    Last year i filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at Velachery, Chennai, got temporary card(no [protected]), but as of now i had not recd permanent card, spoken to your customer care two month back they confirm the address etc but i had not recd the same, kindly look into the matter and arrange to despatch the same at earlist possible.

      Reliance — Customer Care Stupids

      We have recharged our account with Rs. 100. we requested for two channels namely HBO and Star cricket .We were told that the channels will be available for viewing in half an hour time. But it has not been activated even after 6 hours

        Sir, have been Working with Reliance 1Year, I handlled Sales Aswell as customercare, i dont know but inspite of some reason
        Mr.Sandeep Biswas Has fired me on the spot, I was ready to give intimation and work, but they fired me, they fired on date 19agust2008
        and at that time they told me your performance is poor but sir i request you u can cheak my work, i was working at
        (05002), Relief Road webworld i hav not any problem but after that mr Sandeep Biswas has Put my salary on Hold and i called them many times for that but they talked very rudely and told me i will not give you your salary, Sir i respect Reliance group and It eas my first job so i respect but sir if top managment behave like this then what we can do its effect in reliance prestige, Sir in A'bad i m living in Hostel if they beahave crucial then wht ?
        I called Mr. Sandeep Biswas for my salary and ro know termination reason but they did not talk properly and use abusive language, now sir i request you give me sollution,
        i had coordinate with Mr.Parin Patel(Store Mngr.) and also i talked with Mr.Gopal(H.R.In backend) he told me your salary put on hold by Sandeep Biswas.

        I joint Reliance for make my future make a good carreer but it spoil my carreer and given me frustration
        sir i ask you teell me honestly is it fair???????
        sir i can take leagally action but i respect realiance group and i know to develop our country and gujarat its given great contribution so i dont want to rake any action which can effect on relieance geoup prestige . i request you sir please help me.

        Sandip Biswas is the most idiotic and irrational person I have come across. He doesn't even know how to talk properly. I have neither worked under him nor had any issues per se. But talking to him for two minutes you can figure out he is egoistic fool who has just got ahead owing to his stay in the firm when the telecom market was on the upswing. His mind is imbalanced.

          "IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST"

          I received reliance mobile bill for Rs.428.30 and i paid Rs.430 for the same.The next bill received should have a credit of Rs.1.70 but the adjustment was missing in the bill.When contacted customer care and got the reply as the software problem.The problem is only with ONE RUPEE and below it.

          The fact is that there are 20 millions customers of Reliance and this results in collection of huge amount for the company.I think some steps should be taken to prevent this.

              To day afternoon a have got a call from reliance, I received the call and then immediately I disconnect the call. After some time when I checked my balance I shaw that 30/- Rs had been deducted. But when I call Reliance local Regional office to complain about the incident they told me that I have activate Reliance Music Station But from best of my knowledge I can say that I don't do that. When I want to complain about the incident Reliance local Regional office don't show any interest on my phone call. My mobile phone number is [protected] and my state is West Bengal(Bengal Circle).

                Guys i am using BSNL data card since 6 months.Its the cheapest and the fastest if you compare to Reliance an Tata indicom, these priveate providers charging too much as tarrifs. I am using BSNL unlimited wireless internet for just 420 Rs per month. I don't think that any private wireless internet operator can't even beet the BSNL with the tariffs and the speed.
                I brought this data card for 3200 Rs. Its called Hawuai data connect(its a chinese manufacturer) which linked with BSNL. To take a connection you need to fill a application form at your nearest BSNL office, then pay the 3200 of amount as cash for the device. You need to pickup the device from the BSNL office when they says( usually it takes 3 to 5 days). At the time of pickup they will tell you all the details that how to use this device proparaly as usual you will recieve a user name and password with the device. The package includes 1) DATA CARD 2) USB CABLE 3) EARPHONE WITH MIC 4) DRIVER CD. Guys you can use this device for phone calls, if need.
                Its simple to use just install the driver first then attach the device and logon using the username and password. There is only one plan is available which is 250 Rs unlimited, (taxes and other charges of 180 Rs will be extra ) i am receiving the 420 Rs bill every month( if you use this device for phone calls then you need to pay extra of 120 for FMC charges, i don't recommended it, BSNL says that you will have 20 units of free calls available in every month but don't try to use these free calls becoz if you call any body even once then for phone activation BSNL charges 120 FMC charges even its free calls so don't use this device for phone calls.)

