hi,
i am never taken a reliance connection but reliance communication release a corporate post paid connection without my id and after that they force me to accept that this connection is mine and they disturb me for 7 days for terminate the connection.some one tell me that what kind of action taken against the reliance communication in this matter.

    I am a Reliance Consumer since past three and a half year. I am a Prepaid consumer. I Recharged my account with an Recharge Voucher of Rs 25 specially for sending messages to my friends. When i Checked my Balance i was stunned to see that i had almost lost Rs 60 inspite of the recharge voucher. I contacted Customer care with the Problem they said that it was the had forgotten to send me the message about the Black Out Issue. I also lodged a complaint with reliance Communication my Complaint number is 78930371. I request consumer forum to intervene in this matter and save the consumer from being cheated by this big telecom companies.

      I am having kotak bank credit card but some issue in my last statement so I want to define the statement for my clearation. Statement date is 20-sep-2008 & cards no [protected].

      Purchase & other charges 01119.00__________ so I just inquired about the this charges
      Total due amt: - 02068.00

      I was also called in your customer care that person was told me we r not suppose to give any waiver regarding this types of complain your executive name is ARPIT SING & AVINASH KOUR so I m waiting for your reply on my mail id my id is [protected]@yahoo.com and you are also contact on my mobile number my number is [protected] so plz give the urgent reply otherwise I am not ready to pay this amount.

        Dear Sir,

        This is very frustrating to know that Reliance People are not efficient to capture the billing details. The whole history is given below, and judge that when for the whole month usage the billing is Rs. 1752/- and then for just 5 days usage the bill went to 24000/-. Reliance people are not willing to give any details and my services are in suspension mode, saying first you coughup Rs. 13332/ and then only your services will resume.

        My point is that when my credit limit is just 3000 KBPS, then why you had waited it to go byond that limit.Where whole month from last 5 year am getting the bill of just Rs. 1000 or 1500 merely, all of sudden Rs. 24000 or Rs. 13332/- make me suspicious of the intention of Reliance.
        Dear Sir, pls do some thing so that your people are wise enough not to deceit the regular customer.

        We are using the Reliance broadband services and the account number is[protected] registered in the name Bright Brothers Ltd.

        From today morning we are unable to browse the net. We had cleared the lastmonth bill of Rs.709/ . Today we got another bill of Rs. 1752.36 due date 05.11.2008. But we are unable to browse the net.

        On enquiry to your call centre I was shocked to get information that services to our account is barred . On further investigation we are told that you had outstanding of Rs. 13332/-. Earlier enquiry, I was informed that the account services are debarrd due to non payment of the Bill of Rs. 24000/- For your information, under no circumstances the Bill will be so high considering the usgae of the account and we are not going to listen to the stories of Reliance Communication.


        In my office we are not so heavy user. Only 2 pc’s are connected to broadband and it is used mainly for email. No download is done at all. Furthermore that current bill which I had got is up to 14.10.2008 which is Rs. 1752.36 only. Could you explain the fact that from 15.10.2008 to 22.10.2008 only 5 working days (baring Saturday-Sunday being holiday) how come my usage has crossed all the boundaries of download and am billed for such an exhorbitant amount.

        Your call centre people are asking me to pay this amount of Rs. 13332/- and then only our services will be started.

        I feel helpless. As we had not used the services to such an extent and there is something somewhere definitely wrong.Please investigate the matter and let us know the fact, and start the services to our account.

        Request to look into the matter urgently and activate the services immediately and also explain us how such things are done at your end.

        Please do the needful and obilige.

        I am very disappoinment about Relience 3x Brod band connection
        For Customer pay initial amount by Cheque Rs 3500 But instrument getting
        after one week.Mean time no security alloted customer instrument.
        After getting Brod band with Rs 499 plan just use only in Night Hours between
        10 pm to 2.00 am ( Night Hours free up to 10 GB down loaded) Two weeks after disconnected
        without any intimation becous of your high useage.
        Usage itemwise billing or howmuch usage details not getting from Reliance web world
        even abig city in tamil nadu (coimbatore)

        A very bad service that I would never recommend. They are forcing me against their legal shyt upon, after a disconnected service, a bill of 3 months for which the service doesn't exist. I would wanna curse the company to bankrupt in the foreseeable future.

