I applied for 225 share thru application No 8 6927607, neither allotment nor refund received till date. I applied thru Swastika Investmart Indore, they too are not listening to our complaints. How do they claim that they are good service providers.

Reliance Power IPO — allotment of shares & refund

i have applided for 225 sahres wide application form no. 34807788 . till today I have not alloted a single share & and not recd. my refund.

Service — Refund of Relians IPO

I have applied for 225 nos shares of Relians power IPO.My application no is 45472326
So far I have not received any allocation or refund.
I am only getting same computer generated replies to my e mails sent to Karvy computers.
Every time they are saying that within week we will let you know.
Now I am really scared that I will loose my money ( Rs.25750)

Please help me

swatika investmart ltd is a cheater company they have cheater employee and the director is promoting to cheat the small investors. I have lodged complaints with Indore police and Delhi police.

    I have applied through my brothers demat a/c for 225 shares of reliance power ipo. I have got refund of Rs.18000 and alloted 17 shares but same are not transferres in my brothers demat a/c till the date. What shall I do ?

    Ref. Application no. 2602648, DP ID IN301006, Client ID 10034665. I am allotted 17 shares and have received the refund but the shares have not been receivedin my Demat a/c 10034665 at A G Shares & Securites Ltd.
    Requesting an early action.

    Sir, when I contact to my Bankers for re-check the allotted shares, they told me that we have already send the shares to Karvy because Your account is closed by the bank.

    So immediate I have taken up the matter with some other bank and now I opened my account.

      With reference to the above I had applied for 225 shares of RELIANCE POWER LIMITED vide application No. 8338843 with DP ID 12032700 Client ID[protected]CDSL).

      When I had enquired from your local office at Lucknow than I came to know that 17 Shares had been allotted to DP ID IN 300513 Client ID 14713167. I have received the refund amount of Rs. 18565.00 on 04.03.2008.

      Hence I request you to transfer the allotted share to my DP ID [protected] immediately

      1.I have applied for Reliance POWER IPO vide bid cum application no. 41888180 on 17 jan 2008 under supervision of mr. sandeep on paper performa in Reliance money limited. in BATHINDA branch 2.Iaapplied for demat account in your company on 11jan 2008 vide application no.866799. ON 17 jan 2008 ,miss sikha verma of this branch told me that my DPid is [protected], on the basis of some email recieved 3.BUT ON 21 jan 2008 , she informed me that my correct DPid is [protected] and regarding this she emailed to her senior and assured me that my DPID will be either corrected or my application will be rejected and my amount paid will be returned back to my own account 4.on 04 feb 2008 ,it was discovered that i was alloted 16 shares in name of AKHILESH KUMAR against appilication no.41888180 But it is placed in wrong dpid-[protected] ,which is in name of pooonam jain 5.you are requested to do all necessary action so that it shoud be transfered to my account and it should not sold by wrong dpid holder

        Dear Sir,

        My application no. 25070597 Reliance Power IPO i received the refund amount Rs. 18995/- by cheque. they mentioned wrong bank name & address how can i deposit the cheque in my account, after that i send the original cheque with my bank pass book copy, IPO form receipt copy and my demat details and bank details by blue dart directly to hedarabad REliance power but till date i have not received any reply or refund, i can't understand what the hell is going on, if they need any other document atleast they should reply.

        Please help-us-out & read the following correspondence with them.

          Hi,

          My self had invested in Reliance power IPO with an expection of earn better return and harvest on the appreciation in value. But tedious allotment procedure with lot many hassels to describe has resulted into sour relationship with reliance ADAG. Having described each and every minute details in the IPO application form required, but the issue of missing information was raised while alloting the shares and the allotment was done only after an tedious efforts.
          The same ugly methodoly is being presented with the refund money, several times I have callled up KARVY securities for my refund money, but they repeat the monotonous answer of having delivered the refund cheque through post. I saddly regret the procedure followed as most companies refund the money threough Electronic clearing system and not through post.
          Such inconvinence to investor is surely going to hinder the investors trust the Group.
          One thing which I can do is just request you to refund my money through electronic clearing system, below are the requisite details.

