To whomsoever it may concern

I am a current user of the data card(MDN number [protected]) which I have bought from your CMH road outlet in the name of my roomate Soma Jaldhari.

The sale was made to me by Rajesh([protected]).

I had submitted all the relevant documents (lease agreement, PAN card details) of Soma my roomate on whose name I took the connection.

Due to constant shifting I could not take the data crad in my own name.


Last week there was a verification done at the residence.


Two days later on 17th Oct, the connection was disconnected.This came to my notice on 22nd when I was needing to use the internet urgently.

On trying to call the executive, to confirm regarding the problem I got no response.

Because it is a matter of grave inconvenience for me, I had to come to the outlet again.

On reaching here the executive disappeared & the rest of the front desk just said that the application has been stated as negative.


On lot of insistence to understand the problem , I was told that the connection cannot be restarted before thursday/friday.

Also I am now being informed that the nature of accomodation(bachelor) is a reason for the rejection & an additional 1500/- needs to be deposited.

I feel cheated as a customer as i have not been informed about the same at the time of the purchase and there is additional inconvenience caused due to disocnnection without intimation.

I was a user of Reliance data card(CDMA data modem MG880) from November 2007(MDN no [protected]/ SKU Code CDZT05Z1/RSN:RZTCDC[protected]/MSN:MZT[protected]) in Mumbai under the name of Akash Kedia (119/4, Juhu Tarang Apartments, Andheri (W)) as a post paid connectopm.

This connection wasnt used by me from May 2009.There was a payment of 1300 odd Rs that was due on the number that was cleared in May 2009.This was done to reactivate the number.

I went to your outlet in Sion (Circle) to make the payment.On making the payment I was told that the number had been allocated to someone else as a pre-paid number.

On enquiry I was told that I could get another number activated on the data card.

Since I wasnt in dire need so I didnt get it activated , but made the payment all the same (May2009).

October 2010

I am a resident of Bangalore now and have visited the CMH road Web world to get a new number for the data card.But the repeated messages state that the card is blocked.

Plus the database doesnt reflect the previous history o[censored]sage as a post paid connection.

Complaint

I want to know if the device I have is useless simply because the datbase h been mainteained or its been tampered with to reallocate the number.

I had taken a USB connection from Reliance Webworld, J B Nagar on 23rd May, 2011 at the time of application I paid Rs. 1900/- as deposit. Then in the month of July a salesman from Reliance Mr. Anil Dube alongwith Mr.Ram Singh approached me at my residence and asked me to take the Broadband connection, I informed that I already had a USB connection, he suggested that the Broadband connection is better and there will be no disconnection during surfing which I was having with the USB. He also told me he would take care of the USB service disconnection and I would not be charged anything as I am still continuing with the net services. He showed me the Broadband plans from which I chose the Combo 300 Kbps, BIA Plan Code - WICC300KB, though this plan has landline facility he said that since no instrument is available I would only get the Broadband connection. I paid him an advance cheque of Rs.500/- and told him he could start the same from 23rd July, 2011.
When I went to clear my USB connection outstanding, the people at the webworld said I could pay my bill when I received it they did not pay heed to what I was telling them. Later I received a bill for the month even after disconnection. After several visits to the webworld and customercare finally they said I do not have to pay anything, but the question is that the Rs.1900/- that I paid as deposit has not been returned to me as of date. So in other words they have adjusted or illegally taken the deposit amout against my bill.
Now comes the Broadband problem, when I received the bill in the first month itself I received a bill of Rs.;632.96 on checking with the webworld they said that the bill was right as I had taken the 500Kbps connection. They said that since the application was fed wrongly in the system the system had picked up 500Kbps against my form. They did not feel the necessaity to inform me about the same. Neither was I given a receipt for the deposit amount that I had paid. After talking to several people now they tell me to accept this 500 Kbps, why should I accept this? ? Since I am not accepting the same they have disconnected my line, on writing to them as well as talking to them on phone they are insisting that I pay the bill for their mistake / carelesness or they will disconnect the services. IS THIS THE WAY RELIANCE ADA WORKS, THIS SUDDEN DISCONNETION OF SERVICES HAS HINDERED MY ACTIVITIES AND CAUSED INCONVENIENCE TO ME. Request you to please look into this and solve my case. After speaking to Mitesh Vaslani and sending him all the details which he requested for further investigation he has not had the decency to revert back to me. Your help in this matter will be highly appreciated.
I have not received any feedback from Reliance. As usual each time I send a complain on your website the next day I receive a call from Reliance Executive saying that they are looking into the matter. I cannot understand what they are exactly trying to look and find out, when they have already telephonically admitted that this is their mistake, instead of rectifying the mistake they are just whiling away time. On the other hand their call centre keeps calling me regarding the bill payment. IS SOMEONE LISTENING AND WILL SOMEONE TRY AND HELP ME.

