My No. is [protected] & i had ISD dialing facility before bt since last 2 year i tthis has been discontinued,

I always keep a good balance in my above prepaid & want ISD facility activated immediately . I have visited your WEB World outlets at Indore many times & they are not able to help me at all. Even the customer care disvision could not help me.

Reliance GSM — ISD Activation

Its been 1 week I asked for ISD activation, the store people said there will be a verification done at my address but nothing done yet by you guys.
Please either give me an update on this or activate my ISD otherwise I am going to discontinue my GSM postpaid from the forthcoming month.

    The telemarketig of Reliance from their Pune Office repeatedly calling up in last 2 months time atleast once in 3 days & informing that my number has been selected for FREE CALLER tunes.

    3 days back I received the call again & against FREE CALLER TUNE promised, the Reliance Mobile Telemarketing executive ACTIVATED my caller tune.

    Today I received the SMS from reliance services that monthly charges will be Rs. 30 for next 30 days.

    This is FRADULANT behaviour by Reliance Communications promising free services & then charging in the bill.

    I request immediate ARREST of their MARKETING HEAD (put him in Jail and also Mr. Anil Ambani)under Fradulant practises & punish them immediately so that other customers are NOT suffered in future.

    on26th oct my caller tune changed for 10rs by relience without given reqest by me. i raised complaint to refund my 10rs and i want my old caller tune but after next day i got reply that my 10rs gvn refund but my caller tune deactivated by company. i not get benifit of caller tune and allready my for caller tune my money was deducted. when i call customer care the csr told me that my caller tune deactivated by me. yet i didnt send any request to deact my caller tune. i am really unsatisfy which i got response from customer care response.
    at 15days before my 30rs deducted by company for masti pack which i didnt use and didnt activated. but csr of relience told me that the service is start by me.
    I DONT NO THAT WHY THIS RELIENCE CUSTOMER CARE NOT STISFY TO CUSTOMER
    WHICH GVN FRAUD SERVICES AND DEDUCT AMOUNT . PLS REGARD FOR THAT MY COMLAINT

    Dear reliance i have usage reliance number [protected] last ( Kanhaiya lal choudhary ) last 3 year i am regular payer of last 2 year i have facing always any problem from reliance as network, billing & logi id etc i have pay my bill regular from January 2009 & but this month, i pay my bill month of oct month bill pay 15 nov due date is 21 November my dues is 100.41 reliance charge Rs 50 late payment add in my bill due to which reason add Rs 50 in my bill second i pay my bill last year 2008 i pay my bill last year i pay after due date mean date of 9, 10 billing next month ( due amt is Rs 300 to 500 & pay Rs 25 late fee charge please chk my last payment & bill history cms Securitas usage above 400 number of reliance in Rajasthan circle this corporate is all in India level please waiver my late fee charge ya surrender my all number which usage my company ( CMS ) please revert on my mail ya i compliant in curt for the same i hope you resolve my problem

      I'm a user of Reliance Smart GSM from 2 years.My No. is [protected].14th July at 9:13 pm I received a SMS form "TM-Congrats". The sms content is " You are a winer, your no.[protected] have been choosen for a $2500 cash price, call 0042 [protected], to claim ".After that I try to call customer care but I couldn't catch them form my number so I called form my son's no.([protected]).Customer care(apporx 10-10:30pm) usually said that they hadn't any information about that SMS.Then I just told him why you sited their if you hadn't given me any information, go to home and sleep...thats all. He just cut my phone.After that at 11:59pm I received another SMS form +500228 that "Success! phone marked as lost"and same SMS to my son's mobile.Then we see that our outgoing call is blocked.After that 15 july I called again to customer care they said that we requested to stop our outgoing calls for mobile lost.
      What should I do now. please take a look to my request ...

      i have logged 10 complaints in last 3 months to remove smat tunes from my mobile but,
      it si yet not deactivated, the cpmlaint was done to coustomer care no. [protected].

      also i was told to send a sms - UNSUBCT to 51234 but that always gives a error sms sending failed .
      Yesterday i got sms that i have won $ 2500 from TM through my no:[protected]. What should I do now?

