[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

Airtel and reliance — Without informing starting caller tune and other services

respect sir,
This is not big issue but starts caller tune and other service without any information
many person donot tell about this things .I just want to say that if they are deducting my Rs 30 and giving me unnessary services .Think what will be the amout if they do with 1000 to 1500 costomer daily. I use two cell one is airtel and other relience but I thing all the cell companies do the same thing.

Reliance Mobile — cheating the public and running the business

My mobile No. is [protected].
I was in the scheme of 249/ for unlimited Reliance to reliance free calls package being offered by the co. ,bought by me on 26th september,2009 valid upto 30 days.
The co sends 100 times a day to "recharge with Rs.48/ and enjoy SIMPLE no conditions offer 7 get STD &Local calls to all the phonesat 50p /minute & SMS at 50p for LIFETIME" sender [protected].
I recharged my above mobile with Rs.48/ today and same was confirmed by 52811 at 11.25.
I found to my shock and dismay later on my early package was erased by the co. and new package was in force .Soon my all the money got exhausted . I am now left with nothing. I called their customer complaint no *333 twice, but was rudely turned away without any redresal.
You will find from the promtional SMS that no conditions were attached nor any information was given to me.

Reliance Mobile prepaid connection — without information gave any paid services

Reliance prepaid(customer care) — Not responding to complaint calls

Hi ,

I got my cell(cell no [protected],Pune ) recharged with 100 rs on Friday.

Now, our service provider(Reliance) came to know that this customer has got a balance of Rs 100, why don't we(Reliance) help customer(Ashish Ranjan) to utilize the balance money.

With this intention, they deduct my 30+30 (total 60 rs) by sending a message that some XYZ services has been renewed, which I had never subscribed.

After this incident I decided to consult their customer care. I will describe the whole experience with CC.
1> I got connected after calling about 45 times.
2> I waited for 30 minutes to get a response from customer care representatives. But they were just centered on advertising their products.
3> Our honorable service provider(Reliance) was just waiting for me to disconnect the call indirectly.
Again I tried at night and same procedure happened again.

Now I am bound to loose my 60 rs without my permission.
No one is here to help us. We are just born to pay forcefully.

Adding to my above concern ,I also get unwanted calls and messages which I had never subscribed.
Can any one help me please and look into the issue.

Caf Incentives, Otaf Incentives, activation schemes etc not received from M/S.Maruti Traders, Hinjili Cut, Berhampur, The RELIANCE CHANNEL PARTNER since last six to seven months.While asking the Channel Manager Prusty Sankar and the lead Rakesh Pradhan and Sashi Panda threten us not to supply any voucher, easy and handsets to our retail shop. Kindly look the matter otherwise we all retailer will start to sell DOCOMO and AIRCEL and TATA Indicom Handsets.

Reliance Industries Limited — change of SIM card no.

I got new AIRTEL SIM card. MY new SIM CARD No is[protected]F my old mobile nos. is [protected] and for SIM card [protected]F. my mobile no is [protected] . Please activate both my mobile nos as per the above mentioned SIM cards as soon as possible.
The required documents are sent to Mr, Valhabh of Airtel. Vasai , Mumbai.

I went to reliance showroom he told your phone bill due amounting to rs 437/- I deposit Amount 500/- vide receipt no.s[protected] dt. 27/10/2009 in the morning, He told me your phone will be start within 30 mins, but today is 28/10/2009 time 5.50 pm and my phone is still in same condition. So many time i went your mall road show room but he refuse me every time and told me you know the service of reliance then why you come here again and again, I dont know is name but his mobile number is [protected]. So i really know the service of reliance and your concern department. Now I am facing much of loss without the outgoing facility. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Reliance Communication Limited — outgoing Facility Has Been barred By Company

