WE ARE HOLDING 8 RELIANCE MOBILE CONNECTIONS. THIS WE TOOK 18 MONTHS BACK. WE HAVE NETWORK COVERAGE PROBLEM IN OUR LOCALITY " MALLAPUR ", SINCE 6 MONTHS. SOME TIMES WE ARE NOT GETTING ANY SIGNAL AND MOST OF THE TIME PHONES ARE BECOMING SILENT SINCE THERE IS NO INDOOR COVERAGE. WE WONDER WHY ALL OF SUDDEN WE HAVE NETWORK COVERAGE PROBLEM IN OUR LOCALITY. WE HAVE LODGED SEVERAL COMPLAINTS SINCE 6 MONTHS AND TILL TODAY NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY RELIANCE. WE GOT FED UP WITH THIS SERVICE PROVIDED AND ARE IN SEARCH OF A NEW SERVICE PROVIDER, IF THEY WONT TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON OUR COMPLAINTS. SOME 30000 CONNECTIONS ARE THERE IN OUR LOCALITY AND ALL R FACING THIS PROBLEM SINCE 6 MONTHS.

i have been getting a no coverage from the 24th of october 2008.it started at around 3 in the afternoon.please look into the matter urgently.i cannot receive as well as make calls.
i want to talk with any respactive person regarding my Cell phone not working due to no coverage in my office ...in surat Athwagate is heart of surat but no coverage available in surat's heart...:-)).. and your company add about there is coverage and clearity add in tv and newspaper ...in jungle network in hills station network and ... but what about surat... surat is not a jungle or not a hills station and my location is gujarts economy city "SURAT" athwagate is poss location of surat pls. cordinate with any respective executive to solve my problem immidiately otherwise i will discontineu..my Company's all Reliance Mobile... and i will switch over to other service provider.

i have complain with your costomer care executive Mr. Arun from Mumbai recetly i talk with him about our facing problem..of coverage, he talk with me rudly.. Under repairing he told me make me Pappu from last two years your company tower works under repair...and your compny having india's no. ONe Network

i am a reliance cdma customer. i m staying in jharsuguda, orissa, where it has full network. but whenever i enter inside my room. there is no signal. just outside the door, its network coverage is full with 5signals. and inside room it has no signal.. and i have complaint abt it number of times, but they are just pulling the cart so long, . and giving me fake assurances.

Reliance GSM — no network coverage for 4-5 hours daily

Dear Sir,
I am the student of IIT ROORKEE, I have reliance gsm network connection.The condition of network is so pathetic,regularly it is gone for 4-5 hours and during working condition also the voice quality is low and network signals are low.

I am facing network problem from last 3 weeks.
I am from bikaner.
Calls are rejecting and i need to dial atleast for 4 times to get connected. Messages are also not sending properly. every time i get a reply "message sending failed-No network coverage".
I have complained about this in customer care also but it was also not worth of any thing. They told that the network will be fine after tommorow (on 15-dec-09) and there was no improvement in the network. When i called again on the next day they rejected my call.
What a customer should do in this situation??

I purchased a Broadband + data card on 24-Feb-2010 and since then I am chasing for my problem. Initially I contacted Mr.Sandeep at Reliance World, Hari Nagar, where from I bought it and he promised me to visit my place for this problem and he never reverted. Instead he kept me forcing to pay the generated bill rather than solving my issue. Later I lodged a formal complaint in Reliance Customer Care on 13-Apr-2010 (Complaint No.:[protected], which still pending. Today I got my data card checked at ZTE Service Center at Vikas Puri and they also confirmed that my data card is very slow and needs to be rectified. I have already sent multiple mails and have requested in clear world that "Please send your Service Engineer at my work place to check the real-time functioning" but it is really unfortunate that I am just paying bills without the service. I am feeling mentally harassed and completely dissatisfied. I would request you to kindly intervene and help me getting my money back because the hardware was very costly which I got ready to invest but was not aware of their extremely poor service for which I would be required to pay thousands of rupees in months to come.