          I have taken your broadband connection 15 days back after submitting the documents it took 7 days to install the connection.At the time of taking this connection i was committed by your sales executive that you get 1 year free Anti Virus but i am trying to activate this service since last 10 days through your websit on PC protect but it gives me an error saying customer ID does no exist which your really pathetic.After that i called up your customer care for help a girl name rakhi gave me a complaint number[protected]
          and told me that the issue will be resolved in next 24hrs now its almost 4 days and nothing has happened.Today i again called your customer care executive and spoke to Mr rahul nair
          he gave me the reason that I WOULD LIKE TO HELP YOU BUT I AM SORRY OUR SYSTEMS ARE DOWN which sounded really funny i asked to transfer the call to your manager then again he said systems are down and wont be able to transfer the call & would not be able to help you please call after sometime after which i asked him to taken down my number and give me a call back but he didi not agree that also. Now i am really feed up with this kind of services and i want to disconnect this line with immediate effect.Kindly get back to me in within next 4 hrs time orlse next complain will be launched to Consumer court.

          This is a formal complaint is against Reliance Broadband Services. In a month atleast two weeks the services would be cut off.It is always a waste of time for us to talk to the customer services representatives who are neither professional nor trained properly.The agent tries to trouble shoot not knowing Operating system the customer has or not knowing why the internet is not working.Once a collections manager for Reliance, Raj Bhavan, Hyderabad called in a gave a credit on the a.c for Rs.300.We had already payed Rs.1500 and so the Rs.300 was supposed to be waived off...Every morning the local collection agency keep harrasing us for money even after informing them that the amount is supposed to be waived.When spoken to customer service, some reps say that it can be waived off only next month, some say that we have to pay the mone. 2 days ago I spoke to a rep from Chennai who did some insane trouble shooting not knowing how windows 7 looks like...and got nothing out of it..When asked for supervisor, the rep comes back saying tht he busy ..after a long hold time.I asked for a supervisor call back...and people in tht chennai call center never even bothered to call back till date and today they disconnected my services without any notice.They took alternate numbers and never bothered to call..THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN OR USED...RELIANCE IS PLAYING AROUND WITH CONSUMERS.THEY MAY HAVE THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMER, HOWEVER WITHOUT MEETING THE CUSTOMER'S REQUIREMENT, HOW CAN THEY PROVE TO RUN SUCCESSFULLY IN THE MARKET.

          I have this internet and landline connection since 2 years. I must say reliance is the worst service provider. If you are planning to get a reliance connection please forget it.They give you nightmares with their poor,pathetic,insane, worst service ever. Its a fraud company.

          My Landline and internet is not working since Oct-14-2012, I have raised 8 complaints till date through their customer service IVR and also through their jerk phone representatives. Everytime you call their verbatim is" This will be taken care off in 24 hrs". I wonder how many days is 24 hours. Till date I have not received any response from them regarding the complaint. The landline and internet is dead. I even wrote complaints to them,
          [protected]@relianceada.com , Since no reply, so wrote to [protected]@relianceada.com again no response so I wrote to their third level escalation which is [protected]@relinaceada.com , till date no action taken place. Couple of days back I received call regarding bill payment, when their is no service why should i pay the bill. I TOLD THEM SAME AFTER THAT NO CALLS AGAIN.

          All are jerks and morans working there. PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR RELIANCE CONNECTION. THEY GIVE YOU NIGHTMARES. WORST SERVICE EVER.

          This is Ashwin and my wireline id is[protected], on name of my dad jayaram) people you got the best broadplans for the money i pay..but at the customer service is completely ruining your Brand. every month atleast minimum of 5 to 10 days, my broadband hopps off...most days i work from home, but now because of your pathetic service i have got another airtel connection now, on a serious note i dont mind the cost, i pay you people in advance everymonth, check my credits please!!! and certian things are least expected!! i know nothing is perfect, you got your issues, but i cant be the victim everytime, everytime i open a broadband ticket they close it automatically after 48 hrs, no one has contacted me till date regardinfg any of my ticket i keep a reminder and call you people everyday, you know why few month ago like the same way my ticket was closed once and i didnt even get a message, so i was hoping that you people were working on it, and after a few days when i called your tech says the ticket was closed long back, and i must call them and check everyday itseems !! i need to open a fresh one everytime after i get a closed status message . thats too awkard and even my waiver requests are cancelled stating my issue was resolved within SLA...else stating they got usage stats in between !! cant even provide the proof for that .

          and on a forward note regarding the present issue

          last month 22 my broadband was dead, opened a ticket
          24th was closed not resolved
          24 eve i opened a fresh one as usual
          27 was closed supprisingly resolved,

          my waiver request was cancelled for above issue stating issue was fixed within SLA!!!

