I am user of Reliance Net Connect Broad Band Plus HSD card and my number HSD card number is [protected]. I was getting poor service from Reliance since Dec'09 and I communicated the same by email and calling to customer care. To these request they responded something like this -

I have a reliance Number connection [protected]

I got a meassage from reliance(56785) that they have activated Mitti k rang service combo pack and I've been charged for Rs.30. Within seconds after receiving this message I called *333 and lodge a complaint ()number[protected] and assued that my money will be refunded back to me, but i haven't got it back yet.

Two days after I called again...

Inspite of regular inconveniences still the customer service dept persistant making the same kind of service.

My internet connection is under my father name(K KRISHNA RAO : ID #[protected] because some unknow executive cheated and gave the connection with false promises as my father doesnot have much idea.Inpiste of that I have been using the network since one year.Yesterday I need to get my password reset and I was office...

I want to make a complaint regarding poor service and irresponsible attitude

The bill for june was 827 Rs. and as my Internet Banking (The mode i use for
payment) was not working , i was told that a representative can come and accept
Check payment.

But the day one, when i bought this connection, i m facing call dropping problem in this number. Almost 70% calls are disconnected without talking . I had talk about this problem with the executives...

I am a senior citizen.I am using Reliance Smart GSM mobile since 2005. Since last few months we are facing a frequent problem that without any prior notification Reliance company is deducting some amount from the main balance.When we are contacting the customer care they are saying like you have activated some package so that it has been deducted from your account.But we never have activated such type of package.One or two...

i called customer service to confirm about a world calling card of 449, he told that all call rates to all over asia will be rs 4, but when i called to china there was no change in call rates and rs 9.50 per min was charged... they really made me suffer

IF SOMEONE WANT TO HAVE AN INTERNET CONNECTION THEN DONT BUY COMBO PLAN OF RELIANCE BROADBAND.
BUY ONLY SINGLE INTERNET BUT NOT LANDLINE WITH IT EVEN IF IT IS FREE OF ANY RENTAL.
REASON IS THAT IN CASE OF COMBO PLAN THE MINIMUM RENTALPOSSIBLE FOR INTERNET IS 499. BUT FOR INTERNET ONLY IT CAN BE 99 ALSO. SO WHEN YOU DONT NEED NET FOR 1-2 MONTHS YOU CAN SHIFT TO 99/- IFF YOU HAVE SINGLE CONNECTION.

Under name of 'Mitti Ke Rang" scheme, Reliance communication is deducting money from my prepaid account (No [protected]) & upon calling the customer care they refused to lodge the complaint and showing inability to refund the same.

In other words, they meant to say, do what ever you can do. Please grant us hearing.

I am sanjeev Kumar. My mobile number is [protected] in chandigarh circle. I have lodge complaints at least 10 time at customer care from my other operator number that i am unable to send sms from my number and even i am unable to call at customer care from my number.
My recent complaint numbers are[protected] and[protected]. Please let me know if you have any resolution, otherwise i have to change the operator....

Dear Sir,

I had a Reliance Data Card No. [protected]. Even after lots of complaints I did regarding the damn poor connectivity & terribly low speed, no serious action was taken for it. After so much of inconvenience in your services I got fed up & went to customer care store in janakpuri in the month of October 2009 to check with the issue along with my laptop...

sir, purchase a RIM handset 4-5 years back.
now it was deactivated since 11 oct. due to some document problem/.
then i contacted reliance web world and distibutor submitted the required documnets.
but still there is no response from them. even noe i am not able to call the reliace customer...
