I have taken the reliance broadband connection vide ID No;[protected] I have paid my latest bill of Rs. 325/- vide receipt no; S[protected] on 12/10/2010 we were informed that the connection will be resumed within 2 Hrs but I am sorry to inform you that even after 24 Hrs the connection is not resumed. I have lodged the complaint with the customer care vide complaint no:[protected] that is also in vain no action is taken so far.

I request the authorities to look into the matter and see that the connection will be resumed immediately.

    Dear Reliance,

    I am having a reliance gsm connection ([protected]) and on and off i am facing many issues with it.
    1. The network is not good. Even on the ring road there are 9 spots where the call suddenly drops and i have to make n number of calls to get connected.
    2. Whenver we try to connect to reliance customer care, the number is not available. Even if by luck if get connected to it then the either the customer care executive will not talk properly or they will keep your call on hold for close to 15 minutes.
    3. The most recent experience is even worse. I never subscribed for any Jokes pack and autmatically 30 rs. were deducted from my account. On complaining the customer care executives are saying that we can not revert back the money. I never sent any activation message. If you tell the customer care executive to connect to a senior person then they just put the call on hold and never respond.
    It is really sad that such things are happeing in a company whose name is "Reliance" (trustworthy).

    I request you to please resolve these issues. I need my money back co i never activating any jokes pack. I called customer care for 8 times and every time the same thing happened.

      Reliance communication (mobile service provider) has deduceted my balance of Rs. 30 and my mobile no. is[protected], when I call in customer care they said that compay activated some services at around 16.26 but at time in my mobile call history did not show any call but they did not agree with this and did not agree to return my balance.This situation had happen with me at third time.

        Dear Sir/Ma'am,

        My name is Shweta living in a staff colony of a cement factory in a village Gadhchandur of Dist.Korpana, Maharastra. Here 3-cement factories having thousands of employees working and facing reliance network connectivity. Here so many people having reliance mobile as well as data-cards. The connectivity barely comes half of its strength. We couldn't access internet neither able to download nor upload any data via internet due to poor connectivity even I missed my web class today which made me so tempestuous.

        This is not only an appeal from my side but also a request from whole citizens of Gadhchandur and company's employees to establish a reliance tower near our living place as soon as possible.

        I hope our problem would be in action within short period by reliance communication.

            i want to inform u that i have a reliance broadband connection with user id[protected]. there is a regular problem of connectivity in this connection. i have several time reported this issue to reliance customer care.
            but the area techinal officer pardeep kumar having (mb no [protected]) shoud not give any permanent solution n also making fool of customers by making wrong commitments.
            some time he closed complaints without any corrective action and making customers fool and closed complaints by his own decision without any concent of clients.

            pardeep kumar having mb no [protected] not have done his duty and his behaviour is of giving (lara).

            if i have given any complaint on saturday then he never come on sunday and only give false commitments like abi aata hu , 2 bje tak ata hu, n phir phone karo to phone kisi aur ko pakda k kehte hain chutti ho gai hai main security guard bol rha hu.

            please take any corrective action and solve my problem.

                I purchased Samsung Corby from Chroma store @ chennai. My home town is Salem. The Salem Reliance Web world guys are denying me to give a OMH card saying that i did not buy the phone from their outlet, and hence I cannot buy the card from them. My mobile number is [protected]. It is not justice when a person like me, using the reliance service since its first time launch, is being denied an additional service citing reasons such as above.

                  i purchased reliance gsm prepaid sim card rsn no.[protected] mdn [protected] on 04.10.2010 from unnao but till date the sim could not be activated where as the shop keeper advised at that time this sim will be activated within 2-3 hrs maximum.

                  therefore, i am still unable to use this sim. kindly help me so that i may be able to use the services/my mobile.

                      i am suffering lot of problems from you services.i did make complain lot of times.but you have not taken any nessesary action.