          7th jan asked to open 2 ticket one for waiver and other for broadband dead again, one the waiver request was opened
          8th i called and another tech states my people are working on my broadband issue, actually the ticket was not created itself !!!
          10th i called for status a tech states i never had a ticket on this, " i was not supprised " opened a fresh one
          14th ticket closed, not resolved " expected "
          15th open a fresh one, !!

          I hardly have 1 % trust that this email will considered, which is actually something least expected !!! but still i write atleast to vent out my anger !!
          I've been facing stability issues from the last 1 year for the user id[protected] and I submitted a termination request to the customer care three times. But still my connection is not getting terminated and no calls from any authorities.
          I paid Rs.2000 and more at the time of installation as the break up of the amount are: 500 will be adjusted for first bill, 500 will be paid as advanced payment and the rest of the amount will be refunded when terminating the connection.
          I sent an email to the customer care "[protected]@relianceada.com" regarding to this subject at last week and still there is no reply even I sent reminders.

          I request to take this compliant as my termination request and please remove the accessories from my home as soon as possible.

          Hi,
          My user id is[protected] and my connection is on suspended state because I've a pending bill.
          I just want to know few things which I can't get from customer care executive by the telephonic conversations.
          I've paid Rs.2000 and above when I got my broadband connection. And now I want to know what is the security deposing from that amount?
          How the initial amount(Rs.2000) was utilized? E.g. Executive told me that one Rs.500 will be adjusted on your first month bill. But what about the remaining 1500?
          Is it required to pay advance bill to terminate my connection. E.g. I already paid for the month of October and I want to terminate my connection at the end of October. For that I want to pay for the month of November?
          How the security deposit will be reimbursed? By cheque or cash?
          Within days, I'll be out of station and I just want to terminate my connection. I don't want to pay my bill advance which I can't use. So please do the needful for me.

            i have already reliance data card but i am not Satisfy speed. also I don't want new reliance broadband+ usb data card purchase. so i want to exchange my reliance data card or plan into reliance broadband+.

              GSM PLAN "PLATINUM-225" FROM RELIANCE TAKEN FOR CORPORATE 13 CONNECTIONS.FROM THE DAY 1 WE ARE UNABLE TO TALK WITHIN THE GROUP OF THESE 15 NUMBERS.WE HAVE TAKEN THIS PLAN ON THE ASSURANCE FROM YOUR MOBILE SUPPLIER"KRISHNA ENTERPRISES, 253A, SECOND FLOOR SHAHPUR JAT, NEW DELHI-110049" THAT CUG IS FREE WITH THIS PLAN.

              WHILE TALKING OVER WITH EACH OTHER WE CAN NOT GET PROPER CONNECTIVITY AND CAN NOT HEAR CLEARLY THE VOICE OF OTHER USER WITH THE SAME SERIES.

                I am the user of Reliance mobile no.[protected](Delhi Region).I have took this prepaid life time connection in February 2009.Since I am out of station for 3 months from 8 april to 10 july, during this time i have not used this connection. When I was back in Delhi on 11th July, I have recharged my prepaid no.with 650(India Calling Card) in morning around 10:00a.m.I used this connection whole day but in night around 9:30.I got a message that "Sim Card Registration Failed".When I visited the nearest reliance web world they told me that no.has been terminated.And they also said that this is not a prepaid no., this is a postpaid no. Please help me sir. This is a absolute cheating.

                I am not getting my refund money back for my Mumbai mobile no [protected] which I terminated in the month of May2009 at hyderabad as per the advice of Mr. Lokesh( Reliance employee at ABIDS, HYDERABAD BRANCH) . and I have new mobile no.                   I am a customer of reliance FWP(Post paid) connection vide phone no.[protected] with the telephone(LG) model no:LSP-340E.

                  I have been facing a problem with the phone set for past one month as its receiver piece is not working properly.To get the solution, I approached the reliance web world where my phone is mapped, they suggested me to go to LG service centre with a case id given by them.

