred for which i m facing a lot of problems .. i m unable to contact any one nor any one can contact me at this presnt time ...

                    my first complain is that
                    how can my validity be changed from time to time ..

                    how is it possible that if validity shows till 21st may 2008 how can both incoming and outgoing both continues till 2nd june 2008

                    third complain
                    when i dial a phone number of some one the sytem says that ""your prepaid account temporaily under suspension due to insufficient balance though i have a balance of Rs 17.03

                      i have asked to the coustomer care to terminate my broad band connection and to collect the modem from my place about 15 days ago my id is[protected].but till now no action has been taken.

                      I have a similar story to tell. It will at least lighten my burden if I pour out my heart. So here is the scenario:

                      I wish to bring the following facts to your notice for redressal of my grievances:
                      1. At being persistently approached by a representative of one of Reliance franchisees in Chandigarh, I got a Broadband Connection and Fixed Line Phone installed at my residence on the 30th April, 2008; under 75 Kbps/400 Rs. Broadband Unlimited Plan.
                      2. Since there was problem of outage and slow Internet speed, I filed a complaint online through the Feedback Form, but the problem persisted.
                      3. I opted to go in for a switch over of Plan, for which I got my request registered (No.67909965 dated[protected]. The Plan was changed to 4 GB-PLAN 750 with effect from [protected].
                      4. However, there was no connectivity for long hours and also the Internet speed was not upto the mark. I got my complaint noted vide No.68272727 on[protected].
                      5. But since the problem persisted, I got my request for Termination of the Connection registered on the 9th May, 2008 (vide No.[protected].
                      6. However, nobody bothered to collect the equipment. It was only after having spoken to a couple of representatives (on Phone No.3031732: Mr. Mohinder on[protected] and Ms. Anita on[protected] that a person Mr. Pardeep Kumar came to my residence for collecting the Modem and Telephone Set on[protected].
                      7. Meanwhile, I had received a Bill (No.[protected] dated[protected] for the payment of Rs.313.71 (after deduction of the installation charges of Rs.500).
                      8. However, when a representative of the firm (one Mr. Gupta) rang me up on[protected] regarding the payment of the outstanding amount of the bill, I explained to him regarding poor connectivity and extremely slow Internet speed during the 7 days I was able to use the Broadband, and moreover the connection had since been got terminated, he told me that it would be alright if I paid Rs.213 on pro-rata basis. Since I found it to be a reasonable settlement, I paid the amount to the collection boy sent to my place for the purpose.
                      9. I thought that the issue was resolved for good. But I was taken aback on receiving another Bill (No.[protected] dated[protected] for Rs.228.44 on pro-rata basis. Since the Termination was effective from 09-05.2008, I find that charging of any amount beyond that date is not appropriate. I have been receiving calls about the payment of the said sum, but due to the unreasonableness of the case, I have not paid this amount.
                      10. I wonder if some senior Nodal Officer will care to intervene in the matter to resolve the issue once for all so that I am saved from undue harassment and mental agony.

PLEASE I NEED YOUR ESTEEM JUSTIFICATION AND REVERSE THE THIS BILL AMOUNT.

                      DURING THE NEW APPLICATION TIME IT SELF, YOUR PERSON TO US, NOT US BSNL BRODE BAND--OUR BROAD BAND MUCH CHEATER AND GOOD QUALITY, THE SAID TO ME ONLY--RS 299 /400 + 50 + TAX ONLY THE BILLING PER MONTH PLEASE.PLEASE GIVE A CHANCE TO USE OUR PHONE LIKE THIS STATEMENT GIVEN BY YOUE SALES PERSON, WE BELIVED. BUT YOUR BILLS ARE HIGH, WITHOUT NET WORKING YOU ARE CHARGEING.

                      I had applied for Reliance Broadband connection on 27th of feb. I cleared all my documents and had applied for your quarterly plan o[censored]nlimited download. However, your people after their commitment to install the connection is not good.. and u r exicitive said as one plan and he given me other plan. this is not fair. after that i known this is an other plan and i called hem but he is not lefting the mobile. i have said to the Reliance sales dept and i have complaint to Realiance Broadband number of times..

                      This type of service is very bad. so, i want to cancel u r service or refund my amount to my account.

