i am from siliguri, west bengal. whenever i try to send a message it says "Service not Available" and my settings are perfectly correct and my message service center no is set at "[protected]". whenever i call the customer care no 1 picks up. my sms card validity ends soon and i have no way to use my balance. they are cheating me of my money. i tried to send a complaint through their website but they never accept it and simply display an error. My no is "[protected]". please help me fast

Since 7th May, 2009 I am facing problem in communication with others through my mobile which has the connection of SMART GSM Service (Life time). The problem is whenever I am calling this mobile from other mobile it is heard that "The number which you are trying is out of reach" inspite of its existance in the locality. Not only that sometime it is heard that "The number which you are trying is currently switched off" though the mobile is not all switched off at any time. I am residing in the district of Midnapore(West), in the state of West Benga, in the country India. It may be pointed out that the other mobile connections in this area are OK.

    dear sir, i live in jabalpur {madhya pradesh} there is a mobile tower adjusten to my home.We are facing several problems because of tower, we are facing noise pollution because of generator, facing air pollution, facing uneasyness because of rays.My mother is suffering from migrane that is seveare headace doctor says this is because of heavy rays comes out from tower.

    We have a reliance mobile tower in residential area next to my house.(just opp. to)

    Please can we ask you to intervien in order to shift it away from the housing area. the village and post new sita nagar, near old t.v. tower, n.h-2, firozabad road, Rambagh Agra-6, state uttar pradesh the mobile tower company is reliance.

      SIR I HAVE PAID RS 4444.00 FOR MY RELIANCE MOBILE NO-[protected] SINCE LAST 2 MONTHS FOR 500 MINUTES TALK TIME R2R IN EVERY MONTH.IN THIS MONTH MY MINUTES IS NOT CREDITED YET.THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER IS NOT RESPONDING.I AM FACING LOTS OF PROBLEM.

      KINDLY TAKE ACTION.
      Non-Credit of Top up TALK TIME inspite of repeated requests.

      On 18th August '09 at around 12:00 noon I had approached your franchisee 'Jay Ambe Communication', New C.G. Road, Ahmedabad - 382424. Phone no.[protected]. I was shown a chart to select the TALK TIME amount, I selected 111.00 x 4. The same evening when i checked the balance was not credited to my account, at the same moment this matter was taken up with your franchisee and your customer care department followed by several phone calls and personal visit to your franchisee and speaking to your customer care department including supervisor. Now i am told that the amount has been credited to your account under which you are able to use data connection. I have repeatedly informed that I do not need a data connection credit since I do not use the internet. I was assured by your customer care department that within 48 hrs the TALK TIME amount will be credited to your account but so far it has not been done. Your franchisee owner Mr. Nitin ta blindly says this is not possible and it is not our fault. I fail to understand when I have paid for TALK TIME, why are they compelling me to use internet. I therefore request you to do the needful in the matter at earliest possible.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        This is to bring to your notice that I had applied for reliance broadband connection on the month of Jan 09; due to delay in thier activation I cancelled the same. But I am charged rs.946/- even after paying the installation charge of rs.500/- but nothing was installed for the internet connection. The telephone was installed and rs.37/- was used to make few calls. The request for cancellation was done through Mr.Lakhan (# [protected]).

        Please look into the matter.

          My name is Harsh Vyas & i am working in HDFC standard Life Co. in Operations department. Why i use to give this detail because i want to state here that i am a well educated process oriented guy. My Mobile No. is [protected] & My father's no. is [protected]. In both the no. Hello tune service activated by RELIANCE SMART service providcer without any permission & deducted 30 Rs. amount.

          I am four year old customer of this service provider. First it was happened to me & when i call to customer care they give only one answer " You have by mistake active it " . I know what are the process to activate this facility instead of that they blem to me. This was happened one month ago.

          Yesturday, my father has also intimated me with the same complaint. So i have decided i resolved the issue for which where ever i have to go to solve it.

          Last one year Network problem, SMS service problem, Unwanted calls & SMS problems faced by me & other customers. I have seen customer complaint list is too big against this service provider in it. Well because of this Govt. online website ther is a very little hope that my problem would be resolved. But this is for me only a starting step towards.

          Its my request to you i[censored] can't able to solved it, kindly provide me the TRAI online complaint process. I visited there but instead of complait section everything is there.