                  When I approached LG Service centre they refused to repair the set as a reason of not availability of the required spare part

                      Dear brothers reliance is using their customers id proofs for illegal purpos like to keep high end usage subscribers unbarred
                      if you are a reliance subscriber and not using more than 100 rupees in 15 days reliance will bar you

                      i've purchased a reliance gsm sim card but my experience with this card is really horrible the eaten my whole balance approximately 400 rupees and asked me kindly recharge your car to enjoy service" i was afraid by looking this horrible face of cheater in my dreams pinched me so i not recharged my account after 15 or 16 days they've barred my number and harrased me again than if you want to get your number again you have to resubmit yor ID photo again i've asked him what done with my previous ID and photo please return me back the same but the webworld said we can not give your ID photo back and if you want to your number reactivated than submit ID and photo again
                      i've suffered by high blood pressure strock after hearing it and i thrown the sim card on sellers shop and prayed to god that please destroy reliance as they destroyed my money and hurted me a lot

                        I brought a reliance broadnet connection by name Smt. Shalini Tripathi and my Customer ID no.[protected] and phone no. is[protected]. i was promised 100 kbps surfing speed and F-Secure Antivirus package for a rental of Rs. 499 Combo PLAN connection by Mr. Nikhil Nagar ([protected]) and Mr. Gaurav Mishra S.E. of Reliance Broadband in Lucknow, But both of them were unable to provide Antivirus with this PLAN. This is Cheating and will not be tolerated.Why do you promise if you cant fullfill them? also in the pamphlets being distributed here in Lucknow is clearly mentioned -100 kbps speed, monthly rental 499, free calls 75, rate per pulse 1.10 and F-Secure Antivirus Package FREE.

                        Reliance Fixed line Telephone — Not fullfilling the promises for the connection

                        I had taken reliance fuxed line telephone in June 2008. I was promised by the sales executive about the intercom facility with additional sum of 50/- within the housing scoiety where I live. Now after the phone is installed I was told by the executive that due to some technical error this can not be proceed and to avail this facility you will be provided with anew number and plan where the fixed monthly bill would be about 200/- more with equal numeber of free calls, which will take my monthly bill (fixed) up from 350/- to 600/-. I do not want tio pay taht much, but at the same tiem want to avail the facility promiosed by the executive.
                        I brought a reliance broadnet connection by name Abdul Rahmatullah and my Customer ID no.[protected] and phone no. is[protected]. i was promised 75 kbps surfing speed and download speed of 60 kbps minimum for a rental of Rs400 + Rs. 50 for landline connection by Mr. Naresh Kumar([protected]) Executive of Reliance Broadband Hyderabad .He also promised that he will give my Choice Landline no : 30668288 and he has given another number and im getting download speed of 8 kbps, This is Cheating and will not be tolerated.Why do you promise if you cant fullfill them? also in the pamphlets being distributed here in Hyderabadit is clearly mentioned - DOWNLOAD SPEED UPTO 75 KBPS, MONTHLY RENTAL Rs400+50. i should get what they promised
                        yes there is many agent all over india in relince making fraud to fulfill his target without having the right information they regularly cheet the customer. same i m from jaipur in rajasthan, one executive from relience brodband Mr. R.P saini promise that connection established at my place with in 10 ten day but after clearing the cheque and enquiry from relience office he not pick any phone from my side and send a msg. again and again make you call layter.

                        i think consumer court is last option in this case.
                        i am a reliance broadnet connection holder since last three years.i paid the bill for the m/o oct-09 for rs 467.00 through idbi bank on 24-11-09 & the ch cleared from bank on 30-11-09 but my service was held up by company since last month .i had complent for the same to company on 18-12-09 but till my services are not activated my complaint is pending .my alternate mob no is [protected]

                          hi, i m rajesh my data card no. is [protected]
                          I had requested reliance to repair data card but company refuse to repair data card and give suggestion to purchase new data card then i told to disconnect data card in the april 09 but they refuse to disconnect.

                          To my surprise next month they have sent me a bill for dues and again subsequent month i was informed that i need to pay the bill.

                          Every time i received the same type of calls from the customer care and i am tired of telling them that i already requisting to disconnect that connection

                          I have to bear the cost for no reason in fact i had paid all my dues at time i requested for disconnection.

                                    This is with reference to a Reliance connection No. [protected], CAF No.[protected] which was at my office till 14-Jan-09.

                                    The above said connection was terminated as per my request on 14-01-09 and I had paid all due amount till[protected]Amount Rs. 497/- as advised by web world executive on[protected] through cash on 14-01-09 and taken receipt for the same from your Reliance web world at Revolution Infocomm (588-L, Model Town), Ludhiana.

