My mobile phone under Reliance network is a continuous pain because of the number of forced business advertisements which is sent to me daily by automated phone calls. The phone rings just like any other phone call and when answered the message is relayed by a male or a female recorded voice. During office hours it becomes extremely bothering to attend to these calls which disturb daily. Reliance has never taken my permission for impounding my privacy which is punishable by law.
Complaining to them is also barred. For the last 1 month, whenever I have called on their customer service no, I have to listen to a bothering saxophone which relays "I am sorry, all our service representatives are busy on calls" whether it as 8Am or 9.30PM. In my final effort to stop this botheration I have decided to discontinue this network from next month. My husband had already done it with his phone 3 months back. This complaint, is for the Company to wake up before it loses all it's customers.

Yes.Same problems I also facing. Also they put Caller tunes with out our premission & taking Rs.30/-
for the same from my pre-paid . If we call *333, no proper answers. Who is going to control this.

I believe that there may be target for the agents, so with out our permission they are adding these un wanted services.This is no-good for such a big company in India.

I am uisng RIM GSM.I am staying in Mumbai.I thought Reliance is providing good network without any problems.But it is worst than other networks.There is no network since 4 day in the festive days.How can we call if in any urgent circumstances?
i always face signal problems in my reliance network eventhough i have full signals i can't hear the others voice and they also unable to hear my voice clearly for this i have to speak loudly.this is irritating, sometimes it frustates to hit the phone on ground .also, the timming starts running during ringing, cdma phones are worst...lastly for all this, i wanted to convert to bsnl network...reliance is waste...

Now can any concern may reply to my complaint and remove it at earliest??Otherwise don'tinsist me to shift to any other like bsnl network, etc.

    I took a broadband connection three months back and during my first login I was not able to connect it and because of this poor band width I cancelled my connection same day by registering the complaint and request in customer care of reliance.
    But till date I am getting bill having minimum cahrges and late payment penalty for subject connection and today I came to know that they have discontinued my service.
    Today during my absence they sent somebody in my house for getting a sign on a form for cutting the connection.
    Please take action at this type of cheatings. You can listen to my recorded complaint for proof.

    Reliance Broadband — Customercare are not sending technician

    From last 3 days I complained to reliance customer care thay told me to solve my complain in 1 hour but still now they are not able to solve my complain. Even they are not sending any technician to our office...I think Reliance should close thair customer care service.

        my mobile number is [protected].we regularly pay online.but every time we are harassed by a reliance BPO person in chennai.the lady claims her name is RAJESHWARI.if you are (as a company are insecure) about your payments then stop issuing postpaid connections.I always find it strange that companies of repute-reliance, airtel, etc..hire ill mannered people who only end up spoiling the good image of the company.

        please note:"if a person takes post-paid connection he also knows to pay on time.the remainders have to be pleasent.if you feel we are not good customers you are at freedom to deactivate our services.hope you will take some actions & also keep us informed."

        I Completely agree with the Irony of Reliance Mobile billing systems.
        They call themselves Reliance but are the most UnReliable of all services in the country.
        I have a mobile connection with a monthly rent of Rs 700 but they have set a credit limit of Rs 500, so the day my bill is generated I start receiving collection calls even though the payment due date is far off, isnt this plain Stupid...
        Due to which I pay my bills in advance even before being billed to avoid their constant calls...

          I am subscriber of Reliance Mobile and my number is [protected].

          I have already registered my number in National Do Not Call Register, thrgouh website of Reliance Communications Ltd.

          On 12.04.2008, I received a call from No.67256995 at 16.09 Hrs. Callers identified himself as Mr.Ashish and he was selling Braclays Bank Credit Card.

          When I pointed out that my number is registered and is appearing in NDNCR and his call is unsolicited call and asked for the information such as name and address of his orgainsation, he point blank refused to give information and barked at me saying that 'You just tell me whether you want Barclays Bank Credit Card or not and do not ask information" I demanded to talk to his superior, however, he initially told me that he is alone and no superiors are available. After my insistence one person came on the line and gave me his name as Mr.Raffique and informed me that he is Sr.Manager there. When I asked the above information i.e. name and address of his organisation he once again refused to give these information.