          Asides complaint visit peoples : Kindly suggest what i have to do in this case ??????

              hi my name is hardik panchal. i brought a relince gsm sim card . before 3 weeks & i want to activate the gprs but some problem coming in that service. i alresdy complaint given in customer care but thay are not solving my problem so plz help me. i have htcp3400 mobile.pls send me setting for gprs. my no is [protected] plz call me on this number . ok plz help meeeeeeeeee thank you.

              i submit all documents.
              I placed request for GPRS activation on my cell NOKIA E63. I was asked to send a message ( 'all' )to 55100, and was told that I'll be getting the service activated within 48hrs, but the same wasn't activated (Instead i received a message that my handset does not supports the requested setting) . After that I called the concerned at *333 for lodging the complaint for same, in response to which my IMEI no. was asked for and was told that they'll be sending me the GPRS setting through online mode, and was told that same would be received with 48 hrs through SMS, but same weren't received in given time period. Post expiry of 48hrs duration, I again called customer care forum, and registered a complaint vide complaint no.[protected]on 23rd Feb at 0952hrs IST), and was told that with in 24 hrs my complaint would be addressed to. Till now i havn't received any response from the company for same.
              I have also tried getting the settings through RWorld module, but in vain.


              Could you kindly help me out on this and bring the concerned to justice?

                  Sir i have requested for three times i call in customer care for more than than 20 times but on 28th of every month my 15rs balance deducted i ask the customer care executive to deactivate the service they always give me request no but and told they have deactivated online but no result next month once again my balance deducted. customer care executive not give the proper reason they told they do not have the records more than 3days i have tried to calling them .please give me a proper solution

Therefore, i compelled to purchase re charge coupns for communcation for the past 4 days.
                      what is the problem of activation. If delay is invetable i would have been advised to continue to prepaid or else they would have informed the fact of late activiation.

                      i have a reliance prepaid mobile lifetime incoming free which needs to be recharged every 6 months which was not informed to me when the same was purchased. When i called at customer care, they told to re-charge the same with Rs. 200/- so i re-charged the same. but my call was still disconnected with message " insufficient balance". i again called the customer care people, who told to me to re-charge the same at Rs. 97/- and then my mobile got connected.

                      I want to know why complete information is not provided at the time of Purchase and why Customer care people give different information for the same thing.

                      Its really disgust to launch a complain against the poor, dull, zero service of reliance communication here in Srinagar. Reliance communication is a company with widest business across the India and it should maintain its service accordingly. Newly launched scheme 1p sms is a positive signal towards the consumers as well as towards a middle class earning person. Reliance communication only trap the consumer by its tempted schemes but not provide sufficient service, I therefore request to all visitors of this website please join the hands and lets sue the company otherwise we request the company to take necessary steps.

                        My mobile no. is [protected] . It has been migrated for life time i.e. 21.07.2021 from 28.04.2009 where as I have not requested for the same or nor a life time voucher has been recharged by me.

                        On enquiring from reliance cusomer care no.*333 once they have replied they cant do any thing and second time a person has replied that it is being due to network problem and it will be corrected automaticaly after 30.04.2009.

                        We are waiting of crossing the date 30.04.2009 to authenticity of their commitment.

                          I have purchased a pre-paid data card from reliance. Very frequently, the server is not connected on the ground that I have some negative balance. When I contacted the Call Center, they simply instruct us to deposit certain amount of money (nobody told me the actual amount, the amount varied from time to time). I am unable to understand how negative balance occur in pre-paid card. If it happens, than what is the difference between pre-paid and post-paid connection. In my opinior the Reliance Company is cheating the public.

                          & customer care is not supporting and talking rudely.We have to take some action against them.
                          Reliance view is like "Mere ek hi sapna, Sabka mal apna
                          I faced major problem when executive come to my place and told me to recharge with 300 Rs.
                          After that data card started and exe. asking about 200/- Rs. charge and not able to give the receipt.
                          When i refused to pay he threatened me thet he will be discontinue my data card service.

                          I was using reliance data card 2 yeard back and the service was rubbish as the connection never last folong and disconnections are always there, so i disconnected the service, now as i already have reliance data card i want to use net again, i went to Reliance web world and they gave me certain instruction how to reactivate the service, i told them that i already tried that ane still not able to use the service, i also took my laptop and data card to them but no positive responce, they said that my number have been transferred to prepaid, now the condition is that i cannot get postpaid connection as per web world and they are unable to activate my prepaid, No options left, they just sell things and never concerned after that, pissed off...
                          the same thing happened with me.on 4th jan 2010 i was unable to connect to the internet on enquiring i was told that i have a negative balance, so i recharged with Rs. 200 easy recharge but i got a balance of Rs. 2.32 only so i recharged again Rs. 200. on calling the customer care i was told that my balance was Rs.105.74. So i lodged a complain and was told that balance would be credited in next 72 hours. today when i called them they say my main balance is Rs 105.74 and netconnect balance is 50 hours which is to be used within 11th jan 2010. i told them how can this be possible since i am having a life time connection so all these last day of validity is irrelevant.When i took the connection i was told that the recharge would be just like a mobile recharge and i will get the balance by whatever recharge value i use.

                          today i regret my decision o[censored]sing reliance netconnect and this is truly miserable of such big a company.they should have proper transparency in telling the terms of the connections.

