Reliance CDMA — deduction of money without any use

I am not satisfied with the service provided .
few days back i recharged my account with rs.100 n i made a local call of hardly 20 minutes
and the balance was deducted without actually using it completely and since then i have not recharged my phone just because of this problem.
also i want that the unnecessary service calls that disturbs me a lot should be stopped on my no.
and i request you to please recharge my account back with appropriate amount..

Reliance CDMA — Unauthorised charges.

Un authoised chareges. they activeted caller tune/CRBT/ tune. without my consent.and deducted balances.this a regular habit. i am fed up all of this.last week four times they activeted.and i was disactiveted .again they activeted.stop all this and refund all deducted money.

i miss sweety singh,using reliance cdma since 8 months,my complaint is ehat they always deduct money from my balance without any reason and when we complaint they say that i have subscribed something its all they just know how to take money from consumers i have too many things to complaints but i would better suggest to every one never ever go for reliance they will never always deduct your money from your balance.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have done mnp from reliance gsm to reliance cdma on 12/10/2011.MNP was done on 24/10/2011.My sim worked for two days and now reliance cdma have barred my outgoing calls.i have requested them a lot for resuming the services but they have not done it yet.i have submitted all the documents required and paid the mnp charges.But problem still persists.please do the needful.

Reliance CDMA — not receiving & outgoing call from Mo. No.9372433319

My mobile No. is [protected] Having no access of Receiving & Outgoing Calls. When I tried for outging call & Receiveing Call Only message was heard Contract to Custmor Care. When I contact for above complaint with Reliance Word at Irwin Chouk & Rajapeth Amravati there is no responce since last 2 month. Please take necessary action and solve my mobile problem.

I got my number recharged on 30th October 2011 by Rs.300 due to some technical problem my handset was not working properly,today when I checked my balance it was zero I want fast action on this matter

i am a user of reliance cdma,m using since 2 yrs and i alwayz face prblm of money deduction from ma balance this time i recharged my cell with 39SMS pack on 13nov which has a validity of 1 month and when i called today on customer care they said that it got expired
now i think i should stop using this network, and if the company keeps on doing same with thier consumer
then i think it will be difficult for them to survive in this competing world
and those who had sufferd with the same problm i have faced they will definately agree with me

Reliance Mobile — Recharge amount deducted to zero automatically

My number is [protected]. I am using reliance gsm. I recharged my prepaid account with 50 Rs. and I hardly made any calls and within a couple of days the balance got 0. And this happened twice. I recharge again with 50 Rs. and same thing happened. I hardly check my balance thinking that reliance is a good company. but all of a sudden my balance get deducted to 0 rs.
That made me think something fishy is going on.

When I called customercare they said I have activated reliance games pack from rworld. but since I have android phone and rworld does not work on my phone, Or any android phone. How come the pack got activated?

When I asked customer care to deactivate my services. They said they can't do it. I don't know how do i deactive the same.


Why can't reliance deactive something that is activated from their R-world!!!!!
