Got bill for 1st month, suffering for last 3 weeks with disconnection and pathetic service even after continuous follow up. I bought a Reliance Data card from Reliance Web World Express, Diadem Infocom, Amrapali Green Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (Phone: [protected]) on 2nd Feb ‘09.
It was with the offer of 2 months unlimited connection. The connection was activated after all the papers were submitted on 3rd Feb 09. It was also with a discussion that if there is any major problem because of connectivity or service, I would be returning the data card and connection.
Surprisingly, I got a call from Reliance in 2nd Week of March ‘09 that my connection would be disconnected as my payment is pending. I explained in detail about the offer and also about not receiving any bill.
In few days I received a bill in my mail box and at the same time my connection was disconnected. I contacted Reliance customer care, but no result.
12th March, I contacted the local Reliance Web in Amrapali Green Indirapuram. Mr. Amit picked up and noted the problem.
16th March, I contacted Deepak Yadav; the owner of the local Reliance Web in Amrapali Green Indirapuram. He replied that things will be taken care in a day.
On 17th March I contacted the local Reliance Web Amrapali Green Indirapuram again over phone. Mr. Rajesh picked up, noted my reliance number and shared that he will take care of it. Nothing happened.
On 18th March, I contacted Reliance Customer care, after long discussion; call was forwarded to Data Card division and after 1 hrs to total discussion; they just said to contact the local Reliance Web. Again, I contacted the local Reliance Web in Amrapali Green Indirapuram. Mr. Amit picked up; explained him again about the problem.
On 19th March evening, I personally dropped in to local Reliance Web in Amrapali Green Indirapuram; submitted a copy of my bill and explained the problem again; lady told me to give back a call by 12 pm next day. Call never came.
On 20th March evening, again dropped in to local Reliance Web in Amrapali Green Indirapuram; Mr. Rajesh available there told me that to come next day as they are about to close.
On 23th March contacted local Reliance Web in Amrapali Green Indirapuram asked about the status of the problem but had to explain the whole problem once again.
I sent a mail to [protected]@rcom.co.in with Subject : Faulty Bill Reliance No. : [protected] on 23rd March 09. SO far there is no response
On 24th March contacted local Reliance Web in Amrapali Green Indirapuram; the phoned got rolled to multiple person; at last when I insisted to talk with the owner, Deepak Yadav promised to take care of it and update me next day.
On 25th March, Deepak Yadav called me up and updated that a case is been created to Reliance and I will be updated in next 72 hrs.
26th March, I was called from Reliance Mumbai and updated that during the period when I took the data card, the offer of 2 month free access of removed for few days; asked me to contact local Reliance Web and short out the things locally because of the false promise. Evening I called up again to Deepak and updated him that I was to pay the monthly bill but return the data card as I am not interested to retain the connection.
28th March, I visited local Reliance Web in Amrapali Green Indirapuram to return the card and close the connection; they refused to get the data card back and return the money for data card.
It was a PATHATIC and HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH RELIACCE. Worst part was NO ONE WAS WILLING TO DO ANYTHING, STARTING WITH CUSTOMER CARE TO LOCAL RELIANCE WEB IN INDIRAPURAM. It was with sarcastic opinion that you already paid for the data card and connection now you have to continue as you can’t even shift to another mobile operator using the same data card.
For me it was not just matter of the 2500/- I paid for the card; it is AGAINST THE PATHATIC SERVICE AND THE OPEN CHEATTING THAT IS BEEN DONE. Now even not willing to return the basic amount of the data card that I could not even use with another telecom provider.

Reliance — Datacard Issue and Setvice is Pathetic
Data card purchased 4 months back and has issues with browsing. Speed is pathetic and their service is also is like the speed of data card. Customer service is like a hell. No one is bothered to serve. Customer care ppl try to convince by making courtesy call. Attitude is atrocious. I dont have any more bad words to say against them. All the avaiable bad words can be used to praise reliance.
