I have purchased CDMA Wireless Phone set with a model LSP-340E from the Reliance Telecommunications outlet, Central Plaza, Naz center, Guntur, A.P. in the May-2005 . for the last one year it is not charging well and working properly and i took it to the outlet where i have purchased, on checking my phone set they stated there a problem in the mother board and repaired the same, from there it worked properly for 2to3 days again it is not charging properly again and again, vexed with the working condition of the phone i approached the said outlet and asked to replace the set with the costs, for which they stated there is no set available at us with the same model. And i requested to give another model set with costs, for which also they stated, we will change the set with the new number under new tariff and new set only and we cannot replace the old set. what to do in the present condition, as i am struggling with the deficiency of services of the company for the last one year there is no other go to seek the help of law to get my problem solved. In this situation I request your kind advice.
