Non-receipt of Bills for Tel no. 022-30607364

We have not received any bills for the above telephone number till today. The international Calls have been disconnected due to non-receipt of payments. On inquiring for the bill, we have been given stupid reasons such as system down, etc. We have also requested for a bill via email to make immediate payment. Still no response.

You are requested to please look into it and arrange to send me a bill copy so the payment can be...

Internet not working

Intenet is not working. Many complaints lodged on phone but no action taken so far. If not as attended today I will be compelled to file a suit in the consumer court....

change of validity from time to time

i had purchased a reliance mobile
model no classic 631 priced at rs 2100 from royal web world c.s.pur bhubaneshwar ...
According to the offer i was to get 2 years validity that is till 12th february 2009 and a promotional balance of Rs 2100.00 which i got it..
but after 7 months of my activation my validity showed 15th november 2008 instead of 12th february 2009..
this validty date 15/11/2008 continued...

whenever i call from my vodafone or my brothers mobile I am not able to call the the reliance
my relatives also say that they could not call my no
so just stay fron reliance I am going to switch onto another service
Dont make mistake by going for reliance...

Whitout permission caller tune activated

Dear Sir,
I m very upset due to bad service of Reliance. I m customer of Reliance with near about 3 years and two times caller tune activated from Reliance side in last 1 and half months. I had already compliant to Reliance, but answer is same 'Caller Tune is activated from your side'. i m very disturbed how can Reliance activate any thing in my no. without my permission and deduct Rs from my A/C. So please help...

Not disconnected my Reliance Data Card service on requesting again and again

Hi,

I have taken a reliance data card corporate connection in Oct 2007 and requested for the disconnection of my service on 1st Jan 2008 by sending email to corporatecare.[protected]@relianceada.com
as Reliance web world (Forum Mall Kormangala) guys told me that they don't have permissions to disconnect my service so send the mail on this mail Id. I had send the mail and I have not recieved any response from the reliance...

service @ reliance Centres are Absolutely Pathetic

I got this Postpaid Net connect MG880 USB Modem 4days before,
i was told that after Verification you get the required MDN no. and it will be provided at your place, but there was no response from the center, ultimately i had to go an collect it after 2days.
I installed it and only to find that my dialer is locked and only emergency call can be made... bingo
i checked the setting, but it was locked, i could not get...

DNC registry

I have spent the last 9 months or so requesting for Do Not Call every time I get a sales call or an sms but each time I am told that it will be rectified within 21/45 days but it hasnt stopped ever. Even while roaming I got these calls. Such is the state of affairs. Why show off about services which you cant provide. I'm tired of calling again n again n being told the same thing again n again. Webworld also doesn't entertain complaints...

guys try contacting reliance customer care at *333 and you get the cold voice of the IVRS. then when choose the option 4 which is to speak to the customer care representative voila you would be told that your call is sooo important and that they will connect to the ccr. then comes the really intresting thing of your life---- now after two seconds you get a voice telling you "PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIALLED " and the phone...
