My name is Manjunath MB.
My mobile number is [protected] From Mysore.
I am facing the outgoing and incoming problems i can't even make a single call. I have to dail morethen 20 for single person
I have activated the SMS Pack rupees 32 for 500 SMS on 08/02/2009 till the date today i cant even SEND single message any one numbers (Messages sending failed please try later).But from SMS balance is decreasing. But regarding this i have given a more than 3 to 4 compliant to customer care Regarding SMS Problems there is no response i have mentioning the complaints number
[protected], 87431420, 89040432 etc).
Then i go to Reliance Web world.
They told Call to Nodal Officiers but i called no response there

I am grateful to you that your service was very good when I am became a customer of your Reliance gsm service, my phone no. is [protected], my home is in village alando nearby the your tower at biridi under Jagatsinghpur district of Orissa . But I am filling uneasy now because your service is not reachable to my home now, kindly increasing your range by which I will be satisfy with your service otherwise I will change your service to other network.

    I am having a reliance prepaid connection no [protected], I am facing so many problems with the relience like : they have activated my caller tune without my acknowledgment and they deduct money for that as well, also they are sending unwanted SMS, advertisement etc...while calling the customer care they say they will be taking care in next 72 hours but no action.

    They are having 375 recharge voucher and they committed for one month free unlimited on relience network, but in 10 days...its been deactivated and never activated after calling several time at their customer care. I am totally disappointed with this kind of services...So for I have only solution of no more recharging this mobile phone because i know that when ever i will recharge they will deduct Rs 30 per month without any prior notice and agreement.

    For all this inconvenience I need a immediate action against the people at your franchisee and action against them. I need a written copy of the ACTION against them. Also, I need a compensation for whatever inconvenience caused.

      I have an Reliance Broadband Internet connection, My Modem is not working from past 1 Month. When I tried to register an complaint Customer Care says They can not take my complaint because my details are not updated in their system, they will update it and contract me in 24 hours. it happens 3 times. Then I insist them to give me a complaint number. they register a complaint but close it on next day without providing any solution. I have registered so many complaints, Reliance is not providing any solution, but they close the complaint every time.

      This time I raised a complaint and sent then a email, Complaint number is # 93354341. they closed this complaint as well and did not provide any solution.

      Reliance Broadband — Not Providing Fault Resolution

      I have an Reliance Broadband Internet connection, My Modem is not working from past 1 Month.       This time I raised a complaint and sent then a email, Complaint number is # 93354341. they closed this complaint as well and did not provide any solution.
      I am reliance broadband customer login id #[protected], my internet connection is down since last 4 to 5 months... i have put up more than 100 complaints also has written emails to the customer care but no body is bothered. Every time I place a complaint they give me 24 hours time... but than nothing happens... I am highly dissatisfied with the company and its functioning, especially customer care who are there to ask for login details and providing complaint number as well as 24 hrs time frame...
      If you tell me to describe the reliance internet service, i will say it "HORRIBLE AND PATHETIC, just disgusting".

      Rishabh I completely agree with you, Reliance is one of the horrible and worst internet service provider. I am running an online business and from last 10 days my reliance internet is not working. On daily basis, i am giving couple of complaints to their customer care but it seems like they don't care. I am just got fed up now. The two my complaint numbers are[protected] and[protected]

      It has just been a nightmare for me having a reliance internet connection.

      I am using Reliance and Airtel internet connection at my office and Tata Indicom internet at my house and according to my experience, i found Reliance as worst and horrible service provider, they don't ever bother to call to their customer to find out the status of the issue, but at other hand I found Airtel as the best and after that Tata Indicom the good service provider, at least they confirm and resolves the issue immediately.

      I urge people not to buy Reliance internet otherwise they will face big problem if anytime their internet connection gets disconnected.