                        i have tried lot of times for my refund of above mentioned reliance power IPO.and i have phoned hundred of times in ur concern enquiry offices in kolhapur, , hydrabad, mumbai and pune offices.
                        but i have not got any single information abt my refund position. sometimes i have been told that my application no is not tracable etc etc.but from my HDFC bank account the above mensitioned cheque is credited in your account. and all bank statement etc, i have subbimitted to the kolhapur office--karvy-- 2 months ago.and i hav the receipt of this letter with signed by karvy office kol;hapur.
                        ---i want to say sadly that such delay is not expected from reliance group.
                        i request you to arrange refund payments in 4 days.
                        already it has been so late for refund from your side witout any my fault.
                        this is my request again, otherwise i am going to take legal action against relaince power.and this latter can be taken IPC notice for the action.

                          i had recharge my reliance mobile with gprs recharge but didn't get service. and i have coplain about this on reliance custumer care service but they didn't give me approprite responce to the problem every executive gave there different answers. but didn't give the solution on asking what time it takes, they replied wait for some time, i didn't get the solution this 39 Rs recharge cost me upto 54 Rs because they always tell me to msg cost 5 Rs each for settings of the service but i didn't get the service upto 24 hours from the time when should the service be starts.
                          Reliance GSM service is too poor in Ranchi . It has no capability to run his service prperly whenever you complain then your service is going too be much poor.

                            1. Refer RMF/20080516/[protected] dated 16/05/2008.
                            2. I had applied for Reliance diversified power sector fund-Retail growth plan, through icici bank limited(Agent/Broker code:ARN-0020, Agent/Broker name:ICICI bank ltd, Sub Broker code:5178961, Cheque No.007452 dated 26/10/2007).
                            3. I got letter from your side 28 May 08 stating non realisation of above said cheque ( 007452 dated 26/10/2007) and reversal of all alloted units and accruals.
                            4. I have following quiries:-
                            (a) The first mandatory thing for starting of any mutual fund of realisation of initial cheque.After realisation of intial cheque SIP starts.If my inital cheque had some prblem why it was started and continued for six months?
                            (b) For the same SIP( Rs 1000/month), I had invested not money for six months but my faith in Reliance Industries ltd.If i would have informed by your side at the same point of time i would have corrected the problem and shouldn't have lost my crucial six months.Why this lacunae done by your side and who will be responsible for this act and also who will return my crucial six months?
                            5. I am in Armed forces and as armed force personnel i dont have enough money to invest, only have small savings to make my and my family life comfortable.If this sort of irresposible behaviour is done by No.one company of India who has brought many accolades to India than how we can have blind faith over you. I am feeling betrayed by this irresposible behaviour of yours.
                            6. It is requested that through investigation should be done and punishment should be given to the defaulters.

                                  COMPANY DECLARED THE SCHEME OF RS:10 TALK TIME DAILY.
                                  MY REST BALANCE RS:870 REMAIN AS PER SCHEME OFFER ON NEW GSM.
                                  I ALSO RECHARGE VOUCHER WORTH RS:24 ON 24TH JAN-2009.
                                  BUT STILL SIM CARD NOT GIVING ME DAILY BALANCE OF RS:10/- .
                                  I VISITED www.rimweb.co.in. where I SEARCH AT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE PACK SCHEME.
                                  THEY WROTE THERE THAT RS:24 1ST VOUCHER REQUIRE.
                                  BUT THEY NOT CLEAR THAT IF YOU NOT FEEL THAT RS:24 VOUCHER YOUR MOBILE WILL BE DEACTIVATED. THIS IS HIDDEN GAME OF CHEATING.

I m customer of Reliance with near about 3 years and two times caller tune activated from Reliance side in last 1 and half months. I had already compliant to Reliance, but answer is same 'Caller Tune is activated from your side'. i m very disturbed how can Reliance activate any thing in my no. without my permission and deduct Rs from my A/C.                                     I am using Reliance connection for past 5 yrs. I had also faced the same problem twice of over billing for the services not used by me. Last time they charged me for the Cricket pack 49 which i never subscribed so they reversed it and the caller tunes they are charging 30 Rs on their own without any subscription and this time they charged me 265 Rs for Games, Music station, Ringtone pk and mytune etc. and telling me that you have used all these and showing me the dates and they themselves are putting the dates and telling me that you have used these services. and when i asked for the senior authority ph number for complaint they refuses to give that also. They are continuously sending the SMS for ringtone packs and music and when i delete those i think they are charging for that also.or they have passed my number to some other person using these services.
                                    It's better not to use their services anymore.
                                    They have to seriously think of these issues as this might hit their customer base soon.

