Hi this is Raghavendra Narayan Tiwari. Has Reliance searched new way of earning?
I am having 2 CDMA phones ( [protected] , [protected]) and I an facing problem with my both number. For [protected] Reliance activated Mitti ke Rang and Reliance voice Chat service without any information and any notification. I did not activate also.
When I spoke to customer care then they returned my 30 rs. immediately but for voice chat service they forwarded my complain and finally I got my money.
But I want to know why should I always check my account for saving myself from these kind of mistake done by the company.

Because of these horrible incident I got doubt for my second number([protected]) that probably they have activated some service and when I made a call to Customer care I found I was correct. They had activated voice chat service and renewed it without any information and notification.
Again they have forwarded my complain and told to confirm the status make a call after 2 days.
I am a working person and I cant check my balance every time and this kind of mistake by the company can create some problem in emergency because I am a prepaid user. I am planning to pass my complain to the news channels too because I found that company have so many complains of similar type and I think its not a technical mistake and if it is then should be resolved immediately. I am getting numbers o[censored]nwanted calls and sms. My mother tongue is Hindi and i get calls in Tamil. By disconnecting those calls how can they activate any service. I want some immediate action and my money and some compensation too, since I have faced this issue 4 times.
S I also have faced same problem but got my money.

    sir i have been taken realiance net conect+ no.[protected], & i a hve taken it on postpaid plan but after some time due to less use i have given the request to relaince webworld for converting it into the prepaid
    they tell me before conversion u have to pay the dues & i have pay all my dues of rs 728 on2/6/2010
    & i have given them the application for conversion the give me request no:[protected],after 4 months they are telling u have to pay dues of 4 months alsoof rs 2200 & talking very rudely so please help me in this matter

      Dear Sir,
      My Cell no is [protected]. I am from Hoshangabad Madhya Pradesh. My proublum is automatic deduction of message voucher. On 14.10.10 I had topup my balance with rs.100. Next day automatically deduction of SMS pack done by Rs.39. I thought my SMS pack time was finished so the amount is deducted. Then on 4.11.10 when SMS charging was rs1.00 for messages I recharged with Rs.19 for 1ps SMS pack. Later i came to know that it was charging rs1.00 due to dewali. Then on 6.11.10 my 1ps SMS pack activated. On 11.11.10 a sms came from company saying that my SMS pack is going to expire on 13.11.10. I tried to contact on customer care (198) but they had no satisfactory reply. On 13.11.10 company deducted rs.6.50 for SMS pack for 5 days. As I havent topup the balance & my balance was about rs15.00 only so they deducted rs.6.50. If i had more balance then i am sure they have deducted more amount. Customer Care (198) does not pick up the call a long silence comes at end point.
      Now i know they will say that its time bar case now.
      I am sure you can't do any thing but.......

      Reliance GSM — SMS Deduction

      My mobile number is [protected]. Its reliance GSM number. I have already putted complaint on this site before 20 days. I have also complaint on reliance customer care with request number[protected]. problem is not yet shorted out. In this month Rs. 39 from my balance being cut. I want all my money back.

      Reliance — Amount Deducted automatically when charging

      Dear Sir/ Madamm,

      I have a connection with reliance GSM [protected](Tamilnadu).I am happy with this connection and service .But unfortunately having some problem deduction amount while I was recharging,and fully SMS message is coming.Please stop this message(I did want any message company phone call advertisement,because I am a touring person related with official duty(Roaming)North India & south India.My complaint is that last weak I am charged with RS 100/- dated on 28/04/2011 time 08.08PM after that I an gone to Cochin 30/04/2011 make 2 calls deduct rs 0.50 each and showing the balance Rs 102.053,after some time make an another call the balance amount shows only Rs 52.03.Please advice

      Today I Called Reliance Customer care(*333)at 10.45AM and talk 7mins with your customer care executive and he told me that the SMS from RM-5443(cricket scores) was stopped from 02.05.11.But yesterday and day before yesterday I received the SMS from same no and Same thing i try to explain to your customer care executive but he will not accepting my words.So that herewith I attached the SMS proof photos for your ref.

