[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Complaint Against Reliance Communications Fake Packages on my Mobile & Customer Care Employess are all Frauds

Hello Sir,
I am Ajay from Dehradun my brother purchased a reliance lifetime Prepaid mobile few years back now the reliance

communications it is work fine but know for last 11 months they are automatically charging it for different pacakages like

India Edu etc. I have complaint several times to there customer care(Dail *333 on any reliance mobile for customer care) but

but they are not responding.They are saying that we can not deactive the pacakages and they are giving us a paid mobile no of

the third party that is providing them these services and the no they provide us are not work and no one is responding on

those no. Then we again and again complaint to there customer care then they give us a sms code UNSUB INDIA EDU & a toll free

no to deactive the pakages we does what they said but the pacakages does not deactive and a reply had camed from there server

that there is no package active on your mobile phone no to deactive. So, I think that there all Employees are fraud also they

are saying that you can complaint on consumer forun of india or in trai. Sotherefore please take legal action Reliance

Communication & There customer care employees.

reliace mobile — .....

i am a customer of reliance mobile since the past two years. a messge came on my mobile saying that if we get a rechrge done on my mobile of rs.222 i wil get lifetime validity. but i got only 10/- rs as talk value and no lifetime validity. i have complained it to customer care thrice but no action was taken on this. my mobile number[protected]. i request you to please take some actions against this.

i have purchased a classic c731 mobile on 30 march. the product was found defective and i asked the service centre to repair my product. he repaired the product in about 15 daysand now again the same problem is coming in that phone and the service centre incharge is not giving the exact date that when he will repair myphone again i hav submiited my phone .kindly do the needful.

Reliance Communications — Web world indulged in wrong practices, which are ignored

I had bought the mobile handset from Reliance Webworld, Pune. There they told me that the cost of handset is 1850 + 200(for number transfer) and FREE adlabs ticket.

But the cost of that handset is 1400, which I came to after a week when I saw some advertisements. Then I complained they told me after completing their search, that everything is alright.

The Adlabs ticket which was so called FREE was never free. But its cost was included in that Bill price. When I complained about this, they told that if we would tell customer that this ticket is not free, nobody would buy from us.This is the way companies are growing.

So, these people are doing Fraud which nobody can prove it that it is wrong. So please, always take the break up of the bill with all details written on bill as what are FREE items and what is being accounted as cost for you..

Reliance Communications — Most annoying helplines & services

We have a corporate connection of Reliance and have not received the bill for the last month (Dec. '08) and despite all my efforts to connect to their various customer care divisions (which they have bifurcated for individuals, corporate etc. etc.), all their CCEs pass the ball to the other division and none of them addresses the complaint in hand. There are events when these people run after consumers for bill payments and now for those who are actually willing to pay the bill, there's noone available for facilitating that as well. Further i tried calling their VARIOUS helplines around 10 times in the past two days and even put a mail at their customer care mail id but have not got a single satisfactory reply from any of them.. either its system not working or they tell to contact their other division which in turn tells to call some other and vice versa.. and best part they dont even entertain compalints for each other.. GREAT SERVICE!!!

i want to sdca change option in post paid plan but allways r world stuff has denied for sdca change.
they never want to do his work.
its a monopolly of r worlds work in darbanga region.

i had a post paid connection of reliance i was using it from past 4 years i dint have any problem last week i converted it into prepaid i recharged ti for the validity purpose and the balance amout its been more than 15 days my account has not been credited with the prepaid balance and whenever i call the customer care deapartmrnt they say our server are down...i am sick of the services provided by reliance customer care department

CLIP subscription ke naam par mere mob. ke recieving call ka data khatam kar diya gaya, mere mob. par lagi callertune apne-aap hata di gayi aur mujhse kaha gaya ki aapne hatawayi he.
aur aapko jo karna he kar sakte he, unhe consumer forum ka koi dar nahi...

Recently I bought Reliance GSM prepaid connection in Bangalore. I got two problems mainly to address.

1) I provided all the documents which I require to have a prepaid connection to a shop keeper. I dont know if he has submitted the documents to the Reliance or not but after three days I got an SMS that you documents havenot reached to Reliance and your service will be barred. I guess, I have not done anything wrong from my side, then why a consumer is suffering?
2) After that biggest concern is coming up now. Reliance had made ads like Air, Food, Water, and network. It do surprize me when I get such a poor network coverage which is pathetic to such a level where I can not connect to any phone in evening after 8pm. Even in the day time, call connects hardly in one go? I think, service provider like reliance always fool people, consume and their conscience. Though I believe, organisations like TRAI and DOT donot do anything and good for nothing. People who are sitting in such organisations just sell their responsibilities to the corporates like Reliance. They just sell spectrum to the companies which provide substandard services to consumer. They dont even check if service provider is good enough to provide the right services or not.
TRAI and different service provider have installed a grievances addressal system but no actions are taken or actual issues or they are just inefficient and setup for just providing definitions.
I believe, if a service provider is commited to provide services to a consumer/subscriber then he/it should be checked throughly if they are well enough to hold the highest level of quality so that consumer would not felt cheated.

