i had bought a reliance datacard. now the internate connection is not connecting with the said datacard. reliance webwold toldme that the problem in your datacard, and it can be solved at redinagton india ltd sarat bose raod. when i visited at redington india they told to me that we repair only in warranty datacard. please go at subsonic servioce centre, teghoria. when i go there they said me that we also not repair out warranty datacard.

there is no any person that can say me that where the out warranty datacard can be repaired.

DearSir/Madam I am Mahendra Pratap my reliance number is [protected]. I have purchase this data card 30 days before. I have already paid my first Bill. 20 days before my connection was closed due to varification. But i have already submit my Voter Id card three times to my reliace dealer from where i have purchased this. but till now my collection is not activated. Can i know what is the reason behind this.If this miswork is done by relance dealer then please take necessary action against him and do needfull as soon as possible.       (1) Value added services are been activated itself.
      (2) Even after calling customer care no response regarding problem.
      (3) Even after unsubscbing the VAS, these are on.
      (4) Balance keeps on decreasing even after not calling at all.
      (5) Services are so bad that whenever called from any other company mobile, it says "No is invalid", "It is busy", "It is switched off" and so on.
      (6) Customer care center is always busy and it hardly in rare cases get connected

      I am holding reliance prepaid mobile NO.[protected] for the past 6 or more years.
      for the past 1 year. my balance is deducted without any rhyme or reason. when I deposit Rs. 100/- the balance becomes zero by next day.

      Every time i deposit the amount there will become zero balance or a big chunk of amount deducted.
      I am an uneducated lady and due to poverty I cant go any where for service/.
      When I requested my uncle to do some thing he went to customer care where he was informed to ring 198 and get the redressal. when i ring 198 I get the information I get an automated answer that it will cost Rs. 1.50 per 3 minutes.
      I am worried to put any money further as the same may be deducted again.

      Can you please help me or shall I stop my long standing account.

        1. I request the service provider to activate call divert facility several times vide complain no.7190633, 72135627, ...(all complain no. are not available with me at present). Till now the problem is not solved even incomming call is stopped.

        2. When I purchased this phone from reliance web world near about 3 months before, I got 300/- balance with this set. I checked the balance of my phone on 30/07/2008 was more than 250/-. But when I checked the balance on 1/08/2008 it was only Rs.1.78. I loged a complain on the same day vide complain No.73248563. Again I contact customer care on 02/08/2008, but they are not agree with this matter and deny to retrieve my balance. My phone no. is 32022521

I have taken internet connection and in the month of 10th April_2009 and i have converted my pospaid connection to prepaid paid pais outstaind amounht of Rs.296 and they are given me case ID No. is 94427652 but till date i.e. 10th sep_09 My postpaid no. is not tranfer in prepaid. I have visit around 30 to 40 times in Kalyan Web world but every time they told me ur internet connection into the prepaid and when i have also talk to customer care, they told me u visit in the web world but they are not solved my problome.

        i have talk with ur customer care execattive around 10 to 15 times, they said after few days ur prepaid will be active but as on date my postpaid no. is not converted into prepaid
        and i have also 3 given the Request i.e. complain for reliance webwrold of Kalyan branch, complain for CDR and complain for Prepaid but not as on date my pospaid is not conveted into the prepaid, when i visit the webworld they are saying currenly we have not received the information from the reliance company and when we talk with the customer care execative they says u visit the webworld and some time they say system is not performing and then what i will do.


        I have done payment dated 9th april of Rs.1056 and Rs.296 dated 10th april for outstanding amount of till date and after that i fill the form for prepaid & they are given me a case ID No. is 94427652 but every visit in the webworld they are not givent any proper answer to me. when we talk with customer care execative they said ur no outstanding amount due and ur previoius amount our compnay will writt off and then why my postpaid not transfering the prepaid and webworld customer care execative name is Miss Ujavalla.

          myself Vishnu S. Kedia from akola ( maharashtra ) had terminated the wireless phone connection no.[protected] here at akola about a year ago. i have visited the reliance communication gallery at akola about 50 times since then, but never got a satisfactory reply. All the details regarding the case can be provided as & when asked. this is not at all expected from a huge company like reliance communication who aspires to be the world leaders in the communication business.

