i am getting very much harassed by the reliance communication, as soon as my balance reaches near the zero value, there is a deduction of Rs. 09.77 every time.
i have also called the cust.care but all in vain.
plz help me preventing this un-necessary deduction. i shall be very thankful to you.
My mobile number is [protected]. I have not activied any VAS Jumpgames services from my side but Rs.30 /--has been deduted from my account. Credit my account by Rs 30/-- the toll free *333 complaint number is always busy check my account and immediatly do the needful and sent mail on my email id [protected]@gmail.com also on my cell.

    Smart — AUTO CRBT CHARGES DEDUCTION

    MY SMART MOBILE NO. IS[protected]. EVERY MONTH THE SERVICE PROVIDER IS DEDUCTING RS 30 AS CRBT CHGS, WHICH I NEVER HAVE ACTIVATED FROM MY SIDE. IN FACT I SENT A MESSAGE ON 06/02/11 TO DEACTIVATE SUCH SERVICES. STILL IT HAS DEDUCTED RS 30 IN MARCH AND AGAIN ON12/04/11 IT HAS DEDUCTED RS 30 UNNECESSARILY. I HAVE COMPLAINED AT 198 WHERE A BUNCH OF STUPID BOYS ARE ATTENDING WHO COULD NOT PROVIDE ANY SOLUTION TO MY GRIEVANCE. NOW I AM MOVING TO TRAI AND CONSUMER COURT BECAUSE SMART SERVICE IS EARNING A HUGE SUM OF MONEY AT THE COST OF THEIR VALUED CUSTOMERS.       Reliance Communications — Provident fund not released

      Dear sir/Ma'am

      I Amit Verma had applied for the release of my provident fund on Feb 8, 2009 but my case was forwarded after a month of the date on which I filed my application.

      My Privident Fund application number is :MH/VASHI/118056/826.

      I have been harassed by my pervious emplyees as they have never intimated about the status of my P.F status. It has been four months by now but Ihave not been given any clue about my P.F.

      I have also visited the H.R. head of the company, Mr. Tej Singh Mann, a number of times. But he always turned a deaf ear to my repeated requests.

      I call upon the authorities to look into this matter at the earliest.

      Here are my details:

        It is not possible. This is my mobile and I used it regulary.

          Last Monday (Dt. 08.11.10) I have recharged the amount of Rs. 50/- my Reliance Mob. No. [protected]. But in the midnight Dt. 09.11.10 at 1:40 am the several amount of Rs. 27/- has been deducted in my total amount Rs. 46.73/-. And then i am called in customer care they told me that the amount is deducted against L27 Plan. but they not informed & intimate to me continue the plan or not. Now i want to retrieve my total deducted amount from reliance mobile service provider.

            I am user of Reliance Net Connect Broad Band Plus HSD card and my number HSD card number is [protected]. I was getting poor service from Reliance since Dec'09 and I communicated the same by email and calling to customer care. To these request they responded something like this -

            "Your actual speed can be as high as 3.1Mbps, but in most real-world situations, you can expect average speed of 500 kbps."

            Hence I raised a billing plan change request on 24-May-10 to convert my billing Plan to Rs. 499/ month (10 GB Night plan), which was not changed till 26-Jul-09. And an excessive bill of amount Rs. 2920 is sent to me. When I raise the concern to Reliance, they say that you actually use net services to that extend. And you have to pay this amount.

            However after a lot of heated discussion with customer care executives (more than 5 times) they agreed to give me a waiver, which will reflect in next bill. And asked me to pay Rs. 1949.00 to clear all the dues, which I did before due date.

            But again in next bill which I received includes the Rs. 499 as pending amount. For which I am still fighting and I haven't paid my last bill.

            By they my HSD services are downgraded many times and even disabled at least twice. And now my services are discontinued since 18-Sep-10.

            Reliance Team is constantly calling me to pay my all dues but they are not ready to resolve the matter. I am fed up by their calls and want to close the connection. But in any case I am not going to pay any amount to Reliance.

