dear sir

i have applied for the corporate connection of 60 lines on centrex smart office
and one ISDN BRI plan, mr sharad kumar saraswat has deal with us whose
mobile no is [protected], and i have read all the terms and condition then we
have sign the application form, mr sharad has been commited for us, you
will receive all the connection within 7 to 10 days, and also we have forword
the DD which bearing no-107813 dated 26/12/2008 of Rs30000/- icici bank ltd
and also given to him all necessary documents, but he give us the connection
of 30 lines by 16th of feb 2009, and these 30 lines will work on one day and i
think its just like the demo piece, and no Internet is working, i called up various
time in customer care no they also not give the proper feedback, Mr sharad
have not fulfil the total commitment, and this was fake commitment, and i
am suffering heavy loss its worth is approx. Rs15, 00, 000/- now i am taking
the connection of AIRTEL, i will requested to you please arrange to refund the
amount of Rs30000/ and this amount will delivered by us on urgent basis,
i don't want to deal with you in future and this is the first and last deal, and
also i am enclosed the attchment of the details which was deal

Mr Anmul Was the person who is very smart to give the connection direct line insted of BRI Console and was sign to all document without proper fillup the form and he giving me direct line connection whose mob no is #[protected], i dont know how they work with the client, and he knows all plan but he ignore about to give schme

reliance smart gsm service. — i have not been refunded my security money

sir,
i purchased a post paid sim on the security deposite of Rs 1500.00 INR, i used it for 3 months, and then i cancelled my account and deposited the sim back to the company, i was said i will be refunded with the money within 40 days, but now it is almost a year and still i have not recived the money.my sim number was +91-[protected].Please help me out with this problem.

    Respected Sir,

    I mailed and spoke with reliance communication many times they are not giving any positive reply to me.

      I am using Reliance internet connection since Feb 2009. I registered a complaint regarding the PC protect anti virus service offered by Reliance. I am unable to subscribe the service. I have 4 different complaint reference numbers for the same complaint. Till date I have not heard from them.

      What is the best way to solve this problem?

      I have applied Reliance Broadband connection almost three weeks ago and they have confirmed verification but still they fail to establish connectivity due lack of modem infrastructure. I have followed up daily the respective sales person and his manager even field person and ready to provide modem even though they are not ready to give the connectivity. Iam facing such bad experince and I didn't see such a irresponsible service from any other vendor.
      I have reliance Broadband connection. I am facing a problem before 15 days my landline is not working good. Its incoming and outgoing facality is not working properly. take any action within yesterday evening. otherwise will not pay for it. Ur service is very poor. take any action argently.

        I have reedeemed my Account No.[protected] Reliance Equity Opportunities Fund Growth Plan -1780.779 Mutual Fund shares on 03 July 2009 at 12.21hrs in my name, Account No.[protected]Reliance Equity Opportunities Fund Growth -1780.779 Mutual Fund shares in my name and my daughter's name (ie sonam chawla) and Account No.[protected]Reliance Regular Savings Fund - Equity Plan - Growth Plan - 3521.962 all are joint account, but till today I have not received my reedeemed amount nor I have heard any thing from your office.         I have invested money in mutual fund SIP growth plan (Reliance vision). But I can't get my any of the statment of that. Firstly my email id has been incorrected but now I have got corrected 2 weeks later even though I don't get any statement to my email id as well as at home.           so please i request to you. please terminate & close this broadband line as soon as possible

          i m Santosh kumar verma, from A-83, lavkush nagar, tonk phatak, jaipur, rajasthan.sir i have applied for the reliance broadband connection on 3rd october 2009, but still there is no connection establishment at the required location.while i have depositted 3 months advance bill with installation charges of RS. 2235.but there is a negative feedback from ur employees regarding connection.
          especially they deal rudely whenever we call them. they are not giving us a proper reason of not providing net connectivity.so kindly see our complaint and take favourable action towards this as soon as possible.we are just exhausted with this connection issue.