            My Internet stopped working since 5th July 2008 . Till today, 1 August 2008, there has been no effort on the part of the company to restore my Internet Connection.
            I have registered 4 complaints with the customer care department . Someone comes from some third party office, checks my connection, tells me that they will do something and goes away. Then they close the request from their end.

            I have been billed for Internet Usage from 23 June 2008 to 23 July 2008, whereas the Internet is still not working since 5 July 2008.

            When i raised a complaint for the bill, they closed the complaint saying that the issue was resolved within the SLA periods, whereas the fact is that my Internet is still not working.
            They have pathetic service bro. They suck, not even have a fb page to have someone to discuss.

              have been using Reliance broadband for more than a year now. Their connection is quite reliable with minimum downtime. However their customer care is pathetic.
              From july 23rd, 08 my phone is not working. I called the customer care and my complaint number was taken down and my request forwarded to the Technical team. I was supposed to receive a call within an hour from this team. Yeah right! Its been more than a week and still no call. Since then ive called them over 10 times, spoken to 3 of the floor managers: I spoke every time Mr. Vijay other guys and all of them are equally incompetant.

              Even I called to Mr. Rajashekar [protected] who is the incharge of this. When I called him in the morning hours he told call me in the evening hours due to out of office. When I call in the evening hours no response from his mobile. If anyone can provide me the contact number/mail id of any senior official in the Reliance broadband department id be grateful.

              Ive decided to switch over to Tata Indicom. From the complaints ive seen here there isnt a single service provider who offers decent net connectivity. Guess we as consumers are resigned to a fate of terrible service as long as there is no governing body to overlook adherence to SLAs.

                I recently bought reliance prepaid connection no. [protected]. from day1 i find that
                1. while talking it generally has echo thus doubling the voice. complaint made previously has remained un heard and the problem persisting continuously. the customer care executives dont even provide complaint no to avoid registering it.
                2. customer care nos remains overbusy and dont even get connected.
                3.even if connected, customers are kept on hold for indefenite period. twice over my on hold period was more than 45 minutes and even than it was not attended by customer care executives and ultimately i had to disconnect it myself.
                4 I think it it is trick by reliance to keep customers at bay and avoid registering complaints thus reducing complaint volume.
                5.Would somebuddy please listen and take care so that customer care executives are available to customers within 5 minutes. Also echo sound is bothering me. Baat karne me mazaa nahi aata hai bhai.
                as far as reliance customer care is concerned, it is worst. immediately after selling a connection, the network start showing its true colors. it wont hook to network always showing busy and if connected fortunately, executivs wont cum to atttend your complaints.damn the reliance, it is aactually a betrayal to the customers.no1 care abt customers.its the best trick to keep customers at bay.wonder hw the network keeps its customers sastisfied.my no. is [protected] from aligarh uy west.

                  I have taken a broadband internet service of RCIL Account No:[protected] in the month of May 2008. Due to poor service I have registered a termination request in the same month Request No[protected] dated-29.05.2008 to RCIL customer care centre through Telephone. They confirmed me that my request will be processed within 15 days, but no action had been taken against the same complaint. I am not using a single bit from their service after complaint registered. I have registered another Complaint to Mr. Balkrishna Sharma (Customer care executive, RCIL) Complaint No[protected] Dated - 01.07.2008 and requested to him to stop the service and requested to collect balacne payments. But they are neither agreed to collect payments nor terminate the service and still continuing the billing process. Now I just want to Terminate the service as early possible. I will pay their Billing amount Rs. 108/-for the month of May and Rs.418/-June. But I would not be able to pay further Bill which is not consumed by me. This is my request Please take the needed action to terminate the connection

                  i applied for internet connection of reliance on 28 sep... one of their employee came and took 560 rs... and gave the slip... after wards...its already more than a week had passed and still nobody has come to connect the net... above all this these people are very irresponsible...always i have called them..they never cared to listen to customer's problems...i want my money back... i have done a big mistake by trusting on reliance... they are cheaters... if i don't get my money i will go to consumer court

