      I am a life reliance prepaid customer mob no.[protected].
      Here in Kolkata circle the local rate of reliance smart is much higher than std rate.
      So company should look the matter and reduce the rate immediately

      My husband has been using Reliance mob No.[protected] since last 5 years. He is using prepaid connection. Reliance on their own have subscribed FMIndia1 pack for one month on his mobile and deducted Rs.30 from his account without his knowledge for the first time. After that this pack was renewed without his consent and again directly Rs.30 has been deducted from his account. We came to know this after we kept a track of the prepaid account.

      I would request your company to reverse Rs.60 and debit to his prepaid account We are very upset of the unwanted services from your side. We would like to view this very seriously if Rs.60 will not be debited to his account.

      I have a reliance mobile prepaid connection no- [protected]. On 28 sep 09,I received a SMS from 51234 number that your CRBT service has been renewed.On contacting Reliance communication customer care service I was told that this service was activated to my number on 28 Aug 2009. In fact there is no callertune was ever activated on my number.I want to know that why company has activated caller tune facility on their own without my request and why company has not informed me at the time of initiating the service.On contacting Reliance communication executives I have been told that now you request to unsubscribe this facility otherwise each month Rs 30 will be deducted from your account. My point is that why should I request to unsubscribe a facility,which I never requested. I have also come to know from many of my friends that this type of cheating company executives are doing with other customers also.
      I fully agree with customer, I have also faced similar problem with Reliance Communication 4 months back.Only after great persuassion money was refunded to my account.

      i had taken a prepaid connection of reliance communication16/03/10.my number is [protected].after three days i got a message from company that Rs thirty 30/-has been deducted for crbt caller tune & this was all without my prior knowledge.company in the same sms told me that if you unsubscribe the caller tune then send sms us again.i did the same but till now money has been credited in my prepaid account.

        i took datacard(reliance netconnect) for easy online access at my workplace.this is not working from day 1 onwards. i contacted showroom when there was a fault in thier USB which was replaced. then it worked for 1 day and again the same problem of connectivity. i contacted showroom many times with no response.i need my money back and i faced lot of time waste hassle at showroom where no one is able to help me out properly. kindly help me out and guide how to contact consumer forum
        i purchased a reliance data card from Reliance outlet, at MG road trivandrum, kerala . i just used for only 2 hr.. i was not working since last 4 days. i have complaint many times.. today i rushed to the relaiance outlet... then the customer relation executive told me that " the data card hardware is compliant' it will take uncertain days to rectify..what can i do... i spend 1600 rs for relince data card... now i regret about it.. if i purchase tata or bsnl, i would have get better service...rajesh, research officer, ACSTI, trivandrum mob [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

          RELIANCE SMART GSM SERVICE — No responce of complaint at customer care

          I am prepaid customer of smart gsm service from 2006.           Reliance Telecom/Reliance Mobile Smart GSM service — Regarding my pre-paid account balance

          sir,

          i am a subscriber of Reliance Mobile Smart GSM Service of Orissa circle having the mobile no [protected]. Last month the service provider deducted Rs 20 from my Account Balance, since i had the sufficient balance in my account i did not make any query taking in the mind that i might make call so that the provider deduct the same amount from my account . But the same thing happened again in this month then i did make a call to the customer care executives and asked politely about this matter but they did not lodge any of my complain and teached me about how to deactive the back ground music service which i never try to activate. Every time i ignore the call from the provider about their specific value added service. i donot know how it autometically activated. now i did deacitvate the service to avoid the further deduction from my account. so in total the service provider deducted Rs 49 from my account balance.

          My Mobile No. is [protected]. I recharged Rs 303 on 17 Jan 2009 in afternoon. I hoped I would get the GPRS service within 24 hrs from recharge-time. But unfortunately after about 30 hours I yet didn't get the service. Importent to maintion, I'm using GPRS for last several months. Surprisingly the customer care representative said my problem had been solved. I really have been very much upset about the matter. I still can't acess the GPRS & they say " Your problem has been solved!" Please take the necessary steps so that I can access the service as soon as possible. My handset (Motorokr E6) has the necessary settings for the last three months, so there's no problem in it. I hope you would help me to get the SMART GPRS Service to month and in future also.