I have made several follow-up calls. Either their customer care executives disconnect my calls or put me on long hols always. When I called up on 29-May, the responding tele phone officer told me to call their nodal officer, Mr. Manmohan Saini and suggested me to explain my problem to him but he never picked up his call. I am fed up to tracking this and have wasted a lot of time and money (time is money) so far.


Kindly advise.

i m student from rayat and bahra group of institutes ,my campus is just 3.5 km from kharar,mohali.
this is not the problem with only one student, every one who is using reliance gsm service, no network coverage in the hostels, college.
voice clarity is so bad.
I got the reliance gsm postpaid connection around one year ago. since then there is no network coverage in my home. i have been complaining for last one year but there is no satisfactory reply from them. they sais they have been providing optimized network bt there signals are still nill. they are not ready to convert it into prepaid and dont even allow for potability.now they demand 5000/- rs so that i cud purchase this no. because its premium number [protected]....according to them ...then only it can be ported.....
I am Sanjay Midha from karnal I am using reliance connection for the last many years earlier this no [protected] was working as acdma connectionbut due to the problem of network I changed to GSM now the same problem is there but in some places it is worst coverage.I have given several remindersto the local offices but nothing has been done to my complaint. Kindly do the needfull

    Hi Team,

    I have a very bad experience from your customer care and the reliance web world Aundh. I have surrendered reliance land line at web world Aundh outlet in May 2008 and its October 2008 now and i am yet to receive my security deposit. I had called customer care they say they have no information of my number and they can’t help in this regard, How can the system remove my details. How will you back track? Ok anyways this is not my issue I contacted aundh web world i was surprised to hear from the your colleague "Jyothi" first the way she speaks was horrible no manners, she is shouting at me. This was not expected from the such an organization. Why do you keep such people at web world. She says that you have not followed up for the payment, hence its not processed. What the reply .. Why do reliance expect customers to come to web world now then and follow up for the payment. Do you think this is our job. We do not have any other work rather come to web world and follow up for the payment? PLEASE ANSWER ME

    Then i met "Shilpika" supposed to be the store manager. She promised me that i will receive the payment in 15 days i.e aprrox by sept 1st week. Ok i agreed and came back.Then during 2nd week sept i call her she says, i do not know why is this delay. I will check and come back to you in 1 hour. 2 days passed but no calls from "Shilpika" she is supposed to be the store manager. Why do you give false promises when you can’t keep your words. I called her back after 2 days asking why havent you called me. She says i am trying to reach ZONAL MANAGER Mr.Shashank, he is not answer my calls shilpika says. Thats not my problem if your person is not answering why should i have a problem. IS YOU BUSINESS STOP WHEN ONE PERSON IS NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. if Mr.Ambani is not picking calls do your business come to halt. PLEASE ANSWER ME.

    I was tired listening to Shilpika, she says system (reliance functioning) is faulty and she can’t do anything need to bear with us. If system is fault or if people are not doing their job properly then it’s your problem or reliance problem not my mine, then she gave me Mr.Shashank number and asked me to not tell anyone that she has given me his number. I never liked this. This was not professionalism. Ok anyways i spoke to Mr.Shashank the great Zonal head supposed to be. When i spoke to him he answered me politely that he was personally looking into this matter and will take 1 week to sort out. I agreed and he promised me 17th Sept 2008 you will receive the demand draft without fail. I personally will come and handover the DD to you.

    I had tried calling him after sept 17, he was not responding at all. He never took the call. Then I tried calling Shilpika nether she was responding to my call. I am not sure why your people do not respond. Later 7th oct 2008 I had been to web world aundh to enquiry the status. Again the great “JYOTHI” behaves as she is owner of the shop, responses that she is doing a favor to me. Hello it’s my money and I have all the right to demand. She tells me the termination policy is this and she can’t help. I asked her what is your termination policy. Your termination policy says 3 months which I know and does your termination policy say that customer needs to follow up for the policy?

    I am fed up of your system, you have great people working with you, I can’t still imagine who do not have courtesy to respond. I need the proper explanation why is your system so faulty and my money back. If I do not get response to this mail. I am going to the consumer court.

