I have a reliance Number connection [protected]

I got a meassage from reliance(56785) that they have activated Mitti k rang service combo pack and I've been charged for Rs.30. Within seconds after receiving this message I called *333 and lodge a complaint ()number[protected] and assued that my money will be refunded back to me, but i haven't got it back yet.

Two days after I called again...

This is Vikram kakkar, i had a relaince Cdma no. ([protected]) for the last 5-6 years & i m using it with paying regular bills. Two months back i just bought a new Reliance GSM no.([protected]) for my official usage.

But the day one, when i bought this connection, i m facing call dropping problem in this number. Almost 70% calls are disconnected without talking . I had talk about this problem with the executives...

BUY ONLY SINGLE INTERNET BUT NOT LANDLINE WITH IT EVEN IF IT IS FREE OF ANY RENTAL.
REASON IS THAT IN CASE OF COMBO PLAN THE MINIMUM RENTALPOSSIBLE FOR INTERNET IS 499. BUT FOR INTERNET ONLY IT CAN BE 99 ALSO. SO WHEN YOU DONT NEED NET FOR 1-2 MONTHS YOU CAN SHIFT TO 99/- IFF YOU HAVE SINGLE CONNECTION.

Unknown charges

Under name of 'Mitti Ke Rang" scheme, Reliance communication is deducting money from my prepaid account (No [protected]) & upon calling the customer care they refused to lodge the complaint and showing inability to refund the same.

In other words, they meant to say, do what ever you can do. Please grant us hearing.

Unable to send sms and call at customer care

I am sanjeev Kumar. My mobile number is [protected] in chandigarh circle. I have lodge complaints at least 10 time at customer care from my other operator number that i am unable to send sms from my number and even i am unable to call at customer care from my number.