    I Virendra Verma Employee Code FWP03607 joined on 18.04.2006 and left on 30.05.2007 had not yet received the salary for April 2007 amounting to 15674/- and May 2007 Salary approximate 6500 with arrears of 9802/-. Despite several visits to Office and submitting the exit form twice as was misplaced by the HRs at the first instance . My email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in and contact no is [protected] and [protected].
    Even the provident fund is also not credited bearing PF Account No DL/31881/7289.
    Every time I am called up and on visit is told that it will be settled and will be credited to account and will phone and inform which is never done.

      I took connection from Reliance communication for 1X data card on 07/10/10 and since the I am facing the prblem.Just pasting the trail mail please go through it.
      Isuus are wrong info.,late in activation,sales. exe. doesn't picks calls,nodal officer doesn't replies to mail,customer care closes the complaint without customer satisfaction.Main issue is miss communication not the goa offer and the pathetic serives related to mail replies and customer care.

      This in regards with the service provided by the reliance communication and its vendor Vriti infocom.They are denying to give me different offers or the same offer which was provided by their exe. Mr. Vishal Verma who is not piking up my phone since last 15 days.

      Also I have sent many mail to the concern team and the way they speak says that we can not do anything.After registering many complaints I have not received the single call from the complaint dept. this is the way how the company take care of their customer.

      I doesn't have any option hence I am writing this mail to Higher authority of telecommunication.The issue started from the day one when I was given wrong information about the time period for the activation of an a/c I was told after making payment on the same day we will activate your a/c and it took 4 days for the same. All the time I was calling to delhi no. and I was getting charged for that.Also about the Goa voucher many wrong commitments were provided to me;speed issue I was told that you will get speed of 100 kbps for downloading where I am getting it in the range of 15-20 with full range,I specifically asked that exe. as I am aware about the downloading and surfing speed.Also for the same many complaints I have registered,I called up customer care 100 times but on one called me up and surprising thing is they don't have conference facility on their phone,they are just playing game of hide and sick with customer I told one of the supervisor to take the exe. on call so that will speck clearly he said we don't have conference facility and before some days one person tried to do the same but exe. has not picked up the phone.hike is that one supervisor told me that sir we don't have this offer ;one said sir this offer is only for high speed data card!One supervisor told me "Sir this is not related to reliance, call to the sales dept." isn't it is funny? customer care takes more that 9 days to solve the problem and still its not solved for me.

      I am really not satisfied with the service provided by this company and the vendors.Before selling the product they touches our feet and after selling they just kick us.Please do something. I have sent mail to many people of reliance but they are least bothered about the complaint of the customer.

      Also please guide me where is the consumer court office in pune where I can visit and register complaint against these both the companies or can it be done online also.I am aware about one link but would like to know from your end.

      Last thing they doesn't have any customer grievance mail id on their site i think it shuold be mandatory like banking has it.

      I am not at all satisfied with the service provided by your client Vriti infocom.I was suppose to receive this voucher on the same but I couldn't received it now there is hike for the wrong commitment given by the sale exe. who is least bother to call to the customer.

      Now,issue is that validity of the voucher is 1 month means within one month I have to send D.D. to the concern hotel(this was not told to me i.e. is was informed that you don't have to pay single rupee). Today is 17/10/10 agains sunday is there so I want the issue date to be changed from 7/10/10 to the date I will receive the confirmation.
      Last thing if it's not possible take away this connection and pay back my money with an apology letter from reliance and vriti infocom because of wrong commitments and third class serivce.