        I am from Andhra Pradesh, India. I use Reliance GSM connection with No.[protected] Without any communication of any sort or without my knowledge, caller-tune service with some song got activated and periodically my pre-paid balance has been cut every month. To deactivate this caller-tune also, my repeated efforts to send SMS are not successful either. No customer-care redressal is known to me. As a result, I stopped recharging. This apart, I am not able to register my Reliance GSM Mobile connection in National Do Not Call Registry through Reliance Communications website. As no SMS is going out for this purpose from my mobile instrument, I do not know where to lodge the request for this purpose. Everytime I try to send message to this effect, no message for any matter is getting through. Please help solve these problems.

        Reliance Communications — Do Not Call Registry

        I am reliance User([protected]). I had registered a Do not call on 22 Feb. Then they asked me to wait for 45 days to get this activated.

        But the smses and calls still keep me disturbing whether I am in roaming or doing some urgent work, this is really annoying.

        Also the customer care is really bad, they just behave like Govt. employees, the tone and the way customer care executives talk to the customers is really harsh.

        Yesterday when I called the customer care, they told me to wait for another 45 days.

        Kindly get my problem resolved.
        i also registered dnd service under reg.noDND[protected] on 19/02/2009.45 days is over.till they disturb me.

          Dear Sir,
          I am Hardik. I am Reliance (Delhi) user, my number is +91 [protected].

          “INCIDENT No. 1: COMPLAINT AGAINST WRONG DEDUCTION OF BALANCE WHENEVER I RECHARGE”

          I got my number recharged on 03/10/2010 for Rs.200/- around 7.48 PM (as per confirmation msg received). In couple of days my balance got reduced by Rs. 50/- (other than my regular usage).

          I made a call to costumer care asking for the reason for deduction of such balance. As told by him, my number was subscribed to Caller Tune. I don’t understand how does a number automatically subscribe to such service and we, are not uneducated that we don’t know whether we are subscribing to any such service or not.

          I told him to register a complaint to refund that balance, complaint number being[protected] made on 07/10/2010 around 2.58 PM to Firoz (executive).
          I got a msg on 08/10/2010 that your complaint has been resolved, I called them back on that day again that no reversal of charges has been made. As told by him “WE CANNOT REFUND THE BALANCE. HOWEVER, WE HAVE DE-ACTIVATED YOUR SERVICE”. I asked to register another complaint and that executive refused to register a complaint.

          “COMPLAINT FOR NOT REGISTERING AND REFUSING TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT”
          How can a Costumer Care executive refuse to register a complaint of a Costumer and the language used by him was horrible.

          “INCIDENT No. 2: COMPLAINT AGAINST WRONG DEDUCTION OF BALANCE WHENEVER I RECHARGE”

          I got my number recharged on 10/11/2010 for Rs.100/- around 8.23 PM (as per confirmation msg received). Again, my balance got reduced by Rs. 50/- (other than my regular usage) on 14/11/2010 (i.e. today). Since, today (14/11/2010) is Sunday costumer care number is not available. When I will make call tomorrow they will have the same excuse that “YOU DID NOT MAKE CALL WITHIN 24 HRS, THAT’S WHY WE CANNOT REFUND YOUR BALACE” for the very obvious reasons you are not picking calls on Sunday’s. Ultimately, Loss will have to be born by the costumer.

          THESE ARE NOT ONLY JUST TWO INCIDENTS THAT’S HAPPENING WITH ME, IT’S JUST THAT I HAVE RECORDING THESE DAYS STORING THEIR MSG’S AS EVIDENCES.

          I HOPE A SERIOUS ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM. BECAUSE MAKING COMPLAINT TO COSTUMER CARE IS MAKING NO USE WASTAGE OF EFFORT, ENERGY, SPOILING THE MOOD AND THE DAY.

          Reliance GSM — I have not Received Balance agenset recharge

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          Myself, Gaurav Kumar, I had recharge my mobile through internet banking of ICICI Bank on 25 Feb 2009 at 11:30 Am . i call to Reliance costumer care.talk with Superwiser. she say i can't recharge your mobile and i can't return rupees in your icici bank A/c.I have all rededy doing complain in Relince customer care the complain number is[protected]. and ICICI Bank transection id is [protected].

          Iam using Reliance GSM mobile connection service since DEC 2009. Without my permission they are reducing balance in my account very frequently. I called customer care regarding this problem when they first time reduced. Then they told me that this will not repeat again. But again they are reducing balance. Addition to this Reliance new offers calls will come daily upto 10-15. When i try to register my number in NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY (toll free no 1909) It was not getting registered.so plz solve my problem.