          I have purchased one classic mobile set, during warranty period this mobile got problem, so I took it to service center, but service center told me that this mobile will not be repairable, it needs to be replaced, so they had given me one "DO" and said you submit this DO in Smart Office so that you will get a new classic set.           I think that Smart customer cares are useless and worthless, though i complained to thier CCE about my problem regarding SMS, they are going on telling that "my problem will be solved within 24 hours".
          My problem is that(my no. [protected]) i am unable to send a SMS to a RIM no.(the rim no. is [protected]), and my balnce is always deducted. But when i call up To CCE after 24 hrs they told that my problem is resolved. But my problem was not solved. This shows that the operator is not just only worthless but also try to make their customers .
          But past 4 to 5 days a chief officer of SMART Mr. Kaustav is takeing special care for me and about my problem and he too update me regularly about my problem. And i thought that my problem will be solved.
          But see the tragedy he is also making me telling "no response is coming from the other network(RIM), after that another day he told to me "today north bengal is been facing a strike", so no official activity is being carried out. And thirdly he told that it's not the fault of my no., it's fault of the other operator. And he told me that he will update soon. So my waiting continues...
          I am trying to file a case on Telephone Regularity Authority of India against these shamefull work of the Reliance GSM Service. They think that they can loot us but we can't take an single action against the operator. I will Show THEM. How a normal people can break them...

At about 07:30 pm I was very much surprised when I got the sms from 52345 ''requested tune has been set successfully'', because I have't request for any caller tune.Since then I can't get the connection of your customer care unit, god knows they have any existance or not.This is totally a fraud case.I want my exact balance back which was deducted from my account for this caller tune.Please arrange to take necessary action at your earliest to remove this problem.

          Reliance GSM — 20-30 retry needed to make a call

          I just fed up retrying more than 20-30 times to just make a call in mumbai local circle. Sometimes their is a flash msg that our data centre is temperory down which is atleast 4-5 time in a day, while the rest of the times is call failed. Call centre is most of the time inaccessible. Just fed up of the worst network.

          Smart GSM Services - Reliance — Not Getting Proper Services

Service provider activated many value added services without my consent from january 2009. I register do not disturb on 08/08/07. From January 2009, i complain to customercare so many time for deactivating the value added services.           The customer care executive told me to wait for ONE HOUR and with in ONE HOUR you will receive the code. But I had not received the PIN2 code till SUNDAY the 17th May 2009. I again informed and asked the status of my complaint on MONDAY the 18th May 2009 and they replied again the same thing that they will provide wih in ONE HOUR then again I called on TUESDAY the 19th MAY 2009 and on WEDNESDAY 20th May 2009 and they replied the same thing as before but till now I have not received the NEW PIN2 CODE for which I am facing the problem in fixed dialing from my mobile.
          So I kindly request you to take necessary actions against this problem as quick as possible otherwise I have to knock the door of the consumer court.

          I Shree Krushna Chandra Swain, my home town is in Orissa now I am presently employed in M/S Larsen & Toubro Limited, AriyaNagar, Hazaribagh.
          Two months earlier on …….. I have taken a Smart GSM SIM Card from Gruhasti Retail Shop in Ariya Nagar, Hazaribagh at that time I was submit my identity proof & Address Proof then after two days my SIM is activated but only for few days and the sim is again deactivated. This process is repeated 3 times in spite of submitting all my documents required for taking a normal sim. Recently I have received a message on 10th june, 2009 at 12:26 am quoted “ Outgoing and in coming calls are deactivated”. Then I talked with the customer care for knowing the reason for this. They cannot give the proper justification and activated my sim again for that they send a message quoted “Outgoing and in coming calls are activated” on 11th June at 5:26 pm. Again on 12th June sim is deactivated and send me the same same message as stated on 10th june.
          I donot get the proper justification for which I should suffer. This type of service is not at all expected from highy esteemed company like yours. I am really very disappointed with your services. So please kindly take some quick action for solving my problem. I do really In urgent need to activate this sim (mobile no.-[protected]).