            it has been clear that you and your "karvy " such a big fraud company .you never want return my money. you are just making us fool . now you should ready for legal action . i am going to complain about you in consumer forum on date 5 march soon .
            i alredy talk to my father who work there and he is lawyer.
            it would be not easy to digest my money so easily.
            sometimes u say cover no ... rl no ...making us foolish.
            i am going to complain in sebi also .
            i also do mail anil ambani also.

            i will tell him that you have eaten my money.i know i will not get my money from you back because you want to digest it yourself. i need my money soon but i am helpless.god would pay you for that.mere 8565 rs khakar koi bhi chain se nahi bethega.

            i also complain about you on cnbc tv also.
            if anything go wrong with me ya mujhe kuch bhi hoga to u would be responsible for it .
            i am in big big tension.

              i have a reliance netconnect CDMA Data modem its a very bad service and bad perfomance now i am using this product in my office and my office is in basment so its not working (network problem) so i am not interested use this product.

              I had purchased 5 nos of Reliance USB Data Card (ZTE Black). Preblem is internet speed very low. It is less than dial up netconnect. I had complained so many times to Customer Card but they are not taking positively.

              If, you are not capable to solve this problem, than I have to surrender data card.

              I have purchased this data connect around 1and half yr back. Like others it is really slow, so is the staff of Reliance .They are never concerned with the service or complaints. I made a last payment of Rs.1236.00 to terminate my account with all formalities and form for the same.Now I got to know that number is not being terminated and the bill is still going on.This is very illogical and irresponsible. Now i want to surrender my netconnect.

                Even after 30 days of listing I Havent Received MY REFUND or STATUS of MY APPLICATION.
                Karvy is TOTAL FAILURE AND SO IS RPL COMPANY

                I have made many E Mails/CALLS to SEBI, KARVY, REL POWER COMPANY BUT I DIDNT RECEIVE ANY REPLY FROM THESE RESPONSIBLE ORGANIZATIONS.

                And The broker of whoom i am client also refused to help and blamed KARVY for such MESS . THEY SHOULD ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE.
                Same problem here,

                doing numbers of follow ups but no answer, even i had email direcetly to Mr. Ani Ambani but he doesnt have a single minute to reply here is his id even you all can also send him the mail

                    Please Help me / relieve me from Reliance.
                    1. I had committed a blunder by buying a reliance data card for wireless internet in Jun07 for Rs 4000/- with number [protected].

                    2. I am staying in a very posh area of Gurgaon (Suncity, Golf Course Rd), where there is NO SIGNAL of Reliance, due to which till date I have not been able to use even 1 MB of net on this card.

                    3. Had registered and sent NUMEROUS mails even to their so called "Service Assurance Cell" (copies of mail given below for your reference please), spoken to them number of times but except waiving of my rental due to NIL service have done NOTHING. Just 01 my my registered complaint No is enough as 60360247 for them to recollect whole episode.

                    4. From last 6 months I have been recieving false assurances from them as " Our new site is coming up shortly and your problem will be solved in a month". (suporting false assurances given below).

                    5. My Specific querries are:

                    a) Due to absolute absence of their service network, their brand new data card's COST (unused till date ) has fallen from Rs 4000 to about Rs 2500, who is responsible for this as I have not been able to use it at all.

                    b) How do they plan to compensate loss due to unable to use these services I applied by paying ? Mere rental waiver is worse than eye wash, as there is no service hence bill cannot be raised only.

                    C) Why are they lying from last about 8 months that their site is coming up in next 1 month or so , again false assurance.

                    d) Why don't I have the right to get back my Rs 4000 as being cheated by Reliance, NO SPECIFIC or PROFESSIONAL reply ever given by Reliance even after being repeatedly asked by the undersigned.

                    e) PLEASE HELP ME FROM CLUTCHES OF RELIANCE.

