sir i have a number [protected] since 5 months.
i have a tune from the movie "jannat", the song was "zara sa dil mein" since 2 months.
But since a month ago my tune was deactivated automatically, after giving several complaint my tune was not yet activated.
i just want to know that this reliance smart gsm service is only taking money and not providing service. My balance is being deducted everyday.
i just want my balane compensation or activate my hello tune immediately or else i am withdrawing ur connection.
plz reply soon.

Reliance Smart GSM — hellio tune activation

sir i have a number [protected] since 2 years. yesterday i downloaded a hello tune by dialling 55300. The balance was deducted immediately after downloading but till now the tune has not been activated to my number.
So kindly activate the tune immediately or else i am withdrawing ur connection.

RELIANCE SMART GSM SERVICE — not activating 125 free minutes facility as sent by their sms

I had purchased one new sim on 9.8.08 from kazipara, barasat, kolkata-700124, having no. [protected] after submitting all required documents, photo etc for a talkvalue of Rs. 178 & 125 free min. valid for one year, as assured by distributor. One SMS received on 12.8.08, from their customer care that 125 free minutes added to your account. But due to some unknown reasons the connection was deactivated by them for more than one month. After prolonged persuasion with the retailer & distributor, as customer care did not bother to inform me had to again submit my documents etc. and the connection was activated on 19.09.08. But while making call in home network, it is seen that free minutes had not been given. While contacted customer care they replied & apologized that the offer was valid only for one month ! But nowhere in the sms it was written that it was valid for one month & if so, I am not responsible for the inordinate delay of activation by their callous service ! Also understood from many other customers of this reliance smart offer, the talktime of Rs. 178/- is also not being given for one year due to their system fault & they are used to apologized for that. This sort o[censored]nfair/malpractice/cheating by the service provider should be immediately stopped & proper action should be taken against them.

I am Akash Dixit, using Reliance SMART Sim card from last one year.
I am continuously feeling cheated as SMART customer from last two months. as balance from my account is deducting unnecesary and yesterday again i got SMS from RMS for renew RMS and deducted 35 Rs. from my account. but from last month i didn't get any confirmation SMS or service from SMART.
I complaint to SMART indore Office (Located at Industrial House) to Mr. Nilesh Kale.my complaint no. is 79753884. But he arrogantly reply and suggested to go to consumer forum.
I am trying to reach Customer Care executive from 2 days. but only could reach once at 7 pm today and again Customer Care executive Mr. Jitendra has not talk properly and tried to missguid but failed so he disconnect my call and now i am not able to reach customer care. we are loosing faith on Reliance.
So i have no way and writing to you mail.
I am wondering, if guys are cheating to leterate and aware person like me then what would be the situtaion of illeterate and innocent people.
I humbly request to you sir, please give your attention to my complaint otherwise I would have no option and have to change my SIM service provider and go to Consumer forum.

I am taken the Reliance GSM(prepaid) since 4 years...I am facing a lot of problem since 10 days.

      my sim card was lost 1month before, i submitt require documents and issue a new sim card but after one month today 18-07-08 my number is not activated. for activation i was complant in call center and deler who is issue sim card but the cant give me satisfy reply.my cell no.[protected] which is not activated yet.

      Reliance Mobile — no activation

      I purchased reliance mobile 15 days ago.
      I submitted photo - copy of my lease agreement as address proof and photo - copy of passport as mi id-card.
      but till now my cell is no activated.

      vodafone (sim card) — not activated taken before 1 month

      i have taken the vodafone sim card as a corporate customer before 1 months but they have not activated it yet. I have visited to there gallery of Kalayan for 6 to 7 times. The executive told me that , varification has been rejected , there after i launch a verification request for the same and once , again a verification executive of a company visited to my home and verify me for the same . He assured me that the connection will be activated in 2 days but not activated yet . I have also visited personally to the verification excutive at his available place . He also assured me for the 2 days but it has been not yet activated. I have mailed regarding the same issue to the Nodal officer of the Company but then also there is not concern .
      I have been totally frastrated and suffering this all from last to months .
      Requesting you plz HELP ME.

      I hav teken a new number of SMART GSM after submitting my pan card xerox, electric bill xerox, and my company certificatin that i work for them and staying in ranchi.