                      I am the user of Relience CDMA in Manihari(katihar, bihar). Last few months, we all are facing problem of your network. Most of the day, Relience mobile network is not available. please do the needful work for the good network, otherwise we all resident of manihari(katihar, bihar, pin code - 854113) are move to choose another mobile company. please do the needful work, because we all are paying monthly rental and subscription charges to avail the service. please provide a good service.
                      i have taken reliance gsm card but it is not working smoothly every body complain me

                      if i get connected the voice come breaking the opp person find hard to listen. the service centre no is always busy now i do not have any way to cope up with this

                      I switched to Reliance wanted a good service. But now i have found that reliance has very poor network in my office at Belapur and at my home in Kharghar. Even when I go to my hometown Satara I donot get a coverage at home.

                      The main problem is this, in the morning only two tower shows but after 11:30 pm no network coverage for last one month in this area.

                        I am facing isse with Reliance Broadband Internet connection # [protected]. I have also registered complaints #[protected] &[protected] with their Customer service and Nodal office mumubai, but no use. They even not bother to reply to my emails or call me to give any updates. This is only me who keeps calling them for updates,and everytime I get the same typical answer that their technical team is still working on it. As per them there is Congestion and bandwidth issue with their Signaling tower and booster.But it is taking too long to rectify this issue as it is more 2 months I am facing this issue and still they have not rectified it.
                        I think i made mistake, I chose Reliance for my Internet connection. Their Customer service and Customer Relation service is very pathetic, I would suggest not to go for Reliance if any one thinking so.. atleast in my locality (Bhayander East)


                        I have also attached herewith screen shots of my connection status that I encounter regularly.

Suddenly i found that they have deducted rs 30 from my account and one messages comes that i have subscribed for jokes pack @ 30 per month. I did not call these people and also i did not sent any message for that. i asked them about this and they told that i only subscribed for that and the response of the executive was very bad. they did not refund my money also. i want to complaint against them for this my number is [protected].

                            Sir, I got transfered from Madurai to Namakkal in Nov.08. I asked for address change to my new Namakkal office at Madurai. They told you can change your address at Namakkal itself , not in Madurai. And in Namakkal I am trying to change my address for the past two years, but all in futile. They are careless and non commital. They ask lot of address proof, letter from company etc. But at the end, it will not happen. They even refuse to sign a copy of letter of requist for our confirmation. Still my telephone bill is having the Madurai address. My phone no. is [protected]

I have not activated any service from reliance in past but as per customer care executive dhirendra , he told that i have activated service, then provide me request no from my side to Reliance to activate service with date and time. I want also written reply of my above points.

                              5. This is cheating case as without my permission reliance activate my service and deduct my money from my mobile.

                              6. Information required to customer should be shared to customer as per [RTI].

                              6. I want my resolution with Docket No as soon as possible [ASAP] .

                              Complain against customer care executive and my no. [protected]






                              Dear Sir,

                              This mail is complain mail to Reliance. My balance got automatically deducted without any call from my side from last 1 month. When contacted to customer care service they told you have activated service, but from my side i have not activated any service. Service has been activated by reliance without my permission. I have not given any request [Application No/Request No. / Ref No] to reliance.

                              1. I also talked to customer care and they are not talking me professionally and forcefully saying that i activated these service. So i also want to book complain against with customer care executive for improper answer and improper behaviour. As per RTI [RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT] customer care is cheating with me and not passing correct information to me. I should get appropriate reason for deduction of my money from my reliance mobile no.

                              2. As per TRAI [Telecom Regulatory Authority of India] my problem should be resolved within 3 days but due to customer care executive careless i am facing issue till date.

                              There should be strict action with customer care executive and i need feedback regarding this.

                              Please book a complain against my numer [protected] and also give me docket number/complain no and reason why my money deducted automatically.

