I am A.Shibhijith using the reliance broadnet connection with Plan WICM 750 where in my download limit is 4 GB and if I exceed my limit I would be charged 0.90 paise per MB. When I took the connection I was told that I can use the 4 Gb in a day or a week or month. i want to convey my message that reliance customer care service is very poor. today, i am calling at *333 from last one hour. from last one hour it is sying " i am sorry, all customer care exe. are still busy on other calls...". i am helpless nw what to do....

I received reliance mobile bill for Rs.428.30 and i paid Rs.430 for the same.The next bill received should have a credit of Rs.1.70 but the adjustment was missing in the bill.When contacted customer care and got the reply as the software problem.The problem is only with ONE RUPEE and below it.

The fact is that there are 20 millions customers of Reliance and this results in collection...