                The speed is very good. Usually i highly downloads. Lots of them are torrents ( please search the internet if you don't know what is "torrent") and the direct downloads.
                The speed is usually from 11Kbs to 25 Kbs depending opon the torrent seeders and the server availability. If you don't surfing the internet in the back ground you can get at least 16 to 18 Kbps of download speed. From good servers. The last month i downloaded almost 11 GB (11000 MB), most of them are games as torrents, and softwares.

                Some one say that BSNL is does't have much courage area for better signal availability. some time its may true, but guys aconomy like india needs a cheap and reliable service like BSNL, atleast who can provide unlimited datatransfer for just 420 Rs? The relinace is charging almost 3000 Rs for unlimited, you can simply take a BSNL broadband connection with 512 Kbps speed (for multiple computers) in this 3000 rs tarriff.
                In my experience i will give 9.5/10 for this BSNL data connect, some say its takes little extra time to get the connection from BSNL office but to get cheap service you need to wait right.?

                  there are very poor network service at Muri, Ranchi Jharkhand telecom circle. All the smart user at muri are frusted with the service. All o[censored]s complain to the customer care of company but the result is same. please do needful action.

                  I have purchase one Sim of Reliance of new Scheme, I have use this number daily, but after 5-6 days the services of reliance network is down day by day. Reliance to other numbers are not connected Network Busy error show. but reliance to reliance networks are connected.

                  I have a Sim(GSM) of Rs.49/- + 51/-. As per sms : Main Balance 1.52, and Expiration Date, Local Calls 7.50.
                  I make a call of 2 min (Local Call) and now it shows 5.50. Means 2 Rs. Deducted,
                  1. Is this 2 Rs deducted on Free Talk Time.
                  2. Can the balance forward on Next day (Today Balance will add on free talk time next day balance)
                  3. Can I call (STD) in this free talk time.

                  i am using reliance gsm sim frm last jan 14, 2009.
                  sir frm the begning i am facing a problem with it. the problem is tht i can't send sms frm it.
                  every time i send a sms a service reply will appear on screen saying tht message nt sent plz try again later.
                  i have also file complaint so many times to customer care bt my problem is nt solved.
                  every time i call in reliance customer care, same answer is given to me tht our's server is down so we can't help u.
                  also they put me on hold for 20 to 30 minutes saying tht we r transfering ur call to our senior.

                  My problem is minus balance but how i dont know i dont did my subscribe from my number. I want to know why this happen and what the problem. Reliance Customer Care Jaydeep of Guwahati is take care of cutomers and he is not properly responding to me and I think he will do the same to all customers of reliance.

                  I purchased a Reliance GSM SIM because it was extremely cheap. Well...now I know why. The line is either always busy, or there is no network, or when there is, my voice does not carry through to the other side. I have even tried doing this with someone in the same room...it goes "hello, hello...hello? helloooo? hell..." Now I know how other Cellular services get their advertising ideas.

                  Stay away from Reliance GSM. I intend to destroy it the moment I have consumed all the "talk-time" in it--which may be still optimistic of me.

                  for this service 30/per month. i end the call and see my balance 30 rupess reduced.

                  when i call costum care the executive call i cannot tell for reduced the my balane with 30/- rupees.
                  when i tell for reduce the amount he say i cannot say and tell after 4 hours.??????????????????????????????

                  Though it is the most dear network service, I used to bear it a long. The network is very poor. Services are poor. The atendant of the coustmer care behave like the stategovt. reveneu official or the judicial dept.In any case they are the magistrate of the customer. They are not willing to listen any thing of their fault.At the worst case they can deduct your account balance without your knowledge. All we can do is to complain to the so called executive with a absord answer that "our computer shows."
                  The reason of my complain is that when we used to use their number we are so helpless that they shall do whimisically any thing they want but we are helpless.

                  World's most irresponsible customer care service is "RELIANCE".I have been calling customer care, for wrong deduction of money from main balance (RS:30/). I have been following with several executives (very neglance customer support), they have misguiding me, giving wrong info such as money has been credited and some executive says its in "process" ..on the way "you will get in 24 hrs"..

                  finally after 9 days of my followup, my issues still unsolved.And reliance customer care executives giving very painful answers and neglance answers.I have note down all the executive names who responded with me ...