            "BEWARE OF RELIANCE NETCONNECT BROADBAND Plus"

            Below is the series of events, that may help you taking proper decision.

            18-Dec-09:- Connection Speed Issue is reported with Service Request ID:[protected]

            10-May-10:- Payment of Rs. 1522.00

            13-May-10:- Connection Speed Issue is reported

            17-May-10:- Reply received from reliance, stating real world issue and suggestion to download some software.

            18-May-10:- Replied on May 18, 2010 at 11:57 AM by giving proper explanation, No service engineer called me or visited me.

            23-May-10:- Again sent a request to check the connection speed.

            24-May-10:- Request to change my billing plan from Rs. 849 to Rs. 499 Monthly rental with 10 GB night uses.

            Subject line of email:- RE:'ADAG=[protected]' Request for Billing Plan change.

            12-June-10:- Payment of Rs. 936.00

            21-June-10:- Again an email is sent on Monday, June 21, 2010 02:17 PM to confirm the billing plan change. [This time it was 3 days prior to billing cycle end.]

            29-June-10:- Confirmed by Reliance (Mr. Vijay Raja) that billing will be changed from 25-July-10, as per service request ID[protected].

            13-July-10:- Paid Rs. 1000.00

            13-July-10:[protected]Plan change to Rs. 499, 10 GB night uses)

            13-July-10:- waiver of Rs. 242.21 (Waiver was passed since the wrong plan was given and as per the usage details reflecting on the records. For billing cycle 25-May-10 to 24-June-10)

            30-July-10:- waiver of Rs. 216.52 (waiver was passed as per the usage for that billing cycle from 25th June to 24th July)

            30-July-10:- Due to billing issues, a connection termination request[protected] is created.

            04-Aug-2010:- Payment of Rs. 1949.00 upon confirmation from Customer Care executive, that I don't have to pay Rs. 499.

            [Here please note that, there are 2 waivers given to me 1) Rs. 242.21 and 2) 216.52, which clearly means that reliance agreed that it a their fault and that is why they gave me a waiver. And due to this I suffered a lot for which I asked them to penalize Reliance itself and customer care executive gave me a another waiver of Rs.499 on 27-Aug-10, after confirming with his boss.]

            But to my surprise this waiver was never included in my billing documents. :)


            27-Aug-10:- Payment of Rs. 750.41, excluding Rs. 499 as waiver confirmed from customer care executive.

            28-Aug-10:- A request has been created by customer care executive.

            29-Aug-10:- Call from Billing Department, stating the charges are correct and no waiver will be passed to customer.

            06-Sep-10:- Service Request ID[protected] is created, which is still in SOLVING status.

            18-Sep-10:- HSD Services are stopped.

            26-Sep-10:- Current Bill amount includes (Current Bill 754.82 + Last due Rs. 498.94 + Late Payment Charges Rs. 50 = Rs. 1254)

            27-Sep-10:- Live chat with you Reliance customer care executive and suggested to raise the query with Nodal Officer. On the same date an email is sent to NODAL officer for further escalation.

            05-Oct-10:- I receive a mail from reliance stating that adjustment of Rs.100/- has been passed as a goodwill gesture for Late Payment Charges. That is actually a Late payment charges, which occurred due to billing dispute. But reliance is not ready to accept that they made a mistake.

            22-Oct-10:- I logged a complaint in consumer Court Forum, i.e. here.

            08-Nov-10:- I received call from Reliance Representative, stating the same thing, that your billing is correct and there is no dispute on it and we never gave you waiver or Rs. 499.

            09-Nov-10:- Logging another complain with all these details, hope this time reliance people will realize their mistakes and poor service. In fact i should have asked for compensation for troubling me, isn't it.