      Hi,
      This is mohamed . Reliance Broadband was booked on 03.12.09 & all the documents are submitted same day. i clearly told that sales guy i will be available full day 05.012.09 Saturday i need a connection his fellow name is Raja Mobile no [protected]. He is not response the hole day. then i called to his office they are told cable sat-age . Monday 100% connection will be given to you sir. Reliance office Number is[protected] Person Name Saravanan. Monday also gone nobody has to come . for that reason Monday full day one person wait for that in my home.
      Finally i done the Stop payment on Tuesday. Because once i got the line after service i dont know how they given the service.
      Very bad service in reliance dont take a connection. This is for my advice.

        Dear sir/madam,
        I have purchased a Reliance net connect USB modem on 18th march 2009 From gayatri enterprises, Civillines, Allahabad for Rs.2820. When I was purchasing USB modem I submitted all the required documents with working contact numbers. for some days it was working properly but one fine day all the services were banned then i contacted to the customer care they told me that all your services have been banned due to negative address varification. I had talked to gayatri entrprises and they are giving me excuses that your services have been blocked for this reason, will take take so much time to resume.then the recepsnist referd me to Mr. Dhananjay (Contact No:[protected]). I had called so many time to Mr. Dhananjay but he always said I am not in webword please call later, now the are saying that u are in mumbai so u cant use net connect overthere..and denying to resume my services.the product was two month bundle offer where all the services of net are freefor first two month.they have wasted a lot of my time and still wasting my time.plz help me
        Please suggest me what should I do? You people are making me fool, From last one month you people are treating me as a employee. You people order me that go to Reliance city centre, Reliance Web word express, Civillines, Reliance web word Express,
        You have sell your product with the help of wrong information. You people have misguide me and also you people irritating me. either resume my services immiditely otherwise i will go to consumer forum.

          I had worked with Reliance Communication as a CSA from 24 June 2008 to 19 June 2009. Just after my resignation I went to Oman, and I did never get time to submmit my PF form and withdraw my Provident fund or grauty. But now when I am in India on long leave I want to withdraw my PF.

          I tried to see PF number in pay slip but no where it mention and it is very important when applying for PF.

            Dear sir
            I would like to Inform U that I m getting too much unnecessary mesages from two speciffied numbers and it cretaes problem in my working hour. I had complianed at customer care also. But I could not get its solution.
            I have registered Do not call option also. But still msgs are coming average daily abt 20 msgs.
            according to Customer care I also activated Selective Call Blocking and also they charged Rs 12 for it.
            But Still I am in trouble
            I m giving one specified numbers from which I get a number of msgs i.e. [protected]
            Please act on this and leave me to be in peace.

              Respected sir,
              I am Ajinkya Walvekar using Reliance Prepaid from last two weeks. from first day of purchased simcard there is very low frequency comes on my mobile. The customer care executives were not taking the calls. Everytime they says this root is bust try again latter. from today morning my account is turned off from Reliance prepaid company. They were saying that there is problem in adress proof i had given them. But sir i had given the correct adress which is written on my brother's passport there is not a single spelling mistake. According to the Indian Government rules passport is the biggest adress proof. then how can they say that there is adress verification getting mistake i am very much of frustrated because of service of this company. please help me.

                Respected sir,
                I am constrained to bring it to your notice that I have suffered a loss of
                Rs.60/- within a week at different times by your company. I am bearing a Reliance Prepaid
                mobile with the number [protected]. On 21st March 2009 I have lost Rs.30/- without subscribing
                any caller tunes or entering to R- World. Again, on 26th March 2009 I have lost Rs.30/- in the
                same manner. On enquiry I came to know from Customer Care that I have entered the R- World and
                subscribed the mantra pack around 8:30 p.m to 9 p.m which I have not done. Now, I have decided
                not to recharge my mobile until I am compensated for my loss. I was compelled to bring the matter
                to your notice as the Customer Care has turned a deaf ear to this matter. I request you to cancel
                the facilities of R-World, Caller tunes and other facilities which involves extra charges. If I
                do not find any positive response from your side within a reasonable time then I will be
                withdrawing my customership from your company. I hope this matter will be dealt seriously without
                any repition of this sort.