    I have visited the web world 6 times to hear such fancy answers. Will you pay for my petrol ? Will you pay for my Time?
    Never never go for connection with RELIANCE. I have no problem with connection but the system and the people makes me to tell everyone and the world not to go with RELIANCE.

    I am fed up of your system, and if the my problem will not resolve in next 1 day then I disconnect my connections.

      sir,
      i am a deputy manager with Axis Bank, Jharsuguda.on 7th of october my brother recharged an easy recharge of rs 111/- on my sim bearing number [protected].
      the amount was not credited and my balance showed rs 0.00.on asking the customer care, i was told that server is low and was kept at bay till 9th.now rs 5 has been deducted from it and balance stands at rs minus five.t
      i talked to Mr Roshan Prusty at [protected], who tried to BULLY me by saying that the sim was not in my name and refused to register my complain saying he was not answereable to me
      now i asked my brither to intervene. he being a doctor again asked the customer care number to let us know the fault details.bt each time they kept on saying server is low
      if citizens like us are going through this nightmare, the plight of laymen is obvious.its not a MATTER OF RS 111 BUT D INTEGRITY OF A REPUTED COMPANY

      Reliance/Smart Recharge Coupens — Amount transferred not credited in Mobile

      Dear Sir,
      My father is using Reliance Smart services for quite long time. I have try to transfer two times of Rs. 10/- each of recharge voucher on 22nd of June, 09 and 23rd of June, 09, from our ICICI Bank Account No.[protected] to my father mobile No.[protected] who is presently residing at Bihar. As you know there is an option for Internet banking user of ICICI Bank that they may recharge there mobile around india through this option and accordingly From Delhi I have just wanted to transfer from ICICI Bank account, however the same has not been credited, can i know the details of non crediting the amount on the desired mobile.
      Please clarify the same so that i can rectify my self or please send the details of categories of voucher available at different price for future course of action.

        I received 7-8 calls daily from diffrent reliance no. when ipick them that is from reliance new product detail & Caller tune etc. even if while i m in roming this will happend daily. it effect my prepaid balance amount. who will refund that???

        there are 1 distributer of where i get new connection of reliance. after 2 days my connection iscdissconnected by reliance due to not submiting documents but i already given once. distributer asking me to give document again. what is the assurance that with my new document he will not do any malfuntion.

          I applied for a Rs. 100/- Reliance India Mobile Top Up for my mobile [protected] through the website www.fastrecharge.com and was provided with a serial no. and secret code both vide sms and through email. I paid online Rs. 111/- through my ICICI Bank Account. However, after putting the serial number and the secret code, I got the message "YOU HAVE ENTERED INVALID VOUCHER NUMBER". I have lodged a complaint with the [protected]@fastrecharge.com but got no reply.

            I am not useing the broadband connection from June end
            I am in USA, our parents are paying the amount without useing the net. last month our parents have paid Rs 1242/= includindg the disconnection charges.on 17/09/2008
            So I kindly request you to take away the modem & cable from my residence

            One of the worst service. Reliance Broadband. Even i m facing the same problem. If we asked to give high authority No. or email, nobody supports.

              i have applied for reliance brodband connection on 15th june 2008 and given a cheque of Rs.500/- & my ID & resi proof on the same date to the sales executive my cheque has been passed out but still i havn't received my net connection i want my money back what should i do please guide me i have talked to the executive & his area manager 1000 times but they are not responding i have mentioned the details below please help me

              my internet is not working and this is not a new problem it happens very often .my net works only for ten to twelve days on an average in a month and everyday it shows the message ( cannot find server or connection timed out ) i am now fed up with this problem .many times i think that i could have had gone for some other internet services. my user ID is[protected].
              My land line connection also is dead for many days. whenever i complaint about that the costumer care department takes my complaints lightly and they never update the information about my land line therefore it always shows GENERIC in their computer system .the team is so irritating to me that it does not take the landline complaint by saying that your connection is generic .my landline no. is 30424258.

                This is a very mild complaint. What Reliance deserves is kick on its back side and money refund to everyone.

