news service activated without consent and amount 30 rupees deducted.

very very very bad customer care service...
feedback of only few customer carer is taken...
news service activated without prior information and every week 10 rupees is getting deducted...
i activated sms pack of rupees 39 then i deactivated... the deactivation was successful even then evry month 39 rupees getting deducted...

Reliance customer care center service is very bad.
Better go for best service providers IDEA, AIRTEL.

Okay, Reliance 3G is one of the fastest data plans outside of Kolkata. BUT, I have had at least 50Rs deducted from my TT balance after my last recharge. It seems they like to taker CRBTs? and Caller Tunes fees on a daily basis. Even after speaking with customer service, more has been taken without reimbursement. What gives?

Reliance pre paid Netconnect+ urls are not working in the place few days, http://www.reliancenetconnect.co.in/ecare_balance.html and http://rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/internet/ecare_balance.html both are not working, any one can help me with the new url where the pre paid balance can be checked, Not able to reach the customer care on phone, and even with the instant chat option