                                    I am also using Reliance services from past 2 years. They have activated Caller Tune on my mobile also without my knowledge since 2/7/2007.
                                    On 27/8/08 I got a message that you deactivate caller tune, so I called up REl Customer Care to inform them that I have not activated it, that time the person on line told me that it is not activated on my no. Yesterday when the amount was deducted from my account I contacted Customer Care again & they inform me that it has been activated since July 2007. That means since then Every month they have been deducting Rs30 from my account without my knowledge. This is really disgusting!! Customer Care officials themselves have no proper information.

                                    I have been using Reliance from past 4 years and i am totally dissatisfied with its services.

                                    AT REGULAR INTERVALS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE CALLER TUNES ARE ACTIVATED

                                    If i ask them they say that it is from my side.But its not true so, i think it is totally a reliance way to fool people. Some few months back these customer care people use to call us and ask us if they can activate any of the caller tune that we like.So, it means that from there side they can activate the caller tune.

                                    I think in order to reach their targets these customer care people are activating on their own or it should be a software failure where a big company failed to fix it or its purely a fraud way of reliance to gain profits. I use my phone for business purpose and these caller tunes that are activated are such a bad ones that every time the next day itself i am deactivating them.
                                    RELIANCE I HATE UR CALLER TUNES AND I DON'T WANT ANY CALLER TUNE

                                    I have taken a new reliance mobile connection just a week ago.But just after 4 or 5 days they have activated Caller Tune on my mobile without my knowledge.When I asked the customer care executive about this, he told me to call after some time and said that if it happened as such then your money will be refunded back to you.I called the customer care again after some time, this time they said that we did not activate the caller tune on our own, you yourself had send a request to activate it.
                                    I think that this thing is going to happen again in future. So can anyone please provide some suggestion in this regard?

                                    Secondly some months back Reliance had a scheme for Life time Validity on your mobile where you were supposed to get incoming calls free for whole life without the top up prepaid voucher, after paying around some amount of money . I applied for the same and paid the whole amount . But after a month or two the free incoming calls stopped and now you have to buy a top up voucher to receive calls?!!

                                      I have taken a reliance data card corporate connection in Oct 2007 and requested for the disconnection of my service on 1st Jan 2008 by sending email to corporatecare.[protected]@relianceada.com
                                      as Reliance web world (Forum Mall Kormangala) guys told me that they don't have permissions to disconnect my service so send the mail on this mail Id. I had send the mail and I have not recieved any response from the reliance communication guys. Again I have send the reminders mails to them and not got a single response. In mean time I have contacted Reliance web world again an again but still my service is not disconnected and they are charging me from last 5 months without any uses.

                                      i am capt arvind rana. i am a Army Officer. i am using relience data card for last 2 months. on 24 apr 08 my data card was diconnected without giving me any information about payment of the bill for data card . my bill is genereted on 22 apr 08. on 24 apr 08 i checked my rediffmail to see weather i have received any e-bill from relience but it was not in the inbox. then i opened my relience side for checking the bill online as i opened the side i saw the bill amt was 1392. i was about to pay the bill on line but the net got diconnected. i tried connected but could not do so. all this happened at around 9:00 o'clock 24 apr 08. i call up customer care at around 1800 hrs on 24 apr 08 and requested them to activate my connection for half an hour but they said no. how can the doconnect the net without giving me any message. the sme and when i spoke to coustomer care they said they have send the message. the last date of payement of my bill is 10 may 08. who can the discomnnect before the due date of payement and with out any message. i want reply of the message other wise i am going to the counsumer court and loging the complain for troubling the customer. my last date of payment is 10 may 08 how can a compnay say hte custome will not pay the bill. if i had not payed my old bill then it is understood or if i had not payed my bill till 11 may 08.

                                      Reliance Communication — disconnetion of mobile

                                      RS 250 added in my bill for the services i have no used(music Station).
                                      The complaint was filled in reliance web world on 16 of june, they just wrote my complaint in register and told me that they will enter it in computer later when the server will be faster. I have many time tried calling customer callcenter no 333. but the number was busy i tried it for more then an hour. i have also mailed this matter on reliance communication web site.
                                      Why should i pay for the services which i have not used.
                                      this is all monopoly of the company that once you have buyed reliace connection you have to use poor services. We cant even get the reliance connection disconnect because i have given this number to all my relative, business groups and all social contacts. if change the number i will lose all contacts.

                                      Irrespective of this complaints my phone connection was disconnected. when called to customer care they told me that it may be the mistake of company that you have been wrongly charged in the bill, you have to pay for the bill and the waiver you will get in next month. this call center call took my 45 min.
                                      Why should i suffer the mistake of the service provider.