                    I totally agree with your experience. Even i had an Reliance datacard, which worked wonderfully for 7 months and then started the real problems. Pathetic speed and sudden disconnections added to the woes. I didn't call the customer care people who are basically ignorant of the issues, instead went to the web world to cancel the subscription straightaway. Thank god i am free from the clutches of Reliance data card, the worst ever product from ADAG.                     Reliance Data Card — Given all false offers

                    Sir,
                    This is srinivas working as a software proffessional in chennai. I looked for 512kbps unlimited broadband service so i consulted Sulekha.com. As in my area there is no broad band service is available. They suggested me to go for Reliance Data card .
                    This data card people told me that upto 5GB there will be 3.1 mbps after that 512kbps unlimited plan for 750+tax per month. I already confirmed this for at least 20 times about the speed they are offering(512kbps) after the 5GB usage. After that I took the service. But after 5GB it is giving only 144kbps and even google is not loading at all. The dealer is not lifting the phone at all. please suggest me what to do.

                    On 6/5/2011 I received call from RCOMCare I didn't mentioned my Connection serial number here it is. ([protected] E.Srinivasulu). You told me that you will call on 7/5/2011. But still I didn't get any call from. Still I am not getting atleast 3kbps download speed. and even google page is not opening at all. And the dealer who cheated and given this card is not lifting phone at all. I don't know whom to contact.
                    Help me please on resolving this issue else just remove my connection. For address proof verification they didn't contact me. I don't know how they will submit my address proofs and all. I asked them to come and collect my proofs. I only gave my voter id and pan card. But those are not my residential addresses.                       1. I had applied for 225 shares of Reliance Power IPO. Application NO 24131240 was handed over to Anand Rathi Securities, MHOW (MP) collection centre. Their Indore office handed over form to Standard Chartered Bank INDORE on 18-01-08. Their bid number is 1366640. The IDBI Bank MHOW, Cheque NO 400927 dated 15/1/08, in Favour of "Reliance Power IPO R” for Rs25875/- was attached to the form.

                      2. The amount was debited from my account on 22/1/08. I was not allotted any share neither have I received refund.

                      3. I sent email to "Karvy Computershare Pvt Ltd", the registrars of the issue on 14/2/08, enquiring about allotment/refund. They informed me "Escrow bankers had informed them that the cheque/demand draft submitted along with the bid-cum application has not been realised". They further advised me to verify with my banker regarding the status of payment and revert to them in case the cheque/demand draft issued/lodged by me was found as paid.

                      4. This a was shock to me, as money had been debited from my account. I reconfirmed from IDBI bank. They informed me amount was transferred to Standard Chartered bank, Indore on 22/1/08 through Indore clearing center. The bank also gave me photocopy of cheque with standard chartered bank Indore stamp on it.

                      5. I informed the above, to Registrar of the issue number of times. I have also sent scanned copy of receipt for application and cheque paid to Standard Chartered bank Indore. However the registrar of issue either writes stating, that form is not traceable, or ask for same details which have been sent in past. They once asked for my bank statement. The sender has no name and all mails are received from reliancepower.[protected]@karvy.com.

                      6. I collected some email addresses of executives from, http://www.karve.com/ and send copies of mail to them, hoping some body in the organisation will give satisfactory reply. It was of no use.

                      7. I launched complaint on SEBI web site, I was to get some card but nothing has happened. This web site is erratic. I have send emails to SEBI, these haven’t been acknowledged.

                      8. I had also approached Anand Rathi securities office at Indore. They had no information and express in ability to help me. Only information I gathered was that over a lakh applicants have some problem or other and I should wait.

                      9. The cheque was encashed, by Standard Chartered bank Indore. The registrar had quoted Escrow bank, which, as I could conclude, is standard chartered bank. It looks as if my cheque after encashing was credited to different person This is foreign bank and I thought their reputation was involved. I therefore send email to customer care explaining the problem and what registrar has written to me. The reply came to me advising I should contact registrar. The registrar was pointing to Escrow bank and Escrow bank was telling me to go to registrar. The bank was not concerned about likely mistake. I again searched bank’s web site found more email addresses and send complaint and scanned copy of receipt and cheque to “Head Customer Care “, some one has now acknowledged and asked me to wait till 15 march.