      I am a very 'Old Customer' of Reliance GSM service.
      Since, I have take this connection of
      'Smart' I face no misbehaviour from 'Reliance GSM' side. On 23rd September, 2008)
      someone (Female) called me at around 1 PM and told me to recharge on my number (i.e; [protected])
      as my validity is going to at stake. I told her that I will recharge as soon as possible.
      After sometime, she called me again and misbehaves me. Her talking was very rough. I am
      very much surprise about this. Why she misbehaves me, I don't no. I want to know the reason.

      I take the decision that I will leave this 'Reliance GSM'
      connection. Because in the market 'Vodafone', 'Airtel' and lots of connections is also
      available and I think they will not provide me 'Misbehaviour'.

      Reliance GSM (Smart) — Non-activation of replaced SIM Card

      I have taken a SIM of Reliance GSM (Smart) on 22.9.2008 from Supela Counter, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. As per the information given by the counter-crew my documents have been sent for registration on 25.9.2008. Unfortunately my SIM was blocked due to mishandling on 30.9.2008 and consequently I have approached the same counter for PUK code. They told me that PUK code cannot be given and ultimately I had to get my SIM replaced and I have paid Rs.100/- for the new SIM on the same date. As per the counter my SIM should have been activated by the evening on 1.10.2008. But till date it's not been so. Kindly entertain my complaint.

      i m from dealer point (ganpati communication, chakkarpur, gurgaon). i have paid 2000 rupees for balance transfer in new gsm easy recharge sim on[protected]. but till today i have not receive my amount. and my activation right( messege) also barred. i can, t recharge my new custmer who purchase sim from my shop. untill i can, t recharge, cust. can, t call anywhere. so my goodwill is going on earth. when i said to distributer to serender this sim & return my money, he sayes easily YES. its means i can, t sale rim gsm sim in future. is this system is right.
      i had purchase the gsm service card...card got activated but my mony in the night mode is getting minus...as per card the night mode should be freee..

      i spoke to call center...they told that the scheme will be actovated after 2 days for night mode...

      From past 45 days my sim card ([protected]) is not getting activated.
      I had recharged with Life Time recharge coupon worth Rupees 52 on 8th Feb. '09 but still i m not being able to use incoming & outgoing facility.
      I had complained so many time to Customer Care Cell but no positive result came.

      They just keep on giving complain ids ' nothing else.

      I would like to say that i am the customer of Reliance GSM service from Kashmir. As you know Prepaid connections were banned in the valley for security reasons and i being a prepaid user was told by my service provider to convert it into postpaid.           Reliance Power IPO — Not received share in my demat account after allotment

          I have applied for Reliance Power IPO, application number: 33114634. As per the allotment status put on the KARVY website it is showing that the said applicant has been alloted 17 shares and i have also received SMS for the same, even i have received refund of the rest of the amount apart from the 17 shares.

          After continuous followup by e-mail i am have not receive any response of my mail, not even acknowledgement from them.

          Please suggest what to do now.
          I the under signed applied for 225 shares of Reliance Power IPO in fully paid retail through my Demat Account of ICICI bank vide application no. 11228971 and also allotted 17 shares Reliance Power and your company send refund amount vide refund no. 1091585, however the said refund order not delivered me AS IT IS SEND ON WORNG ADDRESS retuned toKarveyas per talk with office bearers karvey and they inform me you send your request letter to karvy on e-mail address, [protected]@karvy.com for depost that amount and i also send detail mail on 21.02.2008 and requested to depost my refund amount of Rs.89,440/- in my aacount with ICICI Bank account no.[protected] branch At, Aurangabad Maharashtra. and accordingly they inform me that they will deposit in my account wilthin 4-5 working days on very same day. But till today they not deposited my reund amount.
          My account MICR No.[protected] account therefore Karvy Should depost my refund directly to my account but thefaild to do it. I made 1000 of calls and mails but in vain, the office bears of Karvy not doing any thing execept disconnect the calls. Thereore sever action be taken against karvey and awarded compensation, damages to me.

          Almost 3 months over not yet credited my shares into my account and amount also not yet returned. What you people are doing? My amount is locked and who will give the intrest for my amount.           RELIANCE POWER LIMITED — REFUND CHEQUE WAS CANCELLED LATER

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I had applied for 225 shares @ 115.00 = 25875.00 for Reliance Power.
          I got 17 shares and refund cheque of Rs.18565.00 (chq.no. 897674 of HDFC Bank).
          The refund cheque was valid from 01.02.2008 to 30.04.2008 and I had deposited on 09.04.2008 to my bank AXIS Bank Ltd., it was credited in my account on 15.04.2008 and my bank AXIS Bank Ltd. sent the cheque to your banker HDFC Bank Ltd. for cheque clearing. But after that I face a serious problem. Your banker HDFC Bank Ltd. was sent a memo to my bank AXIS Bank Ltd. that "instrument cancelled" with the original refund order cheque after cancellation. On 16.04.2008 my bank AXIS Bank Ltd. was debited the refund amount 18565.00 in my account that means I have not received the refund order amount.

