False bill issued when no was in safe custody

Sir,

I had purchased net card in may 2008 used it till december then i had deposited net card in safe custody as i was not going to use it for next 4 months. I submitted an amount of 400 towards safe custody fee. Now i went for reactivation after 4 months the reliance people tell me that bills for all 4 months have been generated and i should first pay those. Worst handling of complaints

My lifetime validity was supposed to expire on 30.03.09 at 23.59.59 hrs and I took due care to recharge with a Rs.150 top-up voucher. The amount got credited to my account immediately but it took a shocking 6 days to extend the validity! No, wait, the problem's still there, though the validity has been extended, the incoming or outgoing problem are still not attended. On 9.4.09 evening incoming facility got resumed but till today outgoing...

Not shifting the internet connection

Hi,

I'm Anand from Pune, Its been more than six weeks since I asked Reliance for shifting my internet connection. But, they don't seem to be interested in doing so. I have already called up Reliance customer care 15-16 times. All they do is generate an useless Request ID and promise me of escalating the issue. But, I have never been communicated for shifting the connection. These people are so lethargic.

Wrong special Tariff voucher

Dear sir/madam

I am Manish kumar my cell no [protected] taken pre paid connection 3 month ago.
i am using his two special tariff voucher(STV) One is 209 for local call 50 p per minuets valid for one year.i have activate it in January.
Another STV RS 39 for STD only at reduced rate as per my information and i have use it last 2 month(jan and fab)

unwanted ring tons/SMS/add and money deduction without any prior agreement

I am having a reliance prepaid connection no [protected], I am facing so many problems with the relience like : they have activated my caller tune without my acknowledgment and they deduct money for that as well, also they are sending unwanted SMS, advertisement etc...while calling the customer care they say they will be taking care in next 72 hours but no action.
