[Resolved] Reliance CDMA — COMPLAINT AGAINST BILL | |||
Sir, This is to inform you that i had taken a reliance CDMA post paid conection mob. no. [protected]. I had used it since few months but soon i got no network. i had complained to customer care but it was not resolved. many a times i complaint to customer care repeatedly and also to reliance customer shops. but they were just giving me assurance only, They have not resolved problem. when i told them to close the connection they were not close it instead of the same they changed the plan. They assured me to resolve network issue soon, but it was not resolved. repeatedly asked to close my connection, but it was not done. later, connection was temporarily suspended and I was informed that my connection is closed, still I am receiving their bills in my e-mail. everytime they are adding bill of new month. Even they took security fee which is not refunded in spite of requesting many time. Please take appropriate action against them. Thanks. Amit Kumar Mishra. Was this information helpful? | |||

dear sir,i have complained so many times in the past regarding my call facilities... bt they r not taking any action.... i m not getting my full caller tune .... it only rings for 20 seconds...
