Reliance GSM SIM — reliance gsm sim not activated

i had purcharched reliance gsm sim on 13/01/2009 at reliance web world in rajajinagar and the sim was not activated till the date.
i had contacted your customer care in three time from 2day but there is no use

can you help me

I buying 1 GSM sim but not activated why i take 1 week ago

i, m ankit dogra, my no. is [protected] gsm reliance user working under training at sri ram telecom from punjab our std code is 01632 . sir when i insert my sim into my sgh-j150b phone. no msg is found as during insertion of new sim my inbox is empty. i send sms ALL to 55100 no reply is come ago for 2 days my incoming n outgoing is well but i also try r-menu then go to gprs setting, a pics. come please wait, i wait for this settings for 20 hrs no reply come. then i also in or out putting the sim for settings but in vain. sir i face lot of problem.
i hope u will solve my problem and send me settings of gprs

i have the same problam as your's !! i can't accesing gpr in my kg300.
after my confirmatiopn with customer care, this service is only able for n-series or other window phone's!!

I Want to re-activate my lost sim card number is [protected]. i tried using *228 and put the 9 digit number but this say fail to activate. hot to do /

SIM CARD ACTIVATION
I'm a reliance GSM user; my name is Baljit Singh and number is [protected]. But still my CARD is not activated. I have taken New No of Reliance GSM One month before, I submit require documents but after one month today 27-02-10 my number is not activated. For activation I was complaint in call center. They Said U should contact with Reliance Mobile Dealer. I visit to Reliance Dealer and Re-Submit documents but they are rejected again. I have no another ID proof. He cant give me satisfy reply my cell no. [protected] which is not activated yet.
Please activate my no. immediately. Its Urgent.