                                      Due to the disconnection i have face mental tension. and faced economic losses due to short sales.

                                      I am using reliance data card from last month.I have 3 complains against reliance communication:

                                      1. I had taken night freedom plus(400 Rs + 10pm to 6 am free) plan but these people updated some other plan by themselves.I use it after 10pm only every day, still I got a bill of 2400 Rs.

                                      2.I have submitted my id-proof and address proof, given them correctly all information, but on my bill my surname they had put is wrong.

                                      3.These people has cut my net connection without informing me.My credit limit is 1500Rs, but i have crossed my credit limit.
                                      They should inform me first about my credit limit and when will they cut my connection.I did not get any message or any call from reliance regarding above.Customer care people told me that after paying the amount within 3 hrs they will activate my connection. After 10 hrs also it was not activated. i gave them 7-8 calls then only they activated my connection.

                                      I have a mobile of reliance infocom with a no. of [protected] on the name of Raghvendra Singh.
                                      I have recharged my mobile on dated 23 august 2008 with 496 STV plan and got a validity up to 22 sep 2008.But company has disconnected my services on dated 11 sep 2008 without any prior notice. After contacting to customer care, they informed me that this plan has been finished by their company.                                       Respected Sir,

                                      My Reliance Broadnet No.[protected]. I was not able to get any service after 1 week of installation of the modem. I complaint several time to Reliance Communication CallCentre, which is located in Navi Mumbai, Belapur Road. But no body helped me. I was not able to use service from the month of September, October, November. on 10November my services was barred to due non-payment.. I got calls several times from collection agency of reliance to clear my dues. on Dec25th i paid Rs2409/- on the promise that i owe nothing to pay hence further to reliance.. from the cancellation department representative Mr.Vilas Sare. They told me as services are barred from 10th of November. I owe nothing hence forth.But again in month of Janauary a bill was generated. I complaint to reliance about the issue. Floor Supervisor Miss Hema Navani promise me that she will will waive of the bill and somebody will collect all the devices. but today on 2nd of February i again called to reliance to collect their devices. But they are asking me to pay the bill first.. I was cheated by reliance communication callcentre people like anything and i was able to use the serivces only for a week but i had paid almost Rs.5000/- and still they are asking me more money.                                       This is to inform you that I Shri Bikash Bhowmik employee of IC Centre, Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Jadavpur University, Kolkata booked one data card connection for my personal use in my desktop computer.                                       I have taken reliance postpaid walky telephone 3 year before and due to heavy billing i requested them to discounitinued that connection but no body will believe it was not disconnected for 6 months after my repetive request and fact is that they issued connections at anywhere but to disconitinue connection they have only few outlets where there network does not work when we go there for disconnection. and it happened with me. for 6 month i paid bill and when finally they diposted my tel set and processed disconnection procedure they told me i will get my security amount refunded after 6 months.

                                      I was shocked when i got 435 INR refund instead of 2000 INR.

                                      RELIANCE is an indian company but i feel shame of it. its chor company.

                                      they dont stand anywhere in comparison of TATA.

                                      I am getting much much better facilities from other companys such as Vodafone airtel and tata.

                                      I wish whole rELIANCE COMApany will be wind up soon.

                                      Global calling card Reliance Communication — Services not available & poor administration

                                      Dear Sir
                                      I hadbought Golbal card on Reliance on 11th of this month ataround 4 PM for Rs 115/- to make a call to UAE.
                                      After getting itrechaged I found that I am unable to make a call through their Global Calling service. I taled to Custamer care . They told me system is busy & try after some time. I made several efforts to make a call but could not get it . Finally I go it done through other service provider.
                                      Next day when again,I called up cutomer care they told me that due to some unknown technical problem it was nto working but in next 12 hours it would be resolved . but nothing happended. Then I esclated this issue but nothing happended. Then I asked them for refund f my money . They refuse to refund that amopunt saying that Co do nto have any refund policy. My concern is I have paid Reliance to get some service at perticular tim.But Company failed to deliver the service. Its not my fault Why sould I bare the loss. I do not having any requirement of calling card now any more.
                                      My money should be refunded . No body form the management taking it reriously & I am not getting any proper response.
                                      I have wasted almost 3-4 hours & approx another 50/- to register my compalin.

