[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — cell phone not activated

my cell phone outgoing is off without information. and again after the deposit of ID proof outgoing is off, and information is giving out that service is on within 24 hours.

my Mobile Number +91-[protected].
i'm using this number last 18-20 MONTH, but there are some problem with me, I am not using any service but my deducted many time for that i've complained many time, to day I lost balance, when i talk to customer care they say they will'nt refund balance, and i'm not ANY SERVICE.
So kindly grant, me refund my balance.

We are using reliance broadband connection since two years...

But the current bill payment has created a lot of problem for me from your side...

the bill was paid by us CHEQUE NO.-0365769 before on our given due date and cheque debited from my acc. on 15/06/11. as stated in my BANK STATEMENT.

after this our RELIANCE LANDLINE was cut off by saying that, your cheque has been bounced wihout any information about this...

WE HAVE ALSO DEPOSITED Rs600 CASH FOR GETTING OUR LANDLINE ON...means that we have PAID DOUBLE FOR ONE BILL...

And beside this the landline remains to be dead for atleast 20 days in a month...

PLEASE TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSILBLE

my cell number is [protected] in the name of sanjeev bhasin my address is f-11 MIG flats prasad nagar karol bagh new delhi 110005. i am 6-7 yrs old customer of reliance communication but from last 3 months i am facing a problem from sept till nov that your executive always unneccesirly dissconnect my connection as they say that i have not paid the bill but exactly on 22 june 2011 i have made the payment with my credit card of rs 625 and the receipt numer is s[protected] and second payment which i have maid is of rs 1060 is on 23 july 2011 and receipt number is s[protected] at virat communication webworld of reliance outlet at deshbandu gupta road karol bagh new delhi 110005 i want this problem to be soughted out properly and fastly as all your executive are giving me disturbance while disconecting my mobile as of their wish and connecting it with their wish as already i have submitted all my document but still they say that the payment is reversal plz do the needful as soon as possible.i have given this complaint to the nodal officer from last 15 days and also to Mr vinnet jain office in new delhi from last 5 days and this discussion has been taken palce with mr ankit, mr ishwar and mr venkateshwar but there is no response from there side they always disconnect and if i go there they connect it for 4-5 days and after that the same problem arises as i m facing this problem from last 3 months.I m facing this problem only fr rs[protected]+625) and i pay my bill time to time paz do th eneedful in your best regards