I disconnect broadband connection within two month and clear the account after that one call from your mombay office side please do not disconnect broadband I am sorry for any problem. You continue on behalf of me for two month more without any rant. In this connection I told sorry I will not continue this connection- This telephone talk continue approximately 45 minute result was sorry. I handover phone, modem and etc to Mr. Kamal Jaiswal ([protected]) on dated 15/04/2010 receipt no. 647. and clear the bill uptodate. Now your company again showing pending bill. It is very shameful so I am very frustrated and decided if you will not take any serous action against that fellow I will definitely go to the court against reliance.

          My name is vinit agrawal, from Varanasi, Sir I used the the reliance Service since last five years.But I am not satisfied with his service.The Company gives daily a number o[censored]nwanted calls and messages to my number day and night.When I want to register a complaint against all these to the customer care number.But his Customer Care number is always going busy and busy and busy.I never Connect to the customer care number for last two month.So I tell you my Problem.
          I request you to please take some Strict actions against him. and ordered him to prevent all these unwanted calls and messages. My number is [protected].I wait for your action against him.

          To day, (March 20, 2009), I got a SMS in my mabile ([protected]) from the number 52345 stating that, "requested tune has been set successfully". I surprised because I did not request any where to set any tune in my mobile. I called to customer service center ([protected]) and asked about it. the customer care executive replied in rude manner ' you only requested to do so'. And he added, I can unsubscribe by sending a massage 'unsubct' to them. Other wise it would be chargible.
          But sir, My question is
          Why have they sent this tune with out my concent?
          Why would I send this type of massage?
          How can I let them know that, I did not send it and I must not be chargeable.

            I had signed for ECS around 2 months ago for my REliance data card and had not therefore paid the bill for this month. However, I got a call from the customer care asking if I had paid the bill. On informing that I had signed for the ECS, they said they will check and then get back. However, a few days later I found that my service was disconnected. On calling the customer care, they said that it is disconnected on account of non-payment of bill. I have following questions:
            1) How can they disconenct without asking the person to pay, when they know that the person has signed for ECS
            2) What's the use of the ECS application. It has simply caused mental agony to me
            3) I was told that they have sent a SMS to me before disconnecting. However their intelligent guys do not know that SMS can be read only after connecting my data card to their server. How can they have such a foolish system.
            4) In spite of their fault they are disconnecting my service and then again charge me for the period of disconnected phone
            5) Anyways, they levy a fine of Rs.50 for late payment, then why do they disconnect the service.
            6) After asking these questions the customer care guy offered me to connect to his supervisor. I hold the phone for 15 minutes, but the supervisor did not appear
            7) I had to call multiple times to reach their post-paid customer care as every time my call got connected to the pre-paid executive and he could not transfer it to the post paid guy. Ultimately one gentlemen helped me connect to the post paid dept. Ironically, the central number is same and the IVR option is supposed to transfer you to pre or post pais, but inspite of selecting the post paid option, I get connected to the prepaid number.

              fixed wireless connection no.[protected] installed in the name of Harmanjeet Kaur D/o Gurcharan Singh at G-233 BRS Nagar, Ludhiana-141004 was surrendered on 20/3/2008 vide receipt No.ww/wotc code 4306 mdn no.[protected] caf no.[protected] case id 72802564.
              at the time of surrender it was assured that i will receive the refund of security deposit within 3 months. Despite several visits to reliance local office at feroze gandhi market, ludhiana no refund has been received till date. hence this complaint.

                I have Reliance Data Card Tel no [protected] Billing account no [protected]. Billing period 8/8/08 to 7/9/08 against this I had made a payment to their collection agency Pooja Enterprises(Frenchise code M[protected], Commercial complex, Savita Vihar of Rs. 826/- by chequ no 313976 of Punjab national Bank, Vivek Vihar, which was cleared from my bank on 4/10/08 and the payment proof that is my bank statement I have furnished to them inspite of that they have disconnected my connection saying that the money wornly credited to another account. Later I had visited their franchise with payment proof but nothing done till dand and everytime they say it will take a week to rectify the mistake. If you call to thier customer sevice centre they say visit to one of their centre. Like a shuttle coke they are shunting the clint becasue there is nothing to loose for them. I want your help to resolve the problem and they shoud give me rebate for the charges for the current month as I have not used the connection due to their mistake.

                In my opinion Reliance is only interested to increase their customer base and not for the better service.