                          I has applied for the RPL issue taking a funding from one of the top financial institutions.
                          I was conveyed an ineterst rate of 19% for 15 days and it was very categorical that the interest will be charged for 15 days only.
                          However, refund was received late as per the financer and as the refund amount was received by that company, they deducted an additional amount of RS. 45000.00 around saying that they received the refund 3 days late.
                          1. Who is responsible for the interest on delayed refund. The financer now says that it is the industry practice to charge the higher interest from the investor.
                          2. It was very well communicated that interest will be charged for 15 days @19%. A mail to this effect is also available but its language is dubious. The excel sheet attatched shows all calculations for 15 days ineterest etc.

                          Please guide in the matter.

                            I applied online through Kotak Securities for 225 shares of Reliance Power IPO and got the allotment of 17 shares. My Application No is 11704038.
                            I'm yet to receive the refund from Karvy.
                            According to Karvy, they sent the refund order through registry post on 2nd Feb, 2008 to Secunderabad Address which was registered at that time with my Demat profile.
                            Due my nature of my job, I'm currently residing in Kolkata and updated the address in my DP profile on 10th feb, 2008.

                            As discussed with Karvy employee, the refund order got returned back to Karvy house in Secunderabad on 15th Feb. I requested my local Karvy office to bring the refund order in Kolkata and deliver me. But the same refund order was redispatched to my Secunderabad Address on 28th Feb without noticing that there is a change in DP profile address.

                            I'm following up with Karvy people in Kolkata for last two months but still I'm hopefull that they will not consume small investor's money like me. Even this is too much frustrating that they don't even bother to respond over email/phone so you need to call multiple times.

                            I think they should have made ECS payment to my Bank Account registered with my DP since I applied online. If they are sending the refund order through registry post these type of problem are obvious.

                            Can somebody help me on this matter to get my refund?

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I had applied for 225 Shares of Reliance Power Ltd through their IPO. The application no.is 7497768

                                I had issued a IDBI Bank at par cheque of the full amount and opted the option-II of the IPO.

                                16 shares were allotted to me but the refund of the balance amount has not yet been made.

                                I have also checked on the website of Karvy but it doesn't shows any refund order details.I have inputted the necessary information and requested to mail the detail on my e-mail id.It was mentioned there that the detail will be sent to you in 3 days time.But I haven't received any such information.

                                You are therefore requested to please look into the matter for refund of my money alongwith interest.

                                our clients require sympathetic handling who's money is blocked.there are communication gap because of large nos applying for allotment.there should be printed letters posted at once and use e-mail/ecs/micr extensively used.After SEVEN days a letter was delivered.
                                there is need to develop software which will take care of information and posting of 1000 clients batches and banking, its opr queing problem in mgmt. there was no need of refund if tendered exact amount.why 25858/was asked for?225 shares which increased & burdened karvy for superflus work.

                                  i am using the Reliance prepaid phone with no. [protected]. Once in November 2007 i recieved a autodialler call from reliance & i accidently took up the call , after that i started receiving News alerts from the no. 53030 . Then i immediately called up the customer care of Reliance to stop that service , they told me the no to deactivate that service. I did as they told me to do.
                                  My balance got deducted by Rs 20 that month. After deactivating the service i was still receiving the messages so i again called up the customer care a & requested them to stop those messages.
                                  After that i was assured by the customer care executive that there is no such service activated on my no.
                                  then again in December,2007 again my account balance was deducted by Rs.20.Then i again called up the customer care they gave me the complaint no. for my complaint (comp. no.[protected]. after that i received the message that the amount was correctly deducted.
                                  From that day i have launched several complaints but my balance is being deducted every month by Rs.15 or Rs.20 till this date.
                                  the other complaint nosn are 58650118,59022844,60389435.
                                  I m fed up of these deductions of balance for the service which i have deactivated in November,2007 and i m requesting to please look into the matter and kindly do the needful.
                                  I am also suggesting my friends and my family members to not to take up the connections of this company.

                                  Yes never buy Reliance mobile. Their Network is weak with call drop problems. They cheat users by activating unwanted services by themselves and then you will have no way to stop those services. Whenever you call their call centres you will find one common reply that our system is very slow your request cannot be processed now call later.