                    I have purchased Reliance Data Card and started using from Mar 2009. Over a Period of time due to improper services I stopped using the services and then a Senior Executive Mr Saurabh Gupta in Reliance Mobile asked me to restore the services by giving the assurance of best of the services. I agreed and I choosen a 300 Rs Monthly Rent Plan by confirming it on the application undersigned by me.

                    Unfortunately, the same month in Feb 2009, the bill amount was 702 Rs in which they have charged a monthly rent of 650 alongwith a late fee of rs 50. I tried to solve this issue with him and finally after 14 days the additional amount was waved out and I paid Rs 370.00 all together.

                    Now, again this month (Mar 2009) the bill amount is Rs 640.00 which is forcing me to loose my temper.
                    These (bast's) people have no value of their promises what they make at the time of sale.

                    What to do to stop all this nonsense ?????

I talk to the customer care executive he advice me to recharge with 64 validity coupn. I've already got a 2 sms from reliance relating recharge my account with Rs. 50 to continue my life time validity. I've done the same both time. Could u plz assist me b'coz all the calls are barred I'm facing lots of offical problem.

                        Dear Madam/Sir,

                        I stay in Adchini, New Delhi-17. I had applied for a broadband connection on 5th March, 2009. The fixed phone line which comes with the broadband was installed on 8th of march and it was said to me that the broadband connection will come within 7 days. However, no instalment of broadband connection was done yet. the sales executive that came and sold me the plan also does not answer the call and when called from different no. replies really rudely. His name is Akbar Khan who is from Delhi. I am mentally harassed because of this. the customer care is also not helpful and they cannot be of any help to me. My fixed phone line no. is [protected]

                          I AATISH THOLIYA have opted for reliance broadband thinking of brandname but unfortunately i have to tell that i was mistaken to do that. that was the biggest mistake of my life. MY COMPLAINT WAS - I WANT TO CHANGE MY PLAN FROM 25PAISE/ MB TO UNLIMITED PLAN OF 75KBPS FOR WHICH I HAD REQUESTED ON 27TH OF MARCH . THE PLAN WILL BE CHANGED WITHIN 48 HRS WAS THE ASSURANCE GIVEN TO ME. BUT BY TODAY (01 APRIL 2009) IT'S NOT DONE EVERYDAY I USE TO CALL R-CARE AND THE SAME REPLY I USED TO GET, " UR REUEST IS FORWARDED AND IN PROCESS, WHETEHER U GOT ANY CALL, ETC ETC QUESTIONS.
                          I request u to please change the plan as early as possible or take away ur reliance broadnet service. so that i will never hurt in the future.
                          ONE MORE SHOCKING THING I NOTICE TODAY THAT MY USUAGE OF INTERNET FOR TODAY(01ST APRIL) BILLED ME FOR 81+60 RS.= 141RS. FOR WHICH I HAD USED THE NET FOR ALMOST 3HR.45MIN. AND THE WEBSITE I HAD OPEN WAS REGULAR ONE I.E. ICICIDIRET, NSE INDIA AND MARKETBHAVISHYA THAT'S IT. THE SAME WEBSITE I HAD OPEN BACK 2 -3 DAYS ALSO. NO PHOTO DOWNLOAD NOTHING. EARLIER I THOUGHT IT WAS APRIL FOOL OR WHAT BUT CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE SAID IT WASN'T APRIL FOOL.

                            Dear sir,

                            I have purchased reliance prepaid mobile since march 2008, which says
                            Validity of mobile is till 2021.