          Reliance — wrongly deduction of balance not reversed

          On 13 of july i recharged with Rs.99/- for mobile internet along with Rs.20/- easy recharge for balance around 1:30-2:00 pm.
          On talking to Customer Care the previous day they informed me that the service will get activated as soon as i recharge. so i recharged and service started but around 4 pm i used my mobile net for downloading and a amount of Rs.10/- was deducted from my balance.
          I complaint to the customer care and they told me that they have checked and told they have registered my complaint and the balance will be returned in 48 hours.. but more than 72 hours have been passed and the balance has been not returned ... they have provided me with the complaint id:[protected].

          Reliance Communications Gsm Service — Automatic Balance deduction

          Sir,

          I would like to inform you that, i have complained about my mobile balance deduction, From [protected], when i have complained in customer care helpline number ~198~
          i consulted the executive about my problem of balance deduction when my number was in switched off condition.
          They say that & "Help service" is activated from my side, but i never use this kind of services.
          One of the Executive Talked to me in a very rude manner & voice, he said refunding of any kind of deduction from my mobile balance is completely Non-Refundable in any circumstances, arguing is worthless & disconnected the phone call. After that i also talked to another Head Executive but result was same,,, Non-Refundable Policy of Reliance Communication or R.comm
          Kindly act over my request send to you,
          Same This type of problem was in my previous number [protected] in which they have deducted Rs. 30/- for a "News pack services" two times after deactivating the services.
          and not refunded a single penny, Till Now !!!!!

          Reliance GSM — Recharge of balance

          Respected Sir,
          i made couple of recharge on internet banking one for (i) Rs.100 and other (ii) Rs.99.by ICICI Bank payment reference no.[protected] &[protected] respectively...
          An SMS for successfully recharge of both the transaction i received... but the balance i received for first one only as other one is their gprs plan is not credited till now as in made transaction on 11.03.2011 at near about 2200 hrs to 2300hrs.
          even i registed complaint with them vide complaint no.[protected].... today they replied me your complaint vide this no. is resolved but still my gprs account is not showing any credited balance (in Megabytes).

          plz guide for futher necessary action

          Reliance Gsm Communications — Wrongly Balance Deducted

          Hi,
          I am a user of Reliance gsm service from past 6 months... My no. is [protected].
          I have been activated the blackberry plan of a week for Rs. 99 On 30th Of June.. I was using my services very easily. On 5th Of July at around 3:09:24 AM. I have received a message stating as your Mobile Internet plan got active for which I had been charged for Rs.51.. And the balance got deducted form my A/c. Without giving any kind of intimation to me. So On the same day I have launched a complaint regarding the same. And on the same day my blackberry services were also barred I was not able to use it. Till now I have been called many a times for getting my service to be activated .. And still they have not activated my service they tell that your service is activated I had talk with one of the blackberry executive named as Ms.AFREEN. She tells me that check the sim card in the RWORLD,, This thing happend with me for the 2nd time and now I wont tolerate this...
          So I just request you guys please look into the matter and revert the incorrect charges.. And Activate My blackberry service which I haven't use for 2 days...

          my number is [protected] wants to say that on 5 September my balance got reduced by rupees 21 after taking the plan of rupees 29 (rel to rel night calling free).
          from that day i complained so many times but still not getting any response from reliance communication
          from that day now i have 3 complain numbers but did not get any benefit of it because of this i m facing many problems and the executives are also not replying properly
          my total loss is around 50 now

            Reliance — incoming call problem

            I hemant bajaj having reliance mobile no. [protected]. I applied for porabilty from reliance cdma to reliance gsm dt. 4/08/2011. On 6/8/2011 my gsm connection was activated but I am unable to recieve incoming call till 19/08/2011. inspite of many reminder on custmer care and reliance nodal office. Every time they ensured me to solve the problem within 24 to 48 hours but it is not stiil solved. I am suffering huge loss in my bussiness due to this. Please register my complaint and take necessary action against Reliance com.

