Reliance Communications — internet connection-wrong allotment of plan

Sub:internet connection-wrong allotment of plan-regdg.
Ref:reliance internet telephone no:[protected].
This is an application to bring to your notice that when i subscribed for reliance internet connection to my laptop, i opted for Rs.400 monthly plan with 20 free hours during day time and 40 free hours during nights with initial two months free usage.
To my surprise, without prior intimation and my consent i am alloted monthly plan of Rs.650 and collected excess charges from me in the subsequent two bills. On verification it came to light that one Ashok, the reliance employee through whome i subscribe to reliance internet connection misrepresented and misguided me. Because of it i had to pay excess amount under the two bills dt:22-9-08 and 22-10-08. On my insistance, i am placed under Rs.400 plan from this day onwards. Because of this discripancy on the part of reliance agent, i had to pay excess amount. Hence the ensuring bill may be adjusted.

I GOT INSTALLED LAND LINE AND INTERNET CONNECTION UNDER YOUR RS.450/- PLAN ON 13/08/08 WHERIN UNLIMITED SURFING & DOWNLOAD FOR RS.400/- AND RS.50/- FREE CALLS PER MONTH WAS PROMISED. I WAS TOLD THAT MY LANDLINE NO. IS 30225791.

ON 28.08.08 I RECEIVED A CALL THAT I HAVE TO PAY OVERDUE PHONE BILL FOR JULY'08 RS.512/-. I WAS SURPRISED SINCE MY PHONE WAS INSTALLED IN AUG'08 THERE WAS NO QUESTION OF ANY BILL FOR JULY'08. ON QUERY FROM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE I WAS TOLD THAT THE INTERNET CONNECTION IS IN MY NAME BUT THE LANDLINE PHONE BEARING NO. 30225791 INSTALLED AT MY HOME IS REGISTERED IN SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME AND SOME OTHER NO. IS REGISTERED IN MY NAME.

THE NO.30183390 REPORTED REGISTERED IN MY NAME & ADDRESS IS NOT INSTALLED AT MY ADDRESS AND I DON'T KNOW WHERE. NO ONE FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE OR YOUR EXECUTIVES WHO INSTALLED THE CONNECTION ARE EVEN READY TO PROPERLY LISTEN TO THE SERIOUS PROBLEM KEEP APART SOLVING THE PROBLEM . IN VIEW OF THE CURRENT SCENARIO REGARDING USE OF E-MAILS AND PHONE CALLS, THIS IS A SERIOUS SECURITY LAPSE & THREAT TO ME & MY FAMILY.

Reliance Broadband — link,wrong plan

I took a broadband connection form reliance on 31 August 2009.I am not getting link from 3 days.i have complaint in customer care.but they didn't solve it.marketing executive told me wrong plan.

Dear Sir,
Pls go thr' attached bill of my mobile & SMS from Reliance. In this following wrong billing is done.Compony sms me that,this pack is free for you & says to dial 56552 & after dialing this no. I heard that you have been successfully subscribed without asking me any option.I had given complant in Customer care of Reliance,some customer care representive refuse me to give me biill weive & some told me that it is free to you,but after going thr' bill it is false.

following SMS I got from Reliance------they send a joke & after joke ---suniye aise hi natkhat jokes apne phone par call 56552 bilkul muft ------from RM56552
I am having both proof of SMS stored in My mobile.
I am claming for my losses & time wasting in calling in customer care & mentaly harashment from compony.
Pls call me for any assistance required.