                            Today I have recharged my mobile
                            With 250 rupees thru citibank Internet website but it was
                            Strange to find that there was SMS which says that
                            We have been recharged with re .01

                            When we call customer care it says that it is
                            Recharged only for call reliance to reliance
                            For 100 min for next one yr. When we asked
                            To refund then they says it not our policy to
                            Refund. I have spoken to Dinesh one of the
                            Customer care from Chandigarh but I have doubt
                            If they have told their correct name and location

                            Reliance has proved again that they are cheaters

                            Please look into it

                            very unfortunetly i am informing you the your prepaid services are cheating to the customers
                            as far as my issue is concerned I made a recharge of Rs. 999 as the tata to tata free voucher on my mobile number [protected] it was activated. after two days the facility is been stoped. I faced very big problem by this. kindly reactivate my mobile as soon as possible

                              i hav reliance number [protected].yesterday some sms pack got activated itself and charges were deducted for it.when i contacted cust care they said that I had replied to their msg to activte the service.hwevr the truth is that they didnt care to send me any msg b4 activating the service. i received msg only after the service was activated and charges already deducted.
                              the behaviour of the cust care rep was also very rude and till last she didnt believe me that i hav nt replied to activate any such service.
                              please look into the matter and refund the charges.

                                I bought Reliance CDMA mobile phone, 4 months back. From the day I bought, I lost nearly Rs.2000/- unnecessarily. I will explain in detail, so that the others can aware of that.
                                I am having Lifetime Card. Last month I recharged with Rs.799 voucher(unlimited free calls only for reliance). Then i want to change my plan to Lifetime Jaadu Pack, I asked the suggestion of Reliance Customer Care Executive, he said you can recharge right now. I asked about my Rs.799 Voucher, if i go with Life time Jaadu pack means, whether the Rs.799 voucher will be expired or continued. He said you can continue with that, so i recharded with Rs. 595 (life time jaadu pack). But i lost Rs.799/- without making any call, they simply said sorry it was a mistake. I asked to refund but they refused.
                                Now my call tarrifs cahged to STD 1 rs and Local 50paise. I again recharged with rs799/- in the same month, now im getting free calls to reliance, but for other than reliance the call tarrif has been revised as previous. I asked about this to one of the customer care, he said the same answer "sorry". He said if your special tarrifs is not there you will get the STD 1rs and Local 50ps.
                                If thery are really good customer care representatives means, they have to tell the hidden truths also na...Why these reliance customer care executives are behaving as a cheaters... I hate reliance...
                                Those who are havinh reliance please make a note of this incident...dont loose your valuable money as like me...

                                Reliance — wrong suggestion by customer care

                                i am having pre paid connection of relainace. i had charged my phone with rs 222 life time voucheer along with rs 880/ top up card. i was getting std call for rs one. but in the month of october rs 880 plan was withdrawn without any notice. then i contacted customer cre in shillong. he advised me to charge my phone with rs 250/ stating rs 880/ plan is withdrawn. so i followed his advice. but 3-4 days rs 880/ plan again continued but i was not able to get that plan because as per customer care advise i charged my phone with rs 250/. because of his wrong advise i am suffering as i am not able to enjoy rs 880/ plan.

                                i am using reliance since it has been launched & facing & extreme tension bcz of its customer care service.my phone was supposed to expire on 5 dec 2008 & i received a msg on 5 sec 2008 at 6:58 pm from reliance saying that get a recharge of rs.210 & u will get life time validity with 250 rs. after that i confirmed it from the customer care executive at *333 & went on for recharge on 5 des 08 at 7:35 pm.but still rather than giving a proper talk time & validity they gave only rs 186.9 & 1 day validity with that they even baared my phone till now they have'nt bother to pay any attention towards my complaint.plz look to it i am facing a great loss becouse of your irresposibilty.my no. is [protected] Regard'sKunal Dhawan-0-[protected]

