[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

Reliance CDMA Pre-paid — Start of a paid service, without notice and non availability of a customer representative

I use a RIM prepaid CDMA phone. A service for giving score of world cup matches was started on my number without my consent or even notie. They started deducting balance. When I tried to call the customer care they said that the option was not valid.
The process was: I called customer care no. *369. They gave various option one of which was Press 4 for contacting a customer care representative.

When I pressed 4 they said that this option was not valid.

this is R. K. Gupta. I have been facing the problem o[censored]ndue deduction of my prepaid mobile balance since last one week. They have deducted Rs 30 for the service for which I have not subscribed on 3rd march. Also they have been deducting balance for other stupid resons which are baseless.
The customer cumpaint number never gets connected for jharkhand circle. And if it gets conected to the Bihar circle then those people never cooperate, saying that they are not responsible for any other circle except their own circle. On asking for any information about the location of reliance office, they deny saying that it it againt company policy to provide any such information.
I am very harrased due to such behaviour of the company and dont know where to go to register my complaint.
I hope to get the solution to the above problem soon.

I am using GSM service. My Mobile No.[protected]. From last 6 months I am using this Number but from last 1 week automatically my balance has been deducted, I don't know why?
I called customer care Number. They are said that within next 24 hours they will inform after resending the balance.
But I didn't receive even any SMS so what should I talk about balance?

Customer care person not given any complet number. Every time they are same answer that in next 24 hours they will inform after sending balance.
So now if someone can solve my problem that will be good otherwise I'm going to change my no.

Deduction of Balance without any information from your call center. i.e. very poor service

Respected Dear,

I am fed up fun pack from your side from last 4 days. This pack automatically activated and deduct the balance of this pack from my balance even I don’t know the service of this pack so why I want to activate this pack. Last week again you deduct my balance; even I have never tried to activate this pack.
I have complaint on customer care but there is no response

i have idea prepaid card , when i recharge idea prepaid they deduct amount through sms pack, filmi pack cricket sms pack without knowing to us. they deducted amount from our balance.

on 26 th of fabruary i applied for number portability but yet on 24th march it has not been done still i am suffring from mobile closed

I had applied for a reliance communication pospaid connection dated 11/04/2011 and paid Rs. 1000 to Mukesh whose mobile number is [protected]. Now that he has taken the money from me yet the number ([protected]) is not activated till date and his phone is going switched off everytime i try contact him on his mobile number.

Kindly look into the matter and either arrange to refund my money or activate the number i was promised to allot.

i am using reliance postpaid connection. with out any intimation and all u people are bared my incoming calls and out going calls.. and this is the second time in a week..what the fun you are having.. you are troubling the customers..

even i cant make call to customer care people from my mobile..

Reliance Broadband — No refund till now for the activation charges

Hi,

My name is Sapan Hasrajani.
I had applied for a broadband connection from Reliance.
Plan applied for : Combo 300 (postpaid)
Landline was installed on 30th October. (Number is[protected]

But my issue is that broadband never started, they only installed landline.
When I called back the sales person he stopped taking calls(he had not even given the receipt for Rs.500 activation charges paid upfront by cheque)
Finally I went to Reliance House,met their manager he apologized & informed broadband not feasible in my building. So clearly it was case of mis-selling by agent.
He verbally assured my application is cancelled & refund will come in 45 days.
That never happened hence I sent email to nodal officer.
Even no reply coming from nodal officers!

Sir I am from YARAGATTI Belgaum Dist, I was distributor from last 4 yrs and now I am spoke distributor from last 6 month under S V Communication Gokak Hub Distributor .
Here is lot of problems about E-recharges. Its result seen in our monthly Easy Recharge. In 2009 Montly 2, 00, 000/-, In 2010 monthly 1, 00, 000/- And then Now Last Six Months Only 20, 000/- per month.
When I deposit Cash to Gokak Every time I have easy after 3-4 days. And Distributor con’t pick our call properly. And we are not able make easy to retailers properly for this kind problem. Now I yesterday[protected] at 12PM give Amount Rs. 5, 000/- to S.V. Comm But I don’t have any easy still now. When I call to SV Com and ask for minimum Rs. 500/- easy but he tell me, no any easy still[protected] evening . And I also call to Area executive Shri Badasha Sir, but he is also not able make any arrangement.
Sir, I kindly request you to make some need full. Otherwise here Gokak & Yaragatti Area easy market will become zero.

my reliance cdma no is [protected] i change my caller tune on date 4/6/2011 customer care exectutive give me code 6286345 and say that this is code of tum jo aye song i send msg in reliance but i will not find my actual tone then i complain my complain no is15410841 in the morning 5/6/2011 i change my tone the song code is 501686 was change but after 1 hours i find that the song tum jo aye played on my mobile and the bal again cut thats why i am very dissatisfied with reliance this is cheating with customer now i want that my bal is refund in my account and the song mere pyar ki umar code is 501686 played in my mobile thats all realy i use reliance since six year back but i never find this type of problem please resolve my problem as soon as posible thanks otherwise i think that reliance is bad company who cheat the customer thats all

sir, my reliance contact no. [protected] mene life me bahut bada galti kar dia reliance sim le kar. kavi bi recharge karo to next day me khatam ho jata he. use kar ke nehi reliance comunication company un wanted call per day more than 50 calls vegega or receive karneke bad paisa cut.

phir bad me costumer care ko contact karne ke bad complain no. melega paisa wapas ne melega kar ke respose melega. service deactive karne ke liya 2day time melega. two days ke bad call kare ga to answer mile ga 2 day tak data nehi melega.

Reliance Communications — PREMATURE DEACTIVATION OF SERVICE

My Pre-paid reliance SIM Mob. # [protected] had been recharged for Rs. 599/- on 03 Jun 2011 for 01 Month validity as Free India Calling plan. Services to my mobile No. has been deactivated on 01 Jul 2011. I approached to Customer Care executive Mr. Mohd. Niyaz in this regard. He could not satisfy me the reasons for this problem. I could lost my communication to the important contact resulted me to switchover other sources to avoid heavy loss. However, I could escaped spending 1000/- of rupees.

It is understood that company is representing its bad name by harassing customers while they depending on it for their valuable business.

The matter may be intervened and necessary penalty may be imposed on the company.

Reliance Telecom — Automatic activation of services on my mobile no

Autometic Activate Many Planes on my number

Dear Team,

I am using reliance GSM service, the company has automatically activated Services in my mobile & started to deduct my balance from daily basis or monthaly basis I have logged so many complains but its prove worthless, on 30th jun i rechared my account with Rs 50 soon after it remain Rs 12 and then Rs 1.80.i already suffer a loss of RS 400 OR MORE.soon thereafter so many times company deduct my balance without any intimation most of time when i registered a complain they said there are services which are activated on my mobile phone but from last few days they guys cross limit and now they are saying there is technical upgradation we can't help you.i am gutted the way company respondind and i am paying for what i have not used or not want.for the time being i am stop using relience GSM services its pathetic.