          Not only me all the GSM customer here at North Bengal have been suffering due to poor network of Smart.
          Every time we have been suffering from all services. Their customer care cell does not take calls, if took don't take the complain or hold us on line for limit less time. They cut charges from the balance with out making any calls or cut the line unexpectedly during the conversion. All time every where even under their main tower the signal being fluctuate.           Reliance India Mobile(GSM Service) — Frequent a SMS sending Problem since December 2008

          Am Rudra from Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India.Am facing a very frequent problem on sending SMS from my Reliance SMART No. [protected] to any of the STD Numbers(Very frequently to a particular STD No., Number not mentioned here due to security reasons) since December Last Year.Since then I've been trying to lodge the complain through the customer care in almost every week. Everytime they give me assurance to short out my problem but till today they have failled.Even if they solve my problem it is just a momentary solution.Am using Rs.51/-SMS voucher to avail 400 SMS per month.But everytime I send SMS, I found either SMS sending failled or most of the time Message not Delivered to that particular number within few Seconds.Manytimes on calling to customer care they neither able to give me the solution nor they ready to understand me properly.Infact they answers me with very bad voice.I've tried many times to visit the local customer care centre running here in Bhubaneswar, But they also did not take care of the problem.
          I've been fade up with the Reliance SMART Service, But in parallel hand unable to leave the number due to some personnel reasons.
          Reliance SMART Service is the worst service provider through out the Year.Their dealings, behaviour is very worst towards the customer.Its surprising that many of the customer care executive has no common answers for a particular problem.
          It seems that the company is trying to behave as a single vender in the competition market.Its shows its monopoly nature.With this also am facing another serious problem that am always getting the deliver report of dated 31/12/1999 in my Delivery report folder.Am using the most recent updated software version for my Mobile Nokia 6300 & N72.Which they have no solution.
          I request to shortout my problem as earliest as possible to avoid case filling in court.

          Though the call talk tune service has been not been subscribed, a service charge of Rs. 10/- has been deducted from my prepaid deposit. It has already been unsubscribed (though it was never subscribed). Moreover, on 6/10/2009, one pack named "Munna Bhai" has been activated without my permission and Rs. 30/- has been deducted. I would request you to please pay back the entire deducted amount of Rs. 40/- (Rs. 10+Rs. 30) and deactivte the pack and also no pack should be activated without my consent.

          I have taken a new Reliance Connection of no " [protected] " with my name from reliance advetsiement truck.They have started the service and after 8-10 days then have disconnected service . when i talk to customer care then have told you have to submit your proofs . I had given my Driving Licenses as Proof .
          If they are providing free SIM from truck, that means they are the people which are responisble for major terror attack. They are respoisible for security threfts.Because without any proof they are distibuting SIM cards.

Your Sales Rep Jagdev Rajput took 2150 Rs. cheques for 1 landline and 1 combo pack on 21st August promising installation in 3 days. 1 Landline was installed but the other line and broadband connection did not get installed. All my house renovation work has been stalled as I wanted this to be in our concealed wiring and I was given false promises.

              Ever since then I have tried to follow up but he has not picked up the phone. I left him SMS messages and even threatened to lodge FIR for cheating but still he did not respond.

              I then followed up on Customer Care numbers and attached Audio recordings also show the escalation path I have taken including telling them to refund my money if they can't meet their promises.

              I have spent nearly 6 hours of my time on this for your [protected]@#king not meeting your commitments and in chasing you. I demand $125/hr x 6 hours as compensation besides refund of my money.

              You mother [censored]ers should not have taken money and wasted my time if you s**tholes can't even do a basic installation and you [censored]ing advertise all around as being a large company. Stop fooling around people.

              You sh**tholes if you have balls, reply only via email because I am taking you a**holes to the court for taking my money, not delivering service, wasting my time and incidental expenses because of stalled renovation in my house. For legal reasons, I want to be clear here that all responses be in writing via email. Also before you reply, I assume you would have listened to these audio recordings of my conversations with your customer service.

                This is with reference to my reliance mobile which i have recharged with 496 plan, which says unlimited std calls
                I have reliance mobile of MAharastra state, currently i m in gujarat and i have recharged with 496 PLAN which says unlimited std calls free .
                But whenever i m making any outgoing or incoming calls (To relliance mobile)it is chargabe.
                I think reliance is fooling the customers and nobody should recharge the reliance prepaid mobile 496 plans.
                I have spoken to custmer care officials(which u hardly get connected after no of attempts) they are saying you are immature customer and the unlimited STD calls are applicable only for the mobile within the state.

