Ban on advertise call

I have launched complain to Reliance about ban on advertisement call and SMS but they said to send sms DNC DACT TO 53733

not providing the proper information to retailer regarding vouchers

Hi All,

I had a reliance prepaid connection (# [protected]). I want to get the past 1 month call details or at the worst atleast if any call has been made from the cell since 01 April 2009. Actually i had lost my cell and i want to confirm if it has been used any time (any usage after 01-April-09 means its stolen) and i need to put an FIR and all in this regard.

Voicemail not working

Sir,

Inspite of repeated request and emails, phone calls, complains ( 1. 75285738,[protected], 3. 87480333, 4.[protected] the voice mail recording service is not working in my mobile phone([protected]) for last 4 months. The mobile phone is of Reliance Mobile.

Being fed up with them I have also given information, until they resolve the problem, I will not make any further bill payments .

Poor customer service

I am using Reliance internet connection since Feb 2009. I registered a complaint regarding the PC protect anti virus service offered by Reliance. I am unable to subscribe the service. I have 4 different complaint reference numbers for the same complaint. Till date I have not heard from them.