          Several times I have contacted with the people of Karvy Computershare Private Limited. Everytime they are telling that refund amount was credited in my account but they are not taking seriously why second time the refund order cheque was debited in my account after your banker HDFC Bank's memo to my bank AXIS Bank Ltd.

          i ashoo sharma of phagwara punjab has been waiting for refund since the allotment of shares . as i have already launched complaint to reliance power and i was given complaint no 35365 at least three months back appx. as i regularly calling them about my refund but nothing has come up, they always say that my case is still pending with karvy hyd and waiting for reply. could you please look into the matter and send me my money as soon as possible.

            Dear sir,
            I had resigned from Reliance Integrated Services Ltd(Sister Concern of Reliance Communucation Ltd)in June 2007. i had applied for my p.f withdrawl in November 2007 itself.in march i got a call from the company that your form is misplaced please resubmit it and you will get your amount in two months. I have resubmitted it on 11th March 2008 at Lucknow Circle Office through PAFEX Courier vide POD No[protected]. But no status is received till date. My Employee Code with the company was 30500319.
            PLS HELP AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

              We are part of AMUL CUG and affiliated with GCMMF for our business activities.

              PLease be informed that since 03.03.09, we have been lodging complaints on Issue of Poor Connectivity. some how, no concrete actions have been taken till date from your side and we are still in dire state, facing the problems of Voice Distortion, Call Drops and fluatuating coverage. in fact, in some of our plant bldgs., your technical team has recommended to put additional signal booster devise to establish flow less coverage to facilitate trouble free communication.


              How ever, no concrete actions have taken place and we have been made to believe that Reliance is making fool o[censored]s by extending the date of action when ever we contact them to ask for the solution to this burning problem. your valsad based technical team had visited our site thrice till date with some REPEATER devise to solve the issue. how ever, every time they left our premises without changing the REPEATER, stating the new devise does not meet the capacity required to establish the strong coverage.

              The question that comes to our mind is - Has Reliance become so blunt to its Corporate Customers that it can dare to ignore this kind of serious issues for such long time? If you do not have the solution to this problem, convey the same to us in clear manner. so, we can start exploring other service provider to facilitate our Business requirements.


              It may be noted that majority of our Mobile users have to come out of their office bldg to do the communication and still, we end up getting distorted voices which leads to the error of misunderstanding the interactions as voice quality stands very poor.

              Reliance Infocomm — Demand for payment ofun-used Sevice

              I had obtained an USB Data card from RIL infocomm under a scheme. The scheme was available under 02 months free acccess. During this 02 months period the surfing speed was very slow. When enquired about the speed, I was told that data card being under the scheme, it probaly might be slow. However upon completion of the 02 months period, I was told to be covered under one policy, for which tariff were differently allocated.
              I had finally chose to get enrolled into one of their tariff. I had hardly used their data card for 13 days due to the speed factor and finally chose to put an end to RIL services . I had immidiately connected their office and informed them about my intensions to dis-continue their services. I had very clearly advice them the reasons for my dis-continuation and finnaly my request was recorded under their request #[protected]. After few days I was tols to pay Rs. 195 for the 13 days service I had used. I immidiately paid the stated amount. (I have bank statement to prove).
              Inspite of my paying my closing amount, I was being sent bill from RIL regularily. Every time I had recieved their bill, I had personnly intimated them about the closure of account. Every now and them I was being harrassed by their executive asking me to pay money. They even come home asking me for payment.
              Surprisingly I had recieved a legal notibe from RIL demanding for about 1100/- inclusibe of 18% P.A.
              Request you to pls. look into this matter.

              Reliance USB — Value added services

              I am using Reliance USB chord(relationship no.[protected], reliance no.[protected]). In the statement for the period[protected] to[protected] the company has charged Rs.39.00 towards valu added service charges i.e.reliance netconnect usage charges, which is not clear because I have taken a pre-paid package of Rs.300/- per month.                 If you are going upgrade the hand set be aware of the product prize. I had very bad experience two times being charged extra in terms of e-recharge. There is a scheme if you are surfing in R-Web world you can use the recharge coupon(usually 500/-, 1500/-...etc). BUT this is optional and I am sure that NO representative will tell you this fact.
                So insist for full information and dig deep before you pay.