                                      Need your help for the same how can I calim my compensation

                                      reliance wireless data card — Billing fraud

                                      Reliance Wireless Data Card with Mobile No.[protected] has been coverted into prepaid by making payment of required fees on[protected] vide receipt No.203210 at Sitaphalmandi Reliance Office, but the billing is still continuing as if the mobile is stll a postpaid one. one bill for Rs.100 has already been paid foolishly since I being a senior citizen, notl in a position to visit their office personally nor due to lack of time to correspond. Taking advantage of such payment, now the company sent another bill for Rs.204.30, Bogus fellows.

                                      Reliance Communications — for disconnection of mobile

                                      I have submitted an application on 06.03.10 at Reliance Shopee for termination of all services on mobile no. [protected]. Earlier all dues of Rs 155/- were clear on 19.2.10 but again they send due bill of Rs 67. Yesterday as per talked with Reliance Shopee M/s Rohida Systems Web World Express I have deposited Rs 115/-. After depositing this money they assure me that your connection will terminate permanently within half an hour. Today I enquired at an another Reliance shopee, they said your connection is running.

                                      Please tell me about how much time they will take to terminate the services on my mobile.

                                      A PARCEL WAS DISPATCH FROM AHMEDABAD ON 26TH MAY 2010 ANDAS PER DTDC SHEDULE DELIVERY WITHIN 48 HOURS BUT TILL 3/06/2010 HASNT DELIVERED, AFTER CHECKING ON WEBSITE UNDERTRACKING OPTION IT WAS FOUND THAT PARCEL IS MOVING FROM PLACE TO OTHER PALCE INSPITE OF DETAIL ADDRESS.EVEN DTDC OFFICE WONT PICKUP THE CALLS. ITS SUGGESTED NOT TO BOOK ANY CONSIGNMENT OR DOCUMENTS THROUGH THIS COURIER. EVEN OUR PAYMENT OF 5LAKHS WAS DELAYED.

                                      I had purched Reliance Netconnect datacard from a sales executive(mr Ashish) who was selling it from Virti infocom pvt ltd,Noida,First they will delly to activate my net connections after that beetween 2 days they stopped my net connections ,when i asked mr Ashish why you are stoped my netconnections,he reply me ( ki sir main abhi karta hun,) but here is 2 days gone they did not get me any type off solutins.named mahesh will verify my documents.No one came for verification.Eventually my datacard was cancelled by the subscriber because document verification was not done on time. I have been denied o[censored]sing the facility.I think i have been cheated.Please help me out.

                                      I had used a Reliance Datacard No. [protected] with name Lakhvinder Singh C/o Swastik Softwares and paid the last payment of Sept. month bill Rs. 553 under chq. No. 327459 to Mr. Gagandeep working with Singla Tele Service Bathinda. on that day I handed over a written Disconnection application to him and stopped using the datacard. After few days when we called him he says his senior is gone for his marriage so why our no. will disconneted in next month. meanwhile we complained at customer care but still we are receiving bill.

                                      on 4th Feb 2011 i write a email to Reliance Nodal Officer at rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com but I cannot got any response from their side.

                                        I Laxmandas Duseja, the owner of this Telephone A/C, would like to here by let you know, that as per the Receipt Number: S[protected], I had made a payment of Rs. 1000.00 dated 3rd of Dec. 2007.

                                        At the time of payment, we were told by the Reliance Web World Authorities, that if we make the payment of Rs. 1000.00 all the dues will be cleared off, and thereafter, there will be nothing due payment left to be paid off.

                                        Inspite of non use of the phone, we have still been suffering from the bills being issued to us.

                                        We have been not even been using the RELIANCE DATA Service on this A/C number, but still we have been charged for that..

                                        And still we made a payment of Rs. 1000.00, but now still, we have been receiving the Recall notice from u people..

                                        I would like to know, that why is this kind of torture being carried out to your customers from your end..

                                        Instead of not paying any heed to it, why can't u people have a look at the real problem, and give us a detailed report about why are we still receiving the RECALL Notices..

                                        Though, we were not using the services, still we have been charged for that, and despite that we still made a payment of Rs. 1000.00 and as said by the Reliance Web World Authorities that from now onwards we will not be getting any bills or recall notices, but still we have received a recall notice..

                                        Also one more thing that I would like to say is, that the instrument that we had with this telephone number, was NOT even having the functionality (The port to put in the data cable)of RELIANCE DATA Services, then how can u people put the charge of RELIANCE DATA SERVICES TO US???

                                        In the regards of same, I am putting a copy of this mail to Consumer Complaints Dept.

                                        Please have a look at the concerned matter and kindly revert back to the soonest possible.
