THIS IS THE COMPLAINT REGARDING THE CALLER TUNE SERVICE WHICH HAS BEEN ACTIVATE...ON MY PHONE WIDOUT MY REQ...REGARDING THE SAME COMPLAINT I CALLED UP RELIANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE...ON *222...ON THS SAME DAY OF ACTIVATION AS I GOT THE MSG FOR THE SAME...& I HAD A WORD WID AGENT "ACHIT"...HE TOLD ME THAT THIS SERVICE HAS BEEN ACTIVATE BY MY REQ...I TOLD HIM I NEVER I APPLIED FOR THE SAME...& BELIVE ME SIR THAT AGENT DON'T KNOW HOW THE TALK THE CUSTOMMER...I REQ TO THAT AGENT TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO THE SUPERVISOR...HE PUT ME ON LONG HOLD ARROUND 15 MIN...
THAN ONE SUPERVISOR HER NAME WAS:::"JULINA NADAR"...HE TALK TO ME ...& BELIEAVE ME HE WAS THE FATHER OF THE AGENT ...SHE WAS VERY VERY RUDE ...SHE WAS TALKIN AS SHE WAS NOT THERE TO TAKE THE CALLS...SHE THE OWNER OF A BIG COMPANY...
AS PER HER I ACTIVATE THIS SERVICE...I TOLD HER NO I M NOT...
BUT SHE WAS NOT READY TO LITSEN ME...THAN I FORWARD THE COMPLAINT ON THE CORPOARATE CARE E-MAIL ID OF RELIANCE THATS::: [protected]@relianceada.com
I REQ THEM TO STOP THIS SERVICE...& TOLD PLZ PLZ DON'T DEDUCT ANY MONEY OTHER WISE I HAVE TO LOOK FORWARD FOR ANY OTHER OPTION...LIKE I HAVE TO FORWARD THIS MAIL TO [protected]@MONEYCONTROL.COM OR I HAVE TO FORWARD THIS CASE TO CONSUMER COTE...

BUT I GOT THE SAME REPLY FROM THEM AS PER THEM

Further, if you want to unsubscribe the Caller Tunes following is the procedure for the same:
Type: UNSUBCT or (CTUNSUB)
Send SMS to 51234 (This SMS is Free and you will receive confirmatory SMS after unsubscription)
Unsubscription from this service generally takes place within 24 hours.
Also, please note that there will be no waiver for the subscription and tune download charges.

In continuation to your mail regarding complaint against Customer Care Executive, please note that we have forwarded your request to the concern department and necessary action would be taken.

Reliance — balance cut by own

I took CDMA RIM connection my no is [protected], i am suffering like anything as whenever i recharge then money is not coming in my account and by default some services like Khel Khel me , caller Tune kind of thing is activated by own. I deactivated even so many times but its not deactivating and even Customer Care people are not helping . I am fed up with the Reliance service please help me.
The above complaint was in February 2011. However, Reliance is still at this scam and fraud over an year later.

My mother (senior citizen)'s phone kept mysteriously getting depleted of balance even after recharging with large sums. On calling *333 on May 26, 2012 she was told she had subscribed to India Today alerts (when?!! by whom?!!!) and was being charged Rs. 30/- per month. She requested that it be turned off. She was told it would be, within a day.

Thus reassured, the old lady recharged with Rs. 111/-. The next morning her balance was Rs 81/-, the phone was leaking again.

At this point she worried that she had recharged too soon, and Rs. 30/- had been cut for India Today alerts which she had not given time to get deactivated. Right??

WRONG! On calling up customer care (*333) the old pensioner was informed that she had been subscribed to another service (she had not even touched the phone out of fear in the last 24 hours), the above mentioned "Missyou" pack for which Rs. 30/- had been deducted!!!

At least this time the young lady on the phone was polite (unlike the last two times that my mother got shouted at for wanting to know where her money was going) and said she would refund the balance at once.

Hence, lessons from the ordeal:

1. Be POLITE to Reliance Customer Care Executives. They get nasty pretty fast if they get annoyed with you.
2. Keep an eagle eye on your phone balance. Hourly checks are recommended.
3. If your balance is lower than it should be, call them and ask for a refund. They can do it, but will create problems if you are later than some arbitrarily specified time.
4. Start finding out about mobile number portability!

Cheers to all others stuck with Reliance.

Every day deducting Rs3/- from my main balance, and unable to deactivate the same vas i.e.showing vas ussd,after along time trythrough its customer care service.

deduct 130 rs in last 2 days

Tarrif complaint 9335338625

I have the above no.which has been changed from CDMA To Reliance 4G the tarrif of Rs.138 was used by me in the CDMA system which has been ignored in reliance 4G for last two weeks without any notice to me.Kindly help me getting the above tarrif continuance with immediate effect.
