THIS IS THE COMPLAINT REGARDING THE CALLER TUNE SERVICE WHICH HAS BEEN ACTIVATE...ON MY PHONE WIDOUT MY REQ...REGARDING THE SAME COMPLAINT I CALLED UP RELIANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE...ON *222...ON THS SAME DAY OF ACTIVATION AS I GOT THE MSG FOR THE SAME...& I HAD A WORD WID AGENT "ACHIT"...HE TOLD ME THAT THIS SERVICE HAS BEEN ACTIVATE BY MY REQ...I TOLD HIM I NEVER I APPLIED FOR THE SAME...& BELIVE ME SIR THAT AGENT DON'T KNOW HOW THE TALK THE CUSTOMMER...I REQ TO THAT AGENT TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO THE SUPERVISOR...HE PUT ME ON LONG HOLD ARROUND 15 MIN...
THAN ONE SUPERVISOR HER NAME WAS:::"JULINA NADAR"...HE TALK TO ME ...& BELIEAVE ME HE WAS THE FATHER OF THE AGENT ...SHE WAS VERY VERY RUDE ...SHE WAS TALKIN AS SHE WAS NOT THERE TO TAKE THE CALLS...SHE THE OWNER OF A BIG COMPANY...
AS PER HER I ACTIVATE THIS SERVICE...I TOLD HER NO I M NOT...
BUT SHE WAS NOT READY TO LITSEN ME...THAN I FORWARD THE COMPLAINT ON THE CORPOARATE CARE E-MAIL ID OF RELIANCE THATS::: [protected]@relianceada.com
I REQ THEM TO STOP THIS SERVICE...& TOLD PLZ PLZ DON'T DEDUCT ANY MONEY OTHER WISE I HAVE TO LOOK FORWARD FOR ANY OTHER OPTION...LIKE I HAVE TO FORWARD THIS MAIL TO [protected]@MONEYCONTROL.COM OR I HAVE TO FORWARD THIS CASE TO CONSUMER COTE...

Further, if you want to unsubscribe the Caller Tunes following is the procedure for the same:
Type: UNSUBCT or (CTUNSUB)
Send SMS to 51234 (This SMS is Free and you will receive confirmatory SMS after unsubscription)
Unsubscription from this service generally takes place within 24 hours.
Also, please note that there will be no waiver for the subscription and tune download charges.

In continuation to your mail regarding complaint against Customer Care Executive, please note that we have forwarded your request to the concern department and necessary action would be taken.

Sir,
Reliance India mobile subscribed caller tune in my mobile no. is [protected] without asking me but I am not able to pay charge of it.

Please help me and take possible step to refund my money.

I am vrey Unhappy with Reliance Communication.
Yesterday 6/11/09 at 1.45 pm Without my activation Reliance Activate Caller Tune in My RIM Connection.
I have Unsubscribe caller tune service Yesterday 6/11/09 at 1.50 pm.
I received SMS from 52345 (Reliance) That "You have Successfully unsubscribed from Reliance caller tunes service."
I talk with Sandeep (RIM Customer care Executive) at 2.30 or 3.00 pm
I ask how you activate caller tune without my permission, He reply my system sayz you activate service (Indirectly he want to say that I am (Customer) is layer).
Today 07/11/09 at 02.45 am I received one more SMS from reliance "Dear Customer, U are subscribed to Caller tune at Rs1/2 days. To cancel, SMS unsub 1003 to 155223(TollFree) Reliance"
I talk with Reliance Customer Care Executive (Veena) at 8.10 am. She reply me that it take 24 Hr to Unsubscribe service. I am very Unhappy with her way of talking with Customer. She was in Angry Mood.
I woul like to Feedback that " Why you send SMS that You have Unsubscribed Service !! Please send Sms like your Unsubscribe Caller Tune Request in proses & It will take 24 Hr. for Unsubscribe.
7/11/09 at 8.20am I talk with Aryan (RIM Customer Care Executive) He talk properly & told me that We have received your SMS for Unsubscribe Caller Tune at 1.50 pm Please wait till 2.00pm

I am relay upset with RIM Customer care Service.

My question is Why RIM Activate caller tune in my connection without my permission & why Customer care Executive giving Half Information to Customer?

I mailed my Problem to [protected]@relianceada.com at 6/11/09 but haven't received any reply till now.


Only TRAI can solve problem to take some action on Promotional call with press No. for Activation & Half Information given by Customer care executive


I Understand that TRAI not handle individual consumer complaints against service providers but just think on this.

Any day the reliance will put any ring tone and deduct the applicable charges with the prepaid account. Its a stringht forward theft or froad by reliance .

I have reliance number [protected]. And Some subscription for Style & Kollywood have been started from last three months for which i ahve to pay 20 Rs. I dont want this service. i tried to unsubscribe this but it fails. & when i call to the given number 155223 it asks for unsubscription id which i dont have. so Kindly request to unsubscribe this services from my mobile. i dont want to pay more for it.

I have recive a call from reliance for caller tune hindi songs on dated 31.01.2010 and i press the mobile key 5 for hindi movie song But After some hrs.a relince tune activeted om my number, the charge of this service charge on my AC. I will call Customer care many times but everytimes the lines are busy beacuse of only network problems...

Reliance his actvating caller tune on my cell without my consent ftrom past 3 days and deductuibng my balance For the first two time i deactivated my service but on the 3rd day they again activated the same and deducetd the balance. Even though i have no ctivated the service.

I am AJIT KURLEKAR from NASIK, my moblie no.[protected], is a prepaid connection, & since last two months around second week of the month,via SMS the caller tune subscription charges are directly deducted from the balance talk time, a complaint was lodged with customer care,when caller tune facility was unsubscribed, but this month also on 18th feb.the charges are deducted without any consent.This is nothing but whitecaller PICK-POCKETING of poor Indian people like me.will MR.ANIL AMBANI look into the matter?
I want caller tune code of album BLACK EYED PEAS song Boom Boom Pow pls send this song caller tune code sir plzzzzzzzzzzzz...