            Reliance Broadband — Change of billing plan

            i use Reliance broadband internet for my personal use. i had requested for a change of plan on Jan 1 09 ref # <AUTO> 'ADAG=[protected]. again on 6th jan ref #[protected]. But still my billing plan has not been changed. every time the customer service gives stupid reasons for not changing the plan.
            the marketing people sell the produt with some offer ...the speed unlimited...3.1mbps...

            they never say 10gb only with above speed...after that 144kbps only conection speed...
            even that 10gb conection never go above 750kbps...

            after calling cutomer care..they said they will never refund...cheating

              Sir,

              For last one I have been facing tremendous problem.Because the RELIANCE, the GSM service provider has been charging Rs 20 and Rs 10 per week for the activation of Bhakti TASHAN. But I have never subscribe for the service. Within last one month, I have been charged more than Rs.100 wrongly. Even if my complins about this, they are niether taking any steps to refund my balance nor unsubscribing this service from my no [protected]. Everytime they are informing that whatever I have been charged are correct. Kindly take necessary step to unsubscribe this service.

                It is regret to say that the whole city RAIGARH is facing network problem since 15 days,and our voice doesnot go properly to the person whom we call. we have been complaining,and there is no hearing and heal to the network.we have changed our handset also,restarted the phones,cleaned our sim,,but its totally network problem
                the voice doesnt go properly, the voice goes shakingly to the other person,but that is of no use.

                it is a serious problem,and there is no solution out till now


                we hav recharged our numbers with special expensive plans,but all are being proved useless


                the customer care also doesnot even provide proper feedback,and just keep on postponing the matter by saying the matter would be solved soon.



                So i kindly request to take serious actions and solve the problem soon

                    I jitendra gupta using reliance no [protected]. On 31 Oct 10 I make a call to relince customor care regarding query of my account details.The costumer care executive told me to call me after sometime. I got the same reply after making three call one by one with some interval. Then I call the costumer care the next day(01 Nov 10) and the reply was same, even he (costumer care) was continously denying to do that and telling me to disconnect the call.I asked his (costumer care executive) name,but he disconnected the call. The seme costumer care executive called me from [protected] and told his name as Kapil and and started using vulgar language and thretened me to block my number([protected]). Again I called costumer care and told him about the incident and registered a complain No,[protected] against the individual. At 10:02AM he (Kapil) called me from [protected] and again started using abusing language and thretened me to block my number ([protected]) and also told me that your no. will be blocked every time after every activation. After some time my number gets bloocked(Outgoing blocked) and I was not able to call anybody.

                    Then I agian called the customor care from another RIM no. and I come to know that my mobile no has been blocked against the complain no.[protected] and the reason given was lost of moble. Whereas I did not make any cmplain regarding loss of my moblile.At present I am unable to use any outgoing facility from my moble no. [protected] and till the time I did not get any solution of my complain no.[protected]. Lastly I want to register a complain to activate my no. and take the necessary diciplinay actin against the employ (cutomor care executiv KAPIL [protected]) as soon as possible.In case of any solution mail me or call me on my no. [protected]. Pleaseeeeeee.......

                      Dear Reliance Team,

                      This is to inform you that I am a user of your Reliance GSM connection having no. [protected], I am facing some issues in their services.
                      For the same I have contacted with their customer care so many times and every time got the assurance that my problem will resolve next 2 working days, but sorry to say it has not happened as per commitment.
                      Following are the service request number provided to me:

                      Every time I got the service reply with following wordings:

                      "Dear Customer your SR No. has been processed. Thank you for being with reliance." These were the revert without the solution of complaints.

                      I am not able to send and receive MMS through my mobile and also not able to use GPRS services.

                      Every time I am getting revert that I have to go in R world menu and click to get setting, But while trying to do so getting following error:
                      "Connection error to content provider"

                      Just wanted to know where the problem is and why their team is not capable to resolve this problem.

                      Last time when I had visited to Reliance web world I came to know that my handset which is Nokia 2690 is not capable for MMS but sorry to say I am using two Reliance GSM nos. with same model one is Postpaid and second one is Pre-paid and I am able to send the MMS with my prepaid connection but not able to send with my Postpaid no. How their team can say that my handset is not having MMS features while it is having.

