On enquiring from reliance cusomer care no.*333 once they have replied they cant do any thing and second time a person has replied that it is being due to network problem and it will be corrected automaticaly after 30.04.2009.

I have purchased a pre-paid data card from reliance. Very frequently, the server is not connected on the ground that I have some negative balance. When I contacted the Call Center, they simply instruct us to deposit certain amount of money (nobody told me the actual amount, the amount varied from time to time). This is with deep regret that the Billing department of Reliance Communications is harrassing me mentally and psychologically by keep on pushing the fake/wrong bills to me even I have disconnected the Reliance services in Feb-2009 itself.
To give the background, I was using Reliance broadband and Landline services for around 14 months and raised the complain No 87264675 and 87366821 for disconnection of these services...

I was regiestered for do not disturb service on 8th March 2009.And get registration no is DND[protected] but i am geting promotional calls and messages regularly....