                              this is the most common reason (as reliance officers point of view =its a solution) told by each beauraucrat,
                              and the perspective of reliance towards the customers is unacceptable, my no is [protected], it has been almost half year since
                              my balance is (illegally) deducted by reliance and thier weapons are (cricket pack, pic alerts, sports alerts, callertunes, news packs) each time i recharge my account they deduct all the balance and make it negative(minus, -, -, the nos which come before 0), and asking for refunds is like a crime... i just want to say
                              avoid reliance at every step in your life ...and never take a reliance service (even if it is freee).

                              My Name is Puneet Prabhakar. I am using Reliance Gsm Connection from last 2 years. But i am not happy with the services. Money automatically got deducted from my account for services which i never asked for or subscribed.
                              I don't know whenever i call there customer care, Customer care executives say all the time that you have subscribe for this or that service.

                              And Most Interesting thing is that whenever you try to send unsubscribe message to their respective number it show sending fail. On 13/4/2011 i received a message "YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEN RENEWED AT RS 20 FOR A PERIOD OF 20 DAYS, TO UNSUBSCRIBE SMS UNSUB 1003 TO 155223(TOLL FREE).
                              Then i check my balance got deducted how ridiculous is this..that companies like reliance are using such cheap techniques to earn money from their customers.

                                I am holding a Reliance Net Connect Broadband r. I have taken the connection on 14th july 2010 after paying a amount of Rs. 2400/- from Reliance web world. I got my first bill on 14th Aug 2010 for Rs.1379/- (one thousand three hundred seventy nine only) with due date on 01 Sept 2010. The bill payment was made by my staff in cash at Lake Town Web world on 30th Aug 2010 bearing receipt no 2772. On 03th sept 2010 I was going through the bill payment history in the reliance web site and found that the payment made by me was not updated, so I called the customer care and informed the receipt no and they have updated also.
                                On 06th sept 2010, after getting a call for non-payment of the bill from Reliance, I contacted the Lake Town Web world for informing them that the payment is still not updated. I got surprised that they directly denied that they have received any payment against my connection. The lady I spoke with, not even agree to tell her name. After talking to her I have mailed this matter to reliance at [protected]@relianceada.com . I got a reply to send the complain at the id - netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com. I did accordingly and received the complain Service Request ID[protected] on 08th sept 2010.
                                Meanwhile they have disconnected my connection for the non-receipt of the bill. I requested for reactivation of the connection as I was out of Kolkata for my business deal and was very much in need of the broadband connection. They did it subject to I have to send the bill copy to the Lake Town Web world.
                                On 10 Sept 2010, asked my colleague to take my receipt to the web world. She went there with the bill, but she got such a bad treatment by their staff, which was notified by her to local police station. As per the Reliance web world staff named krishnendu, the code (ER)written on the bill reflects a payment for prepaid connection and mine was a post paid, my point is that the code is not known to us or other general public. We have told you the connection number and the receipt provided to us also bear the number, than its yours responsibility to update the payment not mine.
                                Meanwhile, a collection person from Reliance went to my house without prior information, and shouted on my grand mother aged about 80 for the payment. I complained for the same to the customer care person of Reliance, but got an answer which was again surprising. Answer was that they are not aware as who has visited my residence, it might be someone from the collection agency and they don't have any hold over them. What does this means?
                                After getting so much harassment and spending around 1000/- Rupees in all this, I decided to surrender the connection. So I requested them through mail to refund my amount which I have given for purchasing the device and to terminate my service w.e.f 14 September 2010. The request was made on 10 Sept 2010. They informed me on 10th Sept 2010, that the amount I paid for the device will not be refunded as the device was sold on outright basis and requested me to reconsider my decision for surrendering the connection. Same day I replied that I don't want to stay with your company so please accept my request for termination and also I requested to refund the amount of device as I have used their service for around one month and the quality employees they have who don't know how to talk in front of a Lady is not acceptable to me.
                                On 14th Sept 2010 I found that the log-in was not happening through the device. I called the customer care they told me that the connection is not active as per my request. I asked them where to hand over the device. than it was told to me to hand over the device at Lake Town web world. I asked them to give a mail mentioning this. But not got it yet.
                                On 21st Sept I got a call from Mr. Subhajit from Reliance for my bill issue. I told the total story to him. He asked to mail a scanned copy of the bill to him and he will resolve all the problems also he requested me to stay with the connection but I refused.
                                On 04th Oct 2010 I received a mail from them mentioning they have updated the payment.
                                In due course I have asked again and again to refund the amount I have given for purchasing the device, as I have used the service for only one month and surrendered the connection due to bad service from reliance part. For confirming a receipt they have taken around one month. Earlier they are saying that they dont have such receipt number and when I have shown the receipt they tried to keep the receipt and issue a fresh one, so that I can not show the receipt to the complaining authority.
                                Now on 05th Oct 2010, I received a fresh mail mentioning the outstanding as on 05th Oct 2010 with a different number which I don't even own. It belong to any third party and its not even a broadband net-connect number. I have already mailed and got the confirmation of deactivation on 14th Sept 2010.
                                I don't understand what the company is onto.