          I am having reliance broadband connection, what they call like wimax ( 10 mbps/100 mbps) or so, I was promised by the marketing executive that presently they are having only 2000/- or more per month plan; Rest are closed.
          Actually I wanted to have the broadband of reliance somewhere 1000 to 1300/- per month(but I am forced to pay Rs 2425/ per month). spoken to customer care, they also told plan cant be change. Now I dont have any option either i have to use this connection or i have to get it disconnected.If any thing can be done I will be thankful to all who are in this chain of solving my problem.

              I have applied for reliance data card(Reliance number [protected]) under the special offer for ONGC Employees.after paying all initial charges Ihave been told that there are special schemes for ONGC employees.so I opted for the unlimited plan which was told to me( Mr. Prithvi, at Reliance Communication outlet in crystal court, kharghar, Navi Mumbai) will cost me @ Rs. 750/- pm.
              BUT when i start getting bills. it was rather @ Rs 1500/- pm. when i complained at your esteemd outlet, they assured us that they have mailed at billing section & things will be sorted out shortly. but after repeated complaint, my problem was not sorted out.
              So in the state our "EXTREME FRUSTATION" When things were outboard, I cleared the bills @ Rs1500/- pm.
              It is not the bill, but the way I have been treated at your esteemed outlet, I feel "BEING CHEATED" at the place which we have high regard as a most respected goup .Moreover the speed which i was assured at the time of applying for the card was not even 10% of that.
              So, these all does not sound good for you . kindly LOOK into the matter & Do needful so that i must feel that I have been given JUSTICE at last

                Sir,

                I had purchased net card in may 2008 used it till december then i had deposited net card in safe custody as i was not going to use it for next 4 months. I submitted an amount of 400 towards safe custody fee. Now i went for reactivation after 4 months the reliance people tell me that bills for all 4 months have been generated and i should first pay those. On being asked that when i have deposited the fees to safe custody why i have been charged the reply is that the request was not forwarded. I have been struggling for past 8 days to get any response on the same.
                I m being punished for a mistake of reliance's employee. All this harrasment will not be tolerated if the company doesn't respond I shall take the matter in consumer court, I have the bill as documentary proof.
                Such attitude by the company shows that they have no ethics and reflects badly on their brand image.

                  Respected Sir / Madam,

                  Goodmorning to you all. Myself, Dhiren Kiritkumar Raja am customer of Reliance Communications since last 2-3 years. I had taken a Voice + data plan FW290DATA (SWIFT40) vide relationship no [protected] and phone number[protected].

                  In month of Jan, I had given a request for change of plan from Voice + Data to only Voice plan at Yagnik road center. When I inquired whether changes has been done or not at Kalawad road center, I was informed that same has not been done yet, hence I went again to Yagnik road center along with fresh request on 10/02/2009 and inquired about the same. I was informed that Plan has been changed from FW290DATA to NFW290. I wish to know that why there was miscommunication from another center.

                  Also, when I received bill for the period of 05/01/2009 to 04/02/2009 vide bill no[protected] with due date of 23/02/2009, I was surprised to learn below mentioned charges incorporated in bill :

                  (1) Advance Monthly rental charges - NFW290 05/02/2009 - 04/03/2009 Rs 290.00
                  (2) Late Payment charges Rs 50.00 (Cash payment received on 24/01/2009 Rs 600, Cash payment rejected on 30/01/2009 Rs -600, Cash payment received on 30/01/2009 Rs 600) for bill no[protected]

                  On 10/02/2009 when I inquired about the same, I was told that Rs 290 is advance rental taken due to change in plan. I was promised that i will receive call from customer care since local office was not able to answer my query. Uptill 21/02/2009, I didnt receive any call from customer care, hence I went to local (Yagnik Road branch) and asked regarding the status of my query, they gave me captioned complaint number and said that i will receive call from customer care in couple of days. I also asked that since 23/02/2009 is last day to pay the bill, should i pay full amount or should i pay balance amount after deduction of Rs 290 + Rs 50, sicne it was dispuited amount, I paid the balance amount of Rs 378 vide chq no 17 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank LTd, Rajkot branch dated 22/02/2009.