                Whats the use then if in the advertisement they say unlimited std calls to any other reliance mobile
                Reliance is just fooling the customers and nothing else
                I think all the telcom services are fooling the customers .and the

                  I have surrendered my Reliance Postpaid connection in Reliance web world, Sarita Vihar after paying full amount 5755/- Rs. I have receipt also for the same on which web world people mentioned "migrate to prepaid". But after some time we received a call to pay the amount. When I conveyed that I have already paid that amount, they asked me to pay again and assured that they will refund that extra amount. When I refused to pay again, they started harrasing us like we will see you in court, we are going to call you in Police station etc etc. To avoid such crap I submitted whole amount again(In Cash) and got receipt as well as "Account Settlement Form", which they didn't issue earlier.
                  After paying whole amount twice and getting "Account Settlement Form", I again received call like your cheque is bounced though I never gave cheque.
                  Please look into the matter asap.

                    Greetings !

                    With reference to the following mails this is to seek your help to get my issue resolved,
                    I have got a broadband connection from Reliance, the connection was taken after the assurance that either online will will be available or someone will be at my door steps to collect the bill every month, as I do not use the checks because all banks says it's not environment friendly, hence I stopped using the same.

                    After I got the connection for the first time everything went smooth, I got registered myself on their site i.e "http://www.rcom.co.in" and paid my first bill with no trouble, then when I tried logging in to pay my second bill, I got a message "Authentication failed", I contacted customer care for the same on 16 April 2008, but got no solution it took me a week to make them understand that the issue is not with my login password to get the connection up but is with the password to pay my online bills, still I did not get any solution, I kept on trying to get the resolution with no joy.

                    Once my due date for the bill lapsed, someone from their billing department called me to query why I haven't submitted the bill, when I explained the issue to the person he told me that he will be escalating the issue and for this month he will be sending someone to collect my bill, he also ensured that no late fee wold be charged as the fault was at their end.I paid the bill in a hope that he will take care of the issue.

                    When I got my next bill the late fee was included in it, when I called their customer care they told me that I would have to pay the late fee and I had to spend almost an hour to get the waiver for the same their supervisor assured that this month onwards some one will come to collect my bill, which did not happen and I called the customer care to get the connection disconnected stating that if you can't resolve the issue, get it disconnected and I was surprised to get an instant reply stating "ok sir give me your details, we will get it disconnected", it was strange that they never tried to give me an alternative or never asked me not to get the connection disconnect and hence I placed an order to get it disconnected.

                    Then after a few days, someone from their retention department called me and asked me not to get the connection disconnected and pay the due amount and assured that if the issue will not be fixed someone will come to collect the bill, I believed that and they again sent someone to collect the bill. I kept the connect because I was again assured that someone will collect my bill payment and issue will be resolved, but I was wrong and this time also I got a bill with late fee charges and no one came to collect the bill until someone again called me from billing, after my bill's due date was lapsed.When I called their billing department for the same, the answer was "sorry sir we can't do anything for you" but they were not ready to give the same in written.

                    I was continuously writing the mails to all possible contacts but was still not getting the solution and after three months I have got a wonderful response to describe my issue again,
                    I replied the same in very rude manner, as I thought they could not understand English or do not have time for their customers.

                    I also got a call from one of the managers in service assurance cell, who was always in loop but never responded any of my mails, but unfortunately, even after keeping me in conference with several departments for several hours, only only thing I got was the assurance that someone will collect the bill before the due date and issue will be resolved.Which still did not happen.


                    * Wow there is a company that provides broadband but you can't pay online
                    * Wow there is a company that provides broadband but their technicians don't know how to reset a password
                    * Wow there is a company that has customer care that doesn't care about the customer
                    * Wow there is a customer who is bothered because he wants to pay for the service that he is not getting

                    but who cares

                    please see if you can help in this, or if not please help me to let others know how good is Relaince.

                    I got this connection only when the person confirmed that I can pay online which doesn’t work for me.



                    Your retention department/billing department promised to send someone to collect the bill, that’s why I kept the connection running.