Whenever i try to call a STD number a tone "THE NUMBER U HAVE DIALED IS NOT RESPONDING, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER" is coming. Two days back i hav call a TN number around 164 times from 8.04PM to 8.48PM finaly i got connected.Is this the way of serving us, u not giving anything free, u are taking money. i[censored] unable to provide service u plase withdraw u network, there are lot of people in market to provide best service with low cost.Suppose if i met an accident or got struck up some where how to communicate with others. I'm getting word's most worst service form Reliance GSM service. to contct ur costomer care people is highly impossible. Whether they are sleeping in office or u don't have customer care service.                       I'm Sushant, from Rourkela, Orissa. My sim is bolcked from last 2 days. when i insert the sim, massage appears that " INSERT SIM ". I went to my nearest office, but the office staff says that you have to take new sim.
                      I'm also ready to take new sim but i need the old numbers that are stored in sim memory.
                      Sir atleast do some arrangement so that i can goet my stored number from sim.

                          I am Reliance Smart Customer for the last three year (Mobile No - [protected]). I listed my no in Reliance Smart DND (do not disturb) list two years ago.
                          Before this Puja, I got a call from Smart for their "exclusive" Puja offer. I refused to take the offer and asked that man that Why did he call me? as my no is a part of DND list and I am not supposed to get any marketing call from their end. That man didn't reply and disconnected the line.

                          During Puja, I got so many sms from the no +56677 contains various recipies... I didn't have any clue who send me all this, so I just ignored them.
                          Yesterday (12/10/2008) when I checked my balance then I found only 3 rupees left in my A/c !!!
                          I got shocked and call Customer Care immediately to know that, how my balance got reduce from Rs 155/- to Rs 3/- ?????
                          But they told me that - they can't help me regarding this issue... they don't have proper system to trace how this sms service got activated...

                          They charge Rs 5, for every sms. I have got more or less 25 - 30 sms.

                          My complain is -

                          Why I got a marketing call after enlisted my no in DND list (Mob No - [protected])?
                          Why they have activated such a costly service without my permission?
                          As I have no fault regarding all this... Will Reliance be fare enough to get my balance back ??

                          More than that ... the customer service provider refused to take any complain on that...

                            Dear Friend,

                            I have taken a new mobile from Reliance under MY Mobile Unlimited 440 Plan on 2nd October 2008. At the time of finalizing the Plan, I was told that the plan is inforce. But next day they informed about the withrawal of the plan.
                            When I compalint about the same to web world, initially thy told that they cannot do anything as plan has been withdrawn.But after discuusion with reliance represtative they agreed to activate the same plan on 6th October and told us that I need to activate the mobile first with other Plan and then they will change the plan to My MObile Unlimited 440 Plan.
                            But till now I am waiting for the same and they did not change the plan. Whenever I call them they are saying this will be done but not giving the time frame. Now they have stopped picking up my call.

                            Please let us knwo what do I do?

                              Dear Sir,

                              I am writing this mail with extreme frustration with the kind of service I have been receiving from Reliance. I requested disconnection of my cell phone no. [protected] in the month of May 2008. Umesh (cell no.[protected]) from the retention team(siddhivinayak agency) visited my place and promised to get my number converted to prepaid free of cost. I agreed to keep the number active basis that. However upon enquiry with the reliance customer care I was told that the information given was absolutely wrong and was only a sales retention technique. I immediately handed over a written request for cancellation.

                              However the following month I again received a bill. I have requested cancellation more than 4 times. I have submitted all my applications at the Dombivli east center. Everyone in the center is aware about my issue.

                              I paid off all my charges in advance even before the amount was billed.However I again received a bill stating that my account is active and is past due. I again made a payment and requested for cancellation. Now every alternate day I have a collection boy coming to my place and harassing my parents for money. My parents always provides a photocopy of the last bill signed by the Dombivli Reliance center officer stating that i have paid all my dues but still the harassment continues. I have paid much more than what was required. Every time i visited Dombivli center i was assured that they have escalated the issue and thing will be fine. No one is ready to help me.

                              THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE...

                              I have been trying to contact Mr.Vineet J Sharma, Reliance Nodal Officer personally but was never able to get thru his number. His number was always busy...