                                cdma 799 voucher — balance problem

                                plz solve my problem i am not able to make any std rim call from my rim cell despite of having the 799 rs voucher .
                                which enables me to call across india to any rim no.
                                plz check the problem.
                                and my balance is reducing without any usages.
                                My Mobile No [protected] in the name of Masood Raza complained lodged regarding activation of Fun Pack at yours end arbitrarily and deducted amount of Rs 30/- (Thirty Rupees) against the balance of the aforesaid mobile . Thus the account landed into debit of Rs 18/- (Eighteen Rupees). complaint lodged with the customer care service on 22nd April 2009 and the first call was attended by your executive Mr. Mohit and i requested to close the pack and balance refunded to my account and enabling me to make calls which has been suspended. Mr Rohit transfered to Mr. Sukhwinder (Sr.Support) who made false commitment and gave 24 hrs for restoration . After 24 hrsagain i contacted Mr. Ramesh yadav (Sr.Support) after lapser of next 24 hrs and he confirmed as their was no complaint regarding such pack and no adjustment has been posted in my account and the same script was told that within 24 hrs pack will be deactivated and the adjustment will eb posted in your account. After next 24 hrs Mr. Rohit transfered my call to Mr. Gurvinder (Sr.Support) but all made false commitments to sort out problems but all are great liars did nothing and the complaint rests with your customer care in actioned lamenting on your poor serives. Every time when i explained my problem every executive said thier is system problem and call after 1 hours . I dont think so that so poor customer care services is providing reliance to thier users that every day thier system is down/technical problem.

                                I request your better to disband your customer care service which is futile and of no use. Its better to give the powers to deactivate such pack at dealers end not to them as they are evading the calls under pretext of technical upgradation services. Services provided by the other mobile owners are far better than your wretched services and staffs. All are liable to be prosecuted under the offence of cheating the poor customers and strict action should be taken so that it should not be repeated in future.

I had talked to Mrs. Savita (Sr.Support) on 28-04-09 who promised me to refund the amount deducted by you by means of posting waiver as my account is still in debit balance resulting great inconvenience. Miserable state of affair prevailing in your customer service.

                                Reliance Mobile — Wretched customer service

                                I registered my mobile number under "Do not disturb Register" years back; and still continue to get plenty junk messages, that too during odd hours. I have periodically have been giving the details of such messages received along with source to Reliance for the last one year. Till now they had done nothing to stop this, and even do not respond to complaints. They had flatly refused to give me their all India Service Head's contact details saying that they are not supposed to. But they are pretty well supposed to take customers for a ride. I must have sent then hundred mails over the last one year and ultimately I FOUND THE SOLUTION MYSELF! I DECIDED TO SURRENDER THE CONNECTION; AND REQUEST LIKE MINDED CUSTOMERS TO DO THE SAME. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO BRING DOWN TO EARTH COMPANIES WHO CARE A HOOD FOR CUSTOMERS.

                                After visiting the Reliance Web world you have to take the decision to change via
                                Why because you are dealing with a lot of money, , , at that time there is a minimum responsibility to do that

                                some may pass better information and some may not!!!

                                    i made the payment of my home telephone bill on 31/3/2009 at 12:30 in the afternoon at hyderabad reliance webworld by credit card of my home number[protected], the receipt number is S[protected],
                                    again in the evening my mom went to pay the bill as she didnt knew that i already paid it at 5 o'clock in the evening and the people there in patna kankarbagh web world took the same payment again under receipt number S[protected].
                                    Now after calling again and again to the customer care there is no responce from the company, the only thing they say is that your excess amount will be adjusted in next month bill.

                                    Mine complain is that this not about money it is about cheating with the customer, the payment system is an online process in which in minutes the amount get updated arround the globe, than how can an reliance emloyee after seeing on the system that the bill is paid again took the same payment.

                                    kindlly take an appropriate action on it.