                  I received a call from customer care executive Mr. Deepak and informed me that it is company policy to take advance rental whenever there is a plan change, I asked him to give me in writing that its a company policy, I was informed that it will be given to me in writing, also regarding late payment charges i was informed to contact call center.

                  After 23/02/2009, my all services has been discontinued reason being payment not done. On 28/02/2009, I again visit local Dr. Yagnik Road office at 8 PM and ask the status of the complaint. I was informed that final status will be conveyed to me on monday. Till at present I have not received any call from reliance communication.

                  I would like to have clarifiaction on the following points :

                  (1) Why advance monthly rental has been charged ?

                  (2) If its company policy, why i am not been provided the same in writing ?

                  (3) Why so much time has been taken to address the query[protected] to[protected] ?

                  (4) Why gap in communication between two centers of same company ?

                  (5) Why late payment fees has been charged for bill no[protected] and entries for cash payment received ?

                  (6) Why services has been stopped without any intimation (I had already informed local office in advance that unless and until I am not getting satisfactory answer, i am not going to pay advance charges and late payment fees), dealy in response was from company side.

                  (7) Whether advance charges and late fee will be waived or I have to pay the same ? IF i have to pay than I need in writing regarding company policy of advance rental charges. I am not going to pay late payment charges in any circumstances.

                  (8) Due to delay in response, again the problem of late payment charges will arise in next bill, I want solution for it well in advance since i will not pay the late payment fees next month.

                  (9) letter from company stating reason for discontinuation of services and hence mental and emotional harrasment ?

                  I expect quick resolution of above points at earliest from your side.

                  I am very sorry to write this mail, but i am forced to do so becasue of dealy in response and mental harrasment done by discontinuing the services.

If I do not receive any revert from your side at earliest, I will be forced to forward my complain to DOT, TRAI and other regulatory bodies.

                  Again I had received a bill for period of 05/03/2008 to 04/04/2009 for Rs 540/- with a break up of Rs 486.45 towards Advance monthly rental charges for period of 15/03/2009 to 04/05/2009. for plan of NFW 290.

                  I would request you to go through all correspondence attached alongwith for reference. I had previously demanded and am again demanding to provide me reliance policy of charging advance rental in writing on Reliance communication letter head along with sign of authorised signatory and stamp. Reliance local outlets at Rajkot do not have any such documents in writing which states that customer can be charged advance rental.

                  Also I would like to bring to your notice that I had personally visited Reliance outlet at yagnik road, opp race course on 08/03/2009 along with all instruments to cancel the relationship with organisation. I was denied for cancellation stating that they are getting advance rental charges reversed and restoring the facility since at that time all my facility was disabled (illegally). If that point of time my cancellation request had been taken and if it was executed, I would not have received bill with advance rental charges.

                  Look in the matter urgently and solve the issue at earliest or else I would be forced to take this matter in all leading newspaper, consumer forum and regulatory bodies.

                  Also pls send the reply with due care since I will carry all communications when this matter will get escalated (I am damn sure that such situation will arise looking to attitude of Reliance communication to customer service) and will see that all person involved has to be answerable.

Reliance local outlets at Rajkot do not have any such documents in writing which states that customer can be charged advance rental.

                  Also I would like to bring to your notice that I had personally visited Reliance outlet at yagnik road, opp race course on 08/03/2009 along with all instruments to cancel the relationship with organisation. I was denied for cancellation stating that they are getting advance rental charges reversed and restoring the facility since at that time all my facility was disabled (illegally). If that point of time my cancellation request had been taken and if it was executed, I would not have received bill with advance rental charges.

                  Look in the matter urgently and solve the issue at earliest or else I would be forced to take this matter in all leading newspaper, consumer forum and regulatory bodies.

                  Also pls send the reply with due care since I will carry all communications when this matter will get escalated (I am damn sure that such situation will arise looking to attitude of Reliance communication to customer service) and will see that all person involved has to be answerable.

                  Again I had received a bill for period of 05/03/2008 to 04/04/2009 for Rs 540/- with a break up of Rs 486.45 towards Advance monthly rental charges for period of 15/03/2009 to 04/05/2009. for plan of NFW 290.

