Dear Sir ,

This is to bring to your notice that i have been using reliance mobile since last 2years and now mr manpreet of you customer care department speeks to me in such a rude manner and an attitude as if he is doing a favour on me . the matter was that i have not applied for any caller tune and i am under the cug plan which i took for my employes and my self so i just asked him why did RIL put a caller tune of RIL power without asking me and this man Mr manpreet startyed haveing such a casual manner of talking and when i asked for the supervisor or manager he just disconnects the phone and puts me on a long hold without even asking me and comes back after few minutes and tells me that there is no senior there call after an hour.... his attitude and his words may be sounding not offenceive but the way he used the words and his tone was defenately offensive and thus i regret to say that i would like to stop your services immediately...

I using reliance mobile, Number is [protected], plan is life time prepaid, having balance of Rs. 50 but when i am trying to call i listen message that you have not balance for outgoing call. I am trying to call customer care but it is always busy also i tryed on Internet but relience website unaccesible. please registed my complaint and forward to reliance for urgent action

i bought a gsm sim card from kh road reliance outlet on 07/02/09 and still not active. i try to call the numbers [protected] this number some time busy and its not answerable on my alternate nnumber.
2.[protected] on this number they say diffrent stories finally mr ayaz said this no not belong to kh road office.
3.[protected] this is karnataka nodel officer no they promise me that my no will be active yesterday (thats 09/02/09)again they promise it will be active today morning. from morning iam trying this no even this complaint deparment is playing they answers the phone and disconnect, finally want to say that i bought sim for 93rs and spent nearly 190rs for activation and still its not active.

please take a step i dont know how many of them or facing this kind of problems

    i have bought your net data card on 28th december 2007,and from the first day of purchased i am deeply suffered from the compliant of poor speed.many times i informed to the customer care center and reliance office in karnal but still on 9/1/2008 no remedy has been sought out by reliance .your employees,before the purchasing of this data card your stff member has assured me that i will enjoy the fastesst speed of net,but now im reliasing that i have been cheated by reliance communication.should i go to theconsumer court? because now im totally fedup with this bad expierence.

      They messegged me recharge with 200 rupees ans get 1 year validity after recharging i had not benifited. i contacted costomer care they taken my complent and gave me a comlent id and said it will be resolved withing 60 hours, but then i got a massege you are not selected for sms campain, again i contacted CC they become very rude and told me do what you want we dont care

      this means absutlatly cheating coz there is no condition in sms..

        I am an owner of a Data Card for wireless Internet which I purchased about 5 to 6 months ago. It worked for a couple of months with no issues. Then I started having trouble with the card where I could login but cannot open any web sites. I brought this to the attention of customer support. Customer Support never calls back. Every time I call, they try to solve the issue over the phone without any headway. I have also been asked to run around to suport centers and web world for checking the data card and they were of no help either. They even promise to send a technicial home to look but no one turns up.
        Frustated, I decided to terminate the service this December (after 3 months of trying) and I was promised that the service would be terminated in the next 10 days.
        This has not happened. I spoke to escalation who could not help in termination. I even called the Nodal Center who says some one will call back but no body calls. The cycle goes on.
        Just to note, I haven't received a single call in the last 3 months on this issue.
        I have thus far spent over 6000 Rs (3600 for Card + 500 monthly rent) without using the service. I feel I'm running some kind of donation service here.
        I have tried writing to an e-mail address I found "[protected]@dhirubhai.com" but that e-mail returned saying their mailbox is full!!.

        I've decided to stop paying the montly rental so atleast that way they would deactivate the connection.

          On Nov 9, I wrote to [protected]@relianceada.com this letter:

          "I've two RIM phones (xxxxx & xxxxx) and I've been trying in
          vain to get the call histories of these numbers for the month of
          October '07.

          I've made numerous visits to the Webworld at your Chennai headquarters
          on Haddows Road and made several requests, both oral and written, and
          left my mail ids and other contact details with them, but I'm yet to
          hear from them.

          A lady at the counter once told me that one "Sharmaji" is against
          providing call histories to customers! When reminded that it's every
          customer's right to get their call history on payment of the
          prescribed fee, she told me that this particular "Sharmaji" is a very
          powerful and mighty person and he knows better!

          Please look into it and provide me the call histories of the above
          numbers for the month of October immediately to avoid unpleasant
          situations."

          I received no reply. Two weeks later, I sent this stinker to them:

          "Though almost two weeks have passed since I sent you the following
          mail, you've not even shown the basic courtesy of acknowledging its
          receipt. No wonder the very name 'reliance' evokes nausea among some
          customers! It stinks, man!

          In the meantime, you've blocked outgoing calls from one of my phones.
          No sweats, man! I'm prepared to dump both your handsets and get new
          connections from a more respectable operator.

          Do tell your high and mighty "Sharmaji" that for every customer you
          lose in this fashion, you're bound to lose at least a hundred
          prospective customers in the bargain. It's not as if we customers are
          powerless. We may not have the time for long-drawn court battles but
          there's this little technology called Internet, which is accessible to
          everyone..."

          That evoked a quick response and they wrote to me the very next day
          asking me to provide details of my phone numbers etc. which I did
          promptly.

          Two days later, someone rang me up and said the call histories had
          been dispatched to my mailing address. I got an e-mail too stating the
          same. My pleas to e-mail them to me went unheeded.

          Since then I've written to them thrice saying that I did not receive
          the call histories, and every time they repeat the same lie that they
          have been sent to my billing address. The bills, however, arrive dot
          on time.

          Please let me know what I should do now.
