I am the user of Reliance mobile no.[protected](Delhi Region).I have took this prepaid life time connection in February 2009.Since I am out of station for 3 months from 8 april to 10 july, during this time i have not used this connection. I am a customer of reliance FWP(Post paid) connection vide phone no.[protected] with the telephone(LG) model no:LSP-340E.

I have been facing a problem with the phone set for past one month as its receiver piece is not working properly.To get the solution, I approached the reliance web world where my phone is mapped, they suggested me to go to LG service centre with a case id given by them.