          Immediately thereafter, once again I received call from the same number i.e. 67256995 at 16.16 Hrs. from one Mr.Rahul, for promoting Barclays Bank Credit card.

          On my objection and after insistence, he gave me their address as

          M/s.Supreme Data Processing,
          2nd Floor, Near Pincky Theatre,
          Andheri (East), Mumbai.

          I may add here that the tone in which these persons were calling was nothing less than insulting and arrogance.

          Reliance Communications — Unsolicited Calls

          I have been using Reliance Hello phone since 6 years. I make the payment on time and have never been a defaulter. Reliance tele-calling agents call at my home 7 days before the due date of the payment and start giving reminders of the same. I have got my ailing parents at home who get seriously bothered by these calls which actually comes on the most inconvenience timings like between 03.00-05.00 pm when normally a person takes an afternoon nap or busy in his/her daily chores. Despite sending numerous emails and phone calls and even registering DND 2.5 years back these calls have not stopped. The officers at Reliance say its their company policy to remind their customers. But my question is, if a customer is loyal, makes payments on time year after year, month on month then whats the use of giving him reminders! Even if he says he dont need one. Even if he forgets to make a payment, its his headache, he needs to incur the late payment charges. Still if your company policy says reminders are necessary then send SMS! Atleast SMS dont bother somebody;s ailing aged parents. But Reliance Officer havent yet paid heed to my requests on the grounds of their company policy. I would request Consumer Forum to please look into this and help me out.

                  Hi, my reliance Post paid connection No: [protected]. Iam only using this for internet browsing only. But sorry to say RELIANCE IS giving ONE OF THE WORST SERVICES NO OTHER TELECOM Company can give. I have very very bitter experience with RELIANCE, I have suggested to my friends & relatives not to go with any RELIANCE products.examples of my bitter experiences are as follows:
                  1) Reliance will send a bill stating that from this period to that period this is the amount to be paid, & they will mention the due date, but the beauty is they will disconnect ur connection the moment u receive the bill that is 25 days prior to your due date which is the worst worst worst behaviour of reliance & they will justify that some unexplainable billing cycle over due & u have to pay 80% etc etc stories, then what is the meaning of sending a bill with a due date to our residence. which clearly shows RELIANCE is a cheating company.
                  2) call centre people are one of the most irrelevant answer giving human beings. they will tell all lies to us & they will make the payments . THIS CLEARLY SHOWS RELIANCE ONLY WANTS MONEY MONEY MONEY AND NOT THE CUSTOMERS. which is not the case with TATA INDICOM OR VODAFONE OR OTHER TELCOM
                  3) OVER AND ABOVE BY TAKING THIS RELIANCE DATA CARD I HAVE SUFFERED A LOT, SO PLEASE CUSTOMERS DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY RELIANCE TELECOM PRODUCTS

                    Sir, I applied for 250 plan. After three/four months they took a cheque of Rs 500/-from me. After two weeks they brought only land line and informed uncertainity of time to connect internet. Naturally i refused to take over the connection.                     Dear Sir,
                    It is a very small matter and for a very very small amount of Rs.1500/- demand from your company.
                    I had the privilege of having the above subject connection from one of your franchise store in Bangaluru – Karnataka after paying Rs.3000/- with an assurance that this plan comes with FREE unlimited download connection for first three months and after 3months based on usage you will bill on monthly basis.
                    During initial usage itself had very difficult time getting connected to your remote servers on wireless mode and even if it gets connected there will be constant disconnection and sometimes it will not at all reach your remote server leading to frustration and time and man hour loss and end result for the purpose I bought this additional connection did/does not serve/severed purpose.
                    Despite complaining more than twice and whenever your feedback team or out sourced call center calls and out sourced collection agent calls, this problem remained unresolved and stopped using the connection (please check my login records) and requested your call center team to refund the money and cancel the connection and each time they assure they will inform the concerned department but again they will call for money which is not at all payable.
                    Last evening again someone from your outsourced Legal call center called and demanded Rs.1400/- and mentioned that they have sent legal notice for the recovery through email.
                    I am surprised that Reliance is allowing/adopting such harm twisting means with their customers to recover money which in first place is not at all due and instead of refunding the Rs.3000/- for poor services and other time cost wastages of the customer.
                    Shall appreciate, if you instruct the concerned department to refrain from such unnecessary calls being made for dues which are not at all payable and in fact it is Reliance which needs to refund the Rs.3000/- and other time cost immediately and disconnect the line forthwith so that your computer system does not generate auto bill at each month end and your outsourced collection makes calls(without checking the previous calls) for additional amount without any fault of the customer.