                Change of Address request given more than 5 Times in Mulund Gallery

                I have Reliance Data Card Tel no [protected]. I had made a complain more than 5 times visiting at the gallery and have called more than 20 time on the *333 and on their contact numbers 32486383 / [protected] I was coordinating with Ms Laxmi and Ms Geeta Branch Head at Turbo telecom Mulund West
                Dear Sir,

                I have Reliance Data Card Tel no[protected]. and relationship no. [protected] I had made a complain more than 4 times and have called more than 15 time on call center but no responce
                my complaint is extra amount added our bill of Rs. 172.80 bill date 07.06.09 to 06.07.09
                If you call to thier customer sevice centre they say visit to one of their centre. Like a shuttle coke they are shunting the clint becasue there is nothing to loose for them. I want your help to resolve the problem and they shoud give me rebate for the charges for the current month as I have not used the connection due to their mistake.

                Reliance Data Card — bill after termination of connection

                Dear sir,
                My self ketan tomar, I had purchased a data card in march 2008 and used it for around 1 year after that I had shifted my office where reliance range is very poor so I decided to terminate my connection. In march 2009 I had given a written application at bapunagar, ahmedabad web world to terminate my connection there they told me that I will get a confirmation call in 3 to 4 days. I got a call from reliance communication they ask me why I want to terminate and I told them about the reason of bad signal at my new office. At that time they confirm my application and told me that your data card is terminated. After this I didn’t got any bill in may, june, and july. But in august at my home address I got a bill of rs500 I went to web world there they told me that this is by mistake so I came back. Now in sep I again got a bill of rs1000 including previous month bill of rs500 I immediately went to the naroda ,ahmedabad web world and there they told me that I have to pay 1000 rs again to terminate this data card.
                So sir please take consideration of my problem as I can’t pay this 1000rs which I haven’t used. Sir you can see in the system that no bill is generated during 3 month and after that suddenly bill started generating.

                Sir now I can’t pay any rupees so please terminate my this data card.
                Awaiting your positive response as early as possible

                But the Data Card is working no bill issue is there.
                Just help me to solve this problem.
                That datacard works on other machine.
                Its usb Reliance netconnect datacard.

                  Hi,
                  I am A.Shibhijith using the reliance broadnet connection with Plan WICM 750 where in my download limit is 4 GB and if I exceed my limit I would be charged 0.90 paise per MB. When I took the connection I was told that I can use the 4 Gb in a day or a week or month. But this has not been the case, my internet connection in disconnected even before I use the 4gb and when called I am told that I exceeded my credit limit and they never tell me my credit limit.

                  My connection was disconnected on 5th of July without my consent or without my knowledge. I called Customer Care and was initially told there was some technical difficulties and my connection would be restored. Again after repeated calling I was told that my usage is high so my connection was disconnected. I informed them that I have a download limit of 4gb and I have used only 3.3 gb of it. Then I was told that my unbilled usage was around 3200/- and I need to pay an amount of 1500 to get my connection activated. I informed them that as part of my plan I would be charged for every mb (90 paisa per mb)that I use and once the bill is generated if my usage is less than 4gb the entire usage charges will be deducted as part of free calls, but they were not willing to take my valid point. I even told them to check my previous bill to confirm. They were unrelenting. I told that you cannot disconnect my services without the bill being generated as I was pretty sure that my bill would not be 3000 as was told by the customer care executives. I had also talked with the floor supervisors and they were also not willing to help me.Once my bill was generated it was for only Rs 1032 not the 3200 as told .When I called for explanation, I got no reply.

                  Again on 27th September my internet was disconnected and when I called I was told to pay Rs 3500 as due amount to get my connection activated. I argued that I am entitled for 4gb free download and have not exhausted my limit, they were not willing to help me.Now when I got the bill it was only for Rs 696. So it clearly shows there is a flaw in the billing system which the reliance guys are not accepting. I thought it was high time and I needed to remove the service but as I had to take some online tests I decided to continue with the service and paid the bill on 20th October and my connection was activated the same day.

                  Now to the most ridiculous part..

                  After using the connection for 2 days my connection was deactivated on 23rd October.When I called I was told that I exceeded my credit limit and need to pay Rs 238 to get my connection activated.I was told that my credit limit was only Rs 200. It was the most ridiculous thing. I have a 4gb download limit and if I calculate it as 0.90 paise per MB, that would amount to Rs 3600. So my credit limit should be more than that. But it is not so.I have always paid my bill on time before due date with an exception in May when there was a delay in payment.

                  It seems that since I did not pay the amount asked by them, my credit limit was reduced which is not correct.