              I have been requesting to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid for nearly 2 months. I have been using this service since last 6-7 years without any default in payment, but after I informed them of having got a new connection of Vodafone, they have been trying to harass me and want me to pay outstanding amount which consists of rental only. These rentals are pertaining to months after I have informed that I want to convert to prepaid and will not be paying the rentals thereafter. It is very sad that they just misuse their power as if no action could be taken against them as they are big enough compared to small customers like us. They refuse to accept any Complaint Letter in their outlet and give the acknowledgement. Being a Citizen of the Biggest Democratic Country, it seems that the Democracy is being lost against bigger and powerful names. They had that courage to convey to me to pay outstanding amount which consists of only rentals without any usage before converting into prepaid. They want to just pass the time and adding rentals to the bill and make easy money as they are confident that no action can be taken against them. Hope my voice and concern will be taken care of.

              Reliance Communications — mis use of prepaid amount

              Dear sir,
              I am one o[censored]ser of relaince cell phone, last week around 10.30pm I got SMS saying your caller tune is activated and if you want unsubscribe pl do SMS which I did immdiatly,by morning aound 4am another SMS saying you dont have suffcient balence pl recharge to avial the srvice which had become Rs -0.92-/ , I am never ever interested in any kind of those services,but I had around Rs. 22/-, then I called up custamer care it was answered by Mr. Damodar and he said we had taken care of your sms and it will be de activated within 3 hrs, you will recive confirmed SMS, as he said I had recived SMS, but till today even after week, my balence is is negative only, Is relance has become so poor to snacth people's miney lkie this, they dont provide quality of service frist, intereption in peak business hrs, above that no coverage even slight interior of highways, where CDMA service is avilable but GPRS is off, as we are not subscribers and we not giving money, and claims largest service providers with worst service.I had written complaints to nodal offcier yet no response from, could kindly help/ guide in this regard,

              Reliance Communication — Conversion of post paid into prepaid

              Since last 3 months I have been requesting to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid connection but it has not been done. now after a month of constant mails to them they have replied to pay outsatnding amount first which is the rental amount of last 2 months. In the last 2 months, I have not used their service at all. And in the first mail, I had already informed them that For any delay on their part I am not going to pay any rental. It is purely a HARASSMENT from their end. It was very disappointing that I have been using their services since last 6-7 years without any default in payment, and I have been given this type of treatment just because I have informed them that I have already bought a new connection from Vodafone. Hope my complaint will be taken care of without any delay.

              Reliance Communication — Non Conversion of postpaid to prepaid

              My self Rakesh jain Partner of Fina curve using RIM services have requested 3 times to convert our corporate postpaid connections to prepaid and last detail of submitting of detail is 13-oct-2011 when i paid RS 2220 and 1000 for complete settlement of dues and completed all formalities required for converting to prepaid. Once received the call that your number will be converted prepaid within 5 days and received 2 message regarding it. which had SR No.[protected] and SR No.[protected] has been processed on 18-oct-2011 and after that on 20th i have called customer care who said that they have no information why its not converted yet and they cant support any thing. Then asked me to visit the web world and they also didn’t helped me in this matter and after that i havent received any sms or call for why mine No is not converted ..

              After that i have called several times to customer care and every time they say that the system is in up gradation and they cant receive the request at the moment and as to call latter.

              i have mailed to nodal officer on last Tuesday (15th Nov 2011) but yet i haven’t received any mail or response from their side.

                RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS CDMA — No deactivation of number after through MNP number shifted to IDEA.

                      I am happy customer of Reliance GSM service, I have been using GSM service of reliance since last one and half year. last week my sim card (no-[protected]) got some problem. I visited reliance customer care outlet here, they told me that THEY DON'T HAVE ANY BLANK SIM CARD LEFT AND NOT A SINGLE OUTLET OF RELIANCE CARE IN PUNE HAS BLANK SIM CARD IN SPARE, so you have to purchase it from outside which costs nearly Rs.250. THEY DONT KNOW WHEN STOCK WILL BE PROVIDED.
                      I know that new sim cards are so much cheaper than this one but how can we retain our old no which becomes our identity by the time, I doubt if this is companies policy to make people buy new sim cards. but this is only going to make image of company bad.

                      I lost my sim card on Sunday 31st May and registered complaint regarding the same at one of the Reliance Store named Devdhar Communications, Shopprix Mall, Noida 201301 UP. They issued me new sim card after submitting all relevant documents and a deposit of rupees 100. I was informed that it will take 3 hours for the sim to get activated. However, even after 4 days of waiting and submitting my documents twice my number is still not activated. Tried calling the contacts number multiple times there was no response from the store people. Sent multiple emails regarding the same as well but all in vain. Could someone could please help me get my number activated.