                Since early morning, none of the Reliance phones are working and worst still neither the web world or their help line at *333 appear to know anything about it. After repeated attempts I could get through to customer care, and the cheek of the fellow was his refusal to give a complaint number. Ever much shouting and argument did the fellow agree to issue a complaint number [protected].

                Not only is Reliance's service horrible, worse is their custome care and the staff. They are firstly impossible to access, and secondly, they are most rude, ill mannered and in short, and uncouth possibly like their senior managers and the owner.

                Reliance should be quoted in all business classes as a classic example of third class corporate management with an intention to rob people and provide no service.

                  iam having a reliance mobile no.[protected] on 27-08-08 i request to migrate my post paid connection in to prepaid at uttam sales corporation, jjodhpur{reliance web world} where i have been told to paid sum of 337 for migration although its free but apart from that i paid that mponey, i have ben told that it will 72 hours but after so many circles made by me to web world it started on 8-09-08, then i request to recharge lifetime incoming they told ok u just pay 95 rs. & i paid & rs.50 for outgoing i reffill but after 2 days its again got disconnected & wat i have been told that ur lifetime recharge had not done so we will do again & it will take 72hours. till today i have complaint more than 50 times now wat they r telling that some problem in your handset. i got angry & i just throw away the handset in reliance web world. now you tell sir what should i do ? is this service of a multinational company even in web world no body knows about the law they dont know that migration charges has been taken back by TRAI so many times before.
                  now iam thinking to go to consumer forum becos they had mentallyharrased so much.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I am Reliance Mobile user since Aug-2004. I activated DND and all other services to not to receive any unwanted and offer SMS. I activated this services two years back. Also send e-mail to Reliance customer care, Chairmans Office, Corporate Centre and Nodal Officer. I send above 30 e-mail to Reliance authorities. However, no use and noboday is attending complaint and till date i am receiving unwanted and offer SMS from Reliance Mobile. I feel this is a harassment and disturbance to my personal life.

                    All the e-mail are on record and can be submitted in the court or to media. Even after referring my complaint to Anil Ambani nobody has taken care to resolve my complaint. I feel that Chairman Office has no respect and it is useless office.

                    I would like to file a complaint for harassment and compensation thereof.

                    Looking forward your co-operation to take strong action against Reliane Communication.

                      I am a reliance smart gsm user (cell no.+[protected] of Raipur(C.G.).
                      I had purchased a Recharge voucher of Rs. 399 from a local retailer on 01.10.08.
                      As on from that evening i am continously trying to recharge my no., but i am getting the answer as "Network busy, please try again later".
                      The people out there firstly didn't registered my complaint and asked me for wait untill 24 hours.Then again on 02.10.08 at (6:05 P.M.) after 24 hours i had called to customer care, there executives out there again asked me to wait for 72 hours and registered my complaint (No.[protected] . But after completing around 96 hours (4 days) my no. still shows that "Incoming calls to the no. you have dialled are withheld".As I am an event organizer I need to be in touch to my every client daily, I am suffering a great loss in my bussiness due to My mobile service provider.
                      So, kindly take some needful steps urgently.

                        I want to share my pain which I had to bear after buying reliance data card connection on May 28, 2008.

                        I got a call from reliance office that they are offering free 2 months unlimited usage bundle offer... I called their executive who told that I've to pay regn. fee of 580/- for activation only. ok I gave him thinking about free two months usage

                        Now... in the next month I got a bill of Rs.50/- which I thought might be some taxes etc. I paid it too...

                        now again I received a bill of Rs.730/- on July12, 2008 ([censored]ttt... ) I was amazed to see this... I called up their helpline number and they said it was by mistake and that'll be rectified and I'll get a confirmation call in 2-3 days.

