Online Registration for payment

I have been continuously informing and mailing also to Relaince broadband that I am not able to register myself on line for making payment through your website rcom.co.in .

My connection is activated on 12Th Apr 08 since then I am trying to register on line. I had also logged a complaint so many times and mailed to Relaince broadband previously regarding the same.

But it seems that nobody is willing to listen...

Irresponsible Executives

My number is [protected] and using this connection since last 4-5 years, earlier it was a corporate number and later I converted into the personalised one since last 1yr. -- but no records have been entered in their system. Disconnection

I have been trying to disconnect one of two Reliance Wireless (datacard) connections for past 3 months. For some reason they haven't been doing it and I am being sent the bill every month for usage. I haven't been using it for past 4 months. I have gone to their shops (reliance communication world) several times and confirmed with them about disconnection. Of course their telephone help line is not that responsive to my question....

access and speed problem

my data card is not working properly for the past 2 months.i contacted customer care but they told me to go to their web world, my question is if i had to go to the web world on the first place then why are they running this customer care .customer care is for the purpose of customer comfort and not for showcase demonstration. i am still having this problem....

unnecessary caller tune subscription and renewal

I had bought a fixed wireless phone which is valid up to oct 2022. A few months back I had recharged the phone with amount of 100Rs where i could get a talk time of 79Rs. A few days back I found the balance to be 29Rs. and some SMS stating that a callertune pack has been subscribed and has been renewed. regarding internet connection

My name is Soumya ranjan Behera, Studing in B.Tech in Orissa. I have a reliance gsm connection <[protected]>. I have recharged 303 on 2 days ago. Then when i tried to send a sms to 55100 to recieve a service setting always the sms was failed. then at last i connect the gprs manually and when i tried to connect i-net via my laptop a small page like google.com takes 5-10 mins to open... think how much poor...

slow speed

coming net speed is too slow for about a week n downloading speed is 6 kbps in the connection of 150 kbps...

irrational bill and outgoing deactivation

i had bought a reliance datacard. now the internate connection is not connecting with the said datacard. reliance webwold toldme that the problem in your datacard, and it can be solved at redinagton india ltd sarat bose raod. when i visited at redington india they told to me that we repair only in warranty datacard. please go at subsonic servioce centre, teghoria. when i go there they said me that we also not repair out warranty datacard....

Balance, Service

(1) Value added services are been activated itself.
(2) Even after calling customer care no response regarding problem.
(3) Even after unsubscbing the VAS, these are on.
(4) Balance keeps on decreasing even after not calling at all.
(5) Services are so bad that whenever called from any other company mobile, it says "No is invalid", "It is busy", "It is switched off" and so on.br...

Not solving service problem and wrong deduction of account

1. I request the service provider to activate call divert facility several times vide complain no.7190633, 72135627, ...(all complain no. are not available with me at present). Till now the problem is not solved even incomming call is stopped.

2. When I purchased this phone from reliance web world near about 3 months before, I got 300/- balance with this set. I checked the balance of my phone on 30/07/2008 was more than 250/-....

Billed for Internet Usage when the Internet was not working

My Internet stopped working since 5th July 2008 . Till today, 1 August 2008, there has been no effort on the part of the company to restore my Internet Connection.
I have registered 4 complaints with the customer care department . Someone comes from some third party office, checks my connection, tells me that they will do something and goes away. Then they close the request from their end.

Reliance Broadband - Worst Services on phones and internet

have been using Reliance broadband for more than a year now. Their connection is quite reliable with minimum downtime. However their customer care is pathetic.
From july 23rd, 08 my phone is not working. I called the customer care and my complaint number was taken down and my request forwarded to the Technical team. I was supposed to receive a call within an hour from this team. Yeah right! Its been more than a week and still no...