                    Now send someone to get the bill or I would not be liable to pay any late fee or rather any bill, for such a company that can’t keep any of the promises made to the customers and,

                    Keep on sending such foolish answers to the customers.



                    1. Send someone to get the bill collected, before due date as I don’t use checks (it’s not environment friendly)

                    2. If a new account that my brother has just got can have key account manager why can’t I get the same

                    3. If you can’t reset the password for online bill which can neither be re-registered, why can’t you create new account to get my issue resolved, if this is not the solution give me the other solution .

                    I had finally decided to disconnect the connection and called the customer care regarding the same as Reliance is a big company that really has forgotten that how they have become Pvt.. Ltd from Pub ltd., I just asked the advisor to get the connection disconnected if issue can't be fixed, and guess what without wasting a single moment to save his AHT he said let me take down the request to get it disconnected and did not offer the way to help.

                    Then I got a call from your billing dep. as now it was their turn to ask and my answer was clear that if you can't help me neither can't I help you, she offered a solution to the problem that she would be sending someone to get the bills collected that that will be before the due date so that I would not have to pay late fee, I agreed to the same, Your retention dep. also came into picture and offered the same and also promised that the late fee will not be charged for the current bill (it should not be charged as you people as inefficient to solve my problem) I paid the bill on 16th Jun 08 (Ref:0755027) and got a confirmation call for the same form billing, they again promised that late fee would not be charged, which has already been charged will be adjusted and again promised that someone will be at my door steps before the next billing due date to collect the bill.

                    But how come someone forget to prove that they are from the worst company of the world (reliance), it happened as expected. the late charge has not been deducted and reflecting in my current bill (Ref:[protected].

                    Poor response time.

                    No one responded to my mail/telephonic conversations as well as the complaints made through the RelianceΆs web site.You don't care anymore whether you retain your customer or not. I am feeling bad that I may have to place the order to disconnect the sevices, and would never use any of the services from the company.

                    Multiple times it happens that your executives tell me that either they do not have reference number for my call. I don't have proof of communication and I can't take them to task for not taking action. Neither can you do anything because you will need the reference number from me to take my complaint number.All the complaint numbers that I had have never been taken care off and no one was ready to take the personal responsibility

                    Misleading/incorrect information being provided and false promises

                    Evertime I called you people you have given so many assurances and so many apologies but no resolution, When I told you people that I can't pay by check or can't search a physical location to submit the bill, your billing advisor assured that someone will collect my bill from home and as it was the last day of bill to be submitted he also assured that late fee would not be charged, but as usual he failed to keep the promise and late fee has been added to my current bill.Every time I was mis leaded by the statement that my issue will be taken care off.

                    Falling level of expertise of customer care

                    One of your representatives tells me something and then other one tells me it can't be done. Your executives get puzzled. Even they do not wish to escalate it to their supervisor or even if they do you get the same answer, and when asked to call the supervisor either they directly deny to do so or disconnect the call after long hold.

                    Happy to loose you as a customer
                    After seeing that that Reliance can't resolve the technical issues and can't keep the promises, when I asked the executive to disconnect the connection if the issue can't be fixed and promises can't be kept, Mahendra (one of your executive) wasted no time to think or try to find a solution but early confirmed and the details and gave me the reference no[protected] for my disconnection .

                    Happy to see such service and sorry that I do not have as much patience as your other customers would have, shame on you all.

                    hope that neither you people be bothered now nor you will bother me for anything else as I have no concern with you now, neither should be people bother me for getting the money for the service that I did not get, , I hope you have given enough metal harassment to deal with such a good service provider..

                    If you would still not be able to resolve the issue, please do think before you withdraw your salary from your bank.

                    Is this the same money that you use for your children's daily need and your bread and butter?

                    Thank you for not taking interest in any of my issues, and thank you for just sending a Auto generated mail, AT LEAST SOMETHING WORKS IN RELIANCE and it was also just because the server was a machine and my requests were not falling in deaf ears.

                    let me tell you that how great was my experience with Reliance, I just called in for getting the password reset and since last two weeks I am just getting assurance and calls stating that now your issue has been taken care off, please try reregistration and surely it will work for you this time, and when I try to do the same, your site POPs up "APRIL FOOL", "we have a technical team over here and we are a team of fools, we can't even reset the password". My frustration goes on either the customer care executive or the person from the resolution team who has no idea what has been done and who can't help me even if he/she wants to as neither he/she has the knowledge to resolve the issue nor does he/she have the tools to help me.