                  I would request you to go through all correspondence attached alongwith for reference. I had previously demanded and am again demanding to provide me reliance policy of charging advance rental in writing on Reliance communication letter head along with sign of authorised signatory and stamp.                   Reliance Communication — Wrong Package Activated/Wrong Informed by Customer Executive

                  Yesterday I had called to reliance customer care for some query about india calling card.
                  Reliance executive said that if you done online recharged 650 Rs then your this services will be activated.
                  then after I had done same but india calling card facility is not activated, normal recharge has been done.
                  so I have called in reliance customer care appox 10-15 times but I don't get any possitive response .

                    i bought a new reliance gsm n.o some days back. it worked fine for few days since i m a medical student i didnt able to attend the verification call nd they just shut down my connection i reported this to the shop from where i got the n.o he asked me for my id proof again. nd now 3 days have passed yet i didnt get any result my sim is not working dnt know what to do???????? help me my n.o is [protected]

                    i have taken relience gms for its ow local cahrges.like 15p per sec.now i find taking relience is use less. any oter connection like vodaphone reliance is providing me with such offers.then why relience?i request to provi us with loe call charges for local call like before.

                      sir my NAME IS NITIN SRIVASTAVA and MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].. i have recharged my reliance mobile from rs 650 reliance india calling card...i am using this india card from near about 6 to 8 months. when i try to call it shows error message that THIS ACCOUNT IS CURRENTLY IN USE.and then i cant make any call...i am facing this problem from 4 to 5 months...i always launch complaint in customer care, they always gave me a complaint id and assured me that ur problem will be solved within 48 hours..but after few days the same problem repeated..i have launched nearly 15-20 complaints in 4 months..but i am still facing the same problem.
                      sometimes when i make a call to customer care..they dont listen my problem and disconnect my call..
                      if reliance cant provide better services then why they launched their india card...they r cheating me from 4-5 months..yesterday when i launched a complaint against MR. UPENDRA who dissconnected my call without understanding my problem then they have DEACTIVATED MY OUTGOING CALLS.

                      In this plan there was advance rental deposit of ammount of Rs 349. While closing the postpaid account you have not adjusted that ammount in my bill. I request you to adjust the ammount and entimate me on the same.

                        after i called to Mr. Babu lal (TL sales[protected] at 9:45 Pm today) he tell me this is charged of monthly rentel, but i have ragister a ragisstration to block my SIM ..
                        then why u charges for wholl month .
                        at the first bill for only 7 days u genrate a bill .and here why not consider this ..
                        7 days also not a month tarrif day plan .haw u can charg for wholl month ...

                        plz suggest ...i m very heritate with ur services ...i[censored] reqiured then i can also provide the recording of voice with them thos we have talking .

                          My lifetime validity was supposed to expire on 30.03.09 at 23.59.59 hrs and I took due care to recharge with a Rs.150 top-up voucher. The amount got credited to my account immediately but it took a shocking 6 days to extend the validity! No, wait, the problem's still there, though the validity has been extended, the incoming or outgoing problem are still not attended. On 9.4.09 evening incoming facility got resumed but till today outgoing facility is barred.

                          I am really surprised to see the kind of inefficient customer care this company is having and I have come to know many of the users are facing some kind of problems or the other. If this is the way of service Reliance can provide, they MUST be barred from providing any kind of services to the people at all who are paying for their nonsense.

                                Hi,

                                I'm Anand from Pune, Its been more than six weeks since I asked Reliance for shifting my internet connection. But, they don't seem to be interested in doing so. I have already called up Reliance customer care 15-16 times. All they do is generate an useless Request ID and promise me of escalating the issue. But, I have never been communicated for shifting the connection. These people are so lethargic.

                                Please let me know where I can complain about this.

                                I am one of the Reliance Broadband Customer using a Tariff Plan of Rs.650 / month with unlimited usage and 75 free local calls.

                                We were at Shenoy Nagar, Chennai a week before where the connection was made by febraury last week.
                                Now we shifted our home to SriNagar Colony, Saidapet, Chennai.

                                It was Mr.Malairaj, an agent, through him we filled the form to get the connection. He promised me to provide free connection after shifting home without
                                any shifting charges.