                              Dear Sir,

                              I am writing this mail with extreme frustration with the kind of service I have been receiving from Reliance. I am having Lifetime prepaid Mobile. My Mobile Number is [protected]. Last two months I am not able to do out going calls even after recharging. My balance is shown / told in negative balance. I have not asked / adopted for any package. When I complaint, they simply say one of the package was in activation and next time it will not applied. The same thing is repeated again. On 15th July 2009 I recharged my mobile for Rs 50/-. On 16th July 2009 I received SMS showing balance in negative Rs -5.70 even after not doing a single out going call.
                              I request you to check the status my last two months outgoing calls. You are once again requested to rectify the mistake and balance amount to be refunded. In this regard your co operation is expected. If my problem is not sorted out, I will forced to go consumer court.

The customer service also becoming an uphill task as we are unable to contact the concerned directly to pledge our grievances. I will request reliance to keep me on Rs.48/- scheme for life long which was costing me 50 paise per minute for all calls.                               Secondly after that also i still recived the message that 3G Net:7.81 Mb. What is this???? If i have finished my net balance, how come balance still remains & they deducted My Rs.106 against my usage in internet.. Unable to understand Reliance.

                              Please check to my problem, for which i need genuine result in 2 days, or else you will compel me to switch to some other service provider.

                              By your these stupid deeds & reasons you are getting a bad name to the company & people who rely on Reliance will not rely on it. Meaning of reliance will change.

                                  One marketing guy (Naresh - Mobile: [protected]) of relience broadband came to my home. explain about reliance broadband. tht time i need to change my internet connection. im looking for alternate of my present connection. i said i need a new connection but now i dont have money of 500 rupees so i will apply in 1st week of October 08. But he said no pbm sir i will pay the 500 rupees for you. i said NO need to pay like that. he said no pbm sir its common we are doing like this. so i said ok your wish. he gave one application (Number is [protected]). i filled that and gave him back.

                                  Morning i called him for give back 500 rupees. he came by evening (between 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm) and collect the amount. i said we are available in only before 8 am ore after 6.30 pm. so please send your people in that time only. he said ok. and also he asked Rs. 50/- for DD charges and 1 month advance i.e 849/-. I said why dont you tell about this in our first met. that day u said only 500/- for connection. now u r say like this. he said kk if you give i will take otherwise no need sir.

                                  after 2 days...

                                  I got a call from Reliance Broadband people. She asked info and she confirmed my details all are correct and she said you will get the new connection within 7 days...

                                  today is 13th October 2008 means nearly 20 days after...

                                  till now i didnt get connection. when will i call to Mr. Naresh, he is saying no more cable is thier. so it will take some time. i call to customer care toll free number. they give area sales manager number of hyderabad. here also bad luck. he is not lift the call. i just change some numbers and tried. one guy lift the call and gave me one complint phone number. that also not answering.

                                  one day i got a call from your people he said where are you, our people came but you are not at home. so they came back. i askedd you you have my number na than before you people caoming why dont you call me? he said i will send tomorow. frm tomorow same nobody respond.

                                  4 days back i call to mr. naresh and i shouted with him. then he gave one person number (Mr. Chandrakanth) may be that number is his personal/official, idnt about this. but he put some irresponsibility caller tone for that phon. When will i call tht says with a female voice.. "Hello.. Hello.. I cant here... Hello... disconnect sound. " i tried to that number but he cant pickup the call. after few rings he answerd my call. he said i will send people today. i said please send after 6 pm. he said Ok. but till 7.30 pm he is not answer to my call. when will he receive my call and said our people came to your place they call to you. i said i didnt get any call from your people. but i call to you and your office. he said ok i will check. from next same no responsibilty.

                                  Last saturday i call to mr. naresh and ask about connection. he said im out of city i will call to and get back with you. i said no need just give back my amount. he said i will check.

                                  So finally... I lost 25, 000/- project because of your people.

                                  i want to say one thing. i am tired with your irresponsibility. with in 24 hours kindly give back my amount i.e. 500/-. Otherwise i will give compliant to Police. Its very serious. It is not a good business way. Its not a 500/- matter. its your 'BIG' problem.

                                  Just go through this.

                                  2.I preferred to have this connection as replacement to existing Tata Indicom connection at my residance, only because of his assurance of installing and activating Reliance broadband connection within 3 days from date of submission of application and documents.
                                  3.I highly regret to inform you that there is no response from your office or from your Marketing executive.
                                  Also he is not responding to my calls. This attitude on his part compels me to make series of calls from different phone numbers in order to contact him which is simply wastage of my time.
                                  4.Two days before on contacting him he expressed his in ability to cater the said broadband connection to me and assured to return my documents and cheque. But till date neither a connection has been installed at my residance nor my documents and cheque are returned to me till date.
                                  I therefore request you to look in to mater on priority and take appropriate and early action in this mater.