                  I emailed to the service assurance cell .I receive a standard reply that they were not able to reach me..

                  I request customers not to opt for reliance broadnet connection.

                    I have reliance post paid connection [protected].This complain is in reference to the bill for september 08 received by me.

                    In past also I have raised same complaint for the bills of march-April 08 and now again for sept-oct 08 regading Reliance arbitrarily charging for Dial 51234 & Premium Voice services even though they are not used or dialled. I wish to clarify that I have not used the above services and your bill indicating calls amounting to this number for Rs228 is absolutely false.

                    There is no way my 75yr+ parents will dial 51234 or use premium voice services as the phone is just used by them for receiving incoming calls and occasionally for making calls. Most of the time the phone itself is kept switched off. The extent o[censored]se of this phone can be judged from the fact that calls worth Rs 4.0 have only been made in entire month and same is the case for past months also. Even the STD dialling facility is not installed on this number. Rest of the other people in my family have their personal mobiles(Not reliance-Thank God!) and most of the time our good old relaible MTNL phone is in use.

                    Last time also I had made this complaint and considering one off incidence I paid the entire unjustified phone bill. But it seems Relaince has made it a regular habit of cheating people. I have already made request last time that that if at all you have any of the above mentioned services on this number they shoud be discontinued with immidiate effect and no promotional SMS or phone calls be made to this number. How ever I still receive the SMS as well as the phone calls.

                    If you ask them to give the proof or lodge complain in their web site or talk to customer care person the they will ask Rs. 50 first to send itamized bill and simply reply that the service has been used. I know very well the bill is false. There is no way my 70 yr old parents will use 51234 service. I wonder how suddenly the bills start showing use of 51234 service and calls worth Rs. 200-300 after gap of every 4-5 months. I have absolutely no doubt that its business of reliance to cheat the unsuspecting customer

                    Dear Concerned Person,

                    I have too heard this type of problem from many people.But the cause of this problem is not Reliance Communication services.The root cause is Handset handling.Services like RWorld on one button click which can be easily mistaken by Usually aged, child or less technical people for call receive, call disconnect or menu option.So arbitrary selections result charging of premium services.Also same can happen on opening of same premium services promotional messages or dailing number for incoming promotional premium calls.
                    In case of Old age people I would suggest you to Activate DND/DNC facility to stop such unrequired messages and calls.

                    Kindly check if this is what is happening to avoid unnecessary charges.
                    I am an user of Reliance Postpaid Connection [protected] and this is reference to the bill dated[protected] to[protected].

                    This month i got double charges in my bill that is for 51234 / Premium Voice Service and I am very disappointed to know that such false charges are imposed on me. I have my connection only for incoming calls and very few outgoing calls are made. For that you can have a glance on my last bills from several years.

                    For this I totally agree that Reliance Company is now going to have a huge loss just because of imposing these kind of blames and false charges.

                    And I really don't think that is is good enough to talk to Customer care Service because they either directly or indirectly reply it to you by the sentence " The service have been used "

                    I have reliance post paid connection [protected].This complain is in reference to the bill for 06-Dec 10 received by me. In this connection there are Rs. 743 extra billing by you i.e. Premium Voice Service Charge ( Rs. 743). This service is not used by me.

                        My self and my colleague Mr. Anand Khatry had visited Reliance Webstore Ltd., 6/7, Meghdhanush Complex, Gotri Road, Vadodara on 10/10/2008 around 17.00 p.m to purchase a hand set for my boss Mr. Rajiv Trivedi who was admitted in the Navrang Hospital, Nr. Haveli, BPC road, Baroda. We are the corporate customer for Reliance. We have provided post paid connection. Mr. Rajiv Trivedi having RIM no. [protected] already provided by the bank, but due to hand set problem, he asked me to purchase a new hand set for him.

                        I approached to Ms. Nisha to purchase a hand set because we have already a rim no. [protected]. She showed us 3 to 4 hand set models available with her.
                        We have selected LG3500 for which she had told us the price of Rs.1165/-. We had paid Mr. Tapan Rs.1165/- in cash, but he had given us the 2 various receipt of Rs.1100/- ( Invoice no. [protected] ) and Rs.25/- ( Invoice no. [protected] ) only. When we asked for the rest of Rs.40/- receipt they had denied to give receipt of Rs.40/- to us and repeatedly telling us that we are not providing the receipt of Rs.40/- to any customer because we are purchasing the blank sim card from open market ( market value is rs.300 ) and selling to you here directly. After long discussion with 3 to 4 various persons in the office, Ms. Nisha had given her mobile to me and told to talk with the person who is on mobile and told that he is her boss, that person first denied to give such receipt of Rs.40/- but when I told to go in the Consumer forum he told me to come on next day for the receipt of rs.40/-. We left the Web world.