                          With several email on the subject, we are disgusted with the unprofessonal service offered by a reputed firm as Karvy. We just got a hopeful email as marked below in red stating that the amount would be refunded shortly and so far there is no news.

                          we are contemplating legal action but before that we want the address of the general manager and the chairperson of Karvy. As you can see the lengthy emails and the passing of phones from one to another and the avoidance is totally disgusting from your firm.

                            In the month of October, 2007 one your representative approached me and offered to install telephone and broadband connection at my residence. He took papers and filled up necessary forms. He disappeared and in spite of my innumerable telephone calls and mails there was no result. Copies of my mails below are testimony of the same. In desperation, I stopped further follow up in spite of financial loss to me by disconnecting my earlier telephone and broadband connection with MTNL.

                            Now when I check back again with him, he tells me there is some technical hitch. I donot know what it could be as houses adjacent of my house on both sides have Reliance connections.

                            What do you suggest should I take this up with Consumer Forum or with some TV channel before some meaningful response I receive from your end.

                            This time I am not going to leave it as it is even if I have to spend some amount on this.

                            I take a New Reliance GSM Service and I have submitted all my documents

                            at Dealer Point located at Archana Enterprise, Ashokenagar, North 24 Parganas, Ph. [protected]. But Dealer submited my documents to Distributor or Reliance Company on 15th June, 2009. My connection is activated 17th June, 2009. But tariff is R to R Rs. .25.

                            Reliance Company says from 15th June, 2009 their tariff is change without any information. R to R Rs. .15 to change .25.

                            Distributer Says (Ph. [protected]), Reliance GSM Change their Tariff without any information.

                            Airtel Broadband — Non receipt of Broadband bill regularly since Sep 2008

                            Hello Sir/Madam,

                            I am have a broadband connection with Airtel since 3 years and since Sept 2008, I have a very wierd problem where in they are not updating their personalised site where I can view my broadband charges and pay them online. I have been filing customer requests and then getting the bill by force. As the billing cycle is from 25th of every month to 24th of the subsequent month, even after 2nd or 3rd, I dont get the soft copy of the bill. If, register for the hard copy of the bill, it takes at least one week to get the same. Hence, I requested them to provide me with soft copy of the broadband bill. I have approached the nodal officer twice and she promised that this issue does not repeat again. But their has been no end to this. They also command me to pay the bill ontime inspite of me not getting the bill on time.

                            Please advise me what is the protection I have in the above regard. India is so technologically forward and this MNC company cannot give me the bill on time before 30th of every month as I have the deadline to reimburse my broadband bill by 3rd of every month. Shame on the company and its technology.

                            reliance communications is turning out to be most unreliable communication net wrok.I had taken the connection for business activity and am repenting as frequent complaints to customer care do not yeild results and when the CC executive is asked to raise or escalate the call to some manager the reply comes they are all busy.

                            My internet connection is not working for the past three days and the business which is net based has sufferred a jolt. I thank my stars that I had opted for an alternative of BSNL connection which stood the test of time and I continue lingering on. What attitude has the reliance staff, it will be known to them only but I can say they care a fig for their customers. The hurry is while giving connections and taking the bill payment rest the customers is left to fend for themselves.


