Dear Sir

I am a corporate customer of Reliance india mobile my number is [protected] since long time, but now i am totaly discourage from its monopoly and frauding nature.

they always deduct some money from my balance against some chargable pack, whwn i never send any request to activating any pack. i want to clarifiaction from reliance for this type of frauding.
i have alraedy complianed to its customer care department many time but no any solution received by him. kindly look the matter.

Reliance India Mobile — Wrong deduction amount

Dear Sir,

I Miss Kavita Kumari am using this no. from 7th November 2007, I have taken this number on my father’s name, want to say that I was feeling very bad with your service because from last 30 days I noticed that again & again my balance is decreasing without any reason. First time 10/- was noticed, 2nd time again 10/- & 3rd time also 10/-. I am really very surprised due to this & when I tried to know the reason of this it was told that you would have asked educational packed & would have received a message also. But after telling me that there is no such type of messages in my inbox, my mobile has been checked & it was told to me that it was wrong decrement & your amount will be return but it will take 2 days. I wait for 2 days but due to negative response again I had to go, it was told that it will take 3 – 4 days, I just waited but again I received negative response. Finally last time again I loose my 1/-.

Due to this I am so fed up& unable to know the reason of this & don’t want to recharge my mobile because I think that perhaps same condition could be happen with me.

I request you to look into the matter &treat the matter as most urgent & reply sharp.

Tomarrow 2.11pm I had called to your comstember representative. She had give wong information about about night talking. She had talked to me if you rechared with Rs. 41 your may get free calling at night at 10'o clock to 8'o clock, but this time they had not used.
Please i request you kind this information.

last week i have recharged with 195 R2R free coupon, but when i make a local RIM call, amount deducted from my amount balance. i have logged complain also for same, but problem remains unresolved.

i would like to complaint why they deduct Rs 6.00 from my balance about that cricket message coming from message centre 51300..though i didnot activate or joint that group..please do the needful ahead...

    This is the second time I have to lodge a complaint against Reliance communications. It seems like I am a target for them. Every 15 days they deduct 30-40 Rupees from my balance. They did the same today 19 November 2010. An amount of 30 Rupees was deducted without ANY sort of notification. Not even a call not even a message. And that too when all the schemes that I have on my number are already renewed and no other pack has been requested. Kindly look into the matter. As a consumer I cannot afford to lose 30-40 Rupees for nothing every 15 days. And on top of everything, the customer care number is 24*7 busy. How are we supposed to contact them?? And then they say it is our fault that we did not report this inconsistence to them. Hmmpphh!!! :@

        I got a sim no.[protected] paying more than Rs. 120/- towards "this charge and that charge" which includes talktime for Rs. 20/-. I kept the sim without using. After two or three months, I started using the sim and tried to phone. A message came as" your prepaid balance account is low. Pl.recharge". I wonder how the amount of Rs. 20/- will diminish eventhough it ws not used?

        When I asked for clarification from their helpline, I was informed "you had opted for a service for which a sum of Rs. 30/- has been recovered". When I have not at all used the sim, how could I have opted for the service.

        I request the concerned authority to direct the
        Reliance to submit the details of amount paid by me and details of amount debitted.

        This incident is not new to me. Already I had a bitter experience with them who debitted arbitrarily from my prepaid account related to cell no. [protected].

            Reliance Communications — Want to get a call number resrticted

            Respected Sir,
            I Geetika Chopra user of your services from the past 2 years would request you to kindly take an action and restrict any calls on my mobile number [protected] from 2 std reliance numbers [protected] and [protected] i recieve alot of threatning calls from these 2 numbers and i would also file a police complaint for the same as it distracts alot...
            I would request your concerned team to either deactivate these numbres by hiding this identity of mine otherwise restrict the calls on my number which is [protected].

            This is really sad to say this still i have not got any comments or any
            answer from ur side of my case.I Dont no how u guyz are handling my
            case and on which terms and conditions luk m not in a mood to cause
            anything or to compromise anything i want that man who was using my
            number to number to get restricted immediately otherwise i need to take
            a court action against that customer and ur reliance.

