I have a very bad experience from your customer care and the reliance web world Aundh. I have surrendered reliance land line at web world Aundh outlet in May 2008 and its October 2008 now and i am yet to receive my security deposit. I had called customer care they say they have no information of my number and they can’t help in this regard, How can the system remove my details. How will you back track? Ok anyways this is not my issue I contacted aundh web world i was surprised to hear from the your colleague "Jyothi" first the way she speaks was horrible no manners, she is shouting at me. This was not expected from the such an organization. Why do you keep such people at web world. She says that you have not followed up for the payment, hence its not processed. What the reply .. Why do reliance expect customers to come to web world now then and follow up for the payment. Do you think this is our job. We do not have any other work rather come to web world and follow up for the payment? PLEASE ANSWER ME
Then i met "Shilpika" supposed to be the store manager. She promised me that i will receive the payment in 15 days i.e aprrox by sept 1st week. Ok i agreed and came back.Then during 2nd week sept i call her she says, i do not know why is this delay. I will check and come back to you in 1 hour. 2 days passed but no calls from "Shilpika" she is supposed to be the store manager. Why do you give false promises when you can’t keep your words. I called her back after 2 days asking why havent you called me. She says i am trying to reach ZONAL MANAGER Mr.Shashank, he is not answer my calls shilpika says. Thats not my problem if your person is not answering why should i have a problem. IS YOU BUSINESS STOP WHEN ONE PERSON IS NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. if Mr.Ambani is not picking calls do your business come to halt. PLEASE ANSWER ME.
I was tired listening to Shilpika, she says system (reliance functioning) is faulty and she can’t do anything need to bear with us. If system is fault or if people are not doing their job properly then it’s your problem or reliance problem not my mine, then she gave me Mr.Shashank number and asked me to not tell anyone that she has given me his number. I never liked this. This was not professionalism. Ok anyways i spoke to Mr.Shashank the great Zonal head supposed to be. When i spoke to him he answered me politely that he was personally looking into this matter and will take 1 week to sort out. I agreed and he promised me 17th Sept 2008 you will receive the demand draft without fail. I personally will come and handover the DD to you.
I had tried calling him after sept 17, he was not responding at all. He never took the call. Then I tried calling Shilpika nether she was responding to my call. I am not sure why your people do not respond. Later 7th oct 2008 I had been to web world aundh to enquiry the status. Again the great “JYOTHI” behaves as she is owner of the shop, responses that she is doing a favor to me. Hello it’s my money and I have all the right to demand. She tells me the termination policy is this and she can’t help. I asked her what is your termination policy. Your termination policy says 3 months which I know and does your termination policy say that customer needs to follow up for the policy?
I am fed up of your system, you have great people working with you, I can’t still imagine who do not have courtesy to respond. I need the proper explanation why is your system so faulty and my money back. If I do not get response to this mail. I am going to the consumer court.
I have visited the web world 6 times to hear such fancy answers. Will you pay for my petrol ? Will you pay for my Time?
Never never go for connection with RELIANCE. I have no problem with connection but the system and the people makes me to tell everyone and the world not to go with RELIANCE.

i have complain with your costomer care executive Mr. Arun from Mumbai recetly i talk with him about our facing problem..of coverage, he talk with me rudly.. Under repairing he told me make me Pappu from last two years your company tower works under repair...and your compny having india's no. ONe Network

Reliance GSM — no network coverage for 4-5 hours daily
Dear Sir,I am the student of IIT ROORKEE, I have reliance gsm network connection.The condition of network is so pathetic,regularly it is gone for 4-5 hours and during working condition also the voice quality is low and network signals are low.
Kindly pay attention to my request and take the required action as soon as possible.

I am facing network problem from last 3 weeks.
I am from bikaner.
Calls are rejecting and i need to dial atleast for 4 times to get connected. Messages are also not sending properly. every time i get a reply "message sending failed-No network coverage".
I have complained about this in customer care also but it was also not worth of any thing. They told that the network will be fine after tommorow (on 15-dec-09) and there was no improvement in the network. When i called again on the next day they rejected my call.
What a customer should do in this situation??

IN my mobile there is no any single tower I possessed,Regarding to this I had complained in the customer care – (date 06/03/2010) & they give commitment to me to solve the problem within a 14 days. But still today it is not solve. So with the above problem I request to you , to solve as possible as fast…
I purchased a Broadband + data card on 24-Feb-2010 and since then I am chasing for my problem. Initially I contacted Mr.Sandeep at Reliance World, Hari Nagar, where from I bought it and he promised me to visit my place for this problem and he never reverted. Instead he kept me forcing to pay the generated bill rather than solving my issue. Later I lodged a formal complaint in Reliance Customer Care on 13-Apr-2010 (Complaint No.:[protected], which still pending. Today I got my data card checked at ZTE Service Center at Vikas Puri and they also confirmed that my data card is very slow and needs to be rectified. I have already sent multiple mails and have requested in clear world that "Please send your Service Engineer at my work place to check the real-time functioning" but it is really unfortunate that I am just paying bills without the service. I am feeling mentally harassed and completely dissatisfied. I would request you to kindly intervene and help me getting my money back because the hardware was very costly which I got ready to invest but was not aware of their extremely poor service for which I would be required to pay thousands of rupees in months to come.
I have made several follow-up calls. Either their customer care executives disconnect my calls or put me on long hols always. When I called up on 29-May, the responding tele phone officer told me to call their nodal officer, Mr. Manmohan Saini and suggested me to explain my problem to him but he never picked up his call. I am fed up to tracking this and have wasted a lot of time and money (time is money) so far.

this is not the problem with only one student, every one who is using reliance gsm service, no network coverage in the hostels, college.
voice clarity is so bad.

in mithibai college campus and mostly in d staffroom we don't get ur networkplz do something for this athers such as vodafone, airtel, MTNL Idea are having network