                  I am your CUG user and having more than 10 connections but due to problems, non co opration and less intrested in solving the problems by RCIL staff I had reduced my connections to 5 nos., still I am facing problems listed below

                  Few days back i.e on 17.04.09 Mr. Dheeraj Anand and Mr. Yogesh Came to my
                  office and settle the all previous Account and give me in written No pending balance
                  against following Nos. and signed the same

                  Again on dt 10 .04.09 received the bills showing excesses amount on the same telephone bills
                  we telephonically communicate the same to Mr. Dheeraj Anand and Mr. Yogesh . they advise
                  they will adjust the same, in mean time we issue the cheque against the pending bill, but latter
                  on STOP the payment due to discrepancy in bills,

                  Again on dt. 01.05.09 Mr. Dheeraj Anand and Mr. Yogesh Came to my office with some calculation
                  and accordingly I give the cheque of Rs. 2660.00, my all 5 phone were reactivated, one phone
                  [protected] stop working after 12 hours.

                  Today I received Number of bills, whom I do not concern presently and all were settled by
                  RCIL Executives and I have signed copy .

                  The problem many people faced with reliance is also faced by me.
                  The cheque of Rs 500/- got credited to RCIL without myself taking any connection.

                  I am following up the issue with Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com & [protected]@relianceada.com, but no one of above is solving the issue.

                  They are just playing around and forwarding case to one another.

                  Reliance is playing with customers money, and they must be taken to consumer court.
                  I purchased RCIL's 7.2 MBps 3-G data card (dongle) on 13/7/2011 and was allotted 3-G Mobile Broadband number [protected] by RCIL. I found that the speed was very low at only 200 KBps (0.2 MBps). I, therefore, cancelled the service on 21/7/2011 after being tossed from one dept. to another on phone, finally with their Retention Dept. Ms Sudha). I also wrote to Mr Anurag Prashar, President, Corporate & Wireless vide my letter dated 3/8/2011 confirming my cancellation.
                  Several engineers sent by RCIL have already visited my place and all have seen that the speed obtained is very low indeed. The last engineer was sent by one Ms. Poonam from their HO, who promised that necessary action will be taken.
                  Upto today RCIL continue to send bills despite my cancellation.
                  Their reminder system continues to call me to remind me about the outstanding bills. This is harassment.
                  Meanwhile Ms Poonam who promised swift action, is untraceable.

                  How to get them to cancel my service and stop sending bills once and for all?

                      My mobile number is [protected] and i am using this number from past 3 years, but from last 3 months i don't know how they are deducting money from my prepaid account. Whenever i call (Customer Care *333) they used to say that you data will update in next 24 hours.
                      After 24 hours they used to say that u had activated some services but there is no such, according to them after deactivating the service the stituation is still same...
                      I think that reliance has stolen my money and now i am going to file a case in Cunsomer Forum for that.
                      With out making calls from my phone on dt. 01/02/2009 from morning it self the amount was deducting automatically. In afternoon the balance was Rs.21/- some change and in the evening it becomes Rs.10/- and change. When ever we dail for costomer care always avoice is coming this route is busy. kindly take necessaary action for this .

                        I have purchased the Prepaid Connection of Reliance on 04.12.2006 having the Mobile No. [protected] from M/s. Anil Telecome, Gandhidham-Kutch on my name. I have submitted the PAN copy and Telephone Bill copy for registration.

                        But today the no. is not registered in my name in the records of Relience. it is in the name of any other person.

                        And yesterday some Mr. Ghaynshyam came to me and told that his Mobile having no. [protected] is registered in my name (i.e. Ravindra Kheskwani) which is his no and he has purchased from M/s. Umang Sales Agencies, Gandhidham and submitted His driving licence for registeration at the time of Purchasing.

