[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — network problem

I am using reliance gsm n cdma connection.
here in vasundhara area I am facing network problem inside my home since 2 year.
I cant receive or make any call.
many times I register my complaints but their is no solution of my complaint.

Sir,

I am faithful customer but due to the network fluctuation, I have to face many problems.
Network always show but I can't receive incoming calls & make any outgoing calls. There is probably most of days in a month these problems occurred.
I hope that you will take steps on my complaint as soon as possible.

helo sir , myself anuj ,m ur reliance gsm costumer , i am facing lots of problem of network in my area ,m from dayalpur c-block ,m phone always show no network coverage in my colony ..bt in anothr colony network shows full coverage

my self chirag vhora. i m reliance gsm user .i have network problem at my home place..i complained to costemercare many time but my problem not solve till.... in my family i have 6 connection of rel. gsm.. if my problem not solve i will go with other oparater and most intresting thing tht your executives told me that rel.gsm have network problem for forever so what i do ?

Reliance GSM — network problem

I am getting very huge network problem on my number [protected]

I am Amit Kumar Sharma & a authorized IRCTC agent, my no. is [protected]. I am suffering network problem from one year and more, all of my customers says that my number is more time not reachable. I have contacted Reliance Customer Care & his different senior officers various time but they always give me 2-7 days time & a new complain number every time. Its a huge loss of my business from incoming call problem because my customer is unable to contact me.
I am tired to contact Reliance Customer Care, afterthat I am contacting you. Please help me.

hamesha call ke bich men netwok fail ho jata hai ,, ak sms ke bar bar paise kat liye jate han ,,, shikaat karne ke baad bhi kuch nahi hota,,,yahan tak ki custmer care se bhi sahi tarah se baat nahi ho pati,,,or call disconnect ho jati hai

Reliance CDMA — NOT CONNECTING IN W.B. IDEA MOBILE

My Reliance CDMA mobile ([protected]) is not connecting with West Bengal Circle Idea Cellular phone.
Different Customer executives say different thing. One says Updatation work going on in W.B., one says Such type of problem is not showing in our system. Another executive says this problem is existing with W.B. idea, Airtel, Vodaphone mobile. But Its not true. I always talk with Airtel, Vodaphone comfortably & have only the problem with Idea mobile. The idea mobile no. in which I always fail to connect is- [protected]. I have to talk from other network in the idea numbers in West Bengal.
Kindly Solve the problem so that I can connect the W.B. idea phones like other phones.

I reside at Chembur Mahul , Ambapada village near by BPCL Co. Main Gate . there is no reliance network inside the village,i m several times gave request to customer care but no response, Thy send the msg to me ur request is resolved but last one month there is network problem.

sir, please help out us. do the needful & oblige.

i am reliance gsm user since 2008.but from last year it is difficult to make a call from a reliance gsm no.or recieve a call on rim gsm no.after 9 pm to 2 am.it shows continuously network busy.plzz do something regarding this problem.

i am rim gsm user.i can not make or recieve a call coz of poor connectivity.while in rim cdma there is no such problem.plz do something about rim gsm network.

Reliance — CONTINUOUS NETWORK PROBLEM FOR GSM

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a 'RELIANCE GSM' user from Vill: Chilbila, Dist: Pratapgarh. There is a continuous network problem since 3-4 years. I tried to inform them through their customer care service but there is no improvement at all. It looks like that they use an inverter for electric supply in their towers rather than generator and that doesn,t work properly. As it is an village area the electric supply is for only 12-14 hours thus if there power cut in the town there is NO NETWORK till the electric power continuous in the town. There is no network for 8-10 hours.

So, please help us.

Reliance Mobile — Mobile network problem

During conversation on my mobile it gets disconnected automatically some time or every time. In this regards I have logged the call in reliance customer care. Following your representatives (Yusuf, Aasib, and Nilesh) has not responded well and they didn’t know how to talk with the customer. I am still not satisfied with your services and solution for my problem so far. Now I am very fedup for your irritating services. kindly take this issue on priority basis.
