What kind of answer is that you people don't have a process of extending the validity. If I can't use your internet service in stipulated time frame because of you connectivity issues so the customer has to bear it.. WoW what a customer service and after sales service you guys are providing???? Jai ho Reliance ki.... I have not been getting any connections for the last 2 months ...
Reliance People are regularly calling for Fee payment for a connection that is not working. The customer care is not helping.
I have called up Noida and spoke for half an hour the first time. I have now atleast spoken to the customer 5 times.. yet no response.
I am very angry at these people.
Is there anything that can be done? How can I go to the consumer court?
Please help

Reliance wireless Broadband service — Pathetic and irresponsible service in Pune area
Reliance Business development dept / Customer care,I bought reliance 1x data card connection from Kothrud, pune before 4-5 months. For which that outlet on Paud road charged me Rs. 500 as refundable deposit.
Just after buying the connecting, Puad road outlet guys told me it will get activated within 2 days but it didn’t work after 2 days. Even the guys from Reliance Paud road outlet don’t even know how to activate there for first time. (Their job is just to sell with false commitments)
So doing RND for at least 15 days finally I activated it buy my own (In mean time don’t ask how much time I have spent on calling and visiting customer care who were helpless)
After activating I noticed it was not having the network at all. When I followed with customer care and Nodel office they said that the Katraj area is under upgradation and network problem would resolve shortly. But it never happened.
But Reliance did not forget to generate my monthly bill for all these months even if the service was not working.
And now when I am frustrated with the Reliance service and want to disconnect my number and request for the refund of deposit they are asking me to pay the minimum bill generated for all these months.
I really wonder these people can spend on collection department outsourcing to call 100 times to customer to for Rs. 500 outstanding rather improving on service network.
I would never like to go for reliance Service in my entire life again.

Reliance Broadband — Pathetic after sales service of Reliance Broadband..
Reliance is one of the pathetic broadbands available. These guys take a month to install the internet connection at first.Once it goes down, even gods can't help you.. Because that takes another month. I had registered a complaint last month about broadband being down [ My old Complaint No. 55803383, Service Request No. 56365636].
After my consistent calls/emails to customer care, these guys are just giving me promises. I am completely frustrated with this broadband.
I want to throw this connection out, but that also will take another month.