                              i bought a reliance connection on 31 january 2009 but there is no network still now
                              if there is network even than i cant make any call.
                              i have complainted to custmor care many time aprox 20 times but there is no solution,
                              this is aclear frod for making money. reliance is selling useless plastics

                                I had reliance smart connection from last two years but from the last one month my service has been deactivated twice once for having no valid reasion from smart customer care (saying that the validity of the sim was up to 8th April 09 He suggest me to recharge with 75 Rs easy recharge and you will get the validity till 2015 but with in a month service to my No. ([protected]) is de activated. I want to know that why this is happening with me I want a valid reason for this if there is my fault I accept your way of dealing but still you should first inform your customer about this but if it is not so than I want a reason of discontinuing the service
                                I am not happy with the service you are providing to your customer.
                                If I will not get my connection activated within 24 Hr I will go to the consumer court and get the solution to my problem .

                                On 25/09/2009 at 12:17 I got a message from them that your FMIndia pack is activated. I didn't activate it and also there was no customer call earlier so it rules out any chances of my mistakenly activating it at that time. There was some blank messages from RM-53030 earlier and then this message.

                                first company cut the balance from our phone, then you call customer care he says that you activate this pack from you phone but that service isn 't in your phone and last he made louts of excuses like technical fault but he does not return your money.

                                simply he activate louts of[censored]nusable thing on our phone then he says you activate it but this is not true.

                                  Since one year I am being harrassed by Reliance mobile. They deduct money for cricket sms since 1 year, even though I have deactivated the service more than 25 times through personally visiting their office, or through phone, or through various other means - SMS. After confident assurance from the customer care officer, the service starts within 2 hours. Their computer systems are never working. If it works, they say that they have never received a request in past. They always apologies. They are always sweet in talking. But they CHEAT. I disconnect my post paid and started a pre-paid. But there too, I get sms and advertisement calls throughout the day. I am fed up. Reliance is such a bad company. It only shows that they are sucking customers, telling lies and care a damn. I have started to think that top bosses of Reliance mobile give strategic training to all their staff on how to cheat people and still maintain a good face, by showing cooperation, good words, calm, confidence, assurances, promises, support etc. It only reflects how shallow the top- brass of the company would be. Sadly Anil Ambani's image is taking a beating. I think he himself may be a cheat. If once I get his mobile number, I will keep on sending sms and calls - to let him understand the torture a person faces, at odd hours and time.

                                  Terrible is the only word to describe Reliance. Nothing has helped me, I hope this post of complaint will help me. My mobile number is [protected].

                                  There are so many more complaints and incidents of Reliance company. I can keep on writing about their cheating, and there wont be any end.

                                    Hi,

                                    This is with deep regret that the Billing department of Reliance Communications is harrassing me mentally and psychologically by keep on pushing the fake/wrong bills to me even I have disconnected the Reliance services in Feb-2009 itself.
                                    To give the background, I was using Reliance broadband and Landline services for around 14 months and raised the complain No 87264675 and 87366821 for disconnection of these services on 28th and 29th Jan respectively.
                                    According to Customer care I should have been got rid of these services within 15 days of the compain. But only Landline was disconnected during the given time frame and broadband was still continue though I was not using it at all. I paid the bill of Jan (Cycle starts 11th of every month) in Feb immediately after receiving the bill.
                                    In the next 20 days novbody from reliance came to my premises to collect their equipments neither they disconnected the broadband. They keep on accumalting the charges of thes rvrices which I was not at all using. Lack of commitment at their respective department didn't allowed them to disconnect the srvices and collection of equipments even after severals follow-ups from me.
                                    When I received the bill again in March of the next cycle (12 Feb to 11 Mar), I raise the follow-up complain again requesting them to collect the equipments and waive off the fake charges. The bill amount was around 1700/-.
                                    After my continuous follow-up with Reliance customer care (The only department of Reliance Communication which works fine) they waived off the amount. They sent the person named Mustak Khan to my premises to collect the Modem. But he was not aware of collecting Telephone Instrument as well which was costing 1250/-. On my reuqest he did collect the telephone instrument and gave me the receipt of the same dated 18-Mar-2009.
                                    I then receive the confirmation call from Reliance Communications that I need to pay Rs 71/- only for the charges from 12th Feb to 14th Feb. They gave me reson that I have to pay for the period upto 15 days from my complain (dated 29th Jan). I agreed the same and paid this amount even before receiving the bill and thought thats all over from reliance.
                                    But on 26th April I again received the bill of amount 1631/- to be paid before May 2nd. According to this bill I need to pay for the equipments which Mr Mustak Khan already had collected on 18th March.
                                    I am continuously receiving reminder calls from reliance to pay this bill before due date which is very harrassing.
                                    I am fed up of these hassels but there is no choice then to go in the loop again and raise complain with reliance customer care which I did again.
                                    This is how I am still engaged in Reliance Communications negligence even after 3 months of raising disconnection request.