      Also request you to kindly confirm the details of the offer provided to me like unlimited plan @ 450/- Rs;Goa Holiday voucher for 2 person (any body even friend also not mandatory he should be in blood relation.) and week before we have to book it for and validity is 1 yr. I want confirmation mail on this as i can not trust your sales dept as they are not helping me at all.

      Sorry to disturb you again.

      This is in regards with the pathetic service experience from the Reliance netconnect people.I was really wrong that I selected this company but now I would like to register consumer complaint for the same and request you to take strict action against Vriti infocom the seller and reliance communication the service provider.

      I made payment yesterday but after that no one bothered to take care of my connection,sales exe. Mr. Vishal Verma cont @ [protected] is not piking my phone I have called him more that 30 times his colleague Mr. Gurvinder sing is disconnecting my call ([protected]). i have sent to nodal officers also but they have not replied on it as they should reply immediately,I called to Pune nodal officer where my call was transferred and that person was not at all helpful. I received the ID and password but customr care exe. said that my id is not activated and it is on the old customer name also the pin no. provided is wrong may be,and no on is piking the I call I have nearly 15 no.s with me at present also on their website they doesnt have grievance officer ID or contact no and I think it is mandatory.

      This pathetic experience I had with reliance also.I want you to take very strong actions against these all people and reliance communication if you have these kind of vendors cancel your all dealing with this company as they are responsible to reduce faith on reliance like my and many customers like me.

      My first day with the reliance is about to start and the experience on the first day and second day is pathetic sorry to say this but it is how your people work.

      I have taken connection yesterday only,I made payment online as your exe. request Mr. Vishal Verma cont # [protected] who called me yesterday and was very helpful up to my payment after that he was good for nothing.
      Today I have called him many times but neither he is piking my call nor giving me call yesterday he has disc. my call and called me to know some details which I asked for there is a contradiction in this isn't it!
      Seconf thing I have one Pune no. [protected] a person name Mr. Singh who has piked up my call firt he kept me on hold for 2 min. then when I called him again he said" Sir; maine aapko bola tha mai dusare call par hu" strange right.Also I was assured that he will arrange call back from the head office within 10 min. now 45 min. has been passed.

      I called customer care and I have received the following numbers to call on but I am not going to call on any number why should I waste my money.Yesterday when for the documentation I have called up ur delhi office is it free for me? m I your customer or you are mine customer I don't understand. Iwas assured that my connection willl be activated till 8 pm yesterday which has not happened. Second thing exe. came for the collection of the documents after 8 pm my documents were ready at 5 pm itself.

      You can see the trail mail which I have sent to your one of the officer but still he has not replied for that.

      If you can do it then tell me otherwise leave it on me.I am also a shareholder of reliance company since 5 yrs I know whome to mail and home to co-ordinate for this.

      Request you to kindly do the needful to avoid further consequences.

      Reliance High Speed 1X data card — Bill charged on non-usage

      Reliance High Speed 1X datacard numbered [protected] was in use for nearly two year , from 2008. Due to hardware problems the datacard was not functioning for 1-2 months prior to stoppage of the service. For the same reason,a request was raised to stop the service, and request given in October at Reliance communications, Galaxy branch, Tolichowki, Hyderabad. There was a confirmation call from Mr.Kiran from Reliance customer support. After a month, I received a bill amount charging for the previous month, which was not to be as per my request. When was inquired with the Reliance support team, it was found that there was no request raised regarding this. A clarification was requested from Reliance support team every month till March 2011. Even then there was no follow-up though it was stated that action would be taken against this and mistake accepted from one of the Support team members. Now, finally after soo long time ( 6 months ) there was a call from Reliance team ([protected]) informing a notice from Delhi court to pay an amount of Rs.4000 with penalty. I cannot accept this. Pls take action.

        Hi Sir,

        I was Reliance Broadband Customer (User Id :[protected], On Aug 4 2010 I contacted Reliance Customer care and placed a relocation request. My connection was in DLF Phase -3 and I placed relocation request for Sector 30 Gurgaon. Customer care agent asked me if connection is not available at new location then what needs to be done of existing connection. I directed customer care agent to close this connection. Customer care agent said that connection will be relocated with in 5 working days after availability check. I waited for two weeks but no one contacted me and at the end i called them at customer care and they said that my connection can not be relocated as Reliance service is not available in that area. On the Same day one sales executive from reliance came to my new location and offered me new Reliance broadband connection. I didn't understand that why my connection can not be relocated and then I contacted Customer care agent again and asked the same question to them. They didn't helped me again. I wrote email to Reliance nodal officer but I didn't got any reply.