                        ok I waited for "2-3 days" ... not received any call. I myself called them up and asked about overbilling... And this FRAUD Companies customer care guy said the plan I've purchased was not a free usage plan and I have to pay the bill. This is too much [censored]ting thing of Reliance Fraud Company

                          I am a user of Reliance landline & broadband. This is to inform all the consumers that the Service provided by Reliance customer care & reliance is pathetic. The worst service ever provided by any corporate. I think Airtel Broadband is far better then Reliance. Atleast the airtel customer service know what they are talking about. My reliance landline is not workin from past 15 days, I called up the customer service, gave a complain & they said that they will solve the issue in 48 hrs but nothing happened. Again i called up & again i got the assurity that the work will be done asap, but nothing happened. each time that i called up they gave me a complain number & assured me that the problem will be solved.. still i am waiting for the service to be up again to use. Finally i have decided that i will disconnect the service & not pay them any money further.
                          One more thing that i would like to inform you that dont even use reliance broadband service its is worst then a dialup of VSNL. I took a speed of 2mpbs but i never got that speed, i always have wait minutes & hrs to finish my browsing because the speed is so slow. My suggestion to everyone plzzzzzzz never have any relation with RELIANCE..
                          i have been using Reliancebroad net since a long time. In the month of Sept., 2008 my P.C. was not working due to some problem and i requested your local office to disconnect my broad net serives temporarily for one month as i shall not be able to use broad net for at least one and half month. Your local official came to me and got my written consent of a performa and assure that the same will be done. But sorry to write that after some time i got the bill for the month of Sept., 2008 and my local as well as STD facility was discontinued for some time without intimating me as i did not deposit the bill amount of Rs.505/- for the month of Sept., 2008. I had already paid thereafters bills regularly.
                          Last month i got a call from your local office and i told him my problem. He assure me that he will allow 50 % discount on your dues of Rs.505/-. But after few days after that i got another call from your Mumbai office that as i have not deposited Rs.505/- so my local as well as STD services have been disconnected.
                          I am surprised by this type of services being provided by Reliance. One local offical who came personnaly to me got my written consent and assure me for waiver of Non Useage of and after few days another says that your services have been suspended. Now since last about 15 days my outgoing telephon services local as well as STD have been suspended.
                          I shall not deposit any amount for the Non Useage and suspended period rental or other charges. and if compelled i shall request for permanently termination of connection.                               I have lost my mobile along with a Reliance smart GSM sim in Kolkata for which I have already lodged a diary in Rajarhat police station, Kolkata. The sim was taken from Sikkim circle 4 years back when I was a student in Sikkim Manipal Institute of technology. Now I am working in Kolkata and as per the information given to me by the Reliance customer care, I have to go to Sikkim to collect my new sim which is really troublesome for me. My complaint is, why I am not issued a new sim with the same number in kolkata as I am using this sim from Kolkata since last one and a half year. If all the other services can be availed from the Kolkata circle then why not the sim replacement facility? I can produce all relevant documents which may be required to process the replacement request. Moreover the customer care executive Miss Meenakshi, whom I could reach through the number [protected] (Customer care number for the Sikkim circle) was not at all cooperative and she did not even provide me with the Customer care number of the kolkata circle and disconnected the call without my consent.

                              Sub : Unjustified Deduction from Pre-Paid Balance

                              On 21.03.209, Rs.40/- has been deducted suddenly from my Pre-Paid Balance. I lodged complaints thrice (No. 92465014 dated 21.03.09, No. 92562933 dated 22.03.09 and No. 92898451 dated 25.03.09) to get refund of Rs.40/- and ultimately I got the refund.

                              But on 31.03.09, again Rs.20/- has been deducted on the ground that I have opted for "background music" which is totally baseless and when I enquired about the same on 01.04.09 and on 04.04.09, in both the instances the same reason has been cited for deduction.

                              I am really totally un-satisfied with these kinds o[censored]njustified deductions. In addition to the above, I am trying for the last 1(One) month to record the change in address of myself and for this I have contacted several offices like Reliance Customer Care Office in BBD Bag and they in turn sent me to 91, Battala Street (near Satyanarayan Park, Kolkata) and they told that Reliance has stopped to record change in address since last 2(Two) Months.

                              I have send this complaint two times through email to your nodal officer Mr. Mahendra Kumar Pandey (Kolkata zone) but till the date[protected] I don't recived any mail from your Officer/Company.

