[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — network problem

TO RELINANCE COOMUNICATIONS
mumbai is finance capital of india , c ward is finance way for mumbai but dew to network problem we can,t survive
so plese arrange better service ( mobile network tower ) for mobile user as soon as possible

Reliance — No Tower In-Door

Sir,

I had lodged a complaint on 1st Oct'11 regarding No " In-Door Network Coverage "

Park, Near Ganesh Vidyala, Raiya Road, Rajkot - 360 005.{Gujarat}

I have lodged several complains by phone on customer care & also personally on Webworld

Office, but regret to state that till date the matter is still pending. Sorry, to write but service

is very poor & higher authorities are not bothered as they are concerned with their high salaries

this type of attitude is not expected from the corporate company especially reliance.

i complain many times in costomer care suprvisor named RAVI DAVE.

Reliance India Mobile — Poor network indoor and outdoor

Dear Sir,

I am holding a Rim since one year approx,Since I have purchase I am facing lot of difficulty from indoor network and voice brake and also when in roaming ,I have lodged complaints several times and also written to RIM customercare but no responce has been found from your end.

As earlier the RIM service was one of the best service in India among all operater service.But now a days it has becoming very poor day by day.
I really belive that you will serve me better service by helping to short out the said problem.

Your earliest for the above mention will be earniestly soliciate.

Dear Reliance,
Request no[protected] dated 10/11/'11, is not attended till date inspite of repeated calls to customer help lines, and to the Nodal Executive (Mumbai) for the "no network on my mobile ". I have also sent an email to Mr Tilak Chatterjee the Nodal Officer for Mumbai and have had no response from him.
This speaks badly for the customer focus in either givng a feedback on the issue or resolving the issue.

here we trouble in network problem again and again...bt the authority did nothing..we complained to distributor but they did nothing.where we go?

Hai i know very well about vodafone. For your information please ask about your network complaint status shore they will inform no new site planned for immediate future. My suggestion for you check which network provider signal is available good indoor of your home. And port out ay MNP ok. By indianspartan

I complained at customer care many times & they called me also and told me that problem will be solved within 3 days. But till now I am facing the problem.I am not getting the network inside the room that is the problem. My contact no is:[protected]. Reliance GSM — GSM problem

I m in big trouble with reliance GSM service every month they deducted some amount from my mobile account & after complaining some time they returned the deducted amount some time may be not .I m facing this problem from last 1 year i have deactivated all its useless services but still they are repeating the same problem.I

Dear sir, I m very sorry to say that Reliance is one of the very big mobile company in India because I m facing a problem for last 6 months .My complain is that without activating the SMS package how the company is deducting money from account while I have deactivated this account 8 months back. Every month I call to customer care he said pack is activated but after argument they accepted it done by mistake and return some time amount to my account & some time may be not .I want to know that how much transparent is your company ? & how many times u will repeated this mistake. Next time I will not tolerate this problem and directly contact to TRAI as well consumer forum. So u hope that u will take some action for this problem. Earliear I have also sent my details to your customer care email address
I agian contacted ur customer care no *333 but he has given me how to send the the massage to deactivated the SMS Pack but i am very sorry to say that every time massage come it can not sent now wt to do for this problem.

Sir i m very sorry to say today that u have again deducted Rs 19/- from mobile account while I have deactivated this account 1 year back. when i have contacted to c care 198 she told that your money will be refund back to your account but still I m waiting for that money.I could not understand what type of service you are providing to your valued customer.