                                    I have taken Reliance Broadnet connection under INR 450/- per month @ 75kbps unlimited data transfer plan few days back under the Customer ID no. :[protected] in Gurgaon. Each time i try downloading, the speed of download never exceeds 10.0 kbps. I don't know why at the time of selling these guys claim that they have laid optical fibre cables and a dedicated line will be provided in which download speed will be in the range of 60kbps-65kbps.
                                    Now if you try to contact Customer care, they give you the complaint number as well as the time frame in which this problem will be resolved. But noone ever turns up to resolve the problem.
                                    Really, it is as worse as you cab expect upto.
                                    actually 75 kbps means 75 kilo bits per sec
                                    and 8 bits = 1 byte
                                    so 75/8 ~ 9.xx
                                    so they are not cheating...

                                      I have been using Reliance cellphone for over a year now, i am happy regarding their network facility, but off lately i am getting lot of service calls and sms from reliance regarding various offers .The timing of these calls are inappropriate and there are lot of calls and sms during the day .Its very annoying and frustrating .I had issued a complaint on it on 23rd September and they said that by sending and sms it would be deactivated, i get a confirmation message from reliance that my request would be dealt within next 45 days .This is absolutely unacceptable .they can activate a phone within 48 hours but cannot deactivate a service .Their customer service says they can't do anything and i have to wait. This is not expected from such a company . i also Speak on behalf of all the people who face this similar issue. i just hope this issue is dealt at the earliest .

                                      Iam using a reliance cdma mobile from last 1yr with handset samsung which compony provide me but in this period i have faced lot of problems related to network.Recently from last four days my mob no is not working when i reached to webworld in shalimar bagh the person treat me very roudly and after some time he told me that my no is blocked due to lost report.This clears the srvice which reliance is providing to there customer someone ask them to block his no due to lost but WRONGLY operator blocked my no and still toady itself my no is not working.

                                      I do not know where to complaint, yet I make this request to you to initiate an inquiry into the recovery cell scams done through the reliance offices.

                                      I have received a recovery notice in the name of someone whom I have no connection with for the recovery of the charges using reliance mobile connection.

                                      I never had any reliance connection at all!

                                      I have always preferred BSNL to any other cell companies.

                                      Now on what grounds should I pay for the Reliance. I don't understand.

                                      The notice has a number to contact and I contacted the person who sworn to himself refuse to reveal the identity. The cell No. is [protected]

                                      Reliance Mobile — Very Poor Customer care service

                                      Whenever i try to call smart customer care number it says that "This route is busy plz try again later".
                                      I tried for more than 50 times but it says same..
                                      plz take some strict action towards it.

                                      I'VE BECAME AS RELIANCE SUBSCRIBER, AND ENTER INTO DIFFICULTIES. I SUBMIT RELEVANT PROOFS ALONGWITH MY PHOTOGRAPHS. BEFORE FOUR DAYS I GOT A CALL FROM YOUR CUSTOMER CENTRE FOR SOME INFORMATION, WHICH I SUBMIT WITH CORRECT FORM ON PHONE CONVERSATION. INSPITE OF THIS MY NETWORK DISCONNECTED. I TOOK THE MATTER TO CUSTOMER CARE VIA EMAIL AND *369. THEY ACT IN NEGLEGIBLE MANNER AND SUGGEST TO SUBMIT FORMS AGAIN IN COLOUR XEROX. I DONE THE SAME, BUT THE RESTORING INTERUPTED NETWORK NOT YET RESTORED AND ANSWERING IRRESPONSIBLE MANNER. NO ONE TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY HERE OR THERE. ITS MY FOOLISH, WHICH TOOK RELIANCE MOBILE SERVICE. I FEELING VERY MUCH REGRET AND INCONVENIENCE. AS MY ALL JOB WORKS AND BUSINESSES BADLY EFFECTED MUCH. I LOSE SO MUCH BEING OPTED THIS SERVICE. I CAN SAY AND VOTE THAT THE RELIANCE IS POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SERVICE IN INDIA.

                                      Dear reliance consumer complaints division,
                                      please put me under no caller list o[censored]nnecessary phone calls as i am getting atleast 4-5 calls daily of similar nature like for caller tune eg. when i receive the calls i hear the songs which simply irritates me...
                                      please keep them away of else i need to take some serious steps...
                                      I hope you can understand and cooperate...

