This is with reference to a Reliance connection No. [protected], CAF No.[protected] which was at my office till 14-Jan-09.
The above said connection was terminated as per my request on 14-01-09 and I had paid all due amount till[protected]Amount Rs. 497/- as advised by web world executive on[protected] through cash on 14-01-09 and taken receipt for the same from your Reliance web world at Revolution Infocomm (588-L, Model Town), Ludhiana.
It was surprising for me when a monthly bill for the month of Feburary 2009 came to me through courier. I visited your web world along with this bill to make a complaint but they refused to help and behaved rudely with me and they did not give any satisfactory reply for the same.
I got shocked and feel humiliated when I receive a legal Notice from a company called “D.K.Singal & Associates” (on behalf of Reliance ADA group) on 11-06-09, bearing date 25-06-09. This notice is taking about some pending bill and also about the repeated reminders and calls from Reliance, whereas my phone was terminated on 14-01-09 paying all relevant due till date and no authorised personnel visited my address at any point of time.
Also, in repudiation of point 3 specified in legal notice, i personally visited Reliance Communication Zonal Office at Feroze Gandhi Mkt, Ludhiana on 06-Jun-09 and Reliance Co.'s Executive, Mr. Varun Verma also confirmed the negligence of concerned web world dealer and apolozised to me for negligence on part of Dealer after specking to dealer himself. But again despite of my repeated mails and calls to Mr. Varun nothing has been done for the resolution.
Moreover, Mr. Varun himself confirmed that this number was still operative and was being used by some unauthorised personnel with my address details without my information. This practice confirms that dealer is involved in scruplous activity of forging identity of its subscribers and issuing reliance connections without any identity proofs.
My main queries here are as under:
1. How come you sent bill to me for the month of February 2009 when phone was terminated on 14-01-09 ?
2. When I visited your web-world (your customer care at *333 always advice the customer to visit web-world for the clarification) why not they had settled the issue on the same day taking corrective step at backend? If they had done this I could be saved from all this trauma (for which I am not responsible at al)
3. How can i recieve legal notice for the connection about which i have already intimated the conflict as well as Reliance Co.'s executive has himself apolozised and confirmed about the negligence ?
4. Who is going to pay for my mental harassment and time cost I am spending on all these communications?
I would expect an early reply on the same along with an apology mail from the concern department.

I always keep a good balance in my above prepaid & want ISD facility activated immediately . I have visited your WEB World outlets at Indore many times & they are not able to help me at all. Even the customer care disvision could not help me.