        At the end I took broadband connection from some other provider , but now after one and half months I am getting calls about bill payment of August month.
        When i said about my connection termination , Agent are saying that I need to pay August bill with late fee and all.

        I am calling Reliance customer care every day but they are not helping me and I am getting threatening calls from billing department.

        Please guide on this issue.

          I use reliance broadband internet connection at home. Being unsatisfied with the customer service I submitted a request service termination on 21st April 2008 over phone.

          Later when I called up the customer care on 4th May to know the status of this request, I was shocked to hear that they had closed this request stating that i confirmed them that I am willing to have service continued. But I did not receive any such calls.

          Anyways I submitted another request for termination of service. I am really annoyed to know they are not pushing up things even after my second request.
          I am facing the same problem. No body from their management is listening any customer's problem. Now reliance is going to be the most reliable lutere company.

          My broadband user ID is[protected]. I requested for the disconnection on 28/09/09. The request # given to me was[protected]. I was told that within 48 hrs someone will collect all the devices and instruments. But no one called or came to collect them. I called customer care on 18/10/09 and a representative named Pervez said the service was disconnected as late as 08/10/09 and I will again get a bill for October cycle and also I have to pay them the cost of instruments. Then I have to pay the bill and call them and ask for refund. The rep also didnt give me any service request # for this. and just said within 48 hrs someone will collect the devices which didnt happen again. I request the designated authorities to look into this as this is extremely frustating and an example of poor customer service.
          I had recharged Rs 770 Reliance Broadband connection on sunday 20/6/2010 time around 4 to 5 pm.
          but sofar i didn't get service form reliance broadband connection, last two days i have called lots of time to customer care but they are not reply me possitivly me. so i request u pls provide me service or otherwise i will complaint in consumer court.i hope u will take suitable action for this

            I took a reliance prepaid connection as I recently moved to Bangalore from Hyderabad.
            I have submitted all the documents required to get my new number activated...But I got it activated after 5 days ( ofcourse after contacting the retailer and the customer care for getting activated for many a time)...but even that got barred after 2 weeks and they say the reason that I have not submitted the documents required.
            I donot understand how a sim can be activated even before submitting the documents and if the I contact customer care ...and speak to the team leader....the response I got from them is a request to please go and submit the documents once again at a location..i went there and tried to get my sim reactivated by producing documents once again in vain and they say that they donot accept any documents at that location...I donot understand how customer care can provide inaccurate solutions to people ..even repeated a complaint is logged and I also recharged my sim with 109 topup..which didnt get activated till date.

            I bought sim( my reliance number:[protected] for an amount less than Rs.50...but spent Rs.300+ inorder to get it activated and to produce other details they asked for ..but the response I got from them and the service I received is a very poor one...Please look into this and do the needful to make me utilize my right of valued service for the value of money spent.

            I am asking for quality service for the moeny i have spent.

                I am user of Reliance Net Connect Broad Band Plus HSD card and my number HSD card number is [protected]. I was getting poor service from Reliance since Dec'09 and I communicated the same by email and calling to customer care. To these request they responded something like this -

                "Your actual speed can be as high as 3.1Mbps, but in most real-world situations, you can expect average speed of 500 kbps."

                Hence I raised a billing plan change request on 24-May-10 to convert my billing Plan to Rs. 499/ month (10 GB Night plan), which was not changed till 26-Jul-09. And an excessive bill of amount Rs. 2920 is sent to me. When I raise the concern to Reliance, they say that you actually use net services to that extend. And you have to pay this amount.

                However after a lot of heated discussion with customer care executives (more than 5 times) they agreed to give me a waiver, which will reflect in next bill. And asked me to pay Rs. 1949.00 to clear all the dues, which I did before due date.

                But again in next bill which I received includes the Rs. 499 as pending amount. For which I am still fighting and I haven't paid my last bill.