                                      Reliance Mobile — staff not cooperating for lost mobile & simcard

                                      My Reliance mobile with sim card no. [protected] was lost on 20th september 2010. I gave complaint and request to give me the duplicate simcard of my number at Kandivali web world. I got the duplicate sim card but it's not working till now. Almost 30days. I found that my original sim card is still operational. I don't know, who is using it. So, I went to the web world for almost 4 times but Miss Riddhi at the web world with contact number[protected] is so rude, she has done nothing till today. Neither stopped the lost Sim Card nor started my duplicate card. I don't know why so much reputed company like Reliance is so much weak in customer satisfaction.                                       Reliance Mobile — poor service

                                      I am having reliance gsm number [protected].and i am facing many problems 4 this..everyday reliance deduct money from my account .i hav many tyms called reliance customer care but they r unable to solve my complaint..plz do something and refund my money...on 4 and 5 nov 10rs is deducted and on 24 oct 45 rs is deducted....plzz do smthing and fast...n your customer care lot of tym to answer...it take minimum half n hour...

                                      I bought a reliance sim card recently from Karnal, Haryana from one of their outlet from Kunjpura road in their road show.They offered me Rs.20 for the sim card and will be enjoying a free credit of Rs.60.00, but after 3 days i tried to work the sim there were only a credit balance of Re.1.
                                      When i tried to call their customer service the guys sitting overthere didnot had any knwledge to support the customers and they keep on trasfering the calls from person to person.
                                      Finally when i requested them to connect me to any offcier wo is incharge they said noone was there at the office and thereby i left a mesage to give me a call back and they refused in teh beginning but when i had some arguemnets with them they said they would inform the head of customerserive and will as them to give acall back but unfortunately there was nothing responce from them till today being its alreadt 10 to 15 days from now.
                                      Inbetween i personally went to their office in Karnal named reliance world and i was really upset with the behaviour of the lady named Pooja.She was not even caring me instead she was more intrseted in entertaining the customers who had come to purchase new sim cards.finally i stopped here attaining other customers and forced her either to meet me with their head or solve my problem then after checking their system she told the documents were not submitted and why should i ave gone for the dealers instead of coming to the office directly.So, i asked her then why do u have delaers instaed you must open your office evrywhere ans stop providing the dealers and only at that moment of time i knew that it was a dealer and he was sitting wearing reliance tshirt and in reliance named shed exactly the sam esymbol of relaince.
                                      I really do not know whom to contact in this regard and it a very shamful and disappointing from a company like reliance.Their staff except they have made some good looking girls otherthan that they didnt get any training nor they are in a position to deal with customers and they even do not know teh basic knwledge of teh product..

                                      I have paid Rs.100 for urgent communication and when I tried to call no money.
                                      Without calling anybody money lost. I report to branch office the response is wait for 3 days.
                                      Should I beg for my own money?

                                      Reliance Mobile — non-fulfillment of the recharge

                                      i recharged my mob. number with a 2G monthy pack of Rs. 99/- through mobile banking 5 days earlier(6 Jan 2012).I am still waiting of activation above mentioned service on my number.I contacted reliance customer care but as usual i got unsatisfactory response from them.

                                        downloading speed is not up to the mark.it takes longer time to download files. the speed available according to the plan was 75kb/s but downloading speed is only between 10-15kb/s.please take serious actions about it.thank you.

                                        i have reliance broadband internet connection of 300 kbps
                                        the speed available according to the plan was 300kb/s but downloading speed is only between 20-30kb/s.please take serious actions about it.thank you.
                                        Reliance browsing speed has been slower than dial-up connection for me since first week of Feb 09. I called their "no-help line" over 20 times over the past few days. They apologise and do nothing about it. They haven't even bothered replying to my emails.

                                        Reliance Broadband — downloading by reliance broadband

                                        I want to know hom much downloading i have done by my reliance broadbant from the day i start my broad band service

                                        Reliance — SLOW DOWNLOADING SPEED

                                        I AM USING RELIANCE DATA CARD INTERNET.THE SPEED OF DOWNLOADING IS TOO SLOW AROUND 2KB/SECOND. I USE SPEED BOOSTERS BUT NO RESULTS. PLEASE SUGGEST SOME WAYS SO THAT I CAN INCREASE MY DOWNLOADING SPEED.MY ADRESS IS MS.[protected]@REDIFF.COM