                  My billing account no is RCIL.A/C-[protected].I am being billed monthly by the aforesaid Company for a service which I have already disconnect in the month of Dec 2007 . Being unsatisfied with the customer service I submitted a request service termination on 7 Dec 2007 over phone.
                  But I received a bill on[protected] bill no[protected] amount was Rs.4910. in this bill my uses was only Rs.99.60 .I use only Rs.99.60 but I need to pay Rs.4910 Reliance bill says.
                  When I call Reliance Customer care they sail just pay Rs1500/- your all due will be cleared.
                  Mr Rahul his cell no is [protected] come to my office and Collect a Cheque No 029359 of HSBC Bank on dated 14 jan2008 of Amount Rs.1500/- he give me a Receipt No I.e.CD57LB NO.0600294 of Reliance infocomm Services.

                  I am being billed monthly by the aforesaid Company for a service which I have never opted for, and for which I never applied.

                  Background of the Complaint:
                  Reliance Broadband put up a stall in my residential colony in Jan’08. A representative of the Company approached me and communicated the features of the broadband services, alongwith a host of add-on gifts.

                  I asked for a “trial” of the services that he communicated. For the purpose of “trial”, he asked for my identity proof and other details, which were provided to him. He also asked for cheque of Rs.500 from me which I denied to give initially. However, I conveyed that if the said service was found appropriate and as per the details (given by the representative), I may consider to purchase a Reliance Broadband connection.

                  The said service was activated on a “trial” basis at my residence just for one day, which was not found in terms with what had been communicated by that representative. Consequently, the connection was terminated immediately (on that day itself) and the equipments were withdrawn from my residence within a span of 3 days. During these 3 days, no services from Reliance Broadband were utilized as the connection stood terminated.

                  Even after the termination, the Company kept sending me monthly bills which had nothing but rental charges. Since this was inconsistent with my understanding, the matter was immediately conveyed to the ‘customer care’ centre of the Company. The customer care department took note of the matter, verbally (and no written communication or complaint reference number was given to me), and started calling me on a regular basis to verify whether the connection was terminated or not. It was highlighted to them on numerous occasions that the question of termination of the connection never arose as I never applied for the connection with their Company. Meanwhile, the Company kept billing me for the “fake connection” that had nothing but the rental charges.

                  After numerous requests (made with the customer care department) to rectify the error in their valid connection records, one representative (hired by Reliance Broadband through an external agency, i.e. DSA) also visited my residence personally and verified that the connection was not active and that the equipments were also taken back by the Company. He also ensured me that the necessary steps would be taken by Reliance Broadband to rectify their mistake. I presumed it to be the end of chapter.

                  Recently, I received a call from a police station who apprised me of the fact that a person, Mr.Anil Bajaj (who, on subsequent talks, identified himself as a legal advisor of Reliance Broadband), has filed a complaint against me and suggested me to clarify the matter with Mr.Anil Bajaj. After questioning the nature of complaint from Mr.Bajaj, I was made aware that I owe Reliance Broadband a sum of Rs 2, 500 (Two thousand Five hundred) approximately. I conveyed the matter in detail to him but Mr.Bajaj seemed least interested in paying heed to it. All he was interested in is initiating legal proceedings against innocent people like me.

                  Complaint against Reliance Broadband on the following grounds:

                  1.I never applied for a connection with the company for its broadband services as no application form was signed by me.
                  2.No cheque was issued by me in favour of the Company to open an account.

                  Counter charges against the Company and its associated external agencies (Direct Selling Agents - DSA):

                  It seems like a case where the representatives of the Company (or associated DSAs) are obtaining the identity proofs of common people with a fraudulent intention of opening a fake account in the name of the person whose identity proofs are lying with them, in order to earn their commission, and let that person suffer the consequences of trusting the Company’s reputation.

                  I seek justice in my case.

