Dear Sir,
I have wrote many times email regarding this issue to reliance from Nodal Officer to Appellateauthority but each time have not got any response from reliance side. Even they have not booked my Complain No/Docket No. till date. And as per TRAI they should give docket no. Please fine below mail send by me to reliance many times.

I am very frustrated on receiving response like this to officer grade person. Below is my point.
1. Why i have not received docket number for my below complain no. Why??
2. I have received your mail id on TRAI web site and it was mentioned that on this mail you can book your complain no. and reliance will provide docket number. So why my below complain has not been booked.
3. As per mail from RCOMNodalOfficer.[protected]@relianceada.com, it has been mentioned that my issue has been resolved but nothing has been done my reliance for my below complain.
4. I have not activated any service from reliance in past but as per customer care executive dhirendra , he told that i have activated service, then provide me request no from my side to Reliance to activate service with date and time. I want also written reply of my above points.
5. This is cheating case as without my permission reliance activate my service and deduct my money from my mobile.
6. Information required to customer should be shared to customer as per [RTI].
6. I want my resolution with Docket No as soon as possible [ASAP] .

Complain against customer care executive and my no. [protected]
Dear Sir,
This mail is complain mail to Reliance. My balance got automatically deducted without any call from my side from last 1 month. When contacted to customer care service they told you have activated service, but from my side i have not activated any service. Service has been activated by reliance without my permission. I have not given any request [Application No/Request No. / Ref No] to reliance.
1. I also talked to customer care and they are not talking me professionally and forcefully saying that i activated these service. So i also want to book complain against with customer care executive for improper answer and improper behaviour. As per RTI [RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT] customer care is cheating with me and not passing correct information to me. I should get appropriate reason for deduction of my money from my reliance mobile no.
2. As per TRAI [Telecom Regulatory Authority of India] my problem should be resolved within 3 days but due to customer care executive careless i am facing issue till date.
There should be strict action with customer care executive and i need feedback regarding this.
Please book a complain against my numer [protected] and also give me docket number/complain no and reason why my money deducted automatically.
