Hand-set Upgradation

To ALL users of Reliance mobile,

If you are going upgrade the hand set be aware of the product prize. I had very bad experience two times being charged extra in terms of e-recharge. There is a scheme if you are surfing in R-Web world you can use the recharge coupon(usually 500/-, 1500/-...etc). BUT this is optional and I am sure that NO representative will tell you this fact.

Fraudulent and Illegal billing

My billing account no is RCIL.A/C-[protected].I am being billed monthly by the aforesaid Company for a service which I have already disconnect in the month of Dec 2007 . Being unsatisfied with the customer service I submitted a request service termination on 7 Dec 2007 over phone.

Wrong Bill & threat to disconnect services if not paid

I have purchased one data card from reliance web world, nacharam, hyderabad with an offer to use the services without charge in the first two months. non-working of reliance mobile No. 9350375237

dear sir,

My brother's reliance mobile no. [protected] is not working for last 15 days. The No. is in the name of Vikas Bharat resident of 199, Indira Complex Colony, Old Faridabad - 121 002. Despite of several phone calls to customer care there is no solution to the problem as I am not receiving or able to do outgoing calls from this number. I have lodged a complaint with Reliance Customer Care vide complaint no. 71627236...

pathetic speed

i was using mobile office scheme of airtel for internet surfing which was good however i bought a reliance netconnect datacard which offered a speed of 153kbps however the actual speed is below 5 kbps and it takes 5 minutes to open a webpage.i have been blatantly robbed off my 3000 rupees by reliance the cheater.Never buy a reliance datacard.It will be better to throw 3000 in a river rather than buying a reliance data card....

Poor signal strength

Dear Mam/Sir,

I am using your prepaid mobile from last 1 month, and i have found that the network is so poor in sec-93-a Noida. In the appartments some person had also taken internet connections but due to bad server they have replaced your instrunments.

And now if somebody ask me any sujjestion about reliance then I'll surely tell them which i am facing today. If you can do something then please help...

Why Stop Payment of my Refund Order No.2159386

Respected Sir,

Kindly Note I have received Refund order No.2159386, reference No.7704753 Dated 1/2/2008 for Rs.18565/- drawn HDFC Bank Ltd., Manekji Wadi Nanik Motwani Marg, Mumbai -1. Which is not yet cleared. Today I personally lodge my complaint in writing to karvey. I want my refund at the earliest.

Kindly do the needful. Please treat this most urgent.

bill problem

I had disconnected the Reliance broadnet because of pathetic service, in May end.
In the next bill, which I only received on mail( I had put in 5 requests on customer care for hard copy...but to no avail).Anyways..the bill has included the modem charges.I was not even asked if I wanted to keep it or not. When asked for this..they said..you should give it back...and when I asked..where to give ...they have been saying that their representative...

deduction for the services witch were not used

Local Call rate is High than Std Call for lifetime customer

Here in Kolkata circle the local rate of reliance smart is much higher than std rate.
So company should look the matter and reduce the rate immediately

datacard not working on my laptop, no solution yet

i took datacard(reliance netconnect) for easy online access at my workplace.this is not working from day 1 onwards. i contacted showroom when there was a fault in thier USB which was replaced. then it worked for 1 day and again the same problem of connectivity. i contacted showroom many times with no response.i need my money back and i faced lot of time waste hassle at showroom where no one is able to help me out properly. kindly help me...

No response of complaint at customer care

I am prepaid customer of smart gsm service from 2006. From last 7 days i was unable to SMS "check operator services" message come. i complain at customer care ([protected])about this problem they give me complain I.D. Broadband Connection Suspended

My Broadband connection is suspended without any notice or call from the company. I already submitted the cheque for the bill on 24th Jun 2008, but till today my reliance broadband connection is not activated....