                                so i talk to Mr. Vinish kwatra that please sir you tell me accurate date when you accept the resignation, so he said that i do not accept your resignation, you will do any thing which you want to do.
                                Not only me but also many persons who worked with reliance communication, and he give a resignation to Mr. Vinish Kwatra but Mr. Vinish Kwatra did not accept the resignation.

                                dear Sir,

                                one of your executive named Sri Shyam Pandey, employee code 27641886 along with his senior named unknown visited the office in the month of may 2009 for NET DEMO presentation and came into touch with our system.
                                during this processing in our system he misleaded the work and damaged our licensed software to the which we objectives and asked the reasons of it. inspite of reply of malicy tha same corrected he and his senior (pecially seniour) atarted howling used uncalled for utterness and harsh misbehaving with undersigned. on control he submitted his identity card with 3 swis card with the assuarance to come back for removal of the position of damaged licensed software.
                                now about 2 months are being passed but neither he turned up and asked for solving the problem nor collection of his ID Card and fun card
                                therefore solving its application to your with the request to please take adrastic action.

                                  I took a new reliance connection on 21st of july(new set).On the same day i recharged it with 496 rupees ( reliance-reliance ) S.T.D free scheme at 12:55 P.M. After that i put a top up of 201 rupees. But i am still charged for calling Reliance S.T.D mobiles. customer care is telling that my 496 scheme got lost. I confirmed it from the dealer BTM SHOP he is confident that there is no problem from his side. I think it is unfair and no one from reliance listening to me.I lost all my balance of 200 rupees for calling on reliance STD numbers inspite of having STD free plan. From my this experience i can never suggest a person to take reliance mobile. I am very dissatisfied from reliance customer care. After calling 10 times i have not got a clear reply. Reliance such a big name and what a service they are providing its a shame on you all.

                                  I have taken a relliance smart prepaid connection and make it life time free but day after I have done this my incoming as well as out going is completely stop .I have complain it in at respectivre distributor where from I have purchase it but after several complain still I they are unable to solve my issue now what should I do .

                                  i have taken a nw conn. on 14th of march 2009, from korba chhattisgarh.
                                  no. [protected] on condition that i' ll get the no. of choice within 24 hrs. but till now i've not recd, the no.
                                  although customer care has given me a time of 48 hrs. so i'll wait till 9:30 pm today i.e. 18th of march.
                                  To morrow i'm going to submit my connection. and get it closed.

                                    Reliance GSM Mobile — Not receiving Call History

                                    I have a reliance gsm connection with me. On March 22, my cellphone was stolen, but after I lost my mobile someone made few calls from my number (reliance gsm). On next day, I called to reliance helpline to get my call histroy for past one month.

                                    Date and Time: 23rd March 2010, 12:02pm

                                    They told me to wait for 10 to 12 days for call history. I waited for this time and after that when I took follow up they replied me rudely and told me to wait for next few days.
                                    It has been more then a month and still I am waiting for that call history. On last sunday (2nd May 2010) when I called then they told me that they've delivered this call history to my home address which is actually not delivered at my home. They cut Rs 25 from my current mobile balance and now they want to cut more Rs 25 to send that call history again. They don't have any proof of the incident about sending that call history to my home address. Nobody from my family received that call history ever. I have paid Rs 25 for this call history and still they have the excuses only. They are not replying me or not escalating my issue in their company. Everytime I have to talk with different customer care executive and everytime they tell me different stories. I need some help on it so I can receive my call history as early as possible.

                                        i am from jaipur. i am pay 500 Rs for broadnet on date[protected] but i am not get any net connection .when i pay fee than "mr mukesh renwal" say you will get connection in 3-4 days but after 25-30 days i am not get connection.i went in the reliance office at jaipur on date[protected] and many other time and meet with the branch H.O.D. "mr. ghirija jha ". he not give a good responce .when i want talk with him many time the not heair my words and go out of office with friends in office time.when i call him on cell than he say i will call back but after that not give a good responce. so please tell me i will get net connection or not. i am a student and i lost my many time in this process.