                By they my HSD services are downgraded many times and even disabled at least twice. And now my services are discontinued since 18-Sep-10.

                Reliance Team is constantly calling me to pay my all dues but they are not ready to resolve the matter. I am fed up by their calls and want to close the connection. But in any case I am not going to pay any amount to Reliance.

                this is truth
                I am also using reliance netconnect broadband plus
                and it never reached its promised speed 3.1 mbps
                sometimes it goes upto 1.5 mbps
                but most of the time the speed remains less than half of 3.1
                and sometimes the speed is so low that i can't even able to logout from any website

                  I have a reliance Number connection [protected]

                  I got a meassage from reliance(56785) that they have activated Mitti k rang service combo pack and I've been charged for Rs.30. Within seconds after receiving this message I called *333 and lodge a complaint ()number[protected] and assued that my money will be refunded back to me, but i haven't got it back yet.

                  Two days after I called again to check the status at 198, customer service representative told me that my complaint is resolved.
                  I told him that I haven’t got my money back and my complaint is not resolved. He told me he can’ t open old complaint again and he gave another complaint number[protected] and assured me that my complaint would be resolved soon.

                  However, I never I got my money back.


                  When I called 198 to check the status, I had a word with Anshul and he told me there is no complaint against my number. He agreed that by fault this service was activated and the fault is from company end.

                  I gave him the complaint number but he told me we don’t have the tool to check old complaints and as there is no complaint against my number. He is not able to check the status.

                  It was quite shocking for me ..!!!!!!!! when he said there is no complaint against my number.

                  It feels that company fooling us and want deduct money adn doing frauds.
                  It is actually a fraud.


                  Please do something about it.

                    Inspite of regular inconveniences still the customer service dept persistant making the same kind of service.

                    My internet connection is under my father name(K KRISHNA RAO : ID #[protected] because some unknow executive cheated and gave the connection with false promises as my father doesnot have much idea.Inpiste of that I have been using the network since one year.Yesterday I need to get my password reset and I was office 25 km away from home and i requested the Customer service represntative to reset password and gave him enough details but he bluntly insisted to give Cust ID # number which i already gave to previous two represantatives on same day and they should have the records.I have to call my parents and keep the phone on confernce to get Customer ID number which my parents are not aware of .I HAVE ATTACHED THE RECORDING to give you the example of service provided by the represantative.There are many instances which caused me so many troubles and bad service.here are the comlaint numbers i registered in last couple of months these are the number which I found and some of the are missing .

                    Dear All,
                    I have been using Reliance Broadband services (with Telephone) since Jan'10. I would like to inform you that since 1 month the services are very poor. There has been several ocassions (approx. 10 times) within 3 months when my Broadband and Telephone was not working. The problem is mostly resolved after 4-5 days still the bill which I receive is for the complete month. There has not been a single month when the the services was available for complete month. When I asked them for bill waiver they simply refused by saying that the query was resolved within time frame, actually it was not. Now my broadband is not working since 16Apr and because of the poor services I have applied for disconnection on 20Apr'10. Till today they have not disconnected the services. They have been troubling me since 1 week because of which my whole family is getting disturbed.

                      I Pankaj Khandelwal has availed two Data cards from Reliance Communication Ltd bearing the following numbers 1. [protected] & [protected] respectively. Plan name RNJ649DATA, which was surrendered by us on 26/10/2009 by depositing entire invioce amount of Rs 1484/- receipt no:- S[protected] , & S[protected] amount Rs 711/-, after making this payment and also submission of both DATA cards we were informed that there is an amount of Rs 330/- is still due on number [protected] and amount of Rs 200/- is due on no [protected]. and the same was paid by us again through receipt No :- S[protected] and S[protected].

                      After making payment of both the cards on time still we are receiving Calls from people from Reliance Communication stating that we have not paid the dues and also asked us that they will issue Warrant against us and will take us to Court of Law.

                      We have provided them several clarifications and also provided them the Receipt nos , But still One Mr Rajendra is calling us from the Number [protected] and asking us that we are going to take Legal action against me and will put me in prison.

                      I request you kindly solve the issue, since I am facing mental tension and cannot work properly.

                        I want to make a complaint regarding poor service and irresponsible attitude
                        from Relience Netconnect. I had a Net connect - [protected].

