Reliance GSM sim Problem

I take a sim to Your Dilear on 2 month's ago But My Sim is Not Working till now, When I complend to Your Custumar care Exe.in Delhi Rang no any Responce gave me, My Number is [protected]

It is bad sing for Your Company Becouse your Company not provide good service in Delhi your Dilear also not take any responce aganst any complan.so I Requested to Your senior Members susgested me What's I am Doing.

I totally agree that reliance is not at all customer oriented. They never provide services on time and people out there are very rude, not at all helpful and infact those who has the responsibility to provide the details to the customer. don't have full knowledge themself.
I don't know from where they have hired them.
On 18th June' 2009, my calls get barred and still I don't have the reason why they are barred and when service will resume.
When I called customer care they said we don't have any any information, I need to contace nearest retail house and when I visited there they also say that they don't know the reason why it's not working.
Is there anybody who can help me out and tell me the solution for this.
