[Resolved] Reliance CDMA — Deduction Of balance | |
Respected Sir, I am a prepaid mobile holder from Reliance India Mobile and my no. is [protected]. On 12th June 200*, I phoned to Reliance Customer Care to clear my doubts of repeatedly reducing my prepaid balance activated and they are charging Rupees One for each day. Neither they logged my complaint on such matter nor given me any complaint number by making excuses that their computer is not working so they are unable to log it on. I have phoned three times but I found every time a new person to convince this matter. I have noted down the time of call and the name of the executive whom I made this request. Lastly on third time I got the answer that they will not refund the money and I am free to make complaint anywhere. Reliance CDMA — SLAPPING WHILE SELLING THE PRODUCT
Hi,when i first port my number to reliance CDMA postpaid, they told me to go for 199 plan where i will be getting 600 min talk time and few sms free every month. But when i received my first bill it was too high from my expectation when i went to them they said my plan is 99 where i have 150 min of talk time. i was surprised,after few hours of struggle they agreed that it was their fault and they promised to rectify it. After rectification the gave me the discount of around rs300(approx). and i paid the full amount now when my next bill came it shows that i m on 178 plan and i will get 150 worth of talk time free every month. with this bill they had added 300 discounted amount which they said i need to pay now. in spite of everything they don't send me the bill on time. i receive bill after the due date and they always add late fees and then they send the bill.
Please help me its really annoying me a lot.
Reliance CDMA — deduction of recharge amount
My self is Praveen Chandra.I am using the Reliance CDMA prepaid service from last three years.
But on my last topup recharge they decrease my prepaid account balance by Rs 98/- with out any intimation.
I need the complate detail with the reason of such amount.
Otherwise i will go some legal action against Reliance

the worst to worst service provided by reliance company from customer care...they even dont know how to talk to customers ...i tried to talk to representative from last 4hours but theirs no one to take ur call..if by chance they picked ur call then they said call on 198...*333...112...30333333...etc etc...no one is their to solve ur problem they just try to make a foolish u...