                        my full name Sreedhar Lade and i am using reliance post paid from 3 months, actually i have made of portability of my airtel network to reliance network because of misguidence received from one of your employees. But i have problem with reliance gsm network at my office which is at Lalru, Punjab.                           I have used reliance prepaid mobile # [protected] for roaming (TN) and here i am using post paid connection ([protected]). I have another reliance mobile for my home in Bangalore that is also prepaid connection.

                          Usually i have recharged every month for prepaid connection. Yesterday i come to know my home # showing balance of -2.96 for that i have recharged 3 days back only. Then i called customer care regarding this balance issue and they have agreed that without intimation to the customer they have subscribed for voice chat for Rs.30/- and got reversed based on my complaint.

                          Today i have checked my [protected] i was recharged for Rs.100/- on 19/10/2010. But now it is showing only Rs.3/- as balance without using much. Regarding this i have raised query to Reliance customer care. But they told that if any debit (with out knowledge of customer) with 3 days they complaint they will reverse or else we have to complaint reliance outlet only.

                          For reversing this Rs.50/- if i go to reliance outlet it will take Rs.120/- for auto fare. But they told that if you want to reverse the money you have to make expenses or don’t raise complaint like that. But my concern is reliance only the subscriber they are doing (Debiting or charging) deductions this kind of way (without the knowledge of customers) especially in Bangalore.

                          I worrying about the small customers they joined reliance only for to reduce the cost but if the public knows they are earning or fraud this way to small customers very much get affected. I want to give the awareness to public about the reliance customers.

                          So, if any one can help me out to raise the compliant about reliance to Govt or Telecommunication.

                                    Complaint No[protected]Dt[protected] is closed without rectify problem and my approved.
                                    Complaint No[protected]Dt[protected] is for same complaint but complaint is not rectified .

                                    This is purely wiring problem.

                                    Due to long distance from junction box to telephone line.

                                    Why reliance broadband engineers avoid to rectify this problem?

                                    Reliance broadband engineers/ field engineers are qualified to rectify this simple problem?

                                      I have been user of reliae GSM for last 1 year, reliance company i had activate my L20 plan 8 months ago after using 1 month I sent request to deactivate same service after that that service has got deactivated but suddenly after 2 days i recieved message that My L20 pack has successfully has renewed. and since then every months and every time I used to send request to deactivate that service but my service has not deactivated and continously amount get deducts. no one is about to listen my problem.

                                        I followed "http://myservices.relianceada.com/ImplWLSStoreRechargeAction.do" website to rechare a 55 topup on 09.11.2010 expecting the talk time I will get as below

                                        MRP (Rs.) 55
                                        Admin Fee (Rs.) 2
                                        Service Tax (Rs.) 5.14
                                        Regular/Core Talktime (Rs.) 47.86
                                        Total Talktime (Rs.) 47.86
                                        Rules Applicable only for AP, BR, CL, CN, DL, HP, HR, KL, KT, MH, MP, Mum, OR, PB, TN, WB

                                        But after recharge I found only 55 talktime as a promo balance for 7 days valid. I talked to customer care but they replied may be the content of website is old one, our recharge is correct etc etc....

                                        Customer care refused to lodge a complain and still the same recharge is available in the website to make people fool.

                                        I have recharge 149 twice, my last recharge was active till 17th march, 2011 and when i recharged it for 3rd time i got conformation msg but i was not getting any benefit of that plan, then i called to customer care they told me that the plan was closed on 12th march so u will not be benefited . Then my question is that even after close of that offer how i have got the conformation msg and where the value of my Rs149 is. I request to Reliance to solve the matter otherwise i will be forced to take further steps. my no is [protected]. Many times i have been also charged for things not done by me,
                                        I have given complaints to the customer care of RELIANCE but got any benefit, so i request to do the favor to me

                                        Reliance — false recharge

                                        I bought a new reliance sim and did a recharge of Rs. 594 through my local retailer. This package was supposed to give me 1800 min Reliance to Reliance free. however this package is not working and money is being deducted from my account for calls i make.I registered my complaint to reliance customer care many a times through my phone and also wrote a written online complaint. however till now i have received no information from the company regarding my complaint. the company representatives where supposed to give me a call within 24hrs both for the online and on phone complaint as was told to me by the customer care, however i have failed to recieve any such call till now. it has already been 10 days since i have been trying to resolve this problem