                    I have purchased one data card from reliance web world, nacharam, hyderabad with an offer to use the services without charge in the first two months. I received a bill within a week claiming that i changed my bill plan. which in sane in this world can do this without using free offers. i lodged a complaint with reliance customer care and they said the same has been rectified and credit will be passed on along with next bill. I told them very clearly that i am not mad to pay something, which in fact is not due, two months in advance. Reply was that services will be disconnected if not paid within due date. What is the fun in sending a bill which by itself is an error and moreover demanding money which is not due. If they are really in working capital crisis let them ask for some donation from everyone. There is no death for charity in India.

                        I have a hello prepaid Number of Reliance Communications Gujarat Circle (no - [protected]), My reliance hello prepaid have a minus balance, when i go to the reliance dealer, he tried to recharge my number but found that the my number [protected] is a valid prepaid number in RCOM system, i contacted customer care of reliance in this matter on *333 the reliance customer care number, the person misguides me and said that the information for this number can be availed from the dealer only so u have to contact our dealer customer care number *399 which i m not able to call, so i have said Mr. Paresh Chauthyani my reliance dealer to contact from his number and he did, after checking out the details of my number the customer care executive said that the number is dispalying lost connection in RCOM system, I have not given any complaint for the lost connection, whether the company is authorised to register any of the number as lost connection, and I also want to register compalaint against Reliance Customer Care, they have misguided me several times in this matter for 10 days.

                        I have recently registered myself for Reliance Communications' GSM plan. I got my first bill and the trouble started since then, I wanted to pay my bill online but could not see the bill at http:myservices.relianceada.com
                        All together I made at least 10 complains details of which are there with me, every time I get the same response 'I am very sorry sir but the issue has been escalated to the concerned department'. But nobody has even tried to move that issue an inch.
                        The due date for bill payment is 12th November, 2009 and these guys would be very strict in those deadlines but in terms of service providing they are really very poor.

                        Kindly, do something so that this does not happen again to anyone.

Despite of several phone calls to customer care there is no solution to the problem as I am not receiving or able to do outgoing calls from this number.                                 i was using mobile office scheme of airtel for internet surfing which was good however i bought a reliance netconnect datacard which offered a speed of 153kbps however the actual speed is below 5 kbps and it takes 5 minutes to open a webpage.i have been blatantly robbed off my 3000 rupees by reliance the cheater.Never buy a reliance datacard.It will be better to throw 3000 in a river rather than buying a reliance data card.

                                    My self Shirishbhai Shah, i have invested in reliance power ipo from my wife Umaben's demate account.                                       I had disconnected the Reliance broadnet because of pathetic service, in May end.
                                      In the next bill, which I only received on mail( I had put in 5 requests on customer care for hard copy...but to no avail).Anyways..the bill has included the modem charges.I was not even asked if I wanted to keep it or not. When asked for this..they said..you should give it back...and when I asked..where to give ...they have been saying that their representative would come and he has not come till date.

                                      Then, because of this error...I could not pay the bill and the fools have disconnected my landline.What is to be done.? I have received the next bill now...

[protected] in the month of june my talktime was debited by 70.00 Rs. when i ask about this deduction to the costomer care service, they replied, that this deduction has been maid for the caller tune, and a download of two filmy songs, i told them that i havent requested for the caller tune or any song, but they said our records shows that you have reqested for the both, in june last week only a camp of reliance mobile company was held in alibag, for the reason to get feedback about costomer complaints, in the same camp i talked to the officer mr. ambarish sing regarding my complaint, then a e mail were sent to the RIM by mr . ambarish sing, after that i was told that i will get refund for the amount witch was wrongly deducted, so i recarged my cell for RS .201, and i was waiting for the refund, two days latter i recived a sms stating your balance is only 17 RS. please rechrge in time to avoid dissconection. i was shoked by this sms, again i complined about this deduction this time costomer care said you have downloaded 20 film songs and caller tune togather, again i told them i have never asked for any song or the caller tune, they keep on saying that our record is showing that i have downloaded 20 items, when i used some strong words, they took my complaint, after few days i got a mail from the company in witch a statement was given that on 25th of june at 3.46AM to 3.55AM, 20 downloads were made, i ask them whether it is possible to dowmload 20 songs in just 9 seconds, they couldnot answer this, i tried to convince them that please treat this complaint as a genuin complaint, otherwise this problem will keep on happening but nobody took me seriosly and the case was closed. i have a doubt in my mind that, could it be a pollicy of these companys to cheat the costomer and become richest, because this perticular company having base of crores of costomers, if a every costomer is cheated by 1 rupee, company earns 30 crores, karlo duniya muthhime ?????????????? dhirubhai ambani ki jay ho ...