                                  I had taken one prepaid connection from your one of the agent of birhana road, kanpur(u.p.)-208001, on 13th or 14th july 08, i had given all my id and address proof as driving licence and photograph and the connection charges.the same day connection starts but on 17th morning it appears to be and heard that your No. is out of service.After that i contact that person who made my connection he said that your request is being sent to our civil lines branch, kanpur it will be start on 17th evening but nothing was happened, after next morning i again approached to that agent on 18th that is today again he said that there is server problem and all employees are coming after 11:00am so what can i do.he also said that many reminders are already given to the persons dealing in civil lines, kanpur.
                                  Now in evening at 5:40pm when i went to your civil lines branch, kanpur which is opp.:-algin mill, one of the person not asking anything about my problem said ki sir, office is closed you come tommarrow i requested him to listen but he at that time was not ready to listen .i explained him that i had paid the amount for the connection and i had also taken the voucher of Rs.496 for STD free.

                                  sir, my problem is that my most of relatives are having reliance mobile and there i had to do more calls on STD.
                                  Two days gone no one taken pain for atleast asking me and telling about the sim blockage and after telling that officer that i had come from long distance he simply told come tommarrow we will see.
                                  sir i request u to pls start my connection by 19th afternoon or return back my money which i had given for start of connection because i m using airtel postpaid for last 5 years and there i dont face any such problem.this was first time with reliance connect
                                  ion.
                                  and talking of such officer in civil lines branch very much hearted me.

                                  Sir pls tell me that what is the use of taking Reliance connection if I had to spend more money on another phone i.e AIRTEL .

                                  Then i immediately activate do not disturb on 29 may 2008. I did not recharge my account. I carry low account balance due to deduction for that pack.
                                  But again they deducted 10 Rs.and then I call *333 the customer care of Reliance to stop that service they told me the no 51234406 to deactivate that service. I did as they told me to do on. A message came that your service has been unsubscribed. came form 51234406.
                                  In 16 august 08 I check my balance which is 1 Rs. and 35 paisa next morning 5:24am message came that your outstanding balance is -18.63 pls recharge to enjoy value added services.

                                  I call again *333 at 4:58 pm (7min 39 sec) 17 Aug 08 for missing balance they said that your devotional pack and Rs. 20 has been deducted.
                                  I asked why they deducted after unsubscribed 22 days later they register complain and give me complain no 74105300 and said that your problem will solve in 72 hours

                                  I am also suggesting my friends and my family members to not to take up the connections of this company.

                                    before 1 month i have receive cheque from your company of reliece power amount is 45150 , but there is wrong bankaccount number on your given cheque , before 1 month i was given back it to your rajkot(gujarat) office branch , today i was asking to your office and they were replying very rudely .
                                    i am in need of my amount , though i no share allotted to me is not in your hand but please send me my cheque as far fast as possible.

                                      None of the services work up to mark. Complete waste of time & money. Internet services go off every now and then fake promises of proper service, no proper after sale services etc.

                                      broadband internet — modem is not working properly

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                      Please look into this matter. My modem is not working since last one month, as per the engineer visited the modem needs to be changed. It's been almost one month before the strike and till date no one has arrived to change the modem and i am still waiting. Engineer is also saying that this modem belongs to me but i didn't purchase it, it's MTNL who had given this modem to me. So please do something to get the faulty DSL modem changed.
                                      I pay my bills regularly without fail never a defaulter.

                                      Hello Sir, My name is Radheshyam Prajapati. I have taken new Reliance broadband Internet connection on 02-May'2013. From the installation day (02-May'13), I am continuously facing problem of frequent disconnection. It displays message "Limited or No Connectivity". When I call customer care then he rejects my complain and said that he is unable to register my complain. Again (05-May) I tried with c.care and he registered my complain (No[protected]. In addition, local engineers don't receive calls and he installed an old modem which may be a reason of disconnection. There is no IP address or DNS server address assigned to my system. Still I am facing such problems. Plz resolve my problems as soon as possible.