                                    It was surprising for me when a monthly bill for the month of Feburary 2009 came to me through courier. I visited your web world along with this bill to make a complaint but they refused to help and behaved rudely with me and they did not give any satisfactory reply for the same.

                                    I got shocked and feel humiliated when I receive a legal Notice from a company called “D.K.Singal & Associates” (on behalf of Reliance ADA group) on 11-06-09, bearing date 25-06-09. This notice is taking about some pending bill and also about the repeated reminders and calls from Reliance, whereas my phone was terminated on 14-01-09 paying all relevant due till date and no authorised personnel visited my address at any point of time.

                                    Also, in repudiation of point 3 specified in legal notice, i personally visited Reliance Communication Zonal Office at Feroze Gandhi Mkt, Ludhiana on 06-Jun-09 and Reliance Co.'s Executive, Mr. Varun Verma also confirmed the negligence of concerned web world dealer and apolozised to me for negligence on part of Dealer after specking to dealer himself. But again despite of my repeated mails and calls to Mr. Varun nothing has been done for the resolution.

                                    Moreover, Mr. Varun himself confirmed that this number was still operative and was being used by some unauthorised personnel with my address details without my information. This practice confirms that dealer is involved in scruplous activity of forging identity of its subscribers and issuing reliance connections without any identity proofs.


                                    My main queries here are as under:
                                    1. How come you sent bill to me for the month of February 2009 when phone was terminated on 14-01-09 ?
                                    2. When I visited your web-world (your customer care at *333 always advice the customer to visit web-world for the clarification) why not they had settled the issue on the same day taking corrective step at backend? If they had done this I could be saved from all this trauma (for which I am not responsible at al)
                                    3. How can i recieve legal notice for the connection about which i have already intimated the conflict as well as Reliance Co.'s executive has himself apolozised and confirmed about the negligence ?
                                    4. Who is going to pay for my mental harassment and time cost I am spending on all these communications?

                                    I would expect an early reply on the same along with an apology mail from the concern department.

                                    I had booked a reliance 1 MBPS plan of broadband connection in my company and as requested by the dsa/your staff I gave all the papers and cash of Rs. 3034/- vide receipt no. [protected] on 05/11/2008.We were promised a connection in 2-3 days time. Today being 11/11/2008 and getting no response I called up the two people from your/your DSAs co. Mr. Rakesh, mob no. [protected] and Mr. Sohan mob no. [protected]. To my utter dismay I was told that it will take at least 7 more days for the connection to be in place. When I told then I was very upset and wanted my money back, I was told that they will dump the DDs which they had got made favoring Reliance and then I can run from pillar to post to claim my money. I got no reply to my question to as to why they had asked me for cash when they had to get a DD made fav the coy. Even after much request I have literally been told to go to hell and recover my money if I can. Both Mr. Sohan and Mr. Rakesh were abusive and callous and rude and didd not even bother to feel sorry for the wrong done to me and to the reputation of Reliance. Please advise what shall I do. AS I AM UNABLE TO EVEN REGISTER MY COMPLAINT ON YOUR SITE.

                                    Reliance's services are the worse services one could ever provide. One advise for Reliance's owner if you really want to survive in the market and do well please improve your customer services (take lesson form other service providers).                                     never ever try using reliance trust me, when u go to take a connection the same is provided instantly but when u get frustrated with lethargic service and go for termination they simply dont do it on the plea that it is done by different department of them, and ifffff[censored] stop/termiante at ur end u had it, all recovery agents/goondas pushed in so never use or keep away from any reliance add or a user

                                    I fully agree with the callous attitude of the reliance people. My complaint is also similar and I have been harrased by reliance infocom for nearly 4 years now. I have terminated the service from the Noida Sec-18 webworld on 27-08-08 but still the bills were generated and paid by the fake user (as told by the reliance) and then the user stopped paying the bills and after that people from reliance are visiting my house, ringing me up and the court notices are served. We have taken almost 7 leaves from office on different dates and are fed up dealing with this.

                                    Today 7July 11 we have received a call from Mr. Yadav who said he was calling from patiala house court and said if you are not paying the amount of 12000Rs, you will be penalised and then you have to pay Rs 25000/- more. The reliance infocom office today at Cannaught place where we spent 5 hrs today did not gave any solutions and we left in vain with the threatening call.