                        His mobile was corrupted and when applied for new mobile then he comes to know abt this fact.

                        And the relience customer care has demanded the my proof to change his no in his name.

                        This is reduculas how they are registering the name of customers.

                        Kindly guide in this regard.

                              I had disconnected my reliance data card ([protected]) on 18-Apr-08. For this, I went to the reliance web world Vashi (Only to give my application for disconnection I took 2 HOURS). I gave them a written application about disconnection of data card, which they accepted. I also cleared all the outstanding dues by paying through the credit card then and there, at reliance web world, Vashi.
                              After a week or so I received calls for reliance verifying whether I want to disconnect. I told them that I want to discontinue with immediate effect. I also stopped using the data card service from 18-Apr-08.
                              The on 13-May-08 I received a bill of Rs.36 of the same number which I had disconnected on 18-Apr-08. It was only taxes, so I dutifully paid the bill on 21-May-08.
                              Then suddenly on 13-June I receive another bill of Rs. 449. IT HAD NO USAGE CHARGES, only rentals and taxes. Well, this bill has made life hell for me.
                              Your customer care has called me up a million times for the non payment of the bill, whereas I have already disconnected the service on 18-Apr-08.
                              I have registered the complaint to the customer care. Whenever I tell them that I have already disconnected the service, they say they have not received any such request. And when I place the request for disconnection, the next time I check the same, it has been miraculously changed into something else(Like: I have registered the complaint for slow speed, high rentals or even changing for post-paid to prepaid). I have been even harassed to the extent that the reliance employee has come to my house to ask for outstanding dues, which I do not owe.

                              I have already paid dutifully all the legitimate charges. But even after this, I am being billed for the service which I have not availed, on various pretexts from your side. As informed to you that my data card was already disconnected on 18.04.08.

                              If this was not all, I then received a bill of Rs. 949 on 13-July too, which also DID NOT HAVE ANY USAGE CHARGES. And the same story is still going on till now. I AM SURE THAT MY REQUEST IS STILL NOT UPDATED BY THE INCOMPETENT STAFF AND SYSTEM OF RELIANCE MOBILE.

                              Please help me out and stop sending the bill to me and please see that nobody calls me or visits my house for non payment of the bill for the already disconnected service.

                              Advice to all planning to go for Reliance data card:

                              Don't make such a mistake as they will promise you speed of 214 kbps but what you will experience is hardly between 0-12 kbps means it is dead connection and you can't use the service but keep paying bills monthly
                              I also have the complain. I written the letter as welll for the cancellation etc. and cleared all bills. Then some Reliance jerks call me asking why i wanna cancel this service from them ...so i gave them some bollywood masala story. But still they have not cancelled it yet.

                              So now I guess we really are under Reliance Mafia rule.

                              i have bought a reliance data card from a Vashi store in October'09. But within a month there was a connection error and after repeated call to customer care got to know that there was error due address verification.Actually my address proof was lost by the vashi store and it did not even inform or asked for new one..And now the guys in the VASHI store are so adamant that they don't even pick up my call.It still not functional and donot know when will it be functional again.

                              I too had disconnected my reliance data card ([protected]) in Noveber 2009. On requesting to disconnect the card they also gave me a request id stating the line would be disconnected in 12 days, also they agreed to to pay me my refund of Rs 415.95 which was an excess they had charged me due to a wrongly generated bill.
                              Then the next month i received a bill again, i requested them again to follwo up on the request id and disconnect the bill, i got another mail from them stating that the line would be disconnected. then this became a repeated affair, every month theny send me a bill. i remind them of the disconnection and they falsely state that some one from the retention department says "cunstomer has been retained" infact i have never been contacted by anyone from the retention department.
                              The bills have NO USAGE CHARGES, only rentals and taxes. Well, this bill has made life hell for me.