I COMPLAINT SO MANY TIME ON RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT THIS BUT STILL NO ACTION ON THIS.                                   Reliance — Marketing Calls

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  By using Mobile Number Portability(MNP), I have changed my mobile service provider from RelianceGSM to Docomo. I have changed this on 1st April 2011.
                                  But still I receive marketing calls and messages from Reliance. When I called customer care of Reliance they do not give satisfactory answers. When I called to Docomo care they stopped their marketing calls.
                                  But still I receive calls from Reliance.
                                  Please take action against Reliance and stop these calls.

                                    Here Rim gprs speed is too slow and also disconecting problem in rcomnet (APN),Really what a bore service giving to us at a time, since 20 days nd m trying regular to reliance gsm customer care but they r n't giving any response to us,they hve cut the line of customer.Although there is no right to ignore the call of customer.Really It is very sad so plz take some action nd solved the problem

                                      on 27th Sept & lodged a complain about this error . As per discussion they told that the number will activate within next 1st working days (29-30 Sept) . But there is no activation ocoured with my mob no.I also visited the Gallary on 1st oct. The exicutives told that my mob no will positivly actived till monday(4th Oct). I faced a lot of problem . Till now my mobile is not activated . PLz look in to the matter.ASAP.

                                        This is the mail that I sent to Rcom's nodal officer as well as appellet authority. NOONE bothered to respond.

                                        "I was planning to switch from my Hathway Broadband connection to wireless at the end of Dec 2009. Against advise from my colleagues and friends i opted for Reliance Broadband as i was using reliance mobile and had very few problems with it. This is what your executives have delivered to me

                                        I had bought the reliance netconnect from your webworld in Thakur Complex, Kandivali from executive Supriya and Vikey. On 1st January i made a payment of 9925/- for the 12 month of advance rental of plan 750 (750*12 + Service Tax). I was told that on this payment i would get the Datacard Instrument worth 3500/- for free.
                                        On 2nd January i made a payment of 2200/- for the 10month of Night 10GB plan (10*199 + Service Tax). So total payment of (12125/-)

                                        After receiving my first bill i checked online and i noticed that its reflecting payment of only[protected] in my account for 1st January. I went to webworld and Supriya told me not to worry as this is only backend entry and i would surely get discount.

                                        Every month i went to Supriya and told her that my bill is not reflecting the discount of 3500. Everymonth she told me that she has contacted backend and they will adjust the entry. She had made calls infront of me (to whom i dont know) to resolve this. Every time she shown surprise that this has not done already.

                                        Finally on 26th of August i launched a complain with customer care who insisted that i provide them with executives contact number. When i told them that these people dont give their numbers they showed their inability to resolve. When i asked to speak to their senior they took down the complain. Next day i was called and asked same details about contact details. I was also advised to raise this issue with same webworld even after explaining that i been doing that for more than 6 months.