                        The bill for june was 827 Rs. and as my Internet Banking (The mode i use for
                        payment) was not working , i was told that a representative can come and accept
                        Check payment.
                        I paid the amount by Check which got cashed on 14th July (check number - 940632 HDFC Bank). A few days later , when i found
                        that my internet is not working, i called up the customer care.I was informed
                        that due to Non Payment of Bill , your services has been disconnected.I was
                        shocked and told them to initiate it as the payment has already been made. Then
                        the services was started again in a day.

                        4-5 days later they cut the connection again. I called the customer
                        care and i was told that the services has been discontinued due to non payment
                        of bill.This was really absurd as the amount has already been paid long back and
                        i am being harassed even after paying.He told that a service request has been
                        initiated and your internet will work again in 3 working days.

                        I sent them multiple mails,all the screenshots of my Netbanking statement confirming the payment..still they have cut my connection since July.I was getting regular calls from them asking to make payment (which i had done already).This has caused me trmendous mental agony and i want to have this case registered for me.

                        Reliance Netconnect — Cheque was cashed without providing internet connection

                        Hello Sir,

                        My name is Kalyan Alapati. In the month of July/August 2011, I applied for landline telephone and internet connection. An agent from Reliance Communications collected required documents and cheque (for installation) from me. After 7 days, he called and told me that he could not provide internet connection or landline as they do not have coverage in that area. He told me that he would cancel my application and cheque. But, in Dec 2011, cheque was cashed without providing telephone and internet connection. I called up Reliance Communications, contacted Nodal Officer many times over email. They say that they do not have any records of this transaction. I have my bank statement with me. I am attached screenshot of bank statement. Please help me getting my money back. Request you to lodge a complaint on Reliance Communications. Thank you.

                          This is Vikram kakkar, i had a relaince Cdma no. ([protected]) for the last 5-6 years & i m using it with paying regular bills. Two months back i just bought a new Reliance GSM no.([protected]) for my official usage.

                          But the day one, when i bought this connection, i m facing call dropping problem in this number. Almost 70% calls are disconnected without talking . I had talk about this problem with the executives from whom i had bought this no. , they said they are helpless.
                          Now the problem is i had change my business no. from older one([protected]) to the new GSm no.([protected]). all my business calls are through this no. only. So because of this problem i m losing my business.
                          So yo are requested to give me some solution , for that problem.

                            This is to inform you that I had used reliance postpaid connection Mob-[protected] till Apr-10, after that due to some personal reasons I had disconnected the number on 11.04.2010 at your Reliance web world, Jagatfarm Greater Noida office & clear all my outstanding payment till date of amount Rs. 532.

                            But on 13.09.2010, I got call from the Court - Patiala House, Delhi regarding the legal notice against me registered by Reliance Communication for the non submission of pending bills of amount Rs. 650 approx. I dont know why they of action has been taken from your side when I had clear all my due & proof of the same. (i.e. reciept of bill, message from service centre for the barring of services etc). Today I had also tried to contact with your customer care deptt but no one has given better solution, they were only keep on passing the communication & everytime gives me some other no. to contact (Ref No - [protected] &[protected].

                            I had mailed the same issue to reliance then they revert to get the issue closed asap but no one from them has been contacted till now.

                            Again on 19.10.10, I got a call from the court Mr. Mishra (Mob - [protected]) regarding the non-payment of bill.

                            Lots of communications has been made but not getting the satisfactory results.

                            Sir, pls resolve the issue at the earliest. I am enclosing the receipt of bill which was last submitted at the time of termination.

                            Mobile Communicaion — after disconnecting bill received

                            Sir,

                            it is inform your that i am having one complaing agaist your bill
                            dated[protected] for Rs.427/- . I was having one Internet connection

                              I was using Reliance Broadnet for few months during which the service was pathetic. After many follow ups it did not improve. I used to pay bills in time. When I surrendered my connection, they immediately took the cable and the dish back. They did not send me the bill and also did not talk about the deposit and extra money I paid for the cable. Also their service person used my mobile for fixing up the issue. Now reliance has sent me legal notice to pay the remaining amount. I want first my deposit and the extra money back and then I will pay the bill or they must deduct that much amount from the total bill of Rs. 2018.66

                              send to reliance so they we have a proof.
                              2. Secondly Provide Your Correct Address + Details [Broadband & Landline] so that we can Provide you the Details of your Nearest Nodal Officer of Reliance. You will have to send a written Complaint to him and wait for the reply.