                    I am really happy to share this experience of mine with my friends who would never do the same mistake to have a connection from Reliance, and would be more than happy to log a complaint in CONSUMER FORUM, for not getting the service I am paying for and the mental stress giving by the nice company

                    You people need not to feel sorry for the inconvenience because the only thing that you people can provide is poor customer experience and the reference Number, since last few days you can't even solve a password issue and moreover, instead of getting a call to fix the issue I am recieving a confirmation call for the issue that was never been taken care off.

                    I hope you did not want to make a long time relationship and did not like my bussiness, so if my issue would not be taken care off, I am not going to dorp a check or cash for the bill as I really don't have that much time for it.

                        I Mr Manoranjan Halder having an internet connection(postpaid)Mdn no:[protected], having downloading problems since 19/06/2008.The downloading speed is very low arround 1 kbps/sec.I have enquired customers service but they have failed to define..they told me to download various software to get more speed but it didn't work.Earlier i did't face any problems but since thursday i am facing it.iI am using others connection too the speed limit is good but in ur reliance net connect its happening.
                        My boss has already told me to suspend this connection and take the other one.
                        What should i do...pls help

                          Hi,

                          I have been using the phone for the past 1 year in Andhra Pradesh with the following number [protected], recently I have moved to Banglore and I have submitted my termination of number in banglore Reliance world. Its almost 3 weeks nobody is actioning on this phone. I think certainly there are DUMB HEADS working over here who do not have the courtesy to handle Reliance customers.This guys may not understand Importance customer currently, but time will come where the customer will be king and Reliance have to "Beg" for new customers.

                              I am Vipul Pathak and what I am going to tell you will surprise you... May be you are going through this unknowingly...

                              If you remember when Reliance launched a IPO few months back they activated a callertone for all the customerss. It was a very bad tone which was irritating everyone... whenIl called customer care to remove the tone .. after a hold of more that 15 minutes customer care executive attened the call and suggested me to send a sms "XXX" (i dont remember the code).to 51234

                              I did the same.then I called my cell from another number to confirm that it is removed.The callertone was removed.I was very happy on the prompt action and at the same time a little confused on how they can provide such a good service.. It 's almost impossible in case of reliance

                              HERE'S THE CATCH

                              just alfer sending the sms.. they deactivated the reliance promotional IPO caller tone and a normal tone was ringing. BUT IN BACKGROUND THEY ACTIVATED CALLER TONE AND WERE CHARGING ME ONE RUPPEE PER DAY. i have two cell of reliance.one of them remains on roaming and i dont use it to make or receive calls. and so i easily noticed that they are charging Rs 1 per day.
                              when i called C.care they told me that callertone was activated by a sms. I launched a complaint and stopped calling from my other cell to check if it is the case with that cell also and i found that they were charging 1 Rs on that cell also.

                              Since my friends were also irritated with that callertone i told them to sms that text to 51234 the same day i had sent the sms. I called them all and shared my experience. They all called C.care and found that caller tone was active and all my friends were loosing Rs 1 per day without any knowledge.

                              Since the callertone was so irritating that not less that 50 % of people must have called C.care and must have sent that text sms to 51234. they all were loosing Rs 1 per day.

                              NOW JUST IMAGINE HOW MUCH RELIANCE IS MAKING PER DAY BY CHARGING ONE RUPEE PER DAY PER CUSTOMER.