                              I have registered the complaint to the customer care. Whenever I tell them that I have already disconnected the service, they say they have received any such request and the card will be disconnected in few days. And then when i check the next time its the same, it has been miraculously changed to "customer has been retained"
                              This is a kind of scam thats going on. Please see to it that my dinconnection is done once and for all.

                              Reliance Communications — DataCard billed for free usage.

                              I got a netconnect datacard from a reliance representative, he told me that i can use 3GB and actual usage was 968MB still I was charged and my internet speed was reduced for a month and I was forced to pay the amount. I am fed up of these cheaters, donno what to do.

                                  My mobile no. is [protected], from april 2008 .This net connection under the 1GB free plan.This is to draw your attention that i am not getting my bill from last 14 days.
                                  I have talked to ur representative in Reliance Centre at
                                  Atta-Noida, to provide me billing, but each time they
                                  refused to provide the required information.
                                  So I request u to please enquiry into the concerned matter &
                                  provide me the billing with GB usage otherwise it will lead
                                  to customer dissatisfaction.It has caused a great inconvenience to me.
                                  I request that my bill should be dispatched to address S-19 sector 11 Noida, as early as possible.Plz do the needful at the earliest so as to
                                  increase the faith of customer in ur services.

                                  I have lost the bill for june and on confirmation(A/c No) from Reliance Communcation-Hari Nagar, I made the cheque for Rs 767/- on 11/7/09(Cheque No-591679 ICICI/Green Park ).
                                  Today I found (13/7/09) that connection is closed.
                                  Please check the same and connect the same immediately

Every month i am going to sector 15th customer care Faridabad for bill amount and complained every month but no action till now and I will unable to pay the bill ontime and you have disconnect the connection without our mistake.

                                    Today I got a call from tis hazari court, that i didnot payed my mobile bill of Rs. 3700 sumthing. The person give me a mobile number and asked for talk to advocate who file a case against me in court. I called to that advocate n ask him about the matter. he told me this case is from reliance mobile company against me for non payment of my mobile bill. He told me to go to the reliance web world n pay the bill otherwise he will chrage the case of cheating n panalty of Rs. 40000 + against me.


                                    Please help me regarding this, i have a doubt that it is a fraud call.

                                      Few days before I purchased Reliance Net Connect (ZTE MG880 ) for my laptop. But from the day of purchasing I am facing the problem. The speed is very very poor like 1kbps and even below it and disconnecting frequently. When try to connect to any web, it immediately connected to this page and within a few seconds it disconnect from this page. Also I am not able to download and upload a small file also. I already made several complains to the Customer care, but there no result from their side. Please help me.

                                      I face a peculiar problem with Reliance Netconnect. After using it for some days, I don't how a Z Connect appears in the Network Connection Wizard. And from that time, working becomes impossible as after every 1 or 2 minutes, Reliance Netconnect starts disconnecting. Even if you uninstall and reinstall your net, then also you will not get rid of this problem. Only solution if that you format the whole hard disk, then only problem will be solved. Again after few days, this Z connect reappers and you have to format again.
                                      A simple statistics: Before taking reliance netconnect, I had to form my hard disk only two times in last 1.5 yrs. But after taking it in last 1.5 months, I had to format it 5 times.

                                        I am a reliance pre-paid user.. i have resently activated the sms pack in my mobile this month... and i was shocked to see that by the 3rd day the messages were reaching after a day... i tried seeing for 1-2 days but from the past 7 days the same thing is continuing. i keep sending the same message more than 4 times then its going otherwise it goes the next day after 24 hours...messages only to vodafone and tata indicom are reaching immedialtely...and its taking hours sometimes and days for idea and the same is the case with airtel also... i get the messages mostly but sometimes i don't get it from airtel numbers...since maximum of my use is towards idea and airtel this is causing a lot of inconvinience.. so kindly look into this matter please..

                                        I would be greatfull if my problem is considered and it is solved as early as possible... because we are promised so many facilities we are asking for them...please look into this matter and reduce the problems caused by the network...