                            Take for example complaint numbers[protected] of 13 Oct followed by[protected],[protected], and[protected] of 26 Oct, 27 Oct and 28 Oct to know the progress on these complaints nothing is being done, While as bill payment is done before date the services are horrible.

                            Thanks for caring. You are perfectly right, I am going to get my two connections permanently disconnected due to the bad experience with your service and system. In the past around one year I have lodged some 4-5 complaints about inflated bills, which were unusually high up to 3 times of my normal use patterns. I suspected that someone might have hacked my no. or account. When I asked your staff to know what is chargeable and what is not chargeable, for example whether browsing or chatting is chargeable or not, if yes how I could know what is my meter reading vis a vis my internet use. I got two answers from different persons, some said chatting is not chargeable and surfing without downloading is also not chargeable, others said vice versa. So fading up with all this I have decided to get my two connections (other one is [protected]) cancelled. Another reason for dissatisfaction is very slow speed which is irritating. At the same price other companies are providing better speed and data download, then there is no meaning to stay with you any further.

And on 21st Feb 2010, I make a complain regarding my mobile networks, I am really facing this problem from last 2 Months, My Mobile is ok but there is some problem with my GSM Card . After that i again make a complain regarding my balance deduction On 11th March and the customer care assured me that with in 2 days my complain for sure get solved . But today 16th March, till now i am waiting for some response, And yesterday night while i am making a call to the customer care executive, i talked with one of your executive arround 2"O clock i don't know the name of that executive, i forgot the name but i know his last name is THAKUR, He told me to hold the line for some time after taking so much time he RUDLY dissconnected my call,

                            I just want to get some good response regarding my complain but if the executive of reliance behaving like this then how can we use your services, And at the last moment of the call the executive told me that by this number you will not be abble to make a call to us in life time,

                            I want to you to be appologize for this misbeheavior, And my all the quries will get solve ASAP .

                            Dear Sir,

                            I write this mail drawing your attention towards one of your representatives named Satya. I had called your customer care for a net connection and Mr Satya was ready top provide the net connection stating that he would visit my place on Sunday, 19th June, 2011. He was not able to come on Sunday and so he requested that he would come on the very next day that is Monday, 20th June, 2011. He gave a time of 11 AM for the visit. I waited for your representative to turn up but he did not. On giving him a call he said that he would leave now and will reach by 2 PM at my place. I told him it is not possible for me to come leaving my office work now. he insisted me a evening time of 6 PM. Which was inconvenient to me. I told him that it is not possible for me to come early from office and he should have come to my place on the stated time and if he got stuck in some work he should have informed me. On this Mr. Staya replied that he would not be able to give me a net connection.

                            Kindly look into the matter and ensure such inconvenience is not caused to the consumers from the next time.

                              I have invested 20000/- in Reliance Automatic Investment Plan based on the assurance that there will be no allocation charges on the policy and the total premium would be converted into funds. But now i received the policy it showing as 25% allocation charges and only 15000/- approx is converted into Funds.The agent from which i took the policy is not responding despite of me calling him n number of times and alos customer care people are not taking care of this.

                                  Attention all Reliance NetConnect Users (Please treat this as very important):
                                  I was an active and regular user of Reliance NetConnect (http://www.rcom.co.in/webapp/Communications/rcom/Netconnect/rm_netconnect.jsp) until October 2007 when I changed my plan to "pay as we go option". After this change, when I received my new bill in October 2007, I saw that they have added following items in the bill:
                                  Monthly charges
                                  Advance monthly rental charge RNJ[protected] to[protected].00
                                  Advance monthly rental charge RNJ[protected] to[protected].00
                                  Reliance netconnect subscription RCFreedom[protected] to[protected].67
                                  Monthly charges - CLIP 16.67
                                  Total monthly charges 523. 34