            This is to attrocious to say that, Issuesing of number without nay proper checking of documentation and signature (Identification and sign) by the Applet officer with the cause of loosuing my number, It is too obnaxious to the people behaviour by the checking officer at the perticular applet.In this regard please take the action to retrive my number unless it leads to legal action under consumer act.

              I had been using internet connection (USB connection) by Reliance. I used for sometimes and then I stopped using it since last April. I also put a request for disconnection that time. But somehow they had not disconnected my connection and it has been active for sometime. I don't know how long exactly has it been connected.

              I have been asked to pay some penalties along with the monthly rentals which I have never used.
              I have been called numerous times by billing dept. I have clearly mentioned what the status is but still no help and lots of calls again.

              Finally they have sent me a notice for some lok adalat.

              Can you please help ?

                Dear Sir, My prepaid reliance No is [protected]. On 18 Nov 2010 I come to know that there is unauthorised balance cutting from my prepaid balance as Jobs on Phone and Find a Friend service is active on my number. But I never requested to activate above said two services. Reliance customer care excutive is not givng any satisfactory reply. Please refund my amount charged for above said services and further do not subscribe any paid services on my No. Pl do the needful.

                  i am a pre-paid customer of Reliance GSM (RIM), I have recharge my cell no [protected] of Rs 100 top-up in dec, after 1-2 days when i checked my remain balane i found my remaining balance is only Rs. 2.90 apprx.
                  when i call to reliance custome care he said me that some sevice pack is activated in your number and deducted Rs 96., but i never call or said or anu request send for activation of such pack. i think this is a froud, Request you to kindly look into the matter.

                  Dear Sir, This is Rupesh Srivstava, My mobile no is [protected]. this no is reliance india mobile GSM service. Relaince had deducted 36 rupees in my account.. I have complained in reliance at 14th January 2012, after 3 days reliance customer care is saying, money will not be refund, because, you have activated plan. But I had not actived any plan.

                          This is regarding the change of name request submitted by me in the reliance web world at Viman Nagar Pune. I had submitted the request in the month of July and after repeated visits and repeating requests, the name was changed to Nancy on the No. [protected] in the last week of September.
                          But on 10th October, my services were suspended with the reason documents are not available, even though just a week back, I had personally checked the presence of documents at the Viman Nagar web world. Even then I resubmitted my documents and still the services are in suspended state and now the reason I have been told is that the address verification has failed (I had asked for name change and the address/address proof supplied is for the same old address).
                          In a week of time, services to the number [protected] were terminated.
                          Now after running from every pillar to post, and asking reliance team repeatedly for the resolution, I had given up hope.
                          I believe Reliance Communication seeks ways to harass its customers. In this entire episode, we were never informed about any action that reliance took on the above numbers.
                          I request consumer forum to blacklist reliance communication as a cheat/fraud company.
                          I agree completely on the statement that reiance should be black listed. As they are seeking new ways to harass people once the product is sold.

                            I am facing a problem that my balance get reduce, I am reliance gsm customer from 1 year .My no is[protected] Today my balance is dedected from my mobile, Subscribing of live chat packs has been activate but i never used to activate this i dont know how thats happened .Still I have called customer care for 3 time they only say the system is upgradeable call us 2houre letter .                               I have bought a Reliance Netconnect broadband+ from
                              "Reliance Web World
                              Azimganj House, 7 Camac Street,

                              "on 13nov 2010.At the time of purchasing they told me that your data card would be activated within 1 hr and in worst case it will take maximum 72 hr.but i am sorry to inform u that more than 100hrs have been passsed but it has not yet been activated .I have informed reliance web world about this but no action till now has been taken and the also they donot pickup the phone given to me ie [protected].
                              I will request u to take proper action against this unresponsible behaviour and activate my data card as soon as posssible.

                                Reliance sucks really. Believe me they have a poor software team and equally unresponsive and unconvincing telephone guys who have been told to resolve customer grievances.
                                I have a 10gb day and 10gb night plan.