                                    I am also facing the same issue..Even after disconnecting the Connection, I still have bills pending No idea how.. and now the notices and all threatning calls.. My user id was[protected] which is cleared...
                                    Reliance is synonym for fraud. Their customer care representative are the worst ever.
                                    They have different department like Accounts, billing, technical, etc and they do not have any coordination among each other, they never act as One Reliance.. due to which customer has to face severe delays.
                                    They have the worst process designed in a service industry.

                                    I had a 512 Kbps like which was working OK for some. Starting 23 Feb 2013, I started facing problems with the internet speed and frequent disconnection.

                                    Every time I called the customer care they game me the assurance that this problem will be rectified in 2-3 days, but that tomorrow never came.
                                    Every time I was given a new ETA for the problem resolution.

                                    They never raised a complaint saying that this is a know problem and they are working towards it.

                                    After about two months, () I asked for a waiver as I am not able to use the internet connection, they gave me a great example.
                                    They say they a waiver cannot be issued as there is no complaint raised.
                                    I asked the same guy to raise a complaint, he says he won't be able to do that as this is a known outage.

                                    Their own statement contradict the other. The representatives act a senseless robot...

                                      Sir, I am resident of 996/Sector 12/R.K.Puram, New Delhi. I purchased Nokia Mobile with Reliance Pre-paid connection in the month of February, 2009. My mobile number is [protected] The connectivity is so poor that, even if I call another mobile or landline in my house, I do not get the line. Similarly, if I call this new number from Landline or another mobile I do not get connected. I hear echo while talking and after 8 o clok in the night.. it is very difficult to call any number or receive any call.In spite of making complaint with the Reliance shop in Sector 8 R.K.Puram, till now, my problem is yet to be solved. I am patiently waiting all these days.


                                      Kindly help me to get my problem rectified.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        This is to draw your attention towards service of Internet Broadband which I started from Dec-08.
                                        I applied for WICF 800 plan where i used to get 300kbps speed along with monthly rental Rs 50 Landline connection.

                                        In the month of March-09 I have surrendered my Landline connection for which they were charging me Rs.50/Month. After surrendering my line I need to Return Modem & Landline instrument which they have given. Non of them came to collect Instrument & modem and they charged me with one time charge for instrument i.e Rs. 1250+Service Tax. It was brought to the notice to the person who has installed connection at my place & he assured me that it will be leived off as soon it settled from ourside for which you need not worry and have to pay those money.

                                        Soon another person came to my place on 8th May and said Sir, you are having WICF 800 Plan which has reduced its tariff with WICC 649 where you will be getting same 300 kbps speed along with Rs.150 Rental free call combo plan, where you just need to change tariff plan for which you need to give Rs. 500 Cheque along with old bill copy.

                                        It was utter fraud done by Sales person insteed of changing tariff plan he registered me with new connection in same Billing Account number. I was registered with two broadband connection which was unknown to me till my new bill generation where I found almost with double bill.

                                        Soon I Compaint to the senior of that sales person He made me to put request for termination of Rs. 800 Plan which was not in used on 27th May-09 with Request Id: 98883672. But it was not processed due to non payment of bill. Soon for termination they asked me to clear all dues which I not suppose to pay. But still I cleared with all dues. Now again they started harassing with retention team calling again & again and asking for request ids from 8th July-09 I have register my request to terminate my connection with two different request id :[protected] &[protected]

                                        Still this people are wasting my time by calling and not processing my request for which they will charge me later.

                                        Please look into the matter & took some strict measures.

                                        I assure you I am having all evidence which can support you to take fair judgement.

                                        Reliance Broadband — sales person fraude me

                                        when ist visit sales person for reliace broad conection, he told we are given best speed from TATA conection which is your.. i told sale splease told what conection iw ill get that time sales man told if you go 75 kbps plain then you get maximum speed 30 t0 35 kbps that time its not possoble but told me you get best your presnt conection ( tata conection unlimited) so i agree and i disconect TAA conection and alsoo i pay rs 500 but when checked speed at the time installation speed is to slow 2 kbps to 4 kbps i am getting that i called sales pertion he told i call back after 10minutes after 10 minutes he called back me he told your speed will increse within 24 gourds as per his boss, still i am facing speed problem. when i called callcentre he told me if you want high speed the you have to go other ghigher plain, and alsoo i told details incident, now i cant belive my reliance alsoo i am not expect this, so i am feeling his is fraud.

                                        please help me i help less because i already paid 500 and disconect my TATA conection.