                                      Sir,
                                      I was Reliance Mobile No. [protected], which is post paid connection. Due to my transfer from Delhi to Gorakhpur, I enquired about circle change of area from customer care executive. But the customer care executive says that you have not paid any amount for circle changing because your number is earmarked by the company which is seacret. Then I have changed my circle from Delhi to U.P. When, I have received my bill then I complaint to Costomer care (complaint reference no. 92794430 on 24/03/2009) to the Senior executive Mr. Shambhu Das. He said that, reliance communication execuitive from other internal department of the said communication industry will contact me with in three days. But no one was contacted me. Then I have contact with customer care supervisor namely Mr. Supria on 29/03/2009, about the complaint/matter. He said, after 24 hours, Sineor Executive will contact with me.
                                      The aforesaid beaviour is bad. Therefore, I request you, that the above mentioned harrashment from Reliance Communication may be restricted and due to given by wrong information of customer care executive may be punished. And the amount of Rs. 275.72/- may be recovered from his salary as a punishment and my bill may be adjusted for Rs. 275.72/-.
                                      An early action may be solicited please.

                                      The customer support department of Reliance is the worst i have ever dealt with. They are bunch on stupid people on earth. They will call you 10 days before due date of your bill, but will never listen to you when you face issues with the services. Mr. Ambani has started giving communication services to people of India without have necessary infrastructure and processes.                                         Sir/Madam,
                                        It is intimated that the customer care executive has been given me wrong information about circle change. The customer care executive cheated me and damage me an amount of Rs. 275.75/- charges for circle change. He said to me that no charge will be collected from you due to industry has given you relaxation and earmarking your mobile number, not charging amount for circle change.

                                        Therefore, I requested you that necessary action may kindly be taken against those customer care executive who give me wrong information for changing of circle. It is also intimated you that I have 995 plan which is no roaming facility. I also submit a complaint on 24/03/2009 to the Senior Executive namely Sh. Shambhu Das, who was saying that the senior head will contact you in between next three days. After, five days later, I have again request to Senior Executive namely Sh. Supriya on 29/03/2009 but the reponse not received from Company Side. The above behaviour shows bad relation with customers. So, kindly take action against the said company and my bill of Rs. 275.75/- may be remitted from those executive who gave wrong information to me as a punishment.

                                        An early action is highly solicited plese.

                                        I AM A RELIANCE CUSTMOR.MY NUMBER IS [protected].MY CUSTMOR CARE HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED.I WAS TALKING TO YOUREXECUTIVE.HE DISCONNECTED MY CUSTMOR CARE NUMBER ON 18 DECEMBER 2002.PLZ START MY CUSTMOR CARE NUMBER.PLZ CHECK WHY CUSTMOR CARE NO HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED ON MY NO.
                                        Respected Sir/ Madam,
                                        Firstly hello!!!... I am a reliance customer from last 10 years. i am proud on my mobile company i.e. reliance. i have many POSTPAID connection as well as PREPAID. your service is too good, I agree for that.
                                        But some time I have many problem regarding with my problem as for SMS service. some time from my cell SMS can`t sent due to what reason they I dont NO. then for this problem whenever I was calling to our customer care no, then CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE can`t talk NEATLY, their manners, attitude, tunning, understanding, specially TALKING has very POORLY, CASUALLY. they cant understand main PROBLEM of customer.
                                        It is intimated that the customer care executive has been RELEASED my call for any time which reason they i dont no.
                                        I spoke to NIKITA on jan 20--2009.she can`t understand my problem.she stayed to me ON long MUTE without any understanding, Hearing my problem. when I said to her plz transfer this call to esclation desk or your any senior, then she can`t gve me help after she has been RELEASED my call. It is not only for her but also MAXIMUM all CSE their language, attitude was not good. Some CSE is very good manners, attitude... ALL IS WELL.
                                        Therefore, I requested you that necessary action may kindly be taken against those customer care executive who gave me UNSATISFIED information. I just want MAX people to take service of RELIANCE COMM. but only due to your CSE performance they can`t possible.
                                        So I requested to you plz take PROPERLY action on them.