i m avdhesh saxena from faridabad. i m call castomer care toll free no. dated 05.06.2009 and time 10.25 pm, customer excutive received my call and not good response for my questions, my complaint agst. criket pack i have not activate this but my mobile gone balance amount 10 rs, my request to u pls dconect this pack, ur customer care excutive are not good behaviour also,

pls go some step for customer care excutive.

i hope my problem solve as soon as ...thanks

Exactly the same problem, I also have been facing. Cricket pack got activated on their (Relcom) own on the first day of T-20 world cup. My Rs.5/- is being subtracted on daily basis despite my daily complaints to helpline and twice at Ludhiana's Reliance Web world since past 3 weeks or so I'm losing my money and getting my BP high due to unsolicited SMS messages. Company has been promising me of refunding the money but they are not.
*333 is a bogus service. At first it's closr to impossible to get to them. Second, they don't talk nicely and are rather arrogant at times. Thirdly, whether i choose hindi or english option, they would start speaking in hindi only. They refuse to give any details of the calls made or action on my previous complaints. They always say their terminal is not working due to some technical snag and ask you to call later... Calling every time is a pain... Example : U dial *333. Tring Tring Welcome to Remliance mobile India's no 1 Telecommunication network. Pl dial 1 for hindi punjabi layee 32 dabao press 3 for english ---- press 3 --- Dear customer please make all local calls at 50 paise and all STD calls for Re 1/- using the jaadu pack for Rs. 550/- ... Sorry, all our customer service associates are busy on calls.. Pl call up later or hold... MUSIC and again some rubbish announcement --- after around 8 to 9 minute one arrogant BPO chap will come on line--- He'll talk some non sence and lo ! All of a sudden mid -way, your call gets cut.
So START ALL OVER AGAIN !
It's PAIN to contact the IRRITATING/ HOSTILE/ UNCO_OOPERATIVE RELIANCE HELPLINE !
I don't think any of Reliance people would ever get back to an agrieved customer...

I have PrePaid Reliance no. I Recharge with Reliance tariff card of 56 Rs. Then to fill my main balance i talk to agent he told me 56 rs talk time will not effect my calling Card. So i recharge it either that card now after a day i found...

Reliance wed world — Fraud practice

My name is mohammed zaheeruddinand was a customer of reliance web world.
In rauahmundry I was using reliance web world service with id dreams.world as I got a transfer to hyderabad in the month of may, Mr Mohan (reliance web world executive at rauahmundry) sold my account dreams.world holding a balance of RS 3500 to some x person for RS 1500 and promised me that he will credit RS 1500 to my ICICI bank account but till date he has not.
So I request you to please look into it and do need full.

I have mobile LG RD 5130, unable to surf internet in R WORLD menu.Messaging -mail messenger sub menu is not coming, in that buy pack is coming. I subscribed, but no response.It is from mid July.I have complained many times.Complain no[protected],[protected].Now customer care stopped to attained my call to talk . I went to cc Surat, He(Mr Bhawish) said It will be activated in 24 hours.Many days passed, till now nothing is happened.

I also face the same problem, some or the other services of reliance gets activated and when we speak to customer care they say it has been activated by you only. Though I never had activated any services. They unsuscribe the services on request but dont refund the amount. I am not the only person who face this problem. Many of my friends & relatives face the same problem. Unnecessarily we the amount get deducted form our balance.
Plz you need to take the serious action against this and also need to check your systems.

Reliance Mobile — deficiency of service & cheating all LIFETIME consumers

date 23/9/09 time 7.30 pm Faulty IVRS system gives projected time that the call will be answerd within 5 mins and it took 38 mins for the coustomer care executive to ans the call.

morning 23/9/9 when we contacted customer care they told that i need to again buy a voucher of 199 to stay connected. ( since as per their data i have not recharged the mobile for Rs.200 for last six months. When i asked that how much i have recharged in last six months He declined to divulge the amount i.e we are at their mercy after buying lifetime card ( i.e validity upto 2021) and every six months we need to buy the lifetime card.This is done only to create a super natural profits of Rs.50000 cr. by adag group. TRAI should TAKE into account the LIFETIME MESS created by RELIANCE.

i want to complaint against India's First leading telecom Company Reliace to making fool to their customers ,Sir from last one yrs i am trying to overcome one major problem of deactivate one service which i was subscribe frm r World but i am unable to this, i complaint to ccs many times the customer care representative blaming that i did this,when i munable to overcome this i purchase new sim and stop recharging t old no but this month on sep09 no balnce deducted b'coz my account could not have sufficient balance so they r unable to deduct i have 14 balnce on my old no till yesterday morning but at 1 pm company deducted 10/- frm balance n i got sms that ur10 deducted b'coz u subscribe VAS pack worth 10/- for 6 days.i dont know wat is this vas pack.i call to CCS to CCR of M.P(Bhopal)(Jabalpur) one lady attaned my call and said they dont have any information of deducting money frm my account she said to me call after 4 hours i will give money i[censored] r correct.i disconnect the phone after one hour i again call to customer care service to customer care representative,the person who attend my call listen my problem then he is unable to solve the problem and blaming me that i subcribe VAS pack service,when i ask to wat is this service they said itis a business related service from sms we receive infrmation sir i m a house wife this service is useless for me why i subscribe this.plssolve my problem i have to problem,the first one not solved again another problem starts,pls solve my proble ,pls answer me,
