Refunding of fraud billing amount.

Repeatedly over billed the monthly rent

I have purchased Reliance Data Card and started using from Mar 2009. Over a Period of time due to improper services I stopped using the services and then a Senior Executive Mr Saurabh Gupta in Reliance Mobile asked me to restore the services by giving the assurance of best of the services. I agreed and I choosen a 300 Rs Monthly Rent Plan by confirming it on the application undersigned by me.

unnecessary sms services and chgs deducted

i hav reliance number [protected].yesterday some sms pack got activated itself and charges were deducted for it.when i contacted cust care they said that I had replied to their msg to activte the service.hwevr the truth is that they didnt care to send me any msg b4 activating the service. i received msg only after the service was activated and charges already deducted.

Regarding Bad Customer Care Executives

I bought Reliance CDMA mobile phone, 4 months back. From the day I bought, I lost nearly Rs.2000/- unnecessarily. I will explain in detail, so that the others can aware of that.
I am having Lifetime Card. Last month I recharged with Rs.799 voucher(unlimited free calls only for reliance). Then i want to change my plan to Lifetime Jaadu Pack, I asked the suggestion of Reliance Customer Care Executive, he said you can recharge right now....

I have paid my Reliance mobile bill on 29.01.2009 at Reliance authorised collection agent M/s.Maximus Financials, R.P.Road, Secunderabad. I have paid Rs.1403/- ( One thousand four hundred and three ) cash and they had given me the cash receipt.