I wanted to book complain against Reliance Communication Limited because my last phone bill was for 730Rs only which i have already paid after due date i have paid 700 against of my due and when i have paid on 30-October-2009 on 1:30 o'clock and then after Quarter to 2 O'clock my outgoing facility has been barred by the company now the point is when i have already paid how can they said that facility has been barred
So please i am waiting for your replay
i was purchased a GSM connection on 24th of october bcoz of Saturday and sunday problem firstly it was started on 27th and then shopkeeper made a recharge of ruppees 51 for making the call rate 0.50 paise and till now this service is not started on my moblile and compony sent me message on 28th of october that your call rates wil be shorten after 48 hours and till now this service is not start on my mobile when i was talking to Customer care they was talked with me with a very rude behaviour so i wiish to make complaint to Reliance main office. so i wish to make solve my problem as soon as possible.

clinic — no outgoing call from phone

i have done many complaint to bsnl exchange and my bill is fully paid but no out going from my phone [only incoming and net is working].someone should help

I am using GSM service. My Mobile No.[protected]. Last One Year I am using this Number but
last 4 months automatically hot Gupshup Pack activated on my Mobile. Last 4 Months Many time
I called customer care Number. They are said next 24 hours your service is diactivated and sent
confirmation Sms. Many time I sent sms unsub SD ON 56363 but not any answer or replay.

Customer care person not given any complet number. Every time they are same answer next 24 hours your Hot gupshup pack is deactivated or Confirmation sms.Last 4 months many time Rs.5 to Rs.10 deducted my mobile. So please stop this Hot gupshup pack immediately or not activated in Future.

till last month i have been able to make online payments. this time the pasword was not getting accepted so i put a request for another password. which on using i was still unable to get the screen for online payment. kindly enable me to make online cell payment.and also pleae dont change the method of payment so frequently. every time there is a new screen for maing the payment.

Despite our repeated requests & follow ups it seems no action has been taken by your people to rectify services.
In this connection I have also registered a complaint No.[protected].
But to my surprise I got one SMS from [protected] on 3/12/09 informing that my complaint has been rectified.Without conforming from me whether I am satisfied or Not.
I have in reply SMS have expressed my deniel.
It seems simply fill in the blanks.

I shall wait for one to days more. After that I am going to take following action :-
1-Shall file a complaint in Consumer Court.
2- Shall write to udaipur Chamber of commerce and other organizations to bar the services of Reliance.
3- All coorespondace shall be marked to Shri Anil Ambani.
I am constrained to write that It shall all be at your cost & risk which may pl note.

Reliance Communication-CDMA — Balance Reduce due to System fault

I have a reliance pre-paid connection since last 3 year, On 5th December,2009 when I message to a friend my balance were cut as a message charge but I have a SMS scheme of 500 SMS daily for Rs. 25/month. I call in customer care center on that day but there were same reply that server is on up-load process so we can not give you any information, then on 11:00 P.M. they told me that due to company fault you balance cut down and it will be refunded to you within 72 hours i.e. 8th December,2009. But Still the date I can not receive my Balance. I also call today but they answer me that balance will be refunded on 10th December,2009.

Then I also try to call Nodal Officer of Reliance Communication-Gujarat Region but all phones are engaged.

So Sir, I request you to do needful in this regard as early as possible.

Reliance Mobile — Deduction of balance by activating some feature with out customer interference

Reliance mobile have deducted 30 rupees balance from my GSM Reliance account number [protected]. I called your customer care number regarding this . They told that balance has been deducted for "Meri Gaana Vala". They are telling that it has been activated from my end. But actually I did not activate any offer by calling or messaging Reliance.This happened on 27th December 2009. Your customer care people told me that it has been activated around 3 O'clock in the morning of 27th December 2009. I was sleeping at that time. How come it has been activated with out my involvement and from my end.I have not received any confirmation messages regarding this.

If you are telling that I activated,then provide me the following details.

What is the number I dialled from my mobile?

What is the time of call?

When it is activated?

If activated,why confirmation message was not sent to my mobile ?(Till now I have not received any confirmation message regarding this activation)

What is the duration of the call?

What are all options or entries I made to that IVR?

Earlier also I asked this information. But till now You did not provide.If I activate from my end provide me the above details soon.

No one will tolerate this kind of cheating from Reliance.