                      I will again request to their team kindly look into the issue carefully and resolve my GPRS and MMS problem on priority basis.

                      Reliance Mobile — GPRS not working

                      I had recharged my mobile with an amount of 303/- on 20th august 2009 for using GPRS service of this company.
                      But was unable to access the gprs. So I lodged a complain on 20 august 2009 and recieved a conformation message bearing complain number[protected]. I was told that my complain will be addressed within 48 hours. But since then I have been calling their customer care daily and hearing the same answer that it is in the solving mode. On 7th september 2009 I again lodged a complain and got a complain number[protected] and again told that it will be solved within 48 hours. Till now I have not recieved any communication from Reliance Mobile regarding my complain. Within 30 days My recharge validity will be over and I have already spent more than 20 day waiting.

                      Please take suitable action.
                      I am holding a reliance post paid mobile connection and Reliance suddenly changed the plan and no one informed me about this plan change. So my bill increases and they barred my outgoing services. And when I paid my all dues and after that they commit that my services would start within 3 hours when I paid the bill. And after paying my bill my services not started till 9 hours. For 3 hours commitment 4 people given me WRONG INFORMATION: 1) PANKAJ, 2) ARIF, 3) SUHAS & 4) SANGEETA PAWAR (Senior of SUHAS). All given me WRONG COMMITMENT. I WANT ANSWER WHY I HAVE BEEN GIVEN WRONG COMMITMENT.

                        Now a days since call rates have reduced , some mobile companies are involved in looting the money of their customers in different other ways, such an incident has occured with me few days back, I own a reliance GSM number([protected]) for more than a year, in november'10 month I started getting cricket scores in the form of 'information' , I suspected that 'reliance' has started some service on my mobile and has deducted some money from my account, so to enquire this I called customer care and due to line busy could not contact, so I wrote an e mail to reliance mobile customercare, 1 day after I got a call where the executive told me that ' cricket score pack is started by you for rs 30 a month' . I was shocked to know this because I hadn't started any pack on my mobile and this mobile always lies with me so anybody else could not do so. I told her that this mobile always lies with me and I have not started any pack on this number, I don't want to use this service so stop this service immediately and please revert my money in my account , she refused to do so and told that we can't give you any waiver on this. This is how reliance mobile cheated me for rs 30 , If I hadn't call them then it could have been rs 360 a year and so on. some mobile companies are looting customers this way very frequently, this is due to the reason that they don't need to provide detailed call statement to prepaid mobile customers as in postpaid mobile, I request TRAI to take some stringent action if a mobile company is cheating customers this way.

                          An amount of approx 48 rupees has been deducted in a month in tha name of JOKES and CRICKET UPDATES services, which i never requested and when i SMSed to the toll free number provided by the company thru sms for unsubscription of above said services again an amount of Rs.21 i.e per sms RS.3 is deducted from my balance.So,i request to kindly check my account and pay back the amount,and don't add any services without my content.
                          An amount of approx 72 rupees has been deducted in a month in receiving this number [protected] UPDATES services, which i never requested and when i SMS ed to the toll free number provided by the company thru sms for unsubscription of above said services again an amount of 45 i.e per call RS.5 is deducted from my balance.So, i request to kindly check my account and pay back the amount, and don't add any services without my content.

                            sir i am so much frustaded due to relince dat card,
                            my connection is stoped from 14 oct. i submit full bill.i gave one appliction to this number plz convert my connection postpaid to prepaid,
                            they told me your connection will be convert on the period between 1-november to 5-november

                              sir....i am a retailer of reliance gsm...my problem is below....i am trying to recharge to a customers no..by unfortunatly my mistake i m rechage another no...so i call the dealer helpline..but the customer care representive told me that ur recharging ammount is below 50...so we cant reverse to your accont...one think i want to ask you below 50 rupees is unvaluable or valuable....pls should taken action to reverse my account...if possible pls tell me the process of reverse balance via sms with my ereacharge sim...my id is rahulsonu.[protected]@gmail.com

                                To whom so ever it may concern,

                                I am Aakash, customer of reliance GSM services.
                                My GSM no. is [protected]
                                I am writing this mail to file a complain against your agents(customer care) as they are not able to solve my queries and also their behaviour is not satisfactory.
                                My balance was deducted many a times.
                                I have following cases...