                        When we reached to hospital and gave the hand set and receipt of payment, my boss had verified the bill and found that in the receipt of Rs.1100/- ( hand set value is rs.900 + 99 GSK prepaid + rs.101 e- recharge added in the bill ). We have not approached for any pre-paid card or any new number even though they had charged for the same which facility was not availed by us.

                        Yesterday on 14/10/2008, we visited the said web world for the receipt of rs.40/- and refund of Rs.200/- ( 99 + 101) which was excess collected from us for the facility which was not availed by us. Ms. Nisha told us that we will not refund any such amount to you and what ever you can do, you may go ahead. In between Mr. Nirav whose mobile no. is [protected] came and told to wait for one day, he will short out the matter positively and will inform tomorrow.

                        Today, I got call from Mr. Nirav from his mobile no. [protected] for sorry that as per personnel policy of the said web world he is unable to refund such amount.

                        We are the educated person even though the entire team member of the said web world are mutually cheating the customer, and I have clear doubt that they are highly cheating the customers who are not literate or unknown regarding the such type of billing.

                        I hereby request you to take this matter very seriously, because this is the clear case of direct cheating with the customer .

                        Otherwise you will forced us to launch complaint of 420 against the said web world and it will surely spoil the image of Reliance ( the valuable name brand ).

I have been using other phones Numbering [protected], [protected], and broadband connection no 302597 . several times i asked for deactivate the services from my mobile but of no use .At times one of your rep at call center behaved very rudely .sometimes some rep said very politely that a tag have been imposed on my phone so that no one disturb me in future-but in vain.

                          even after my complain last day 30 Rs have been deducted for unnecessary services for which i never used. My complain is it is not inevitable to use reliance communication for long if the services are offered in that fashion. I have been using reliance phones as follows apart form my own use, for my staffs also which is 15 no approximately .

                          i wish you should act accordingly .

                            I'm enjoying this plan of reliance 496 free STD to all reliance for about 5 months. As i was out of state for a while i couldnt re-charge for 496 though i dont need it as i was in roaming.( I have already paid for lifetime vailidity when i bought the connection).After a while i recharged for 496 thorugh ICICI online. I got a message saying that the recharge got failed through an sms.
                            I have spent almost 10 hours with CS, till today no re fund neither i got the benefit of this.

                            CS representatives of reliance are the worst i have ever seen.They dont really mind to show courtesy .Too bad.

                                  I was using Reliance Broadband few months back.I have made a final settlement with Reliance on 11th June paying Rs 626 by Cheque which was colected by Reliance Executive Suman Kumar([protected]).However suddenly yesterday I got a call from a person named Rajendra Kumar(as told to me)([protected]) threating me to pay the outstanding balance of Rs.1528 else ready to face dire consequences.he used abusive language.He gave me number of a person named Sanjay Mittal([protected]) to whom I should call for negotiations.Sanjay claimed himself as a Supreme Court advoacte and threatened me to get ready for severe consequences.I have no outsatnding balance with Reliance so why should I pay anything to them.
                                  In night I filed a complaint against them in my nearest Police Station and got the recieving for the same.

                                      This is with respect to the notice that I have received from the D & A Associates in regards to the Reliance connection ( acc no. [protected] )

                                      Would like to tell you that the connection got disconnected after 2 months from the date of purchase however, the Co. kept raising bills and also harassed through telephone calls.

                                      I had expressed my dissatisfaction over the product on the very first call that I received from the Co. however, no action was taken instead the frequency went up for such calls and the collectors even went abusive. Really sad that your Co. deals with such low grade collection agencies who are doing nothing but earning a bad name for the Co.

                                      I was mislead by the Co. on the performance of the product and would want my complaint resolved first and the break-up of the charges due to be explained before I taken any action.

                                      In case I do not hear in the next 24 hrs from you I'd choose to go legal.

                                      I have been told from reliance that their data card would be working in Varanasi, but it is not working at all.

                                      also I did not utilize any data service during the bill period and I have terminated the service.