                                  Firstly I send an email to the customer care that they have not notified any such advance rental by email/call/sms to me, nor they have put it in the website.
                                  SECONDLY, MOST IMPORTANT, THEY ARE LEVYING A CLIP CHARGE OF RS `16.67 WHICH ACCORDING TO TRAI DIRECTIVE IS OPTIONAL FOR THE CUSTOMER OR FREE. RELEVANT TRAI ORDER IS ALSO ATTACHED TO THE EMAIL.
                                  However, for the lack of time, I could not file appropriate complaints in relevant courts and last week they have sent me a legal notice. In view of this, I am REQUESTING the SUBSCRIBERS OF RELIANCE NETCONNECT TO CHECK THEIR BILL IF CLIP CHARGES ARE LEVIED EXTRA. IF YOU SEE THAT IS HAPPENING, PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL/CALL SO THAT WE CAN FILE A JOINT PETETION BEFORE THE COURT AGAINST THIS MALPRACTICE OF RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS.

                                  I have similar experience where for ten days net was not there through netconnect and when it cam it was at a speed of 4 kbps
                                  and getting disconnected. Not using it anymore how to dispose off.
                                  I completely agree to ur complaints.I've been using reliance netconnet since 2 months only.I live in a small town where we dont have broadband connection so i had no option instead of talking a data card connection.The usage is not at all satisfactory.It is so high in cost to use compared to broadband.The data card cost of 3000 Rs. is a big amount and we dont get the service in return.As u said the speed is so slow, its gets disconnected in between at short interval.I dont have another option other than using it untill we get a broadband or any other connection.In that while i just end up wasting so much time for the task that can be done in half the time.But what is the solution of our sufferings.
                                  yes reliance is the worst connection i have ever seen. there billing system is faulty.

                                  i would prefer to say..."TATA is the best" and most reliable.

                                  I agree with the above points. However I feel there are no good data card service provider in India. All are crap. They have customer care who knows nothing of technology and whne they feel there is some screwed up customer situation they try to give excuses like, our system is down, server is down, this and that...Reliance and tata both r bad...i have experience o[censored]sing tata as well...but trust me they also suck big time...dont know when India will develop...
                                  I request U to Pl send my Password so I can view my Usage time.

                                  the billing system of reliance is ultra flawed. I have the night unlimited(10 gb) plan. i use itonly after 10 pm.
                                  But the bill says that i have used the net for 8 hours in the morning too. My first bill of 15 days had 4 day-hours charged and the 30 day bill has 8 day-hours charged, where as even in my usage log, there is no time when i have used the net in the morning.
                                  I hv the worst experience in this regard, i bought rel netconnect broadband plus on the occasion of dusshera, even 10 days hv nt gone, bt i get a speed ranging 5-20 kbps, Is it any where around 3.1M bps?
                                  Moreover it disconnects so frequently that i am really frustrated...paise lene me sabse aage bt service is the worst, i hv jst wasted Rs 3500 on it, n nw wasting time in getting my problem solved

                                    this is to inform that my reliance mobile connection has been barred by reliance people for the last almost two weeks.I had submitted my address proove along with my identity card xerox copy on 9th of april 2008 and was told my connection will be done within two days.Today is 19th of april 2008 and my connection has not been done yet despite of me fulfilling wll the formalities needed for the connection. Today was the 5th time i went to this place from where i had taken the connection(reliance web world yelahanka new town) but again today i was told it will be done within another 72 hrs . I am a DENTAL student and dont have time to ENTERTAIN their useless utrue assurance and go to this place every time which is very far from the place i stay.Reliance costumer care are other group o[censored]seless people who r there only to entertain people with useless assurance, they never take up steps required for costumer's complain.i am sick and saturated of reliance it is worst connection i have ever had in my entire life. Please help

                                      I am a reliance customer sience 8 years and promtly made the payment on date but sience 18-04-08 I am not able receive or make any calls from the cell no, and a massage I receive is "NOT CONNETED YET"
                                      i have contacted your local customer service and lodge the complaint but not able to get any clarity
                                      I am finding difficult in communicate.