                                They (freaking reliance) charged me Rs.1300 more because they say, that their system shows that i have downloaded 2.5 gbs more than my limit, whereas when I check it on the "my services page", the page still shows underused amount of data. When i call them and complain about the issue they say that their "myservices" page is still being worked upon and hence cannot be trusted. So they tell me that I always have to download the "my usage" from my services into excel sheet and then apply "filters" in excel and "some add functions" to accurately see the exact downloads split into day and night separately. This is the full proof way i can track and thus (personally) limit my usage.

                                then they say: they cannot help me and i have to pay the full amount.

                                I would never recommend buying reliance to anyone. Buy Tata Photon.......Ratan tata is such a noble man. Anil dirubhai is not......mean business man always ready to raid poor and helpless customers pocket.
                                Once my friend had some complaint regarding billing from tata photon. They (tata customer grievance cell) did not even consider it twice before issuing him a waiver. Tata is that good.
                                Buy tata. Reliance is not at all good. Tata has better speeds as well.

                                software — Broadband

                                Hello,
                                Our broadband connection gets disconneted very often we have cisco linsys modem the bsnl persons say that it is the modem problem but the modem works good uptil 9:20 am and after 5:25 pm i dont know who is to blame.

                                Reliance Netconnect broadband — Cannot make payments

                                I have a reliance netconnect No. [protected], and from the last 3 months have been tryiong to get in touch with relaince to tell me how to make payments for the same through netbanking. Each time the customer care exec tells me that he will add the netconnect service to my account , and do this or do that, but till date I am not able to make paymnts through the net banking.

                                If anyone form Reilance is listening to this, all i have to say is that the reason i will opt out of relaince net connect is the beyond PATHETIC supposrt service... its is very frustration to ech time call the godforsaken custimer care lines.. and wait for hours before something will happen, and then eventualy NOTHING happens.

                                Reliance Netconnect broadband — excess payment recieved but no reciept or refund issued

                                i am reliance netconnec user with id [protected] in my name for the month of february i recieved a bill of 2650 which i paid via credit correct on the company website almost 5 times as it was continously demonstrating that sorry transaction could not be completed , while it was being charged every time , from my hdfc credit card. The company on enquiry just admitted to the mistake and has only given an apology to me with no proiper redressal ,refund or reciept of my payment being issued .
                                kindly help me as i am an unheard voice against this large but poorly managed company

                                  I recharged with Rs.99/- to activate GPRS plane befor two days. but its not activated and while i call 198 then they inform me that ur R-R 500 calls [protected]@month is activated by mistack. but if i call on Reliace phone then also my balance deducted from my main A/c balance.

                                    Two month ago, I purchased Reliance data card with 3.1 MBPS Speed. But still yet I haven’t get more then 256kbps speed

                                    Continuously. I have another issue with this card is: disconnecting signal after every 5-10 minute. So that I can’t work online application.
                                    I complaint to reliance care 3-4 days before. But still no solution …..
                                    So, I am too much tired and need to return my money.

                                      This is very irresponsible reply from Relaicne and I do not expect such poor response.

                                      I got one bulk msg again from same numnber after lodging complain and you are are saying number in valid.

                                      There are many numbers mentioned in SMS ...call................did Relaince caled them adn asked them to stop or how did you said number invalid.

                                      Pls. look into this . I know what TRAI has said and what is comsumer court and................other ways to handle this.

                                      Pls. understand this I have taken so much pair to write this long email.

                                      I should not received any buld msg whom I have reported else I will be cound to take other ways.........

                                        This is with reference to discontinuing my Reliance landline telephone connection. I have deposited my Telephone set at nearest service center at Mathura on 13-July-09. I was assured by local agent that I will get my balance security deposit refund in next 30 days. Now even after 16 months I have not received my refund of security deposit and excess billing amount money.

                                        Hello Ojaswi,

                                        Once the financial period is over, reliance have very limited authority to access your files and make any transactions/refunds.

                                        The service request no. will always put you in a que and most of the time they are just ignored. Sorry to say that but this is the kind of service you would get from reliance.

                                        I would suggest you make a complete file with all the details, write an application, go to any reliance centre and ask them to fax it to the head office in front of you.

                                        And wait for the call for next 72 hours. If nothing happens you can take that file to district consumer forum, and file a case. It would take long, and your involvement too, but it might get you your refund, and the value of your time and efforts, in monetary terms.