                              IT TOOK ALMOST 15 DAYS TO STOP IT. SiNCE I HAVE 2 CELL I LOST Rs 30 . my cell number are [protected] and [protected]

                              My mobile number is [protected] which I purchased from ATUL communication Pahladpur, New Delhi. This number was working fine during initial period but after a week I only able to acquire incoming facility. Then I consulted ATUL communication regarding this then they advised me to go NEHRU PLACE “RELIANCE COMMUNICATION”. There I again submitted address proof and also fill the form. Vikash Kumar (working in Reliance communication) told me that you number will be activated within 5 days but I have not yet received any response from his side also. Today I went NEHRU PALACE “Reliance communication” to make inquiry then he draft mail about my number to somebody.
                              Till how long I need to wait. Even your customer care executives are not responding positively. Today at 6:45pm I called customer care regarding number activation but he said that sir there is some problem in my computer so I could not help then I asked him to transfer call to you senior then he disconnected the phone. Every time your customer care executives have different problems (server problem, hardware problem, system problem, …).
                              From last one month I am facing this problem and contacted more than 10 times to customer care executives regarding this and every time I have to face same situation. How long I have to wait. This kind of services you are providing to your customers.
                              If this situation exist for two more days than I have to go consume court and you should ready for the consequences. I want this number to be activated before Monday (19|01|2009).

                                If you have remember, I have already submitted my complain one month back. But still i did not get any response from your side.

                                Considering the poor status of memory, I am again doing the same. The concern is regarding Classic 762 handset. Which is under warranty. It stopped working since Jan 27, 2008. Till date I have not received any response in this regard. Only five days left for the warranty to be completed. When can i get my Classic handset. The customer care people just assuring me like...they will get back to me shortly. It has been five month...bt i fail to understand of the meaning "shortly".
                                Can u plz get my issue resolved. I am really fed up with this complaint.

                                Just because of this problem, I am not able to use my Reliance number [protected] since Jan 27, 2008.

                                  This is to bring to ur notice that i bought a reliance connection few weeks bak, after submission of all my documents, from Reliance Communications, Sec -9d, Chandigarh. In a week, i got a call dat my address is wrong, and my outgoing calls were barred.

                                  Even when i was buying the connection, people at the desk checked my phone, dat wud it be possible to activate dat particular number on my phone.
                                  After i bought that number, that number didn't get active on that particualr mobile set of mine. I had to buy a new classic handset to get a reliance connection.

                                  N this is not the end of the list of compalints. My other frnds are also suffering frm the same or the other troubles of takin a reliance connection.

                                  The ROOT OF THE PROBLEM is, RELIANCE Communications, Sec -9D, Chandigarh, does not bother to listen to their customer's problem.

                                  my mobile number [protected] has relicance cdma connection i have changed to gsm of same reliance company.i request made on 27 march to change they asked me wil ldo in 3 days after 3 days i changed my hand set and they give me new sim gsm.i inserted in my i phone apple 4 model and my cdma connection disconnected and gsm started .on 31 i got new gsm connection in my new phone but only in comming calls are comming they asked to wait for 4 days i wiated now after 4 days they say wait for naother 4 days how i wil ldo the out going call it is tarrable.i also shokked on customer care *222 and *333 they charges 50 paisa per 3 minutes for customer care and they dont lift phone and make more and more money 198 is free serve for few compain they pick up emmediatly.why they charge for customer care.i been to web world reliance biut thye also can not helped me.now i want to change my portability to other company i cant do because 90 days i cant change as i change cdma to gsm in reliancei would know this i would have change cdma to other company gsm.alsoi cant send a request from my phoe for portability change because no our going call from my phone. i tried to send messgae from other phone they say the phone should come from your phone howi will do please tell me what action i have to take

                                      This is among many of the mails I have sent out to Reliance to sort out this issue – some of your representatives have been trying to sort this out but none seem to even keep me updated. I have been kept on hold without reason with excuses that managers are in meeting which does not seem to end at all. Most of your call centre representatives don’t even seem to understand the nature of complaint and I have to repeat my complaint to each one which is frustrating. Which means over the last few days I have been unable to reach one competitive officer from Reliance who can address this issue?
                                      I believe a customer will show some patience before it gets out of hand. I would appreciate this to be sorted out in quick time.
                                      If not I will take due actions to sort this out which can be going the legal way and also making a public comment with the media. All the Chairman’s statement, philosophy and quotes have to be complimented with efficiency in your work culture not just by mere statements and quotes on your corporate website which I think is utter without any value.