                                It has been about 10 days since we shifted to new home and yet the broadband connection was not established there.

                                We called the agenst, Mr. Malairaj and Mr. Sathish many times a day but no proper response from their side.
                                We also provided them nearby street reliance broadband customer no for their reference.

                                We just used only 1 week since the connection was made at old home. I am completely disappointed by the worst service Reliance is providing me
                                for reestablishing the connection during home shift.

                                We have registered so many complaints thru Reliance Toll free no ( Complaint No[protected] and they told they would forward this to the corresponding team and do the necessary. But nothing happened.

                                We cannot pay Rs.650 for a period of just 1 week. Hope you can understand and do the necessary action immediately.
                                I have no intention to complaint on any person particulary ..All I need is to activate broadband service at new home.

                                If any problem would still make us wait, I request you to please disconnect the broadband service asap.

                                If connection is not made within 24 hrs, I will contact any other agent or any other broadband service for better usage and would forward this mail to
                                Reliance Headoffice

                                  I had booked for an Internet Broadband Connection from Reliance Communication on the 18th of March 09 and issued a cheque from HDFC bank Bangalore No. 668877 dt. 18-3-09 for Rs. 2977.00 drawn in favour of Reliance Communication as installation charges to their representative Mr. Solomon (Mo. No. [protected]).
                                  Their technicians came with their instruments two days later but found that there was very little signal in my area (R.T. Nagar Bangalore). They said I would get a refund but when ever I called their call center in Mumbai No[protected], they said they will pass on my call to the concerned department which will call me within 24 hrs. I have called above no. 3-4 times and I got the same answer but up till now I have not received any call from them, and they refused to give me a complaint no. with the explanation that I am not yet registered as a customer. My account is still pending. Therefore I have no clue as to when I will receive my refund from them.

                                  I request you to take any action against this way of dealing with customers at your earliest.

                                    i am using his two special tariff voucher(STV) One is 209 for local call 50 p per minuets valid for one year.i have activate it in January.
                                    Another STV RS 39 for STD only at reduced rate as per my information and i have use it last 2 month(jan and fab)
                                    but problem arise when i recharge STV RS 39 as on 27/03/2009. they have deactivate my old STV (209) for local call, and started charging my local call Rs 1/minute and STD as earlier.

                                    my complaint is
                                    no 1 why the have deactivate my old STV (209) I have paid it for a year or at leas one should intimate me
                                    2) Reliance communication is offering so many STV and there are no proper information about these STV either his customer care executive or his retailers thats why i am suffering these problem.

                                    3) i was trying to contact his customer care Executive sine two day but not able to contact him and discuss my problem.

                                      I have a reliance net connection with USB modem ( net connection no. is [protected] ) . I am unable to connect to internet since 25th of March 09. Several times i have complained the same to the nearest Web World and also to Customer care at *355 but every time they used to say that it will take 2 more days.
                                      I have also asked them to waive out the bill for the days i am unable to use the internet but they are saying that i have to pay the bill even if i am not using the connection.
                                      why should i suffer due to the mistakes of the company

                                      Dear Sir :
                                      With reference to my personal visit on 12th March 2009 at your Reliance webmail sector 14, Ekta Communication Gurgaon regarding the submitting the all pending dues and terminate the data card facilities.
                                      Nobody take any interest to terminate the above mentioned data card. I will ready to pay the all dues but sector-14 Ekta Communication Reliance webmail staff told me, you have purchase this data card from Quicksilver Services Pvt. Ltd. Galleria Mkt Gurgaon . We did not terminate the data card facilities . After the lot of discussion I went to the Galleria Reliance web mail Gurgaon . I had faced the same problem from Galleria Reliance webmail. Reliance people told me we did not terminate the card due to shortage of Staff. I will ready to pay the all dues but reliance dealers behavior is not positive/co-oprative. They misguide the customer . I am not interested to continue to above data card facilities. Please terminate the data facilities immediately.
                                      Sorry to say we are not to ready to pay any dues and data card bill, Please improve your customer care profiles and webmail staff behavior.