                                        Even then i went to the webworld and they forwarded the request to zonal manager. I waited for response but instead of resolution my connection was disconnected. Finally i spoke to your Nodal office (executive - Saraswati) on 22nd of September. She was very cooperative but said it will take maximum 5 days to process request. When i told her that i been following for more than a month she said she would put an Urgent tag on this and it would be done faster. My services were reconnected but again suspended on 26th September. I contacted Nodal office but they told me that the 5 days as promised are not over and there is nothing he can do (so no value to URGENT tag). As i was free that day i went to webworld again and this time Vickey spoke to Cluster Officer and thankfully my services started. On 28th September in morning 11 i got a call from nodal office saying the payment has been updated and after that i still need to make payment as my total bill amount since starting of connection is in excess of 9925. When i reminded him that i had also made payment of 2200 he said he will need to look into system and he will call me back in an hr. That call never came but my services were active. I was happy for the resolution.

                                        But today morning my services are still disconnected. When contacted Nodal office (Vedita) told me that the complaint is resolved in my favor and its been instructed to get the payment reflected but it will take 5-6 days to reflect it and till that time i would have to either make payment or be happy with NO SERVICES. THIS IS NOT REALLY A RESOLUTION. IF I HAVE ALREADY MADE A PAYMENT AND IF YOUR SYSTEM - YES YOUR SYSTEM - TAKES TIME TO UPDATE IT WHY SHOULD I SUFFER FOR 4-5 DAYS. EVEN AFTER ACCEPTING THE LOGIC I MADE SHE SHOWED HER INABILITY TO REACTIVATE MY SERVICES.

                                        I dont know if my complain would make any difference to anyone but this is totally unacceptable as a customer. This is harassment in the form of customer service. When it was error from your side that your system didnt reflect my payment correctly, it was your executive who couldnt resolve this complain over 8-9 months, its your customer care who couldnt solve a complain over a month and your nodal office who even after solving issue couldnt make system update ( a small one) - why should i suffer for alleged -NON PAYMENT ISSUE. Also the point to note is that if i make a payment online it get reflected with 30 min but if a adjusted had to be made on account of error ratification it takes 5-6 days to get reflected.

                                        Getting services for which i paid is my right which Reliance has clearly denied.

                                        One more astonishing feature of your customer care is their constant encouragement to me to reach out for higher authority like appellate / nodal officer as if they were sure that their inefficiency would not be punished by higher up. Please remember - in the era of competition i have plenty of options to get a new service provider (infact if i dont find any improvement i would be left with no alternative. And your executive on 26th September infact offered me his services in letting me know how to discontinue my services rather than trying to keep me with reliance)"

                                        NODAL OFFICER AFTER NOT RESOLVING COMPLAIN FOR LONG TIME AND LEAVING ME WITH NO INTERNET CONNECTION HAD AUDOCITY THAT SOME COMPLAINTS TAKE MORE TIME THAN ESTIMATED. WHEN ASKED FOR CONTACT DETAILS FOR LAUNCHING A COMPLAINT SHE ASKED ME TO VISIT THE BKC OFFICE AND MEET MR. TILAK CHATTERGY.

                                        TO ANYONE READING I REQUEST NOT TO TOUCH AND RELIANCE PRODUCT AS THESE GUYS ARE HERE ONLY TO EMPTY YOUR POCKETS
                                        Yes I totally agree to you.. I also had a reliance netconnect broadband (MDN-[protected] in Hyderabad) but due to extreme poor connectivity I disconnected it after clearing all bills till the date of disconnection. But still these FRAUD RELIANCE EXECUTIVES did not terminate my connection and after several months I get a notice from them that I need to pay a big amount otherwise legal action would be taken. It was only after the call I cam to know that my connection is not terminated. Later on I found that there are hundreds of such people who have been cheated by reliance executives.

                                        I REQUEST ALL READERS NOT TO PURCHASE ANY RELIANCE PRODUCT.
                                        REALIANCE IS TOTAL FRAUD, BIG FRAUD.