                                      Hi Abdul,

                                      I am unable to use the USB data card(ZTE MG880) connection on my apple G4 laptop with Macintosh operating system. When I purchased the system, I had informed Vetril systems that I will be using it on my apple laptop. As of today – they still claim that MG880 would work on an apple laptop when Reliance servicing, apple servicing and your corporate office in Bangalore say that it will not work on the apply system.
                                      I have been trying to sort it out with Vetril system for the last 5 months with immense patience. I have been paying my rentals for day 1 – it has been briefly used on a PC laptop initially but otherwise. I have lost the gain of purchasing a Reliance data card, also have expended Rs 500/- every months from January 2008 which has been a total of Rs 3000/- for having held onto the system and not being able to use them.
                                      I do not have the time to sort these issues as I travel often – I would appreciate if you can sort this once and for all.

                                        I am a reliance Prepaid customer since last five years at Jamshedpur, Jaduguda location.
                                        On last Night (i.e, 22/06/2008) I found that I have no outgoing
                                        facility in my mobile. Then i check my balance in 58402 and
                                        I find that I have More than Rs. 119.00 balance. Then I complained this matter to your customer care (i.e, 58200) then
                                        the attender said that he will solve the problem within 24 hours.
                                        Then I again checked my balance on 58402 then my Balance was also Rs. 119.00.
                                        On next day morning (i.e Today Morning, 23/06/2008) at 6.30 am
                                        I find my balance becomes to Rs. 0.00 without any call.
                                        Then I again Complain the matter at Reliance customer care.
                                        But till Now They do not solve the problem.
                                        Please I think Reliance is One of a Biggest company in India.
                                        They can not do this type o[censored]nethical work. Please solve the matter as early as possiable.

                                        reliance is hopeless. i regret i ever took the connection.i took a GSM prepaid connection. for which i apid 107 +42 Rs for sms pack. till date i m not able to send any sms. i m fed up of calling custoemr care. they tell me to go the retailer. retailer tells to call cust care. even after changing the sms service no, i cant send sms. wth!!! i m fed up with reliance connection.

                                        Reliance Prepaid GSM Service — service is disconnected

                                        hi i m dr gagan kansal from delhi. i purchased new GSM prepaid connection one week back (no is [protected]) i submitted documents while purchasing. connection started working 1 day. i used this no 3 to 4 days. but from last 3 days no is not working. i m not able to make outgoing calls and get incoming calls. i contacted reliance customer care 3- 4 times with in one hour on 25th of oct 2010. but nobody wants to listen at all. reliance people disconnected my call two times. i told them to register my complaint but nobody wants to register my complaint. some body was just telling this is just network problem....and some body was telling u havnt submitted ur documents. i m totally fed up with reliance connection.

                                        Reliance Prepaid GSM Service — Unwanted Deduction and Misguided Execitive Response

                                        Dear Sir/ Madam
                                        I purchased a reliance GSM mobile no [protected] on 19/12/2009. They gave me an Rs 25 sms pack in which i can send 500 sms per day for one month..........but today (4/ 01/2010) they deducted Rs 70 from my balance . also they are charging me 50 paisa/ sms .
                                        I tried to resolve this problem by calling Rel Care ....but they misguided me by giving me different and wrong reasons for my balance deduction........
                                        Kindly help me with my problem.

                                        Reliance Prepaid GSM Service — Charges deducted without asking for any service

                                        I am availing the GSM service of Reliance .My cell no. is [protected] .
                                        Charges are being deducted every month without any request made.
                                        The company have no details as to when the request for service was asked for.They do not have any substantial proof to prove that why they are charging the hard earned money of a mobile subscriber.
                                        Every time I register a complaint a SMS comes that your service have been deactivated,but they never return back the money they charge.
                                        I am having cell connection of other mobile service providers also but Reliance is the worst ever service provider in the terms of looting hard earned money of its own subscriber . Today when I gave a call to 198, one of its employee Mr. Deepak listened to my complain and put me on hold for 18 minutes on the pretext of transferring the call to its senior.I don't think that it took 18 minutes even then he was not able to transfer the call to his senior.I suppose better they should close their shop and start begging on the road.Again they are charging per minute for the complain to be made through customer care representative.
                                        This means instead of getting back my hard earned money i was made fool because they were able to extract whatever they could on the pretxt of transferring this call.
                                        If on this email no action will be taken I will have no option but to switch to other service provider who are atleast fair to their commitments.