                              3. But Even if your Problem is not Solved, then Post your Complaint with their Response + Your Details at Consumercourt.in
                              The Court will take the necessary Actions.

                              Reliance Broadband — Refund of remaining amount

                              Hi,
                              This is in regard to the reliance broadband connection. I contacted the local reliance office for termination of my connection as i was changing my home. I even told that i would not be available after 2 weeks. Even then no one turned up to collect the phone and modem. This all happened in May 2011. Now they said they were taking legal action and forced me to pay Rs.4500. They have taken complaints for returning back the money but till now there is no one who called regarding that. How can such a big organization be so careless about customers?

                              I need this issue to be closed as soon as possible..

                                I applied for deactivation of Subscriber Call Blocking(SCB) in the month of August,2010 (Request No.[protected] and I received confirmation message(SMS) in respect thereof. But still I have been charged Rs.15/- for the same. I don't know what is the problem lies regarding stopping the SCB service against my no.My current month bill i.e. bill for Oct'2010 shows a Rs.15/- charge for SCB against my no. I have made repeated request to the Customer Care Executives to deactivate the SCB against my no. even to the nodal officer of Reliance Communications (email dated[protected] and[protected]. But the problem persists. No fruitful steps is yet to be done to deactivate the SCB at my mobile no. Even today when I have contacted the customer care executive, he has told me that SCB is still active against my mobile no. [protected]. So, I think Reliance Communications intentionally does not want to stop SCB against my mobile no. [protected]. Is this a good practice? Reliance Communication should not advertise for its good customer care service. It should be ashamed for this type of intentional bad practice.

                                  I am a senior citizen.I am using Reliance Smart GSM mobile since 2005. Since last few months we are facing a frequent problem that without any prior notification Reliance company is deducting some amount from the main balance.When we are contacting the customer care they are saying like you have activated some package so that it has been deducted from your account.But we never have activated such type of package.One or two times they have refunded the deducted amount.But many times they are not giving back. Now on the Dt-16/10/2010 they have deducted Rs 60/- from main balance like as before from the Mobile No-[protected].Though I have contacted to customer care three times they are telling that they will not refund the money, but they have unsubscribed the package which was activated.
                                  Therefore I am very sorry about this matter.Please help me regarding the negligence of the Reliance Smart GSM customer care for which I will be thankful to you.

                                        My name is Rajnish kumar Ravi and my mobile nos. are [protected] and [protected]. I recharged my account of the no. [protected] with Rs 496/- and before doing it I spoke to customer care 2 times with the number [protected] and the customer care exe. told me that I will get facility for free std calls on any Reliance smart connection mobile number. Now after recharging my account I am not getting the facility for std. Now the cust. care exe. of reliance is telling me that it is free for RTO circle when I have not been told. I have clearly asked them that is it free on any std smart no and they told me that yes it is free for any std smart no. Now they are charging me Rs 1.30 per min and when I am talking too cust care exe. then now they are explaining me about RTO and and they are transferring my call again n again to senior cust care exe. where no one is picking up the phone and no one is willing to solve my problem. I have recorded the whole conversation of this time when they are passing my call to senior CCE and no one is listining to me. this time I called them with the no [protected] and I spoke with Mr sanjay jaiswal regarding this problem.

Example of services they subscribed me to:Cricket and other pack like caller tune, and other 2 sms pack. when i m tried customer care no. its always says the line is busy call u later, and their SERVER was down, monthly 30th rs. are cut in my balance as many times, and Customer Care said that it is ur side fault.
                                        how u said that when mobile is switch off and any subsciption pack is automatically activated by my side, i think that any GHOST is in my mobile, i also think that GHOST services is automatically activated in my SIM, So plz anybody can't purchase RELIANCE SIM due to begarness of RELIANCE company, it totally fraud company.
                                        I think that Reliance was cheated his customer, i personally think that all u r going to other Service provider urgently.
