I would like to draw your attention towards how much Reliance care about cusotmers........ today night 3.39AM SMS " Dear Custoemr your SR No[protected] has been processed , Thank you for being with Reliacne:....From 59111 01.11.2010 3.39 ..............it is time to send msg to any customer?????
Would you like to get SMS MSG this time or your mamager will like it or Ambanis will like to get this kind of msg in late night ?
Imagine kind of mental situation ...........................
I had requested to block bulk markeitng SMS and got very surprising reply from Reliance.
" Dear Relaince cusotmer with reference to your request no[protected] Telemarketer number given is in valid hence request can not be processed.
from RM -Reliance 31.10.2010 , 9.30 AM."
This is very irresponsible reply from Relaicne and I do not expect such poor response.
I got one bulk msg again from same numnber after lodging complain and you are are saying number in valid.
There are many numbers mentioned in SMS ...call................did Relaince caled them adn asked them to stop or how did you said number invalid.
Pls. look into this . I know what TRAI has said and what is comsumer court and................other ways to handle this.
Pls. understand this I have taken so much pair to write this long email.
I should not received any buld msg whom I have reported else I will be cound to take other ways.........
I am open to received only those msg which are subscribed by me nothing beyond this. and I am using this number for last 3 yr understand value of customer........

Reliance India Mobile — Wrong deduction amount
Dear Sir,I Miss Kavita Kumari am using this no. from 7th November 2007, I have taken this number on my father’s name, want to say that I was feeling very bad with your service because from last 30 days I noticed that again & again my balance is decreasing without any reason. First time 10/- was noticed, 2nd time again 10/- & 3rd time also 10/-. I am really very surprised due to this & when I tried to know the reason of this it was told that you would have asked educational packed & would have received a message also. But after telling me that there is no such type of messages in my inbox, my mobile has been checked & it was told to me that it was wrong decrement & your amount will be return but it will take 2 days. I wait for 2 days but due to negative response again I had to go, it was told that it will take 3 – 4 days, I just waited but again I received negative response. Finally last time again I loose my 1/-.
Due to this I am so fed up& unable to know the reason of this & don’t want to recharge my mobile because I think that perhaps same condition could be happen with me.
I request you to look into the matter &treat the matter as most urgent & reply sharp.