                                1. The caller tune services provided by reliance when anyone calls on the no. [protected]
                                one can clearly hear the computer genrated words-
                                "yaha sunai jane wali caller tunes hai bilkul free wo bhi pure 7 dino ke liye, aur apko dena hoga 10rs ka masik shulk song downloading ke liye pure 7 dino ke baad"
                                but sir/madam,
                                when I selected the tune for testing or experimenting(as it is free for 7days), and mind you I hadn't downloaded the song, then at that time rs. 10 had been deducted from my balance.
                                That was totaly wrong.
                                At your agents(customer care- 198) was not able to understand my query at that time and most importantly many of those even dosen't know about this service(facility) of free caller tune for 7 days.
                                Thier behaviour was totally rude.
                                One of your agent "SURAJ" doesn't know the way of speaking.

                                Our conversation at 20th oct,2010, around 11:40 pm-

                                Suraj-"hum aise koi scheme nahi dete free caller tune ki"
                                Me-"[protected]" pe esi scheme hai ap call kareke dekh lo
                                Suraj- hum kyun call kare jisse aapne baat ki hain ussi se complain karo
                                Me- par sir woto computer genreted hai koi manually waha baat nahi karta.
                                Suraj- toh computer se baat karo.

                                Is this the way of talking or treating the customer.
                                I am sending this mail to request you to please refund my balance my complaint no. at that time was[protected] that was unentertained.

                                2. My 2nd complain is also for balance deduction. I have a plan of 99rs for net surfing("FREE SURFING")..
                                Even though I have the above mentiond plan, still sometimes my balance gets deducted for net surfing(only surfing, not downloading) in parts of 10paises..
                                I had coplained for these cases many a times at your no. 198 but no satisfactory action was taken in favour of me.
                                My complaint no. for this query was[protected] and[protected].
                                Kindly refund my balance.

                                3. My 3rd complain is- on 29th oct,10 I recharged my no. with a top up of rs.20, with that topup I got reliance 2 reliance free 10min for night calling.
                                At 11:15p.m I made a call of 33sec. that means still 9 mins are left with me.
                                After that I made a call of 11min 55sec sec out of which 9 min are free and my GSM plan is of 1re/3min. That means out of 11min 55sec, 9min are free and for rest of 2min 55sec re.1 should had been deducted from my account, but at that time 2rs was dedudted.
                                And when I called customer care then again same case as they are not able to satisfy me or solve my problem.

                                These are my 3 prblems or complaints.
                                Kindly refund my balance of
                                rs10 for case1(caller tune)
                                rso.60 for case2 deduction for net surfing(6*0.10=0.60)
                                re1 for case3

                                That means a total amount of rs 11.60.

                                Waiting for right action.

                                Reliance GSM — RUDE BEHAVIOUR, BAL. DEDUCT

                                RELIANCE GSM, CCE ARE VERY BAD, RUDE BEHAVOIUR, WRONG INFORMATION
                                RS. 15 DEDUCT ON ON 05-JAN-2010, REASON MISSED CALL INFO, ACTIVE BY THEM SELF, & ASK TO C.C.E TO REFUND RS. 15 & DEACTIVE MCI,, BUT AS USUAL LIKE COMPANY AS THERE EXECUTIVES,
                                NODAL OFFICERS SAID RS. 15 CANNOT BE WAIVED,,
                                & RUDE BEHAVIOUR BY SUNIL CCE OF R.GSM .
                                THEY SERIOUSLY DONT HAVE ETHIQUETE TO TLK TO COUSTOMER
                                If i complain here, can u solve my problem ?
                                I am Ajay Goswami an advocate by profession.

                                I had my postpaid number [protected],
                                I gave in writen that I want to change my cell service postpaid to Prepaid, but your customer care is so foolish. they terminate my number.. If my number not begin early I ll take legal action against Reliance GSM service.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  This is to Inform you that I am using a Reliance Smart prepaid mobile number( [protected]) and on 3rd october 2010 I had a complain to the customer care that my Rs 30 had been deducted Because a VAS service Mitti ke Rang has been activated automatically by reliance and after the complaint the customercare has refunded my Rs 30 and on my request Deactivated that service as said by customer support executive.But on 31st october 2010 I received a sms from reliance that The VAS service Mitti Ke Rang has been renewed and Rs 30 got deducted from my account, and again when I complained for the same saying that when my service was deactivated before 1 month earlier then how it got renewed. The customer care person said that it was charged correctly and Rs 30 will not be refunded again.

                                    Dear Sirs,
                                    I have reliance CDMA prepaid service. I got a message from Reliance that if i recharge with Rs.165 then i will get 375 minutes (local+std) valid for 30 days... [(I've already have 4 reliance services (Prepaid+postpaid+landline+Internet) from last 3-4 years. Having some problem with Reliance Service from past 3 months or so..] As from the experience i first contacted customer care & confirmed this scheme (as usual). After confirmation I recharged it. After recharge i got a message that u've successfully recharged but doesn't got balance. i contacted reliance customer care &complained (my complaint no. is[protected] they told me that your problem will be solved within 48 hours. After two days again i contacted them & they told me that I've to wait for 24 hours more because your complaint registered last day. Next day when i tried to contact customer care & no connection made but from other mobiles it was connecting, i don't know reason for that but i tried about 20 times from my mobile & still it not connecting. Then i went to Reliance Web world & they told me that your request is closed & mentioning that u will get your balance soon. They told me that we will put a emergency email & u will have ur balance next day. Next Day same problem & i went to web world & same procedure after some chat about this problem they give me the no. of Nodal Officer & Stated that your problem will be Resolved. I contacted Nodal Officer & he said he doesn't know anything about it & got no information & suggested me to contact customer care or go to web world. I don't know what the hell this is & who is the right persons i contact... what a hell of service reliance providing.. leave the problem a side but her staff not giving a reasonable answer to.

                                    I think reliance more customers then its capacity to handle them...
                                    so think twice before heading for reliance postpaid & prepaid mobile service (CDM+GSM). Broadband Internet Service is best from any other presently, don't know about future..

                                      Hi,

                                      I have taken this interned dongle for no use its not activated since 04+ months and whenever I complain in customer service they take a complain and always say that they have forwarded complain to correct department.

                                      Reliance broadband is totally unethical and absolutly cheating of customers.

                                      So Please I request and suggest you please don't buy any product from relience. If you get any problem that never and nobody solve, no body hear you.

                                      So "JAGO GRAHAK JAGO"

                                      If you need any connection please complete all statment in written so you can take legel action against Relience after any falt.

                                      Remember don't believe in varbal communication and commitment always request all commitment in written if any company ready to give in written then trust them.

                                        I am using reliance smart sim from june'10.My number is [protected].
                                        Yesterday i have rs.120/- in my balance i checked it at 10.00p.m.After half an hour i rechecked it then my balance reduced from 120/- to 21/- only.
                                        So i called the customer care executive they told me that there have some system problem so they couldnt tell me anything they told me to call them after 2 hour.As per their request i called them after 2 hour but the answer was same.I called them for 6th time but there is no change of their answers.I call them just before 15 minutes but the executive told me there have some system problem so he was transferring my call to the senior executive.He HOLD my line for 5 minutes & cut down suddenly without given me any solution or proper reason of my sudden balance cut off. Is this called a CUSTOMER CARE.Where is the care??
                                        I dont know wat's the reason of sudden reducing my balance..
                                        Please help me out & try to giving back my balance..
                                        Therefore if you try to solve out my problem i will be higly obliged.
